The Proper References (rewritten)
Rarity had never praised for the end of the before, normally she would slightly be thankful for the end of the day. But this time, this time was a different story. Rarity set up open interviews for an assistant, and some ponies came along to give their impression on Rarity. None of them, absolutely none of them were quite fit for the job. Each one of them showed no ambition, they just wanted their dreams handed to them on a silver platter. Don't get her wrong, some of them were sweet mares they just were not what Rarity was looking for.
Hour upon hours passed and seven mares total she went through today. She never knew talking and sitting could be so exhausting. She rested her elbows on the table and buried her face in her hooves. She prayed to Celestia that she did not have to do this another day, it would be agonizing to do this another day. But with the look of things, she would have to. Then she would have to face the ones of the previous hiring and explain to them why they did not get the job. Again, they were nice mares and even nicer to stare at but not quite what Rarity was looking for.
She was looking for an assistant who was smart, witty, composed, and knew what she was supposed to wear. Many of them did not even look the part, just average every day clothes, it was disgusting. She as well needed to remember some things, things that a certain boss always did. Rarity could not have them do meaningless tasks like Suri had done. Buying coffee, picking up any dry cleaning, taking care of pets, it was not within the power of the boss to ask such ridiculous things. Rarity vowed when she saw Suri that day, that if she ever would become a boss that she would not have them do meaningless tasks or ridiculous requests.
The only problem was, she was looking for more of a lover than an assistant now that she thought about it. She wanted more than just a work horse, and that was what scared her. She was looking for a mare that could work overtime, a nice looking...
"No Rarity, you can't do this. How can you take advantage of another mare like that it's not...it's not what a lady would..."
Her voice trailed off as she thought to herself as to if what she was doing wrong or right. What was wrong with finding a sexy pony to be your assistant, it would most certainly relieve some of the stress that came with the job. Both for her and for Rarity. So where was the harm done? This dispute with her morals made the headache in the middle of her head grow even more painful. Rarity pressed a hoof to her head, trying to ease the pain that was splitting her head in half. If Rarity was going to do this she was going to need a little help.
Closing her eyes and concentrating a sky blue aura erupted over her horn and projected out her magic. After a few seconds she opened her eyes and her favorite bottle of Merlot was hovering in front of her and she grabbed it and the glass that was next to it. Undoing the cork she said to herself as she poured herself half a glass, "Okay Rarity...you can do this...there is nothing wrong with a little-"
She took a small sip from the bitter red wine and continued talking to herself, "-stress relief once in a while. I deserve it, right? Making all these dresses and suits does not come without it's stress."
Taking another sip, Rarity set the glass down and regained her regal composure as she rehearsed, "Okay, no matter what this is the last one...no more interviews for a while...Oh Celestia, I hope that this last interview is the one-the one for the job I mean, heavens do think that this is going to be the one...and you're talking to yourself again."
She sighed as she pressed a hoof to the bridge of her nose again. Her headache slightly subsiding from the warmth of the alcohol that was spreading through her. The flat liquid resting on her tongue, giving a sour aftertaste. Just what she would have expected from such a bottle. She put the bottle underneath her seat and took another sip from the wine, already she was considering pouring another glass. All depending on how well the next interview goes. She stared at the door in front of her store, staring back monotonously. The dark wood door waiting for somepony to open it. Her eyes moved up the shape of the door and to the bell that hung above the door. The silence around her finally getting to her as she heard the mournful ticking of the clock. She would be lying if she said she was not anxious and scared to see who the last interview will be. She hoped it was not anypony she knew, there were not a lot of them that would "fit the bit", to put it in laments terms. Twilight might if she dressed appropriately but Rarity had a sneaking suspicion that she had no idea what to do with herself if she learned of Rarity's true intentions. That and if she was caught doing this, she could be convicted for charges of sexual harassment, which was the last thing that her reputation needed. This was simply a way of weeding out the ones that were not suitable for her tastes, though she sounds very vane when she said that in her mind.
Was she really so conceded that she would resort to playing matchmaker by using a job as a ploy? Rarity was not sure why but she slightly tingled at the sense of danger that would follow such a thing. Scandalous and manipulative, could she do such things? Was this a dark spot on her moral compass? Was she so low that she would do this? She took another sip of her wine, having to pull a little bit more down as she did so. She was nearly done with the glass and barely felt a buzz. She might be a lady but she knew how to hold her alcohol. As she set down the glass she saw the door open, and before she saw who it was she said her usual phrase when somepony opened the door, "Welcome to Carousel Boutique. Where everything is chic, unique, and magnifique!"
