Earth, 9000 years ago
I was on my to the Conneticut convention center to participate in my first convention. Seeing how it was a convention I decided to dress up as on of my favorite power ranger baddies Lord Zedd. In the show he was absolutely terrifying, so much so that they had to tone him down because parents called and said that he gave their children nightmares. That was mostly the reason why I picked him. I did a good job on the costume as well with the red muscle skin, the metal plating (they were actually pieces of cardboard I spray painted a metallic silver), the red visor, his helmet that had the antenna with a z on top and the tubes that made him look like Frankenstein had made his monster after he just dropped acid. However I wasn't able to make the staff and that sadden me a little because it made the costume feel incomplete. I finally got in the convention center and started walking around, and it was awesome. Meeting nice people with awesome costumes, decent food and the booths with some pretty amazing stuff. After walking through the booths for literally hours I came across this one booth which was being run by a guy dressed up as the merchant from whatever the name of that game was. I was looking through his items until I came upon it. It was Lord Zedd's staff and it looked exactly like the one from the show. The metallic silver painting, the giant Z on the top and ending with the sharp, pointed edge. I had high hopes I could get this for a cheap price, but I prepared myself for the worst.
"So how much for the staff?"
The guy walked over to where I was standing, examined the staff and then spoke.
"It'll cost you $15.54." He said in a fast, but still understandable voice. I grabbed $15 plus the change, grabbed the staff and walked off. I couldn't believe how cheap that deal was. As I continued walking around I started to grow tired. I sat down to rest in a chair at the food court. However things got dark and I blacked out. I believed I hit the floor of the convention.

I regained consciousness after what I think was a few hours and the first thing I notice was that I was lying on a cold, stone floor unlike the carpeted floor of the convention center. I opened my eyes to see the red of the visor I was wearing and what looked to be Lord Zedd's throne room. There were the dark grey walls, the entrance, the balcony, his throne and to top it all off the giant fan behind the throne.
"What is going on here?" I said. I immediately stopped in shock at my voice sound exactly like Lord Zedd. (for some reason it won't let me put a video from YouTube right now talking so I'll describe it. Also if you look it up can you tell me how I did?) It was a dark, threatening and gravel voice. As I tried walking to their balcony to see where this palace was I tripped and slam my knee against the stone floor. What true my shocked me was that I felt pain. I had initially thought this was a dream until the pain. But to be sure I took my now covered in a sharp metal finger and made a cut on my arm. It was painful as all heck and I saw a little green ooze (which I think was my blood) come out. My mind went into hysteria after this revaluation.
"This is impossible, no, no, nooooooooooooooooooooo!" I fell to my knees shouting in rage. My magic must have responded to me as red beams fired out of my staff causing the whole palace to shake. I rose off from the ground and walked on to the balcony. Looking down I could see that the palace was on the moon like in the show. However this moon wasn't orbiting any planet however. Not only that, but the planets were completely different. And that is when I had my mental breakdown.
"Why?!? Why of all the people did it have to be me? Now I am stranded in God knows where all alone!"
And that is when my sanity walked straight out the door for good, never to be seen again.
"Ha, ha, ah, in a galaxy with planets ready to be conquered by me, ha, ha ah!" I couldn't stop laughing as I fell deeper into my insanity.
I am no longer that pathetic being. I am Lord Zedd, always have been and always will be. No galaxy is safe from iron, cold grip! For soon the whole universe will be mine! And anyone who gets in my way will be destroyed!
I collapsed on to my throne as I continued to laugh like on of those mad men locked in an asylum. On that day I began my 9,000 years conquest across the universe. And nothing would stop me.
Hello the name's Lord Zedd
It had been 9,000 years since I began my conquest across the known universe and it was a bumpy ride when I started. I spent the first 100 years of my conquest getting used to my new body and it wasn't easy seeing as I had to recharge my evil powers ever 100 years, so the first time was awkward especially since I was the only thing in the damn palace for so long. I then spent the next 1,000 years mastering my powers. During the end of my learnings of my magic I came across a traveling and extremely foolish god from a different universe. I stole its power by using hypnosis as it apparently never had come across it before and was easily susceptible to it. I then tortured it until it died a slow, painful death. I was grinning under my mask during its death. I then used its blood to make a sort of medicine to soothe me during my psychotic episodes. Apparently the stuff always refilled so I never had to worry about running out. I discovered that I had the power to tear a rip between space and time that allowed me to travel, send or take something from a different universe. However I only cared about this universe so I rarely used it except for banishing my foes. I could also use my powers to speed, slow and stop time itself. I could focus it on one person and have them rapidly age until their death or use it on a planet until no life was left. The next big step to my universal domination came in the form of a green Chinese dragon zord named Serpentera (the one from the original show not the shameful abomination in that special wild force episode). Just one of this zord's toe was taller then a skyscraper. It is strong enough to destroy entire planets. I found it when I was in one of psychotic episode and sent a strong magical blast at one part of the moon. As the dusk cleared Serpentera was revealed. It's one weakness was an extremely problematic one. It took massive amounts of fuel to power it and usually ran out of power before it could be useful. However I knew one power source that could help, the zeo crystal. A giant, magical white crystal that only grew in strength as time went on. I searched the underground caverns beneath my palace hoping it was there like in the show. After hours of searching, I was just about to give up and teleport back to the throne room, until I stumbled on to the cave holding the zeo crystal. However the zeo crystal would destroy anything evil that ladies its hands upon it. So I had to deal with that too.
