It was not too long ago when Ponyville's number one flyer and athlete was deemed insane and banished from Equestria. After telling her nearest and dearest friends, whom she trusted, she was betrayed by one of her bestest friends. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Let's start from the beginning
It was about a month ago when Rainbow Dash had first shown signs of insanity. It began with her talking to seemingly empty space in cafes and around town. When questioned about it she would always say something to get her out of the situation as fast as possible, most of the time that consisted of flat out denying it, and pretending like nothing had happened. This was a reoccuring thing for a few days, then she had seemingly disappeared for a full week, not even to show up to work, which was especially odd for the perfect attendance pony. A few days later two of her friends, Twilight Sparkle and Rarity, had gone to her house to find her sitting in a corner, rocking back and forth, muttering the same inaudible words under her breath until she was interrupted by Twilight. This interruption sparked a rage in Rainbow nopony had ever seen from her. She yelled and screamed, she threw objects like lamps and books at her walls, and even flipped her bed over and scratched at the floor, apparently looking for something in a space where there was nothing but cloud.
This event worried Twilight, she had previously heard of Rainbow's 'scenes' as the other ponies called them, but never witnessing them first hand, she brushed it off as silly gossip, and only hoped the CMC hadn't rebooted the nightmare known as the Foal Free Press. After seeing such a fit of rage from an otherwise mellow pony gave her such a feeling of dread. It was within her best interest to contact the princess immediately and ask for advice.
Once Princess Celestia received word of Rainbow Dash's behavior as of late, she made it of utmost importance to visit her in private.
