Chapters It was late at night in Ponyville, and Rarity slept soundly in her bed. She was, for the most part, content.
Except for one tiny little detail. It was a minor thing. Just a nitpick, really.
Her memory of the event had been wiped, but earlier that day, she'd been the victim of a special kind of magic called 'bimbofication.' “What?” Perplexed by this odd development, Fluttershy at last found the courage to pull up her night-mask. “Wha – huh?” Rarity's eyes opened as she reeled from the blow. She rubbed her head, widening her eyes when she saw Fluttershy's uncovered breasts. “Goodness me, darling, make yourself decent!” Rarity put a hand in front of her eyes.
“'Decent'?” Fluttershy crossed her arms. “You're the one that did this to me!” Fluttershy looked down and saw she still hadn't pulled up her dress. She uncrossed her arms, pulled her nightgown up to cover herself, and crossed her arms again.
“I am?” Rarity scratched her head. “Fluttershy, you can't really be suggesting I am the cause of your indecency?”

Fluttershy raised her eyebrows. “You seemed to be sleepwalking.”
“Surely I didn't sleepwalk all the way from my bed, in my home, down the stairs, through Ponyville and into your house and maneuver myself under your covers?” Rarity asked. "Did I?"
“Hmm.” Fluttershy rubbed her chin. “We better get you to Twilight.” Fluttershy yawned. “Not right now, though.”
Rarity nodded. “First thing in the morning.”
“Why don't you ...” Fluttershy yawned again. “Sleep here tonight, so I can keep an eye on you?” Fluttershy rolled over and crawled back under her sheets. “But don't try to suckle my breasts again.”
“I'll … try not, but I can't make any promises.” Rarity got up and went towards the couch.
“So walk me through this one more time.” Twilight said, having hooked Rarity up to the same machine she used when she tried to figure out Pinkie Pie's Pinkie Sense. It was the morning, and they had gathered up all their friends in an attempt to figure out what was going on.

“Rarity, what's your version of the story?”

As Twilight set about releasing Rarity from the machine's restraints, there was a flash of light overhead. Everyone raised their arms to shield their eyes. When the light faded, everyone glared at Discord, floating in the air above them.
“What do you want, Discord?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“Oh, nothing much.” Discord floated backwards through the air. “I just want to know why when I went over to Fluttershy's house for our usual picnic this morning, she wasn't there.” He reached over and cupped Fluttershy's chin.
“Um, well ...” Fluttershy mumbled.
“That is … to say.” Rarity added.
“Uh … because … er.” None of them wanted Discord to know what had happened. They would never hear the end of his crude jokes.
“We're trying to figure out why Rarity was sleep-walking and suckling Fluttershy's breast in the middle of the night!” Pinkie declared, earning groans from everyone present.
“PINKIE!”
Discord pulled at his beard, appearing unfazed by this news at first. His eyes widened as he realized something. “Is that so? Well ...” he patted Fluttershy's and Twilight's head. “I guess I'll just leave you to it. Let me know if you make any progress.” Discord floated himself over to the door. He set himself on his feet, conjuring an umbrella and sunglasses. He opened the door, only to disappear in a flash of light.

“See? He's not so bad.” Fluttershy said with a smile. Rainbow Dash scoffed.
They returned to trying to figure out what was wrong with Rarity.
During the evening, the girls sent Rarity home before returning to their own houses. They had failed to make any headway into figuring out what was going on with her, or what her unusual brain pattern was.
Rarity walked into bed, getting under her covers. She hoped tomorrow would bring more answers, or perhaps Twilight would have an overnight breakthrough. Sighing, she closed her eyes and hoped this time she wouldn't wake up in one of her friends' beds.
No sooner than she had fallen asleep, however, did a shadow appear in her bedroom window. The stranger pulled her window up and slithered in, revealing itself to be Discord.
Discord walked over to Rarity's bed, bending over to observe her. He rubbed his chin, contemplating as Rarity's chest rose and fell from steady breathing.
“I know what's happened to you.” Discord turned away from the bed. “Obviously, you still have a bit of the bimbofication magic from our adventure yesterday inside of you … the question is, what will I do about it?” Discord looked back her. “You look so cute when you're asleep.” He mused. “I COULD cure it … but I could also play with it some more. Play with you some more. Hmm.”
Discord stared at her for awhile. He turned away again, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a quarter.
“Tails, I cure her. Heads, I play with her some more.”
Discord flipped the coin into the air and caught it in his palm. He looked down to see it was heads and smirked.
“You know … I think that was what I really wanted to do anyway.” Discord flashed a smile before snapping his fingers. A flash of light engulfed the room.
“Huh?” Rarity blinked and shook her head. She rubbed her eyes to make sure they were clear before looking around again. “Wasn't I asleep in bed?”
She was standing in a hallway, stars glittering from a window. From the coloring of the walls, Rarity would say she was in a hospital. She looked down to see she was in a skintight nurse costume which hugged her curves. She pulled off her cap to see it had a pink heart where the medical symbol was supposed to be.
“Oh no.” Rarity put the cap back on and buried her face into her hands as the memories began to come back to her. She knew where this place was. She knew this hospital.
“Paring Nurse Rarity.” A voice said on the P.A. “Paging Nurse Rarity. Rarity to Room 69.”
“No!” Rarity stomped her feet and crossed her arms. “No, no, no! I already played your stupid game once, Discord. Not again. Not this time!”
Rarity heard a door creak open behind her. She turned around and could hardly react as a long cane straight from a cartoon popped out from the door and hooked around her torso, before pulling her inside the room.
The door slammed shut as Rarity found herself face to face with Discord.
“But Rarity, didn't you have a good time the last time you were?” Discord asked smugly as he took the hook off her waist.
Rarity crossed her arms again. “No!” She paused, remembering how helpful and encouraging Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie were during their … encounters. “Maybe.” She pouted to one side as she thought about it some more. “No. No, I did not!”
“Oh, no?” Discord wrapped an arm around her shoulder and moved her toward the bed. “What about the patients? Didn't you enjoy them?”
Rarity, despite her better judgment, turned around to see the patient she recognized as the one from Room 69. It was the same attractive, muscular build, the same face, which seemed to blur and become unrecognizable … and the same cut in his gown showing his pulsing, throbbing member.
“Hello.” The patient waved at her. “Are you my nurse?”

