I open my eyes and see Fluttershy laying in bed with me. Her pink mane shines in the sun.

"I'm still getting used to this," I think in a loving way. We took our relationship "to the next level" two months ago, and since then, Fluttershy had always wanted me to come over "if it was okay," she always says. It feels strange being in a relationship with a mare who thinks only of the stallion and not of herself, but I guess she's still getting used to this like me, except almost every time I'M under pressure, I don't make it noticeable. I can't help but come over when she texts me that on the new FIMPhone I got her to keep in touch with me. She uses the touch stencil I gave her with her teeth and she's getting to know all the advanced updates for it.

I  lay on the right side of the bed and roll over to my right to check my phone. Once I stick my glasses on I am greeted by the sight of Angel glaring at me. Over the spand of these four months, I had gotten to know Angel very well, often butting heads with each other (whenever Fluttershy wasn't around) over whether Angel took advantage of her.

"What, Angel?" I whisper to him trying not to wake Fluttershy.

He grabs his food bowl and holds it up to my face. "He's hungry," I think. It was just six in the morning and he was already awake and hungry. I look back over to Fluttershy and see her with her eyes wearly open.

"Is he hungry?" She asks me in an obviously tired tone.

"Yeah, but I'll feed him." I say pulling the blanket off of me.

"Oh, thank you," She says and rolls to the other side while pulling more of the blanket over her.

"It's alright," I assure her. Angel hands me his bowl in a pushy motion and I take it with me into the kitchen of Fluttershy'shome and fill it with Angel's usual meal. Angel walks over to it, looks at it, sniffs it, pokes at a carrot, and shakes his head slowly.

"But it's what you usually eat," I grumble.

Angel sends me a glare, crosses his arms, and starts tapping his foot impatiently. This reminds me of how I treated my dad when I was a spoiled colt, and I instantly decide to tell this little bunny-rabbit exactly what my dad told me when I didn't wanna eat the food he presented me.

"When I get hungry, I don't care what I eat as long as it's edible, and at the least a little good." I begin to lecture.

He furrows his brow further. He obviously didn't care.

"Look," I say giving up nicely, "eat it, or don't eat it. I presented good and edible food for you and it's your choice if you're gonna eat it. In fact, if I'm correct, you're able to survive missing one meal of the day, and if you choose to not eat all day, then you'll still be alive tomarrow."

He then looks toward the hallway behind me with a pouting face and I turn around to see Fluttershy standing there leaning on one side of the doorway.

"What's going on?" She asks.

"He won't eat again," I say calmly, "and I'm trying to get through to him."

"Oh," She lowers herself to Angel and smiles, "why won't you eat?"

He squeaks for a while most likely repeating what I said.

"Well, Band makes a good point."

Angel turns his expression from complete and total sadness, to an extremely stern and frustrated pout.

"But I guess we could find you something else," She gives. I quietly grumble at the fact of noticing her complete vulnerability, but I recalled that this vulnerability to certain situations was one of the reasons why I loved her.

"Hey, I'll get Angel food if you want," I ask.

Angel looks turns his head toward me and then looks back at Fluttershy and shakes his head.

"He doesn't want you to, sorry," She says, "I'll take him."

"Alright, but I'll be at my house if you want to find me," I say.

As I'm biking home, at my usually quick pace, while singing to Diary Of Mare off of my MLP3 Player, I hear an admirably cocky tone of voice and the flap of wings.

"Hey, Band," Rainbow Dash says while flying at my speed. I keep focus on the sidewalk.

"Hey, Dash," I say.

"Where you off to in a hurry?" She asks.

"You should already know I just love riding fast," I reply with a smirk, "and I'm going to my house." Me and Dash have had races in the past, but no flying races, and I always fail terribly.

"So what you going to do there?" She asks.

"I might go on my computer and play some games."

"Cool, can I come?"

"If you want."

"Awesome."

"But only for a while," I inform, "I got my HoofTube Channel to deal with." I make a sharp left turn under Dash into an ally running pass potted plants and over bumpy gravel. I turn right and continue on a street down a hill.

Once she catches up to me Dash asks, "Hey, Band?"

"Yeah," I say while weaving my way past crowds of people and barely missing a carriage.

"I want to talk to you about something when we get to your place."

"Alright."

When I get to the front yard of my big blue condo. Dash rests down onto her hooves and I hold the front door open for her.

Inside, Blue Ray is laying on his dark sapphire cushion snoring softly, but when I close the door with a click, his head pops up looking over his shoulder to me and Dash. Dash had never been inside my home, so she never knew that I had a blue crystal dragon. Dash's mouth gaped in awe when she saw it.

I walk over to my dragon and say to him, "Blue Ray, come." and he gets up to follow.

"That. Is. AWESOME!" Dash says then she looks at me with a you-know-what look, "That might be why Fluttershy likes you."

"No," I say humbly, "Well, it could be a plus for her, but... me and her have a 'click'."

