Object Class: Euclid

Special containment procedures: LTF-004 must be kept in a little-lighted cell with dimensions 5x5x2,5 m. It should not have windows and video surveillance equipment. Unicorns are not allowed to work with the object.  LTF-004 should be wearing a ring blocking magic and a collar detecting the location of the object and the direction of gaze. Every two (2) days the object is to be given two liters of blood (see. Experiment Log 004-A: 1). In the case LTF-004 escapes, it is necessary to use the detention facility MOG Eta 11.

Description: LTF-004 is a white female alicorn. The color of the mane is black. The eyeballs are black, the cornea is dark red. It was observed that LTF-004 has unusually elongated and pointy teeth in the upper and lower jaws. The object wears a cape, small glasses and a pendant ornament in the form of an inverted pentagram.

LTF-004 can use hypnosis in direct visual contact with the victim. Being hypnotized, the victim unknowingly begins to go toward LTF-004, after which the object bites the victim in the carotid artery. After a minute or two LTF-004 drinks all the blood leaving the bloodless body.

A series of observations and experiments have revealed the following:

• the object feeds on blood;

• the object possesses great physical strength;

• the object can clearly see in the dark;

• at the distance of two to three meters the hypnosis is the strongest regardless of the victim’s direction of gaze;

• the object demonstrated telepathic abilities affecting unicorns;

• the object is 1315 years old (see para. 004 Interview: 1).

LTF-004: How dare you call the mistress not by name, idiota!

Dr. Trai: You said that your name is ... Vile Raven?

LTF-004: It is.

Dr. Trai: D’you come from Kolish?

LTF-004: Huh, where did you get this? You must be a telepath!

Dr. Trai: Please answer the question.

LTF-004: I have a question too. Why do you keep me here? Are you afraid of me?

Dr. Trai: Well ... yes. You are dangerous to others.

LTF-004: Me? [Laughing] Yeah, that's true. I remember how everyone was afraid of me in 1536 ... and also in 1710.

Dr. Trai: How old are you?

LTF-004: It’s indecent to ask a lady about her age-

Dr. Trai: Answer the question! How old are you?

LTF-004: I’m one thousand three hundred and fifteen years of age.

Dr. Trai: Good.

LTF-004: Why are you hiding from me? I ain’t gonna do you any harm, hi-hi.

Dr. Trai: You are of serious hazard to others. You've killed a lot of ...

LTF-004: Anyway, you will NOT hold me! Soon the Mistress will be out of here!

Dr. Trai: You will not be able to escape.

LTF-004: [laughing] You just do NOT know my power! I WILL escape! And you'll be sorry that you locked me up!

The object was offered a glass of El Carretil (red dry wine), Kellerberg (white dry wine), Privat (white dry wine) and a mug with blood.

LTF-004’s Reaction: the object touched only a mug with blood. After a couple of sips the object said: "Mmm ... and what about some fresher blood?" And drank the whole cup.

Note: Dr. Aero: Either our wines are too old or we have a real vampire.

Annex 004-B: The log update

June 18, 2014: after violating the CP-18614 there was a request to change the confinement rules for the object.

The decision of the M-6 Board: changing of the confinement rules for the object was approved.