Footsteps could be heard coming down the hall, and a shadow rose on the wall.

Rarity and Id looked at each other, then looked down the hall, crossing their arms. When Rainbow Dash reached them, she would know they meant business.

Rarity and Id stared down the hallway as Rainbow Dash's shadow approached, getting larger and larger as she got closer and closer.

Rarity nodded. “Okay.”
“Great.” Id stood behind Rarity, crouching down to hide behind her. Her presence made it appear as though Rarity had a large lump of purple hair sticking out from her back.
Rainbow Dash stopped moving towards them. For a moment, Rarity thought she heard whispering. Rainbow Dash went on the move, coming into view of Rarity and walking at a slow, measured pace.
Rainbow Dash was quite surprised to see Rarity in the hallway. “Oh, uh, hey … Rarity.” Rainbow Dash scratched the back of her head. Rarity noticed she had a lump of rainbow hair sticking out from her back as well. “You look … interesting.”
Rarity giggled. “I know, right? That's what happens when you decide to be a happy bimbo like I did!”

“Yup!” Rarity nodded. “You could do, like, anything you want to me … and I won't say no.” Rarity fluttered her eyes at Rainbow Dash, swiveling her waist back and forth to to let Rainbow Dash enjoy the sight of her gargantuan bust.

Rarity blinked. “Who said that?”
Rainbow Dash sighed, putting a hand over her forehead. “I thought we agreed you would stay hidden! You might as well come out … Rarity, I'd like you to meet …”
The lump of rainbow hair moved. A woman who looked eerily similar to Rainbow Dash, only wearing bandages on her hands and without Dash's blue coat stepped out from behind her.
“My Id. Or so she tells me.” Dash said. Dash's Id narrowed her eyes at Rarity. “She's been trying to get me into a fight ever since she appeared.”
“Well ...” Rarity said. “In the interest of fairness, I feel it only fair to introduce you to ...” Rarity moved to the side. “My Id.”
“Hello!” Rarity's Id extended a hand towards Rainbow Dash's Id. “Nice to meet you!”
Rainbow Dash's Id looked down at Rarity's Id's hand. She swiped at it, and Rarity's Id retracted her hand in response.
“My, my,” Rarity's Id said, “You're quite the aggressive one, aren't you?”
“I'll show you aggressive!” Dash's Id snapped, bringing her fists up for a fight. “Come on! Come on!”
“Uh ...” Rainbow Dash attempted to restrain her Id and pull her back. “We're gonna go on ahead and try to find a way out. If we find one, I'll come back to get you, okay?”
Rarity was disappointed and pouted. “Don't you want to stay? You could play with me, and I could make you a ditzy bimbo!” Rarity giggled. “It's a lot of fun!” She said in a teasing voice, winking at Rainbow Dash.
“I think I'll pass.” Rainbow Dash sounded worried. “Come on, Id, let's go. Oh, and, uh, Rarity? Try to find some cure for that whole 'busty bimbo' thing you got going on before we come back for you.” Rainbow Dash ushered her Id down the other side of the hallway, passing Rarity and Rarity's Id.

