Helping A Pony BakeView OnlineMuffins?Helping A Pony BakeShe tapped her hoof on the floor, now standing her two back legs. She groaned and pulled out a cupcake from nowhere. The door opened again and Derpy was there. She smiled and trotted down the steps. Derpy made it to the last step when she suddenly tripped over on of her own hooves. "Hi Pinkie Pie!" Pinkie's cupcake had been scoffed down and icing coated her lips. "Derpy..." "Why you down here alone anyway?" Derpy asked as she got up back on her hooves. Pinkie Pie was about to say something when a lightbulb appeared over her head. The light shined on Derpy and she swore she saw something in the corner. Party decorations? Pinkie jumped up and down. She grabbed one of Derpy's front hooves and took her up the stairs. Derpy struggled to stay on her hooves as Pinkie yanked her along. "Hey Derpy?" Derpy smiled. "Yes Pinkie Pie?" "You saw Applebloom in the kitchen right?" Derpy nodded. "Applebloom is making cupcakes with some special ingredient, to get her cutie mark!" Derpy squealed in a high pitch voice. "Oh oh! I know what to do! I'll help her and make the best cupcakes you've ever tasted! Hey..." "Yes Derpy?" Pinkie had let go of Derpy and they were going to the kitchen. "Do you think I could help you more often?" Pinkie stopped and hmmed. She hummed some more with a hoof to her chin. Then she jumped and hovered in midair like a pegasus. "That's it! You help Applebloom who is helping me!" Pinkie Pie waved to Derpy as if she wasn't going to see the mare for a while. The pink pony then dashed back into the basement. As she opened the hatch Derpy got a glimpse of something in the corner again. She thought she saw blood but she was snapped out of thought when the hatch was slammed shut. Derpy walked the rest of the way to the kitchen. A yellow earth filly with a red mane had an apron on. However it had not stopped a mess from spilling all over her. "Oh, hi Derpy!" Applebloom said in her country pony accent.
A New Cake Friend!View OnlineMuffins?A New Cake Friend!Derpy Whooves had been nervous at first but Applebloom had helped break the ice. While they had finished bonding the two ponies realised they had finished cupcakes. Applebloom looked at Derpy and she tried to stop herself from laughing out loud. After only a few seconds she burst out in laughter and Derpy had a puzzled look on her face. She looked down to her hooves and found herself iced in a mess of cupcake goodness. Applebloom had tears streaming from her eyes. Derpy found the laughter contagious and she joined in the laughing. "You- gasp... Are the only pony I've met- gasp... Who could make a bigger mess of themselves than me!" Applebloom struggled for breath because of how much she had laughed. A pony tackled Derpy in a hug. "Deeerpy! I've finished baking with Rainbow! Yay! I'm so glad you and Applebloom made friends!" Pinkie's normal hyper energy had increased and Derpy couldn't help but feel hyper herself. They both got up and Applebloom looked at Pinkie in confusion. "Rainbow Dash?" "Oh! I forgot to tell you Applebloom... Dashy helped me bake!" Applebloom nodded concerned. Pinkie Pie's eyes then contracted and her ears turned down as she realised what she had done. Derpy obviously didn't see a hidden signal given to Applebloom because she was confused as they both bolted out. Derpy saw the sun going down and she needed to go home. She put a pencil in her mouth and got a piece of paper. She messily wrote down she was going to go home. Derpy seemed content with her work and flew out of the bakery. She got to her house and she stood up proud. Derpy had done well today. Derpy had baked cupcakes and made a new cake friend!
Muffins?View OnlineMuffins?Muffins?Pinkie waited and waited and waited for Rainbow Dash to wake up. Had she given her too much? She had given Dashy more sleepies than what she gave to previous guests and more than when she lived on the Rock farm. She bit her lip and whimpered. She wanted to start now! Pinkie Pie heard a clopping from outside which made Rainbow Dash stir but no success in waking the pegasus. Her ears pricked up when she heard the sound of a lock and she saw a peep of light travel inside the basement. Pinkie's tummy growled with hunger, maybe two batches of cupcakes were best. The hatch to the basement flung open, a black figure standing at the top of the stairs, and Pinkie sighed. She trotted over to the wall and grabbed a shovel hinged to it, she went over to the bottom of the stairs awaiting the moment when the pony's curiosity over took her. She clasped the shovel in her hooves ready to swing, the pony's sweet voice called out into the basement. Obviously the mare's eyes hadn't adjusted to the dark and all it looked like was black to her. The figure took one shaky hoof and laid it down on the first step. She tumbled and turned and fell into the darkness, the mare turned her head to the light and Pinkie then saw the pony's face. Derpy! Then Pinkie remembered the cupcakes... "Derpy, I told you not to come down here..." The crossed eyed pony's face lightened when she heard Pinkie and then rose flushed her cheeks. "Oh, sorry Pinkie Pie! I was hoping you could make muffins...?" Derpy asked, hope in her voice. She looked at Pinkie in anticipation. "Sorry Derpy, I have Rainbow Dash with me right now and we're making cupcakes! Tell you what though, if you don't tell no pony about the basement I'll bake muffins for you next time!" Derpy's eyes looked a bit duller when she heard the news but she kept a smile on her face. "Okie dokie lokie!" The pegasus flew up into the light and the hatch shut. Derpy was an exception for cupcakes, Pinkie knew she wouldn't tell because they were cake friends. Maybe one day Derpy could help with the pastries... Pinkie shook her head and her memory jolted back online, Dashy was her guest and it would be rude to have her wake up to a pony's back!
