PART 1"I like to think I live a ordinary life. Well until recently, oh sorry i'm getting a little ahead of myself my name is Naru. I'm your ordinary high school student doing his average high school things. you know the usual things, reading manga, hanging with my best friend Toby and talking about girls and stuff. However I have a secret one i haven't told anyone not since i was a kid. My dream, my dream to fly in the sky like a bird! I WANT TO BE A RAVE RIDER!" chapter 1: Here we go LET THE GAMES BEGIN! I woke up this morning just like every morning.... with my big sister beating down my door like a gorilla. "WOULD YOU WAKE UP YOU IDIOT! YOUR GONNA BE LATE FOR SCHOOL AGAIN!"My lovable big sister Mimi everyone. I know she can be a little much at first but shes generally a good person..... until you piss her off then shes a monster. seriously she broke her old boyfriends arm just because he said her outfit looked a little to hot for summer AND IT WAS A COMPLIMENT! "I hear you Mimi...i'm getting up now I promise." I say though my morning haze. "Good its about time you got your but in gear, seriously." She says giving me her patent look of DEATH! "you stay up to late at night messing with your little gizmos in here you should try to get some sleep once and a while it would really help your grades!" Mimi says in her usual tough girl manner "Jeez thanks mom" I say as i pull on my black shorts. As she goes down stairs i put on my gray long sleeve shirt and i walk to the bathroom to do my morning duties. When i"m brushing my teeth i cant help but let my imagination wonder to what i saw last night. "who was that guy seriously he gives me the creeps." I say not realizing that i said that out loud catching the attention of my other sister Sara. However shes much younger than her big sister and me, and thankfully a LOT sweeter. "watch you talking about Bro!" she says nearly giving me a heart attack in the process. "OH GOD! Sara don't do that! you could have killed me there!" I say trying my best to keep my toothbrush from falling down my throat. "Oops sorry bro mom wanted me to come tell you breakfasts ready!" Sara says with her big innocent grin. Damn that grin I cant count how many times shes got me to do something for her with that smile! "Thanks Sara I'l be down in just a minute." I say while I rub her head. Of course i'm talking about the owner of our family's parts store. "Morning Naru I can see you had a good morning so far." My mother says with a chuckle. "Of course after all Mimi was so kind to wake me up when my alarm was just about to go off in a minute, but i needed the extra minute." I say with sarcasm dripping from my mouth. As i start to take a bite out of the bacon and eggs mom made for us this morning, Mimi decided she was gonna give me her patented family LOVE hug. Witch was most often or not is a choke hold. I ignore her and dive into breakfast I then notice the youngest of or group is gone. "Wait wheres Sara?" I ask "The school Bus already came and got her you don't have to worry." SCHOOL STARTS IN TEN MINUTES! I spring up from my seat a piece of bacon still in my mouth and rush upstairs to grab my bag and my phone. Before i leave the room I pick up my lucky necklace. A single black string with a silver sparrow strapped to it. "couldn't forget this right Dad." I say as I catch a glimpse of our family picture with my dad, my mom and my sisters and me. After I have all my stuff my mom hands me a piece of toast and i head out the door to school. "Here we go just another Average day!" I say as i run to school! (On the peaceful planet of Equis) A normal day on the land of Equis were the inhabitants are hybrids of humans with the features of horses. Were they live a simple life of exploration of piece and the expansion of magic. The princesses are listening to the ranting of there BELOVED nephew Blueblood. "And that why i believe that marshmallow Harlot should be locked up!" Blueblood stated turning his head to the sealing with pride. on the opposite side Luna the princess of the moon.... has slammed her head on the royal desk out of frustration. On the right side Celestia the princess of the sun gives him the rare "are you serious" face she strictly only shows family. "Blueblood as much as me and Luna love you." celestia says in the nicest way possible for dealing with Bluebloods little temper tantrums. "We refuse to imprison one of our subjects just because she had a falling out with you at the Gala." Luna says as she slowly brings her head back up. In typical Blueblood fashion he starts to huff and puff and throws a fit that would bring anyponys house down. That was until the room froze and Bluebloods rants were silenced by his loss of movement. "OH THANK FAUST!" Both the sisters say at the same time overjoyed to finally have it end! Even for a minute. "So sorry about that, but I have business to attend to, and it looked like he wasn't stopping anytime soon." said a strange man standing on top of a simple black