“Please, eat, A.J.” Rarity pleaded. “You're going to hurt my feelings if you don't. I put out all this food for you, and then you don't take a single bite out of it?”
Applejack believed her and felt guilty. She was still suspicious, but Rarity sounded sincere, and she couldn't stand to hurt her friend's feelings. “Alright.” Applejack took a bite of the fritter, eating half of it in one gulp. She chewed and chewed and swallowed.
“Hey, this is pretty good.” Applejack said. Feeling more at ease, she rested her arm on the table and continued eating the fritter. Her cheeks bulged as she chewed the gooey pastry up and gulped it down. “Got any more?”
“I'm afraid not, but there's plenty of other food here for your consumption.” Rarity gestured to the food.
“Rarity, you sure do talk funny. Don't mind if I do.” Applejack rubbed her hands hungrily and greedily, before picking up an apple slice and tossing it into her mouth.
“Enjoying yourself?” Rarity got up and went around the table to Applejack's right.
“I had my suspicions, Rarity, but I have to admit I am.”
“Bonjour, mademoiselle. ” Id appeared, wearing a maid outfit which hugged her cleavage. “Can I help you?”
Applejack stared at her. “Rarity, who's this?”
“She's my … other sister.” Rarity said.
“Really?”
“In a manner of speaking.” Rarity said.
“Here, mademoiselle.” Id reached down and picked up an another apple slice. “Why don't you enjoy your meal?” Id stuck the slice into Applejack's mouth. Applejack nodded and chewed the slice before swallowing.
“Oh, you can't just eat the same thing over and over, Applejack. Here, why don't you try some of this applesauce? Have some variety in your meal and keep it from getting bland.” Rarity picked up a spoonful of applesauce and shoved it into Applejack's surprised mouth. Rarity lifted the spoon up, and Applejack nodded, sucking the applesauce off it.
“Huh?” Applejack wrapped her arms across her belly as she felt a gurgle. Rarity and Id smiled, pleased with their work.
Applejack's stomach began to bounce and jiggle, growing and stretching in size. Her growing stomach formed a bulge in her clothing, straining her vest and lifting her shirt up.
“Mmm ...” Applejack moaned, rubbing and running her hands across her expanding stomach.
Rarity and Id were put off by this. “Id, can I talk to you for a minute? Stay where you are, Applejack.”
“Okay.” Applejack's loving, hungry gaze fell on the food.
Rarity wrapped an arm around Id's shoulder and walked her away from the table. “Id, why is the food making Applejack's stomach bigger? I thought she had her muscles grow the last time she was here.”
“Well, excuse me!” Id said. “Did you get the exact same thing as you did the last time you were? Did Twilight? Did Pinkie?”
“I'll admit to that, but still. I thought the plan Discord gave us when we talked to him again was to feed her enchanted food and make her muscles grow and turn her into the amazon she was last time she was here?”
Id shrugged. “I thought it was, too. Maybe Discord wasn't paying attention and put the wrong enchantment on the food he gave us. Maybe this is a test for how we deal with the unexpected. Or maybe it's part of some fake-out, where we make Applejack really big and jiggly in the stomach, so then she's willing to become a muscular, amazonian bimbo to get rid of her big belly?”
“I hadn't thought of that. Maybe that's it.” Rarity said. She heard the sound of something squishy moving, along with what sounded like someone inhaling. “Applejack? Are you alright?”
“I'm fine, Rarity!” Applejack said. “I'm just … finding it harder and harder to resist this delicious food ...”
Rarity and Id walked back over the table. They saw Applejack had eaten everything on at least one of the plates, and her stomach had gotten bigger again as well, growing to the size of a large pail. Her vest was showing more signs of strain and threatening to tear.
“Oh ...” Applejack groaned. “I'm feeling a little uncomfortable.”
Rarity and Id, despite Discord throwing them a curveball (whether it was through malice or inattentiveness), decided to go with the flow.
“Here. Let me help you with that ...” Id got down on her knees and began to undo the knots holding Applejack's vest closed, allowing her grown belly to spill out and flop down.
“Applejack?” Rarity asked in a sweet voice, picking up a plate. “Would you like some more?”
“Ooh … yes, please!” Applejack answered, her eyes half-lidded and her face adorned with a dull, blank expression.
“I thought you might say that.” Rarity picked up a piece of food off the plate and brought it to Applejack's mouth, placing it on Applejack's lips before pushing it in. Applejack moaned again as she chewed and swallowed.
“Why does this food … taste so good?” Applejack asked. “There's something unnatural about it ...”
Rarity poked Applejack's forehead with her finger. “Don't you worry your pretty blonde head about it. Let us do the worrying for you. You just relax … and eat to your heart's content.”
“Okay.” Applejack giggled.
“Here, I'll help.” Id stood up and picked another plate. She picked up a piece of food and put it into Applejack's mouth, pushing it with her thumb. Applejack ate it, chewing it up and swallowing almost as if out of habit.
Rarity smiled and chuckled. Getting fed by Rarity to her left and a Rarity look-alike to her right … Rarity imagined Spike might like to be in Applejack's place right now.
“Here, Applejack. Why don't you have another bite?” Id said.
“Don't mind if I do.”
“And another,” Rarity said, feeding Applejack a caramel apple.
“And another.”
“And another.”
“And another.”
“And -”
Rarity interrupted Id at this point, raising her hand to object. Id had grabbed a huge handful of food, some of which was dripping orange filling down her wrist, and was about to shove it all into Applejack's mouth at once.
“Let's not get carried away.” Rarity said awkwardly. “She can only eat so much.”
“Ooooh ...” Applejack's eyes rolled into the back of her head. She threw her head back against her chair as her tummy rumbled and jiggled and bounced, swaying from side to side as it grew into enormous proportions. Her stomach swelled up the size of a beach ball, and the rest of her body was beginning to put on weight to compensate for the added mass, her arms and legs getting thick and puffy. Rarity and Id smiled at the sight, pleased with the results of their efforts.
Applejack groaned in disgust, leaning – almost more like rolling – forward. “I can't work at Sweet Apple Acres like this. That is, assuming I ever get out of this here hospital … ”