When she saw who it was her jaw dropped. Standing before her with the setting sun at her back was none other than Coco Pommel. Standing in all of her curved glory. Wearing the usual revealing apparel that Rarity saw her wear last time they met. Socks pulled up to her knees, a mini skirt, and a white button up shirt with a red tie loosely tied around her neck. Her light yellow colored youthful face was distinguishable even in a huge throng of ponies. Her large bright blue eyes looking at her, filled with friendliness and joy. Rarity was stunned to see her here and to see her when there are no professionals around. Rarity's tail swished happily as she saw her much like a cat would do when they saw their owner. Rarity let a smile cross her face as she would fit perfectly and greeted with a warm smile, "Coco Pommel. Darling it is so good to see you, it seems like a century since I have seen you!"
She stood up and opened her hooves and pulled Coco in for a brief hug. She was warm and very soft, soothing her hoof over the soft fabric of her shirt, Rarity could not help but to not think that she was perfect. She will do just nicely. Coco returned in her tone of voice very similar to that of Fluttershy as she returned, "It's good to see you too, Miss Rarity."
Rarity chuckled pulling herself away from the very warm mare, much to her slight disappointment, and said, "Darling, do not talk in such formalities. We are friends are we not?"
Coco replied, "Okay Miss-I mean Rarity."
Rarity smiled and said, "So, I will assume that you arrived because you desire a personal visit or are you here for the job interview?"
'Oh sweet Celestia please tell me the job interview...' Rarity thought to herself, her tail never ceasing with it's swishing. She was truly happy to see Coco, why did she not think of her before? She was young and very attractive for her age, although there was only little difference between their ages. Everything about this mare made her nethers tingle, her slight shyness, her smarts, her utter obsession with her lines of clothing. The slight glint in her eye as she turns her head away in embarrassment, it was more than adorable, something that words could not explain.
Coco turned her head with the slight glint in her eye and rubbed her hoof with the other, timidly answering, "Well...I...yes...I hope that I can get the job, I have...not been having the best luck back in Manehattan."
Rarity gasped, "Heavens, whatever is the matter?"
"Well, ever since I quit Suri's employment I...I started my own line and I just...I have just been left in the dust...nopony will wear my designs..." Coco shuffled her hooves with a slight blush on her cheeks. This was not acting, Rarity knew the difference. She was not trying to swindle Rarity's money out of false sympathy. She was in desparate need for help, Rarity could feel it. She could feel something else too, and that was a building heat in her stomach. She was just so adorable with her movements and mannerisms that she did. Rarity could not stop tingling, but she kept her composure.
Rarity rested a light hoof on her shoulder and said, "Coco, why did you not say anything? I would be more than willing to help you. I can sponsor your work but you must earn the position, I cannot just hand you a partnership merely because you are my dear friend. Much to my discontent."
Coco smiled and said, "Why, thank you Rarity. You are so generous, I promise that I will not-"
"Ah ah," Rarity moved her hoof to her shoulder blade, moving and guiding her to the lounge area, "You do not have the job yet, you must pass the interview. I have complete faith that you will pass it with no problems at all."
It was a simple lounge room, a coffee table in the middle with a bouquet of plants. Red velvet furniture scattered about the edge of the coffee table to rest easy. The colors were much darker but were surprisingly inviting for the scheme that she chose. She chose colors that she knew would always give her a warm feeling inside every time she walked into the room. The same feeling she felt at that moment, glancing over her shoulder to see the young mare following close behind. Rarity smirked and said, "Have a seat wherever you like darling."
She nodded and sat in a seat opposite of Rarity and settled in nicely to the velvet seating. Rarity settled down and sat facing forward at Coco Pommel, her legs crossed and looking Coco up and down. For a mare her age, she was one of the hottest mares Rarity has ever seen. Nopony could compare to how beautiful she was. If she knew the beauty she held, she could be the most gorgeous pony in all of Equestria.
Rarity said, "So, we will start with a practical part and finish off with a more...physical aspect."
Coco knit an eyebrow, "Physical?"