cane. The man wore a black suit with a matching top hat, he also wore a very eerie mask of a laughing joker on the right side and on the left side was a crying joker on the left. He had a very strong presence to him, you could easily spot him in a crowd. "Good Afternoon my princesses of the sun and moon I take it your doing well?" The masked man asked while bowing to the two princesses. "you could imagine were in a good mood knowing that Blueblood has shut his trap." Luna said with a smile. "However seeing you here could only mean one thing." celestia said with a very serious face. "Oh don't worry i have already choose the players of the next games." The man said as he jumped off the cane and started spinning it on his index finger. "so.... it's starting again huh?" celestia asked with a frown "WHY YES MY DEAR! THE GAMES WILL START WITHIN A FEW HOURS!" The man shouted throwing her arms up in the air with a cackle. "Is that really why you came all this way? To tell us that?" Luna asked with skepticism. "Of course not my dear Luna." Said the man as he appeared right in front of Luna startling her in the process. "STOP THAT!" Luna screamed trying to slap the man however he was already back in the spot he appeared in. Laughing like a mad man on his cane. "So what is it?' Celestia said with a deadly serious face showing she was getting fed up with his games. "Oh nothing much just that there's another reason for the games this year besides seeing the best." The masked man said This caught both the princess off guard and now there undivided attention was on him now. "Yes the prize this year is not only a wish for anything the heart desires." The man said tipping down his hat "THIS TIME WHOEVER WINS THE GAMES BECOMES....wait for it" The masked man said slowly taking a deep breath "THE GOD OF THE SKY!" The man says completely removing his top hat and laughing like a mad man. "WHAT!" The Princess were completely through back from the information just given to them. However before they could ask anymore about the subject the Masked Man vanished and Bluebloods tantrum continued......until Luna used the canterlot voice to completely shove him out the door. "Sister what should we do?"Luna asked not knowing how to process the information. Celestia had no idea what to say at the moment. It was bad enough that anyone who wins the games is granted one wish but to have someone ascend to the status of a god has almost never happened. "Luna.... I think all we can do now." celestia said with the shadows cast over her eyes. "is prepare for the worst." TO BE CONTINUED! Here we go LET THE GAMES BEGIN!! part 2As I barely miss the first bell I make it past the front gate and I'm busting through the classroom saying "I'M HERE!" The results of this is everyone giving me an odd look before busting out laughing. "LATE again huh Mister Naru Akita!" said my homeroom teacher Mr.tyrant. your probably wondering why his name is Mr. Tyrant the answer is the guy just expects so much out of a group of teens that it's just ridiculous. For example we had to turn in a hand written three page essay about the importance of homework. WHO DOES THAT! "sorry sir." I say trying my best to avoid eye contact with him...... and everyone else for that matter. "Just go sit down!" Mr. tyrant says while adjusting his glasses As I take my seat i fist bump Toby sitting right in front of me. Toby has been one of my best friends since i was a little kid. Hes always been there for me...... even if hes a huge pervert. How bad is he well theirs a good reason why the girls changing room has a body guard now......yeah! I yell out hoping to have something happen this time around. unfortunately unlike last night something happen this time as I feel something tap my shoulder. I freeze for a second and With the fearlessness of a gofer I spun around to find a man wearing a strange mask right in front of my face. "BOO!" (Real world) I shoot out of my desk in a blind panic and slam my head into Toby's who was looking over me with a cheeky grin with a marker in his hand. "Ow Damn man! I think you nearly broke my jaw!" Toby says with a very less than amused look on his face. I look around the room not realizing i'm back in the classroom until Toby's outburst. "Huh! What! What happened!" I say in a blind panic. "That's what id like to know! Dude you have got one hard head!" Toby said as he rubs his jaw. "Oh crap are you ok man?" I ask as I lend him a hand. "oh please like you could take me down!" Toby said with a cocky grin as he picks himself back up. "Anyways what was that all about you totally lost it there bro!?" Toby asks with a slightly worried expression which was rare to see on him. I begin to explain to him what just happened as we made our way to our usual lunch spot. "Wow dude you really need to start getting some sleep if your having nightmares like that!" Toby says laughing his but off. "oh shove it! It scared the crap out of me.... and the weirdest thing is that it felt so real." I