Rarity and Id looked to each other. Rarity gave Id a wink. She was beginning to suspect their idea about making Applejack fat and jiggly so she would want to be tall and muscular was Discord's plan.
“But Applejack, your belly is so big and jiggly!” Id put a hand on Applejack's stomach. “I know a few, very handsome guys who are into that sort of thing ...” She gave Applejack's stomach a squeeze.
“Well, I'm not into it!” Applejack protested, waving her puffy arms around. “I need to be in shape so I can work on the farm!”
“Come with us, ” Rarity said, wrapping her arm around Applejack's. Id wrapped her arm around Applejack's other arm, and they helped to lift her up out from the chair. “We'll find something to help you.” They helped carried her out the door.
“Thank y'all, Rarity.” Applejack glared at Id. “At least y'all can be helpful, unlike your sister over here. Say, I don't think I ever caught y'all's name.”
“What's in a name?” Id said.
Rarity and Id carried Applejack during their trip through the hallway. Though Applejack wasn't quite so heavy she couldn't walk, she wasn't used to carrying this much weight around and struggled to balance herself. She hoped Rarity and her “sister” would have an idea soon.
“Rarity.” Id whispered and gestured her head at a door. “Look.”
Rarity peeked her head up over Applejack's shoulder. Id had found an exercise room. She could see the equipment through the window in the door.
“Applejack, I think we've found something.” Rarity said. “This way.”
Rarity and Id turned Applejack around and brought her inside the gym. Inside there was a variety of exercise equipment, and a locker for clothes.
“Oh, a gym!” Applejack exclaimed. “Perfect.”
“Yep.” Id said. She looked around the room for something it would be easy get Applejack onto. “Why don't we try the treadmill?”
Rarity and Id brought Applejack to the treadmill. Rarity pushed Applejack onto while Id went around and activated it.
“Now, Applejack, Rarity and I have to go do some other things.” Id said. “Will you stay and exercise on the treadmill until we come back?”
Applejack nodded. “Uh-huh.” As the treads on the treadmill began moving, Applejack was quick to begin walking before breaking into a quick jog. Her heavy weight meant she couldn't keep the jog up for long before tiring out and panting, but she stayed on the treadmill, doing her best to keep pace. “I'll be right here when y'all get back.”
“Great! Thank you, darling.” Id leaned over the treadmill and gave Applejack a kiss on the lips. “We'll be back soon.”
Rarity and Id left the room, waving Applejack goodbye. Applejack waved back at them as Id closed the door. Through the window, Rarity could see as Applejack put all her focus into exercising.
“You said we had to go do other things?” Rarity asked, crossing her arms. “What other things?”
“Isn't it obvious?” Id said. “Pinkie Pie! Applejack is pretty taken care of, but we still need to find and bimbofy your friend Pinkie Pie.”
“Of course. How could I forget?” Rarity smacked herself for being so forgetful. “So where do we, like, start?” Rarity let out a deep breath. She had been suppressing her bimbo vernacular to avoid tipping Applejack off about something going on, but with Applejack now away in the exercise room, it felt like, so totally good to slip back into it.
“Well … we could try over there.” Id pointed down the hallway, where Pinkie Pie was doing somersaults towards them. She was going to crash into them if she didn't stop.
“Pinkie Pie, stop!” Rarity shouted.
Pinkie Pie did, halting in mid-air with her feet in the sky and her hands off the ground.”Oh, hey, Rarity. What's up?”
“Oh, nothing.” Rarity said. “But could I, like, get you to do me a favor and come with me?”
Pinkie Pie spun in mid-air until her feet were pointed towards the ground. She descended gently until her feet rested on a solid surface. “Sure! I love going with friends!”
Rarity chuckled, rubbing her hands together in anticipation.
“So, where are we going?” Pinkie asked.
Rarity and Id looked at each other.
“We, uh, we don't know yet.” Rarity said. “But if you'll, like, join us, we'll figure it out as we go.”
“Fine by me! You know what they say about the journey being more important than the destination,” Pinkie Pie said.
Rarity gestured down the hall. “Lead the way, please.”
Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Id went down the hallway. Pinkie Pie walked ahead of them, something Rarity and Id arranged on purpose so they could whisper to themselves.
“What's our plan for her?” Id asked.
“I don't know yet.” Rarity answered. “We'll just keep moving until we find something that looks promising.”
The three of them continued walking without any idea about where they were going or wanted to go.
Pinkie Pie tried to make small talk. “So, Rarity, what have you been up to?”
“Oh, nothing much,” Rarity said.
“By the way, I haven't asked about your new friend,” Pinkie said. “She looks almost just like you! Who is she?”
“She's my estranged sister,” Rarity said.
“Hmm.” Pinkie Pie stopped. “Say, speaking of looks … now that I think about it, you look a little different.”
Rarity put on a poker face.
“I got it! You did something with your hair, didn't you?”
“Oh, I did!” Rarity ran a nervous hand through hair, trying to get Pinkie Pie to buy her lie. “Thank for you for noticing!”
“Rarity.” Id tapped Rarity's shoulder before grabbing and pulling her away. “Excuse us for a minute, Pinkie Pie. We'll be right back. Wait there, okay?”
“Okay!” Pinkie Pie saluted them.
Id pulled Rarity away and brought her back through the hallway.
“What? What is it?”
“I think we've found something.” Id pointed at a door and the room number.
“Room 72.” Rarity read off from the room's designation. “I remember Patient 72. He was so sweet, so … good.” Rarity gasped. “He's perfect! We'll bring Pinkie Pie to him.”
Id smiled and nodded. “I thought you would agree.”
“Oh, but wait!” Rarity realized something, remembering the details of her last visit. “He only likes big women. Ones with more than a little meat on her bones. And Pinkie Pie … isn't.” Rarity looked to Pinkie Pie down the hall with concern, resting a hand under her chin. Pinkie Pie waved to her, oblivious.
“Hello, darling!” Rarity waved. “I see you there! Just be, like, patient for us, okay?”
“Okay!” Pinkie flashed Rarity a thumbs-up.
“Hmm.” Id idly looked to the side, meaning to think. Her face lit up when she saw something. “Ah! The vending machines.”
