Chronicles of Narnia: Equestria
Chapter 1: The wardrobes second exit.
After Lucy lead her siblings Susan, Peter, and Edmund through the trees instead of ending up in the spare room in the professor’s house as they expected; they instead end on the floor in front of a wardrobe in front of a very confused Princess Celestia who looks down at them with a confused look. Lucy who was first to recover stood up and said,
“Hello. I’m Queen Lucy the Valiant, and these are my brothers and Sister Queen Susan the Gentle, King Edmund the Just, and King Peter the Magnificent. And we are the Kings and Queens of Narnia.”
Celestia continued to stare for a few seconds before giving the Pevensie family a warm smile and saying,
“It is an honor to meet you four. Though if you don’t mind me asking, what were you doing in my wardrobe?”
Lucy gives a sheepish smile and says,
“Well, you might not believe us if we told you.”
The princess of the sun smiles and says,
“Try me.”
So the four siblings launch into a tale of action and adventure starting with when they first entered the wardrobe of the professor and ending it just before they came stumbling out of her wardrobe. After a minute of silence in which Celestia takes in everything she has heard, she looks at them and says,
“You're right I do find that rather hard to believe. But considering all the stuff I’ve seen in my long life I suppose I can give you the benefit of the doubt.”
Peter gives her a kind smile and say,
“Thank you, your majesty.”
Celestia then gives them a slight smirk and says,
“Besides I would love to help ones as young as yourselves become better rulers.”
The four siblings then glance at each other and noticed that instead of being adults they were once again children and at that point the same thought went through their minds, ‘Well crap. This is going to be interesting.’ After this through passed through their minds they all looked to Peter in a silent question to speak for them to which he just gave a small nod that only the others could notice. Peter then says,
“Well, this is unfortunate because in Narnia we were all adults now we are back to being kids. So that means that if we are here as long as we were in Narnia, we will have to get our clothes resized to fit us a little better.”
At that Celestia gives them a smile and says,
“Well, I do a pony in Ponyville that can resize your clothes for an excellent price.”
After saying this she then gives the four Kings and Queens a train ticket to Ponyville. Peter then gives Celestia a small bow and with a quick thank you from the others they then board the train and start their trip to Ponyville. During the train ride, the four brothers and sisters started talking among themselves.
“Hey, Peter?”
Asks Susan,
“Do you think we will ever get home?”
Peter gives her a sad smile and says,
“I don’t know Susan. Honestly, I hope we do get home eventually even if this world is fantastic in its own way I still just want to get home so that we can see dad again and live a relatively normal life.”
After a brief pause, Lucy gives Edmund a cheeky smile and says,
“Think you can stay out of trouble this time Ed?”
Edmund gives Lucy a look of mock anger and replies,
“Of course I can stay out of trouble this time Lu! I learned from my mistakes last time and I plan on enjoying my time here.”
After everyone got done chuckling at the small jab they began discussing plans for if they never make it home. While they were talking a mare pushing a food cart comes in and asks them if they would like anything. After they grabbed what they wanted they continued on with their discussion. After about 2 hours the train pulled into Ponyville Station and they got off the train and started to look for a pony that matched the description that Princess Celestia gave. After ten minutes of searching, they managed to find her and then they made their way over to her. As they got closer Peter raised a hand in greeting and said,
“Greetings! Are you Twilight Sparkle by any chance?”
The lavender mare gives them a warm smile and says,
“Yes. My name is Twilight Sparkle, the Princess of Friendship and element of Magic. But you can just call me Twilight!”
Before they could respond they all hear a gasp and suddenly Peter’s vision is filled with pink as a certain pink Earth Pony starts to ramble on and asking various questions such as what was their favorite flavor of cake, if they liked parties, what were they what were their names, and why they were here. Of course, all the Pevensie siblings heard was,
“Hi!MynameisPinkiePie!Whatareyournams?DoyoulikepartiesbecauseIlikeparties!whatisyourfavoriteflavorofcake?Ilikechocolateflavoredcakeaswellasanytypeofcake!Alsowhyareypuhere?Areyouheretomakesomefrie-MMPH!”
Before she could go on any further twilight stuck her hoof in Pinkie Pie’s mouth and said,
“Now Pinkie, calm down they are to stay with me until ether me or the other princesses can find a way to send them home.”
After removing her hoof from Pinkie’s mouth, Pinkie then says,
“Okie-dokie-lokie! Now that I’m a little calmer, what are your names?”
After recovering from the shock of meeting Pinkie, Peter clears his throat and says,
“My name is Peter. And these are my brother and two sisters Edmund, Lucy, and Susan. We are the Kings and Queens of a land called Narnia which we got to by walking through a wardrobe in a spare room at the professor’s house. We had spent about 20 or 30 years in Narnia when we came across the entrance again and decided to head home. Though instead of appearing in the spare room at the house we ended up on the floor in front of Princess Celestia and we explained the situation to her and she recommended a pony by the name of Rarity to help resize our clothes so that they would fit us better. Do you happen to know where we find Rarity?”
Twilight nods and asks them to follow her. As they are walking they continue to get to know each other and share a few jokes. Once the Carousel Boutique comes into view Pinkie gives them all a wave and says she has to go do something important. When Edmund asks what was so important Twilight simply smiles and says,
“Oh, it’s nothing to worry about. You’ll find out soon enough and trust me you are going to like what she is planning.”
