There have always been a dark secret in whole Equestria. Souls, which were torn from bodies, tortured, or just lived their life without friendship. They have been called Shadows, because their visual appearance. They were sad or evil. Everyone of them with some story. And there was a few lucky ones, who were able to fight them. Few ones, with strong will and pure heart. One of them is me, Flaming mane, secret student of Princess Celestia. My job was to maintain the secret, which was known only to a few chosen ones.

One day, I was sent to Appletree Hills to investigate some strange noises. I knew that not all Shadows were bad, but this one was different. There was plenty of free time, but it only brought me pain. I had only memories and my memories are not for everyone to hear.

I'ts only short story. There will be more of them after I finish my main story, which will be situated few years after. There will be Main 6, Elements of Harmony and it will be without buckets of blood. I'm planning even a little side story with Luna, so let's say this is my introduction story and prequel or a trailer ^^ If you are curious, I have unsubmitted, incomplete version uploaded and published.


Writer's note: I feel a bit sick. I didn't mean to make it that way, but I will finish it. (Still I'm not sure if it's enough. I would be able to go more further, but I really don't want.) It's interesting experience even when I really hate gore. Maybe I have a problem with my empathy :-/