Rarity nodded, "Yes, being a model as well as being a clothing's designer requires a lot of willpower and a certain...spunk...I have complete faith that you will succeed."
She could barely contain herself she was so happy, this was all going according to plan. Her meticulous and well thought out plan that was fool proof and every contingent was taken care of was falling into place. ALL contingencies, including Sweetie Belle. Rarity made sure that she conducted her interviews on a weekend where she was spending the weekend either at Applebloom's or at Scootaloo's. If Rarity had to babysit those three for another hour the past week, Rarity would have lost it. But it was all worth it if Rarity got to see before her Coco Pommel.
They both crossed their hooves in a ladylike manner and Rarity asked, "So, I already know that you have the experience and you need not repeat your dreadful work experience. So if you could please, stand up and spin around for a second."
Coco sat in confusion for a little bit but decided not to question Rarity's methods, although that was in poor judgment, she did exactly what she thought she would do. Her eyes were glued to Coco's hips and but the entire time, wishing that she had her head buried underneath that mini skirt. Her heart fluttered at the image of Coco releasing a lewd moan from Rarity showing how much of a great boss she would be. A small smile rested on Rarity's face as she whispered under her breath, "Very good..."
Coco faced Rarity and asked, "Um...Rarity?"
Rarity looked up and said, "Yes darling?"
Coco dug the tip of her hoof into the ground and said, "Uhm...what does this have to do with the interview?"
Rarity stood up and explained as she stood up and walked over to Coco, "Why darling, in order for a seamstress to make and appreciate the clothing that she makes for others..."
She cut her sentence short as she circled around Coco like a shark. A predatorial look in her eyes and a lust behind her facade of decency and friendliness. She stopped behind her and stepped in really close and whispered the last part of her sentence in Coco's ear in a sultry tone, "...she has to know how to wear it first."
Rarity lingered over Coco's neck and allowed a few breaths to spread over the nape of her neck. Coco squirmed and shivers under Rarity's breath, her young and soft fur was irresistible and Rarity could hardly keep her pose when she was so close to her. The contact was enough that caused Coco to get a little bit aware of what was going on but also enough to keep her in the dark. A taste to get her interested but stopping when she got suspicions. Rarity leaned away and said, "It would appear that you have the body for a model."
There was joy and hope on her face and Rarity wanted to suspend Coco in that state and never wanted her to change her expression or emotions. To say that she was beautiful was an understatement. And Rarity wanted to see all of her beauty. Rarity crossed the room and sat back in her chair and looked over Coco Pommel.
Rarity nodded at a cup of pencils behind her and said, "Lean over me and grab those pencils."
Coco Pommel raised an eyebrow and said, "Um..."
"Part of a job is to do what you are told without any objections." Rarity said in a slightly neutral tone, a tone that spoke with authority. Expressing that it was not a suggestion but an order.
Coco saw this and said with a blush on her cheeks, "S-sorry Rarity."
She was very hesitant at first but she eventually crossed the room and walked towards Rarity. It took all of Rarity's strength to prevent her from grabbing Coco Pommel and exploring Coco's soft body for herself. Rarity waited with bated breath as Coco stopped in front of her. She stood there for a while until she finally slowly leaned over Rarity.
Her short breaths caused her chest to rise and fall quickly, her sweet buttermilk fur was even more irresistible a few inches away. Her eyes were fixated on Coco's thin lithe form. Rarity commented, her hot breath spreading over the surface of her shirt, "Darling, have you lost weight?"
She waited for an answer as she said, "Well, I haven't eaten in over three weeks...so-"
Rarity chuckled and interrupted, "Then perhaps we should give you something to eat when this interview is done," You're gonna need the energy afterwards, she finished in her head. Rarity licked her lips as she stared down Coco's shirt, she felt something drip down from the top of her head and wiped the sweat drop away. Coco stepped back and held the cup of pencils in her hooves, waiting for Rarity to give her next order. Rarity twirled her hoof and said, "Turn around."
She did so and Rarity finished as she felt her loins boil as she asked, "Now spill the pencils, bend over, and pick them up one by one."
Coco glanced over her shoulder and Rarity could see the blush on her cheeks and said in resistance, "I...I don't...I don't know..."
Rarity said, "Darling, you want the job don't you? How hard is this task? Do this and consider yourself hired other than I need a close look at...your references."
