Chapter 1 - The Secret

Walking the fields of Equestria, I wore a trench, a sandpaper brown trench coat to keep warm during the cold night, levitating a book with my magic, I slid it into a pocket of my coat and proceeded to my castle, when something wisped by me, sending a chill down my spine, I gasped and looked right behind myself, and apon looking back at the castle, I saw a white flash, then a loud, dark burst of laughter, the one that could only belong to Nightmare Moon. But how? I ran to her castle, down the halls and into the throne room, there she was, Nightmare Moon.

"Fear Me, Twilight Sparkle!" The dark Alicorn yelled.  "The Night shall last FOREVER this time! For I am Unstoppable!!"

Is it me, or did that sound more ridiculous then normal?

I looked at the power hungry Alicorn, what got her so upset this time? I can't use the Elements

of Harmony, I only have the Magic Crown. But, I have my screwdriver. The secret must come to an end.

I drew out my sonic screwdriver, the bridge and most of its body being a metal grey color with a blue tip, I ran to the closet where I kept my crown, and as predicted, she attacked me, but I refused to step down, I kept running, and by ducking my head at the last moment, Nightmare Moon's attack spell had hit the closet and blew the doors off.

I levitated the Crown next to me, along with my sonic. and I looked at Nightmare Moon, and she saw my sonic.

"Do you honestly think you'll do something with THAT pathetic little stick?!" She laughed.  I smirked a bit, as a matter of fact, I did. I pushed the little button on the side of my Sonic, causing the end with the blue tip to extend and glow with a whirr, the gem in my crown lit up, and magic energy went from the Crown, to my sonic, making my sonic glow even more.

"What are you doing?!" She yelled, starting to get concerned. for herself nonetheless.

I responded, aiming my magically boosted sonic at her.  "What I should've done long ago."

I pressed the button on the sonic once more, and a huge beam fired from my sonic, all the way to Nightmare Moon, and the power from the beam, takes away the hatred, jealousness away, and destroys it, returning Luna back to her original state, but Unconscious. I used my magic to teleport her back to her room in her castle.

It's over, this time for good.

My sonic was damaged completely after the magic it had induced and released, it's not supposed to do that. So I put it away and let it go into self repair, then I heard the sound of hooves clopping in the hallway, it was the Mane Six.

Time to reveal the secret to them.

I stood there, looking at the hall, watching the Mane 6 pour into the room. Applejack was the first one to speak.  "Princess Celestia told us there was somethin' happenin' here. What happened, Twi?"

I responded, clearing my throat and speaking with my real accent, which Ponies seem to call a "Trottingham" accent.  "Nightmare Moon returned, I didn't exactly let her stay either, I took care of it, Luna's back in her castle and we can settle, well. Just one thing."    Rainbow Dash flew up to me, with that serious glare like face.  "And what in Equestria would that be?"

Another chill wen't down my back. "I'm not a Pony... I'm... not even named Twilight Sparkle.  My name, is The Professor, I'm a Timelord, from the planet Gallifrey, the consolation of Casterberous. I'm 1281 years old, and I'm sorry for lying to you, all of you."

The Mane Six gaped, Pinkie started bouncing. "You're a Clockwork Pony!? Oooooohhh! Twi--- err Professor this is Amazing! Do you travel in some machine through Time and space?"

Applejack spoke for Rarity. "Why didn't ya tell us sooner, Sugarcube?"

I cleared my throat. " I didn't say anything about it because, well, a war happened over Equestria nearly 300 years ago. The Great Time War, The Timelords, against our worst enemy.. The Daleks. The war had caused destruction over Equestria, damaging several buildings, but in the end, I was the only one to have made it out, and because of that war. I had to come up with names for each new face for the sake of Equestria."

Applejack nodded, and before anyone could speak, she stopped them and spoke once again. "We understand, "Professor",  Don't you worry, we won't tell anyone about this, It'll be our little secret. Okay, sugarcube?"

I nodded in response. smiling as well. "Well, who wants a ride in my ship?"

The smiles that appeared on their faces, gave me more than hope.

I walked out to behind the castle, and waited for them to catch up, and once they were all there, I pulled out my sonic which had just finished repairing itself, and I aimed it at the wall of the castle, and my Time Machine, had uncloaked itself, a police box from the 1950's was its exterior.

The Mane six, looked at it, confused but amazed, and I levitated my keys o

ut of my trench pocket, slid the key into the lock socket, and unlocked the door, and pushed the two doors open, letting the Mane Six walk inside before stepping in myself, the mane six walked around the console room, the room was circular, sorta like a sphere, round white lights on the deep blue walls, with small bright orange bulbs in the middle of the white circular lights, the console being circular as well, the time rotor, the giant tube leading from the console to the ceiling was yellow with a hint of cyan, the console still holding most of its original design, but the panels on it were glowing dark green a small bit. I looked at Fluttershy only to see her passed out from amazement, I picked her up and layed her on one of the seats near the console,  and I saw the mane six come back from different rooms. It's called the Tardis, it can go anywhere through, Time and Space!

Rainbow Dash gaped at me. "Time and Space?! As if it wasn't already cool enough being bigger on the inside!"

Rarity looked at me with a grin "This place may not be of ordinary fashion, darling, but it matches your personality quite well"

Applejack chuckled "Thank ya'll for tellin' the truth, Professor, We'll just be goin' now. it's quite dark out."

I nodded, and let the mane six leave, closing the doors, and I got the Tardis to dematerialize, and rematerialize in Fluttershy's home, I got her onto my back, and stepped out, walked upstairs and put her to bed, then I came back downstairs, into the Tardis and stood at the console.

Now to tell Princess Celestia about this.