"Ha! I've done it! Now Serpentera can now be used for more then five minutes." I yelled in triumph as I reached for the zeo crystal. However I had forgotten that it was protected by a force field and was stopped by it. The trip would have been all for nothing if I had not learned how to wear down a strong force field. I set the curse and teleported back to my throne. It would take 500 years for the shield to go down. So to pass time I used my powers to summon Finster, an anthropomorphic, white scottish terrier that looked like he was made of clay. He was a brilliant inventor, potion maker, and best of all minion maker which I used to create the bulk of my army. By this time I had conquered dozen of galaxies by myself. However this was mainly due to the fact that the civilization I had conquered hadn't even discovered the wheel. I knew I was going to need an army for the more advanced civilizations. Then I summoned Zurgane, an Chinese armoured solider who had a m on his face plate and what looked liked to be scrolls on his shoulders, but were really swords. He was the tactical military general and power house that would lead my army to battle. I summoned General Crunch last. He looked like a factory came to life and started talking. He wasn't very intelligent, but he was powerful and good at taking orders, a good quality in a soldier. He would be Zurgane's assistant and the perfect comic relief. Now I had my bishop, knight, rook and pawns all I had left to do was wait for the zeo crystal to fall into my hands.

Moon Palace, 500 years later
It was a regular day in my throne room as Zurgane was going over the plans to conquer the latest planet using some holographic displays for visual reference.
".........So as you see Lord Zedd if we send our Putties to attack this part of the capital we can launch a surprise attack on their factories and the Felisumosa which will be holding a conference of all their world leaders will be attending, thus allowing us to completely stop them from making war." He finished his speech as I processed the information. General Crunch was immediate in responding with praise.
"It's absolutely BRILLIANT General Zurgane! He shouted with enthusiasm. Zurgane however responded with annoyance.
"Will you shut your mouth Crunch? This an important military discussion!" Zurgane yelled as Crunch quickly shut up. I put my hand on Zurgane right shoulder and he turned to face me.
"It is an excellent plan General Zurgane and I look forward to seeing you succeed as always. And with your new victory comes a new planet under my control." I said to Zurgane as he and Crunch saluted and walked out to prepare. Soon after they left Finster came running into the room.
"Master.............Zedd the force field..............around the zeo crystal...........has been broken!" He yelled trying to catch his breath. I walked up to him, grabbed him by his neck and lifted him into the air.
"Finster You better not be lying to me." I said as I teleported away to the cave and Finster dropped to the floor still trying to catch his breath.

As soon as I appeared in the cave I could tell Finster was right. I could no longer feel the shield's magical presence. I walked up to the zeo crystal and inspected to make sure it wasn't damaged. It was not harmed at all. I stopped to take in the full beauty of the crystal.
"With you I can use Serpentera to conquer planets with ease. Then I will look for Earth so I can unleash my 8,000 years of rage and vengeance upon the one who sent me here and than upon Earth itself." I said as a single tear that was blood red escaped and ran down my cheek and onto the floor. But first I had to get it without being destroyed. However I knew exactly what to do and zapped the crystal with my staff. The zeo crystal detected what I was doing and tried to retaliate. However it was to late and the zeo crystal morphed into a dark crimson color as its once good powers were turned into evil powers. It would still get stronger over time, but only villains could hold it without being destroyed completely. I grabbed the crystal and teleported to the holding dock of Serpentera where Finster was waiting for me.
"So what now my master?" He hadn't a clue what I was about to do. I used my magic to raise the zeo crystal into the air and place it into Serpentera power source with attaching everything so Serpentera would actually draw power from it. Then I set a spell on it so as the crystal's power levels grew Serpentera would upgrade its system to be able to use the power.
