"Why young one, you are just too late. For your friends, your family, your world, and even yourself." The big figure said with a demonic tone in his voice.
"N-no. We will stop you and we shall end your existence. You're suffering in this world ends now!" I said with fire in my eyes and my hands.
"Really, hehe, you and what army?" He said pointing towards the bodies behind me.

I look to see 6 girls and 4 boys behind me with severe wounds. I ran to them and looked at all of them to see they were dead. I even looked at the one with light pink with many cuts and bruises all over here face. She appeared to be dead. I look at her with tear now streaming down my face
Then something happened in me. A burning, seething rage came over and my powers were going out of control.The wind, fire, water,and earth all around me began going crazy like some hurricane. I scream with a rage and use it to fight.
"AH--"
I awake with a gasp like I awoke from a nightmare and the alarm clock beeping and blaring in my ear.
"Gooood Morning Ponyville! It is now August 24th, 2014 and you know what that means everyone. All the kids are going back to school for a new year of academic, athletics, and fun for our elementary, middle, and high school kids and also a big congratulations to the seniors of 2014-2015 for one last year of school. Go and destroy this last year of school! Now time for a great song for you from Emberllie Gouldenlight "Love Me Like You Do." The man on the radio said playing the song. "I always liked this girls music."I said to myself grabbing the clothes I left out last night.

I walk into the kitchen grabbing some eggs and bacon from the fridge and getting all the essential utensils to make my usual eggs and turkey bacon that I have most morning.
I crack 4 eggs and put it in a bowl and use a for to whisk it all into a yellow bowl of egg-batter. I put the bacon holder and put some paper towel over it and stick it in the microwave and cook it for 4 minutes. While those are cooking i grab some milk from the fridge and put a little in the bowl where the egg are and whisk it some more. I dump it out in the pan and wait for it to cook.
"I smell bacon." I heard a happy little boy voice coming from the kitchen doorway.
I look over to see one of my little brothers in the doorway. He wore his Bulk Biceps pajamas, holding his red blanket he had since he was 5, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes. He always was a fan of bacon ever since he was 4. Now at he age of 7, he will get up when ever he smells it.
"Well Bright Ray, this isn't for you. I know you like it, but please let me be able to at least have a piece before you devour it all before I even have a bite." I said giving him a stern look. He always tried to get a one bite with his signature puppy dog eyes. "They're not going to work on me this time Bright." I said with him still giving me the eyes. He almost got me this time but I stood my ground and he gave up giving me a pouty look. "Fine. I didn't even want any anyway." He said stomping of into the living room. With the cooking still underway and Bright Ray and myself up and everyone else decides to wake up. I greet everyone with good morning and them giving me their best good morning. Most of them just groaned the fact that it is a Monday and the first day of school. The main one to not really be happy about this was the oldest of my little sisters Blinding Beam. She was never a fan of these morning. Usually on the weekends she would be in bed til one o'clock in the afternoon before she awoke. For her to be 14 and the way her sleep schedule, I wonder if she ever be able to function right.
Mom was the first one to try and lighting things up with her asking us how it feels to be going back to school. Most of us groaned while my littlest sister said, "I'm just happy to see most of my friends again." She said with glee.
"Why that's fantastic Flashing Bolt!" My mom said with quick little claps
"You saw most of them during the summer." Blinding Beam said.
"Yeah, but I get to see them for a longer time and in a great place."Flashing Bolt said. Blinding just rolled her eyes. I got up as I finished my breakfast and went to the bathroom to wash up. I try to put toothpaste on my toothbrush but it just wouldn't want to come out. I squeeze it hard, then harder, and then the hardest I could do it, but it so happens it just wanted to burst and get all over my shirt I wore. I took it off to then look in the mirror to see the mark I have on my chest.
The crest. The source of all the powers I have within me. I look in the mirror to see the crest. A big circle cut into fourths with one quadrant fire, another water, another earth, and finally another wind. I didn't know where it came from, I just woke up to find it on my chest. All I remember is having a weird dream...
I awake to see a big, white temple looming over me, the light emanating brightly, blinding me. The temple's art of dragons and gargoyles all over the temple was very beautiful. I walked up the the temple door to look at the symbol on the door. The doors opened with and even more blinding light with a tall women in a cloak. She looked down upon me and gave me a warm smile.
"So you must be of what the prophecy foretold. I welcome you to the Temple of Elements young one. Please come in we must show you your destiny." She says as she invites me inside the temple. I look around to see many stain-glass pictures of heroes with those elements. I even see more people in cloaks. When they notice me the seem to kneel and hold their heads down like I was some king. As I looked around the tall lady I see a giant stone wall and seeing some sort of art on the wall. We finally make it the wall where more people in white cloaks come out.
"So this is the boy that's going to bear this burden? Well child I must ask you something. What is your name?" The man asked.
"My name is Gleaming Bright. What is this place and why am I here?" I asked the man.
"You are at the Temple of Elements and you are destined to bear the marking of elements. This marking will let you hold the power to control the four natural elements, wind, fire, earth, and water. These will help you defeat the looming threat that is coming." He said showing the wall in all it's glory.
"But why me? I'm not that special, I'm just a normal person." I said trying to dodge this so called "destiny".
"If we didn't bring you here, why would we be asking you this. There is something inside that has a desire that wants to be something. Like a hero. And we see that you want this just as much as we do." He said kneeling next to me putting his hand on my shoulder. "We can see that you want it, we are just giving you the keys to do this. So last question is, are you ready to hold this opportunity in your hands?" He said take off the hood showing me his long grey beard and wrinkle on his face. Honestly he looked like that Dumbledore character.
"You called this a burden, why is that?" I asked him.
"Because this is something people of old had. This doesn't come likely to most men or women. This is a power of most mortals understanding of the world. They seem to think that powers such as these were making them and us look like monster when in reality we used these powers for good, but they shunned us and forced us to leave. We want you to be that person to show that we are not monsters. We are just special people. We are special people that are the only hope of ever saving the universe. Now do you see why this falls upon you you Gleaming?
"This threat, what is it?" I asked.
"We have no idea. Even the prophecies don' even know. But we are preparing for it by getting who the prophecy is asking for. And it appears to be you child." He told me. I walk over to the wall to see the art of the wall. I see a man on top of a rock have all the elements come to him and blowing away what appears to be demons, mythical creatures, and even fighting back to an even bigger creature. I take moment to think it over and make my decision.
"Yes." I say looking at the all the cloaked people.
"Great. Now stand in the center young one and let us perform the ritual. I go and stand in the middle and watch as the people use their power. They start chanting something that sounded like old Greek, and Latin together. I start to feel this sensation that I never felt before around my chest area. My shirt has disappeared to show and glowing light coming from it. I look to see a symbol like the one on the door outside.
"Now go, and use these powers for greatness Gleaming Bright." He said spreading his arms out sending me off.
I come back into reality hearing my sister banging on the door. "C'mon Gleaming! You've been in there long enough! Other people have to use the bathroom!" Blinding said.
"S-sorry!" I said putting my shirt back on. and going to my room to get a new one.
It is now time to go back to school and see some of my friends from last yer and hope they are still there. I get in my car and start off towards Ponyville High School. On the way there I turn on the radio to hear the music off good soothing chillstep. I felt relaxed having another flashback to that dream.
"Whatever this force is, I am ready to stop it!" I think to myself pulling up to the school.
"Time to start a new year. And maybe and even interesting one at that. I grab my stuff and get ready for what is in store for me.
