Rarity sighed, looking over her sketches with disappointment. They just weren't coming together today. Maybe they needed more accents? She laid down her pencil, stacking the sketches to one side. Fluttershy was due to be by soon, anyway. It wouldn't do to be an improper hostess.

She eyed the room critically, setting out teacups and coasters. The tea service tray was levitated in place, and she placed water on the stove to boil.

Seeing all was as it should be, she lifted one of the sketches from the pile, idly tapping her pencil to her lip in thought. What was it missing?

Her door opened, and instead of Fluttershy, in bounded her marefriend.

"Oh, hello, darling! What brings you by—" Rarity's mouth opened wordlessly. Pinkie was wearing a Prench maid's outfit, sans undergarments. Her mind idly noted that the sheer black night gown she was working on would be lovely with a pink trim along the bottom edge, then promptly shut down in favor of other thoughts. Lurid, sensual thoughts.

Pinkie giggled happily, seeing Rarity's reaction. "Do you like it?" She spun around, lifting her tail in the process. "I know you're having tea today, so I thought I would come by and serve you two!" She batted her eyelashes playfully. "Hello, mademoiselle! Would you prefer coffee, tea, or moi?"

Rarity licked her lips, stepping forward to embrace her marefriend, maintaining just enough presence of mind to lock the door. She'd need to apologize to Fluttershy the next day, but it rather looked like tea or coffee was not to be on the menu today.
