Shots

That was the day. Everypony was exited. Well almost everypony.

"You sure that is today?" asked Rainbow nervously from Twilight.

"I'm sure. That will be over quick, I promise."

"I hope so."

Friends got into the line. For Rainbow's luck they were last ones. But still she was scared as hell. With every group going in, she was only more scared.

"Guys, I don't want to go. I'm scared as hell." Rainbow said and shed few tears, what others noticed.

"We will be there for you. And we don't make a number about, that you have your weak sides." said Pinkie comfortingly.

"Thanks..."

Mane 6 were next and Rainbow was in total panic. She breathed heavily, cried a bit and shivered. Others tried to calm her down, but that didn't really worked. Only thing what worked a bit, was when Applejack hugged cyan Pegasus. She had promised to hold her hoof on this day.

Then they walked inside. Nurse Redheart greeted them and smiled.

"Nice To see you Rainbow. I think you want to be last one, right?" said Nurse.

Rainbow nodded and whimpered.

"It's going to be okay." Redheart encouraged Rainbow.

Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack and Rarity had get their shots. Now was Pinkie's turn.

"If that makes that easier for you...I'm a bit scared too." whispered Pinkie to Rainbow. But it seemed like Rainbow hadn't heard that. But nobody couldn't be mad at her. She was fighting to not fly away. And she had hold her eyes closed, to not see that what she had face.

"Okay Rainbow...your turn." said Redheart.

Rainbow opened her eyes and walked there.

"J-just asking...I-if there isn't a-any pill I c-could take i-instead of s-shot?" asked Rainbow with shaking voice.

"No...I'm sorry. Now sit down and I'll do it." said Nurse.

Rainbow sobbed quietly, but would stay still. Applejack had sat next to her so Rainbow could squeeze her hoof, if in need. And she needed. When Nurse Redheart had took first syringe, Rainbow squeezed hoof as hard as she could, even if she herself didn't noticed that. She send Applejack look what said 'Save me! Like now!'.

Redheart cleaned right place with alcohol and put syringe through Rainbow's skin. Rainbow gasped and if she had just finished crying, she started again. Redheart took that syringe out and started to prepare next one.

"T-that...hurt." sobbed Rainbow.

Nurse frowned a bit. She didn't liked to make so much pain to ponies. But she made herself deaf to Rainbow's sobbing and pain. She just did it.

There was only one shot to do. Rainbow's face was soaking wet and spots where Redheart had already made a shot were a bit swallowed. Actually Rainbow didn't cared anymore, she just wanted to get out of there. Everytime was last shot the most painful and this time was no different. That had been from fillyhood.

Now that was over. Nurse Redheart hugged Rainbow and for her surprise she hugged back.

"Again I'm sorry you had go through it. But that's going to be okay in few days." said Redheart.

Dash could manage to put a very weak smile on her face, but that disappeared quickly. But tears had been stopped for now.

They started to walk home. As Rainbow couldn't walk good, she hovered above other 5 heads.

"I think you did great, Rainbow." said Twilight.

"Thanks Twi." said Rainbow.

"And I see you don't cry anymore." noticed Pinkie Pie.

"It will be different at night. For now it isn't so bad, but it kills at the night." explained Rainbow.

"Maybe ya could come to mah place for tonight. Then ya would have company." said Applejack.

"Okay. I don't wanna be alone tonight." replied Dash.
