"....and this is why I have given this advice to you, sister."
Luna had listened to the entire story, head lowered. She looked up to Celestia, who watched quietly to see what her sister would say next.
"You did not punish those who did this to you?" she asked tenatively.
"They have made their choices and fled with our brother. But much was learned about our kingdom, and some of our processes.
"Shining Armor, for his dedication and duty, was promoted to guard captain over all three contingents. Thunder Arrow and Silver Bardiche are advisors to him, establishing stronger communication between groups and training together.
"We have added more guards to the Royal Library and have limited almost everypony from going there after dark, unless they have permission from the librarian.
"The earth pony guards who were turned to stone were freed after the celebrations, so no harm done. I have also received requests from some of the pegasi contingent to work directly for you."
"But there were others - those that turned away from you."
"There were," Celestia affirmed. "And I fear we have not seen the last of Lapis Umbral, the Shadow of the Moon. Harmony saved you, sister; someday, it will save him, too."