Id and Rarity walked over to where two vending machines were stationed side-to-side in the hall. Rarity wondered how she could have roamed the hallways as much she did and not notice them before.
“We'll use the candy from these to fatten up Pinkie.” Id explained, reaching over to the buttons.
“I'm not going to have to, like, suck the vending machine or something?” Rarity asked. Given the nature of the hospital, she was right to be cautious. “Because that would be, like, ew.”
“No,” Id answered with a smile. She focused her attention on the machine before turning back to Rarity. “Although … we could -”
“No.” Rarity held her hand out. “No, stop. Just finish what you were doing.”
“Alright.” Id pressed her fingers to the side of the machine. The machine whirred and hummed before pushing forward and dispensing several different candies at once, building up a pile of chocolate and other sweets inside its access chamber.
Id reached in and scooped the huge pile into her arms while Rarity waved Pinkie Pie over.
“Pinkie Pie, darling? Could you, like, follow us in here?” Rarity pointed to Room 72.
Pinkie Pie giggled, though it sounded a little uncertain. “Sure! Though I'm not sure what we're supposed to be doing in there ...”
Rarity held the door open for Pinkie and Id to go through. Once they were in, Rarity closed the door.
“Have a seat, dear.” Rarity told Pinkie Pie. Pinkie sat on the middle of a bench, which Rarity thought was too perfect.
Id, moving carefully, stuffed the candy onto the desk behind the bench, hiding the candy from Pinkie by placing it right behind her head, and putting it somewhere where both she and Rarity could access it.
Rarity took a seat by Pinkie's left, while Id occupied the seat to her right.
“So, uh … what do we do now?” Pinkie asked, looking between them.
“Now ...” Rarity reached over and pulled a chocolate bar out from the pile, moving her hand like a snake and wrapping her arm around her body to make it look to Pinkie Pie as though she had pulled the bar out from her pocket. “We relax.”
Rarity unwrapped the corner of the chocolate bar. Id did the same, unwrapping a bar she had picked from the pile.
Pinkie Pie looked at both of them, swiveling her head to switch. “No way! You guys both have candy bars? Where did you get them?”
“Oh, yes. We got them from the vending machine in the hall.” Rarity answered, lifting the bar to her lips, teasing Pinkie Pie. Rarity knew what she was doing, taunting her friend. It would her make her want the candy so much more. Rarity saw the upset look in Pinkie's eye and took it as her cue. She stopped the bar from going into her mouth, pointing the chocolate towards her. “Here, Pinkie Pie. Do you want a bite of mine?”
Pinkie's face brightened and she smiled. “I would! Thanks, Rarity.” Pinkie reached over and broke off a piece of the chocolate, and popped it into her mouth. “Mmm, that's pretty good!”
“Oh, what the heck.” Id broke off a piece of her chocolate and offered it to Pinkie. “Might as well. After all, I wouldn't want to be rude.”
“Oh … thank you.” Pinkie Pie took the piece and ate it as well, the hard chocolate crunching in her mouth as she chewed. A little bit of a smear was developing around her lip.
“Here.” Rarity broke off another piece of her chocolate. “Why don't you have another, Pinkie? It's not like I need the extra sugar.”
“Oh, no. I couldn't!” Pinkie waved her fingers. “It was pretty good, but that's your candy bar, Rarity. I don't want to take it from you.”
“And I thought you loved sweets, Pinkie Pie.” Id said.
“I do!” Pinkie Pie said.
“Then why don't you prove it?” Id asked, crossing her arms.
“Well, I, uh ...”
“Darling, I insist. Take it.” Rarity shoved the piece of chocolate into Pinkie's mouth, stuffing it in and pushing it past Pinkie's lips. Pinkie Pie chewed and swallowed while Rarity kept a finger to her mouth to discourage Pinkie from trying to reject the gift by spitting it out.
Pinkie gulped and her resistance was lowered by the delicious taste of the chocolate. “Mmm! Okay. That's good. Do you have any more?”
“Plenty.” Id popped open a bag of bite-sized chocolates she sneaked over while Pinkie Pie was facing Rarity. She pulled out a piece and put it on Pinkie's bottom lip. Id took her finger and gently pushed the circular chocolate into Pinkie's mouth. Pinkie chewed it once before swallowing.
“Here.” Rarity broke off another piece of her chocolate bar, presenting it to Pinkie. Pinkie grabbed it in her hands with her fingers curved upwards like talons before shoving the chocolate into her mouth.
“Why don't you take the rest of it?” Rarity offered to Pinkie in a gentle voice.
Pinkie Pie reached up a hand and hesitated.
“I'll be fine.” Rarity said. “Besides, there's more where that came from.” Rarity winked at her.
Pinkie took the chocolate bar from Rarity's hand. Pinkie undid the wrapping with care before shoving the entire bar into her mouth and wolfing it down.
“Mmm ...” Pinkie sighed contentedly, taking a deep breath. The smear of chocolate around her mouth was getting bigger, and her stomach was starting to expand. It wasn't really big yet, but Rarity and Id would ensure it was soon.
Id grabbed Pinkie by the head and rotated her around. She lifted the bag to Pinkie's mouth and shook it, pouring the chocolates in.
“Here's another bar for you, Pinkie.” Rarity offered Pinkie Pie a block of white chocolate. Pinkie Pie was about to bite into it before stopping.
“Hey, wait a second ...” Pinkie looked down and saw her growing belly. “You two are feeding me all this candy trying to fatten me up for … something, aren't you?”
Rarity sighed and rolled her eyes. “Oh, we've been found out, Id. Yes, I'm afraid you've caught us red-handed, Pinkie Pie. We are trying to 'fatten you up.'”
“The only question is … now that you know, are you going to do anything about it? Or would you rather we keep feeding you this–” Id licked a piece of chocolate “–delicious candy?”
Pinkie Pie thought about this.
“No. Don't stop, girls.”
“That's what I thought.” Id said.
Rarity and Id continued to stuff Pinkie Pie, feeding her milk chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate pieces, tarts, some sour candy, gummy candy, and peppermints until her stomach was nice and big and round and jiggly, around the size of a wooden barrel. At one point, they even had Pinkie lay flat on the bench while Id dropped chocolate pieces into her mouth like a medieval wench feeding her king grapes.