"Ha, ah, ha! It is finally complete!" I shouted loud enough for everyone in the palace to here me. At that time Zurgane and Crunch walked in.
"Lord Zedd the battle was successful and the planet is now yours to control. I can assume based off you laughter you finally obtain the zeo crystal for Serpentera?" I nodded my head yes.
"Excellent now Lord Zedd I must speak with you in private." I followed him to the thrown room where he brought up a hologram of a peaceful planet.
Must be the new planet we are conquering. Soon it won't be peaceful anymore.
"So Lord Zedd as you can see this is the next planet we will be conquering. However there is something strange about it."
"Do tell what is so strange about it Zurgane?"
"The inhabitants seem to be ponies", he brought of a picture of what looked to be a white pony with a horn on its head and a tattoo on its rear.
"Not only that bought the are able to do magic, but in different ways. The ones with horns control magic directly while the ones with wings control the movement of the clouds and weather patterns. Lastly the ones with neither seem to have great control of making valuable land out even the worst place to farm."
He showed the three different types of them.
"They have only have two rulers as of now which seem to represent all three races and they are the most powerful. There names Are Celestia and Luna." He through up two images. One was of a white pony with a horn, wings and rainbow colored hair and tail. She had a picture of a sun on her rear, it being distinctively female. The second one was smaller, had a horn, wings, hair and tail that looked like the night sky and a crescent moon on her rear.
"Lord Zedd I highly advise caution. They maybe primitive, but we do not know what kind of feats they can do with their magic. I say we watch them for 1,000 years to gain as much info as possible before revealing ourselves and attacking." I nodded while my brain processed the information.
"Okay Zurgane we go with your plan. Now go train the army. I will gain the info we need." I may have been crazy, but I still retained my genius mind. As Zurgane left I walked to the balcony and proceeded to use my super vision (he actually did have it in the show) and spy on the little world below. I didn't care how long it took this planet would be mine.

,Equestria, 1,000 years later
It had been a full 1,000 years since I began the studies of this planet and I had come a long way when I first started with theories about everything. Know I knew everything about this place, everything down to the most useless of details. Now it was time to make my presence known to the rulers of this pitiful planet. By making my presence known it will install fear into the rulers, who there are two more of. And that fear will be their downfall. I sent out four red beams from my staff each one heading for the four different rulers. I sat in my throne and turned around so I faced the fan. I would meet the rulers and I would do it dramatically. It only took five minutes for the rulers to appear.
"Celestia where the hay are we?" One said. It was obvious this one got easily frighten, but that was probably just the mentality of herbivores.
"I don't know. Be calm my little ponies we must not panic." At this point I rotated my throne around so I was facing them. I didn't speak at all, just sat there silently watching them for a few moments while a snake slithered in my grasp. Their expressions changed from nervous to panicky, well all except for the white one. I stood up and turned the snake on me in to my staff.
"I am Lord Zedd ruler of all that I see. Your planet is now mine." As I spoke I could see the pink, purple and black one shiver. However there was still no reaction from the white one as she walked up to me.
"And what makes you think we will give up without a fight?" She was obviously trying to intimate me so I would look scared. However after years of experience and seeing aliens scarier than the love child of alien and predator I was immune to all forms of intimations.
"Why Princess Celestia the reason is that I have a weapon that destroys planets and gets stronger over time. I have an entire army of soldiers that can be rebuilt quickly. I have powers that can warp the entire universe to anything I want with just a thought. So why don't you tell me why you won't give up without a fight?" And that was the nail in the coffin. She stepped back visually stunned. However before she or her sister could provide a counter argument I decided to finish this little chat.
"Well it has been fun chatting with you all, but I have important business to attend to so I'll leave off with this. You have two, that's right two, months to decide if you shall surrender. Let me tell you I am being generous with my offer. And don't dare try to fight back because all that tree will fruit is the decimation of you planet. You have been warned." I stood from my throne and zapped all four of them with my staff and teleported them back to whatever they were doing before I teleported them here. Finally alone with my thoughts I sat down on my throne and began to go over ever plan I could come up with to conquer this world. I also made back up plans and back up plans for the back up plans. I know the ponies will rebel, but it is more fun crushing your enemy then it is them surrendering. I then got out a old phone, the ones with the cord and you have a wheel with hole you use to dial the numbers. However what was special about this one was that I could use it to call anyone I wanted even if they were on the other side of the universe or in another universe. All I had to do was think the person or Alien's name then dial and BOOM, I could call them even if the didn't have a communication device. I thought of the person and dial. I gave a deep, vile laugh as I thought of what was to come for these pathetic ponies.