Dash gives me a glare, "A 'click'?" she quotes. I knew it sounded cheesy, so I had to think of what I meant.

"A 'click'," I begin, "Like a cord connects to an outlet." I show with my hands then notice the inappropriate gesture I'm making and stop.

"So," she says, "you're saying that you and her. Uh." She stresses her face to say something appropriately. I soon guess exactly what she wants to say and interrupt.

"No, no, no, no. I mean, like we are meant to connect," I say, "Like we're meant to be together. We're perfect."

"Oh. Ooooooooh," She now understands. I soon notice Blue Ray standing next to me wondering what we're talking about.

We continue the conversation in my computer room.

"That's what I wanted to talk to you about," Dash says.

"What?" I ask.

"You and Fluttershy's relationship with each other."

"Oh," I say while pouring me and her some blue raspberry lemonade with my blue unicorn magic, "What specifically do you want to talk about. I'll answer if I find it okay to answer."

"Not really talk about you two," she says, "I wanted to inform just you about things I know about Fluttershy."

I instantly thought, "What could she know that I don't about Fluttershy?" but then I noticed that Dash has been friends with Fluttershy since they were fillies.

Dash then looks at her glass that she holds with both hands and twiddles her thumbs, "So you guys haven't..." she hesitates.

"What?" I ask, "Had intercourse?"

"Um... yeah,"

"No. We haven't," I answer glumly. I say this without questioning why Dash needs to know because I feel like Dash sort of has a right to ask. If not, it's still fine with me.

"Just be nice to her," She blushes. I knew what Dash meant by that. I put my right hand on her left shoulder.

"I will if it ever comes," I assure her softly.

"Thanks, she's just frail when it comes to this, I suspect," She says, "Like if someone she holds as close as you to her, says something wrong towards her, no one would be able to pick up and put back together the pieces again. Not even me."

I had never thought of that. Dash was right. If I ever say something to Fluttershy that would break her heart, she would wilt under the weight of despair like a delicate little flower.

I soon notice I'm staring off to space and look back to Dash with a face of determination and grab one of her palms holging it with one hand under and one on top of the hand, "I know. That's why I'll take care of her."

"Thanks, Band," She says with a small smile, "But not just 'cause I said so. Because you care for her."

"Yes," I say, "I understand."

My phone begins to ring Flutterwonder, which is Fluttershy's set ringtone, and I answer while giving Dash a finger meaning "one moment".

"Yeah, Bubblegum?" I answer. That's her loving nickname I gave her.

"Could I come over? It's okay if you don't want me to," Fluttershy says softly.

"Yeah sure," I answer.

"Thank you."

"Bye. Love you."

"Um... Love you." She hangs up.

"Fluttershy's coming," I let Dash know.

"Alright," She says, "Do you want me to leave you two private?"

"I'm sure it's fine if you stay," I insist.

"Alright."

Rainbow Dash is lucky when I hear Fluttershy's soft knocking on the front door, since I had been owning Dash on the video games we were playing. Unknown Earth 2 is not a game she particularly likes anway. I get up and walk over to the front door.

I open it and see Fluttershy smiling at me lovingly. I smiled back and gesture her in.

She immediately takes notice of Dash sitting in the computer room stuffing her face with some cheese puffs. Fluttershy turns to me.

"So you two have been over here?" She asks with a slight pouting face.

I can't help but feel guilty for some reason. "Uh, yeah. Is that okay?"

"Oh, I don't mind," She says. We stand there awkwardly for a moment.

"So what are we gonna do, Fluttershy?" Dash breaks the silence with her enthusiastic tone.

"Oh, Um," she hesitates, "Actually I wanted to talk to Band alone. So... Um... Could you go? You don't have to if don't want to."

"Fluttershy," I say, "If you feel like you need privacy, then that's fine."

"Uh, yeah. Sure," Dash replies.

I follow Dash to the door.

"It was fun having you over, Dash." I say with a smile. After I closed the door, I walked over to the kitchen where Fluttershy was sitting at the kitchen bar.

"What did you want to talk about?" I ask.

She looks away from the graphite counter to me, "I was wondering if I could spend time with you? You have lately been distant with your friends and I was just wondering."

"Of course," I say holding her hand between my two, "I'll think of something, too."

She smiles, "Thank you, Band. I just feel lonely a lot now."

My ears perk up, "Why? Tell me." I sit on the other bar stool beside her.

"I don't know," she says looking around. She obviously was trying not to hurt my feelings for whatever reason.

"Come on," I say softly while guiding her face to mine, with a hand. Her eyes shining in the light like two faultless emeralds.

She breathes in slowly, "I just want us to go somewhere to have fun."

"Bubblegum," I say lovingly, "Of course. I'm sorry. I've just been too wrapped up in my work to notice."

She smiles and blushes. I lean forward and give her a slow passionate kiss.
