Sunset Horizon is an Equestria Girls series about and unlikely group that has formed at Canterlot High School. Two friends, Alex and Sunset Shimmer somehow manage to form a music group for the Spring Music Fest that includes Adagio Dazzle, Sonata Dusk, Aria Blaze, Trixie Lulamoon, and Starlight Glimmer. They agree on learning the ways of friendship and working along side with the Rainbooms. One problem they have involves a rival group, The Illusions with Snips and Snails.