“Hi!” Pinkie Pie waved and walked over to the bed. It was a bit difficult for her, as her legs had gotten thicker and chubbier, but she crossed the distance.
Patient 72 grunted at being woken up. He rolled over to see who was bothering him, and his eyes went wide at the sight of Pinkie Pie.
“Hello again, 72.” Rarity waved at him. “I don't know if you remember me, but this is my friend, Pinkie Pie.”
“Hi!” Pinkie Pie waved again.
“You're .. beautiful,” Patient 72 said, rising up from his covers to admire Pinkie Pie.

Rarity was not going to hear any of Applejack's excuses, walking around her and pushing her backside out into the hall, before turning and going to a dressing room where Rarity could find a nurse outfit for Applejack.
Rarity pushed Applejack into the room and closed the door. She searched through the nurse outfits until she found one in Applejack's size. “Yes, yes, this will do.” She picked one up.
“A nurse outfit?” Applejack asked. “I don't know, Rarity. Aren't there nurses who need those?”
“I have a friend who works here who assures me they have extras,” Rarity said. “Come now, turn around.”
Applejack sighed, recognizing Rarity wasn't going to let her leave the room until she was in a white nurse's blouse. She turned her back to Rarity and spread her arms.
Rarity undid the buttons on the nurse outfit and threw it around Applejack, making sure to seal up the entire thing so Applejack was fully covered, even with her breasts poking through the gown. Rarity found Applejack a cap as well and placed it on her head.