Rarity could not tell that she had barely eaten, though she probably felt very weak. Rarity felt slightly bad that she was taking advantage of a mare that barely had any energy in her. Rarity waited patiently waited for her to do the deed, all of the pieces were about to fall in place. Coco spilled the pencils and set the cup on the coffee table. Rarity licked her lips and clenched her thighs tighter together to satiate the burning feelings in her loins. Slowly but surely she bent over to pick up the pencils, as she lowered down her skirt road up and revealed her highly toned thighs and her round and plump ass cheeks. And she lost her self-control.
Rarity had to admit that this mare had considerable assets for being her age. Rarity expected an average sized and shaped ass but this surprised her, it was well rounded and shaped for somepony her age. She must have matured at a young age, and Rarity praised the goddesses that she did. It was so soft that they instantly conformed around hoof, it was like she was caressing a cloud. Rarity could respect that but how could somepony last to her age and not have at least had sex once? It boggled her mind.
Coco squeaked, "Rarity-UGH!-what are you-"

Rarity had a smile and pulled Coco in closer and whispered on her lips, "Then allow me to educate you..."
Rarity pressed her lips warmingly against Coco's and her thought died as her mouth opened. Rarity felt as though she was kissing silk as she thought, many different mares had the pleasure of kissing Rarity and many of them did not feel as soft as Coco. Even her kissing was soft and demure. If Rarity wasn't the wiser she would suspect that she was kissing Fluttershy, at least that is hat she suspected. She slipped her hooves underneath Coco's shirt and caressed her soft stomach. Drawing circles around her tight abs, feeling up her softest spots and pressing hard into them. Coco squeaked as she did so, the cute outburst dying in her throat as it was muffled into Rarity's mouth. Flicking her tongue against Coco's she continued to explore even more of Coco. Her hooves undoing the buttons of her shirt, slowly opening her sweet buttermilk colored fur. Sliding her hooves ever so softly over her velvet like fur. Following her hooves down and just above her thighs.
Slipping under her skirt Rarity dug her hooves hard into her flesh and caused a deep suppressed moan to exhale into Rarity as the kiss broke. She looked like melted butter on toast she was in such a state of bliss. Rarity was glad that she could be her first. Not only was she getting an assistant but also stealing a maiden's innocence. Finding the zipper on her hip, Rarity pulled it down and slid off her mini skirt. Revealing the prize that Rarity has so anxiously waited to see. The areas around them becoming a blur, as the only thing that mattered now was what Rarity craved the most. Bursting through her doors, they arrived at the place that Rarity would often find solitude on a particularly stressful evening. Her bedchambers. Ornate decorations and expensive decor that money and words alone could ever describe. The silks were always nice to feel under her hooves. Such elegance and soft texture, fitting for somepony of her tastes. Coco appeared to be in her own dreamland as she still had her eyes closed and was moaning gently over the quiet midnight air. Her breath like the chilling breeze of the first night of winter. Her innocence never lost upon Rarity and only aimed to make her even more adorable than she already was, which only increased Rarity's lust for her even more. Very rarely are there mares in this world that are like her, and not many more in the future. This would be an opportunity that she could not afford to waste.
Rarity lowered her head down and braced her soft lips against Coco's. The young seamstress squirming and wriggling underneath Rarity. Her body motions brushing up against Rarity's. A suppressed squeal erupted the air and Rarity ignored it as the only thing that became relatively important was pleasing Coco. Closing her eyes and waiting for sleep to embrace her, she felt Coco's hooves pull her in tight and she said timidly, "I don't want this feeling to end."
Rarity petted her hoof comfortingly in her mane and reassured her, "Do not worry darling, this is far from over. The evening is still young and I would very much like to see your references."
They both shared a slight chuckle as they pulled each other into another kiss.

Update: Before I go on a tangent, this was rewritten because I was reading it back over and I decided to trash some of it and keep the rest (*whispers* by that I mean keeping the sex scene and trashing the stuff before it).
Considering that I recently have done an interview it was only natural that I wrote something like this. I could feel all of your displeasures as I took a small break from FimFiction. Don't worry, updates galore and new one shots to come.
Coco is the legal sex age, just not the legal age for drinking. Decided to make her a little bit younger than Rarity.
Anthro but but they only walk on two legs. I tend to usually write in this style a lot. I hoped you enjoyed this.