This chapter was written in mind to be workable as a final chapter, as I wasn't sure how much writing I was going to be able to do.

Celestia crossed her arms, waiting for her to come out. She looked out the window and saw it was pitch-black outside. How long had she been out?
“Director? I have Princess Celestia waiting outside. She's ready for you.”
“Good. Send her in.”
Applejack opened the door. “The Director will see you now.”
Celestia became even more unnerved as she passed Applejack and went into the Director's office. Applejack waved at her and left.
“Come in, come in. Have a seat.” The Director said, waving her hand from behind her leather swivel chair. Her office was elaborately decorated, with fine carpet and comfortable seats, two of which were set up in front of the desk.
Celestia felt the chair with her hand, checking it for traps, like a pin or a pressure activated ejection button. She sat down. “If you don't mind my asking, what am I doing here, Director … I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name?”
The Director's chair spun around.

"Go right ahead," Discord said, pulling away from Celestia.

“I do have a friend here,” Rarity said, looking at Fluttershy over her shoulder. “You.”

“Uh-huh.” Rarity took another sip from her cup, hoping to influence Fluttershy to do the same. “And then what happened?”
Rarity's behavioral trick worked. Fluttershy took another drink. She covered her mouth as she let out a yawn. “They took me to the patient and asked me to diagnose him. After a minute, I realized he was having an allergic reaction to something and I ordered the doctors to get me sponges and mouthwash. After administering both to the patient, they let me go and I ended up wandering the hospital until I found you. ”
“That's nice.” Rarity said, gazing at Fluttershy moonily. “Say, Fluttershy? Do you have any memories of … previously being in this place?”
“No. Why, do you?”
“Maybe a little.” Rarity said. “But not enough to really be helpful. Say, why don't you take another drink?”
“That …” Fluttershy's voice turned low and tired. “Sounds like a good idea.” Fluttershy lifted the cup to her mouth and proceeded to chug it down, lifting her head up to pour more and more into her throat. When she had finished, she tore the cup away from her mouth, finally catching on that something was happening to her. She slammed the cup down on the table.
“Rarity? What did you do?” Fluttershy asked as she blinked several times, trying to fight the urge to sleep. She was unsuccessful, her arms going slack and her eyelids closing. She laid back against the chair, falling asleep, her head off to one side.

“No thanks.” Twilight held out her hand, to Flash's obvious disappointment. “If you want to stay here and be a giggling bimbo, that's your choice, but I am going somewhere else.” Twilight turned around and marched off. She looked behind her to make sure they weren't following and went on her way.
Twilight's Ego moved to follow her, but Id grabbed Ego by the arm and pulled her in. “Ah, ah, ah. We still need you for something.”
“Me?” Ego asked. “Why me?”
“Because you're connected to Twilight, and Twilight needs to be bimbofied.” Id said.
“I don't know if I'd say 'needs.'" Ego said.
“Well, she does!” Rarity insisted. “This hospital is no place for a regular girl to be walking alone.”
“Besides, think of the benefits!” Id said. “This hospital has a lot of secret benefits available only to bimbofied women. Wouldn't it be great if Twilight could use those benefits?”
Ego put a hand on her cheek. “Maybe … but are the benefits any good? What kind of benefits are we talking about?”
“Well, there's easy access to breast milk ...” Id said.
“Getting to spend time with fellow bimbos ...” Rarity said.
“And of course, spending time with the patients.”
Ego stroked her chin. “I don't know … those don't sound like the kind of benefits Twilight would be interested in …”
“Listen.” Id wrapped an arm around Ego's shoulder. “Twilight is going to be bimbofied, one way or another, as long as she stays in the hospital. And trust me, there is an exit, but it would take anyone a long, long time to find it. So wouldn't it be better to go ahead and get it out of the way, with someone we know Twilight's been attracted to in the past, rather than waiting for her to get caught by an unknown patient?”
Ego considered this for a moment. “Okay. I'm convinced. What do you want to me to do?”
Id pushed Ego towards Flash's Superego. “Simply wrap your lips around his equipment … and suck.” Ego nodded and got on the floor while Superego got himself ready.
“Are you sure this will work, Id?” Rarity asked.
“Oh yes.” Id said. “Twilight Sparkle will be running back to us any second now, and I can explain why. See, when Discord externalizes the personality – be it Id, Ego, or Superego – they are still connected to the original person they were from. What affects one affects the other. So any mind-control or behavior-influencing elements introduced to one will affect the other. I, as an Id, don't really suffer from this, because most of the time, you're getting seduced and having sex with a patient or turning someone else into a bimbo, which is what I wanted you to do anyway. But for Flash's Superego, you having sex with and bimbofying Flash affected him the same way.”
“And when Twilight's Ego swallows Superego's spooge … it'll have the same effect on Twilight Sparkle!”
Id snapped her fingers. “You've got it.”
“Say, Id?”
“Yes?”
“How do all you psyche mani-mani-fi-stay-whatever - have bodily fluids, anyway?”
Id looked down at her chest. She groped herself, squeezing out a bit of milk. “I don't know. I guess in my case, it's because my body takes on properties similar to yours.”
“That would explain it.” Rarity said. “So, like, now what?”
“Now we wait.” Id answered with a smile.
Some distance away, Twilight Sparkle was walking through the hall, hunched over in anger.
“I can't believe Rarity would – would submit so easily.” Twilight said. She continued walking and came to a stop when she got to an intersection. “Wasn't I down this hallway already? Ugh, why is it so hard to find an exit in this place!? Surely there must be some emergency stairs or something? If not, I'm pretty sure that's a violation of safe working codes!”
Twilight stood at the intersection, full of righteous indignation. She decided she would go down the left hallway, as it was one she knew she hadn't been down with her Ego.
“Let's go this way, Ego.” Twilight said. “Ego? Ego!” Twilight turned around and realized she had left Ego behind. “Oh no! Where did she go? Where did I leave her?” Twilight realized she must have left Ego with Rarity. “But that means ...”
Twilight's thoughts were interrupted when a sudden delicious taste smashed into her mouth and ran across her tongue. It was so good it knocked her to the ground on her hands and knees, and made her forget all about Ego or Rarity.
“What was that?” Twilight breathed heavily, putting her hands over her mouth. “Oh, wow … it's so good. I want – I want more of it.” Twilight panted and panted. She got her wish, as another sample of the mystery taste poured down her mouth.
“Ooooh!” Twilight moaned, her hand on her chin. She climbed up the wall and used it for support. “So good … so, so good. I have to find out what this is! I have to have more!” Twilight held the wall for support, resting against it as she climbed back to find help.
Rarity and Id were more than satisfied when they saw Twilight climb into view, laid against the wall.
“Rarity ...” Twilight said. “You've got help me. I need directions. I was walking down the hall when all of a sudden I was hit by this amazing taste. You've gotta help me find it. I need to have more!”
“Well, good thing for you, we know exactly where you can find it.” Id said.
“You do!?” Twilight exclaimed.
“Oh yes.” Id pointed at Twilight's Ego, who was lying down the floor with a triumphant-looking Superego over her. “That feeling you're feeling was from your Ego getting … comfortable with Flash's Superego.”
“You … you planned this.” Twilight said. “You know if my Ego got stimulated, I'd be overwhelmed and unable to resist.”
“Perhaps we did,” Rarity said.
“But tell us this, Twilight; were we wrong?” Id asked.
Twilight paused.
“No. I'm mad at you, but I want it so badly that I don't even care. Where is it?”
“If you want that taste, Twilight ...” Rarity said. “All you have to do … is suck Flash Sentry.” She gestured to Flash, who waved and smiled nervously. “But think carefully, Twilight. Once you do this, there's no going back.”
Twilight stared at Flash for a few minutes before nodding her head. “All right. Yes. I'll do it. I want it so badly I'm willing to risk bimbofication from sex.”
Twilight rushed over to Flash Sentry, eager to have her craving satisfied, even at the risk of being made into a total bimbo.
“Oh, Twilight ...” Rarity said as Twilight got to knees, and she and Flash prepared to do the same as Superego and Ego. “You never had a chance.”
“That's one more down!” Id said with a happy giggle. “Two more to go! Oh, I'm excited! I just can't wait for you to bimbo up the rest of your friends!”
“Why?” Rarity asked. “Why can't you wait? I thought bimbofying them was half the fun.”
“Oh, it is, I assure you!” Id said. “But there's something special Discord has in store for you once you've completed the bimbofication of all five of them. Not counting Flash, of course.”
“Like, really?” Rarity asked. “Can I see?”
“Well ...” Id rolled her eyes, turning away from Rarity. “I guess it won't hurt to give you a little peek.” Id grabbed Rarity by the wrist and proceeded to drag her through the hospital.
After going through several hallways and making many, many turns, Id brought Rarity to a room unlike the others she'd been in. Rarity guessed it was some sort of boiler or cleaning room. The room inside was devoid of the hospital's usual blue or white colors, instead having an old-timey brown and white checkerboard pattern to the walls. There was a large container in the center of the room.
“That,” Id pointed to the container, “will be your reward when your bimbofication of your friends is done. I imagine you'll quite like it.”
Rarity approached the container. She leaned over the edge and looked in, seeing nothing but a mahogany-colored liquid inside, her busty body reflected in the liquid.
“I don't get it. What's, like, the big deal?”
“Touch it.” Id said.
Rarity put a hand to the liquid. There was a ripple in the liquid, and a tendril sprouted out from it, shifting from inside the pool. The end of tendril adjusted and reshaped itself.
“Ooh! I see. It's one of those ... those slime thingies, like in the R-rated section of Spike's comic book store.” Rarity said. Without warning, the tendril shot up and shoved itself into Rarity's mouth, throbbing and pulsating as if it was holding back an orgasm.
And that seemed to be the case, as it released its hold, shooting a thick, gooey, spooge-like knockoff substance down Rarity's throat. Rarity didn't care that it was a knock-off – it tasted so much better than anything the hospital had offered so far.
With half-lidded eyes, Rarity began to suck the tendril, hoping for more. The tendril vibrated and pulsated, letting Rarity know it appreciated her affection. The tentacle began to retract into the pool, dragging Rarity with it.
“Ha-ha, okay! I think that's enough of a sneak preview for today,” Id said, grabbing Rarity from behind and pulling her away from the tendril. “Come on. This way.”
“Mmm … so good.” Rarity moaned in a daze. “The best yet ...”
“Yes, yes, yes.” Id said. “That's why it was supposed to happen after you bimbofied your friends. I think I may have made a mistake in bringing you here early ...”
Id pushed Rarity towards the door, but they were interrupted by something tapping them both on the shoulders.
“What?” Id growled, she and Rarity turning around. Two tentacles had emerged from the pool, and they forced their way into Rarity's and Id's mouths, pouring their delicious fluids into their throats. With the connection between the two of them, it just enhanced the pleasure to ridiculous levels; the taste that went down Rarity's throat went into Id's, and the taste that went into Id's went into Rarity's, leading to a perpetual feedback of delicious pleasure.
Rarity, enthralled, began to walk back towards the pool, the tentacle still thrusting into her mouth.
“Mmm ...” Id moaned, sorely tempted to just stand there and let the tendril orgasm into her before coming back to her senses and pulling away. “Rarity!” Id rushed and grabbed Rarity from behind, pulling her away from the tendril again.
“I want more!” Rarity yelled.
“I know, but we're not technically supposed to be here.” Id began to push out the door again. On her way out, Id slapped the tendrils. “No! Bad tentacle monster! Bad! You know you're not supposed to misbehave like that.” Id gave it another smack before finally leaving with Rarity and closing the door behind them.
“Come on,” Id said to Rarity, placing a hand on her shoulder. “Let's go find and bimbofy the rest of your friends, and then you have as much as you want.”
Rarity giggled. “Okay!”
Id guided Rarity into the hall, with a worried look over her shoulder to make sure the tendrils weren't following them.

Here's something I do have to say, in that I really liked the idea I came up with of hypnotizing Fluttershy to think she used to have big boobs, but got rid of them somehow, and making her want them "back." It's just - it's just funny to me.