say as I squeeze my swear filled palms. "well enough about creepy dreams. I've got BIG NEWS!" Toby says as he pulls out his phone "check it out its all over the net all the best Rave Riders have gone completely off the map! And get this all of there gear is gone to! Not even the spare parts they use for a quick fix on there Gear!" Toby said "That's impossible most Rave gears have a GM code that can be tracked even if there off planet. For a piece of Rave gear to disappear WITH there rider is zero to one." I say with disbelieving look as I keep reading the news coverage. "Plus most of the Rave riders disappearing are big shots! Elites of the Elites, some of the best riders on the planet!" Toby says with a look of true interest plastered on his face with a cocky grin. "I think it was aliens! You?" Toby asks with amusement This isn't possible Rave gear is made out of the strongest and lightest metal on the planet that thing could take a tank shell and not even have a scratch. Not only that but they are highly advanced pieces of tech only the best could use one! Everyone else would be wasting there time. "where could all of those riders and there gear gone to?" I say confused beyond all belief. Before I could continue my line of thought my phone goes off. I pick it up and see i got a Email from.....Mefisto Rave Master. "what the?" I think this might be spam but i'm curious so I open it to find a strange message. At this point Toby's reading along with me. "Come one and all from worlds afar to see the glory of the celestial games! watch the majesty and power of those not afraid to fly! That's right folks i'm talking about one group! THE ONE AND ONLY RAVE RIDERS! you my dear reader have been selected to participate in the game of destiny and forever have your name etched in history. what do you say? do you want to play a game?" [yes/no] "Wow your into some serious MMO's dude this is pretty epic!" Toby says with a grin on his face. "Whatever its just spam lets just get to class." I say trying to ignore the wired email. After we eat lunch me and Toby head back to class to deal with more of Mr. Tyrants rants. (4 hours later) I say goodbye to Toby and make my way home the email still fresh in my mind. "why cant i just forget about that thing!" I search for the email again and try to delete it.....only there isn't an option for it. "What? Whats going on?" I decided that I've had enough when I reach the front door I walk up to my room only to see a note on the door saying that Sara went over to a friends house, Mimi went out drinking "Big shocker there.", and moms out late getting some stuff for dinner next week. I take the note down and enter my room throwing my stuff down and heading to my work bench. As I turn on my head lamp I see me and my Fathers masterpiece the thing I've worked on since was a kid. MY Rave Gear! "Hello darling hope you didn't miss me." I say as I pull out some parts and start working on her. I call her silver wind I designed her to be fast. a lean mean surfing machine! I'm almost done all I need now is one part! "a Rave core the core part of any Rave gear! With it i can finally finish the dream me and Dad had so many years ago!" I say holding onto my lucky necklace. just then my phone blows up again. "This had better not be spam again!" I say as I open up my phone only to see hundreds of emails asking me the same thing as earlier. Only after a few seconds does my phone flash a new message saying. "DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE WORLD!" [YES/NO] "I've had enough who keeps sending this stuff!" A new message appears. "WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW?" ...................ok that's it. I call up Toby and tell him whats going on. I have to admit i'm freaking out now! what is going on?! "Ok listen man you need to keep calm its just some creep sending you fake messages. Just shut off your phone." Toby said trying his best to keep me calm "I'm trying but it wont let me! i'm really freaking out here Toby!........TOBY!." I scream thinking I lost Toby for a second. "Hey man what did that email say again?" Toby asks sounding kind of scared "why does that matter!?" I ask now completely terrified "Cause I'm looking at the Last Email that one of the missing Rave Riders had before they went missing and it looks almost exactly like the one you got at lunch!" Toby says now in full panic mode "LISTEN I'M ON MY WAY! WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T SAY YE-!" Toby tries to say before getting cut off. I look at my phone in disbelief. Could the missing Riders and this Email have something in common. Is this the person who kidnapped the riders and there gear! It was then a completely insane thought came to me. "what If I can save the riders? What if I can find out what happened to them? But what will happen to me if I say YES!" This time a single message flashes on the screen [YES/NO] There isn't anytime to think I dump out my bag and pack whatever I can inside and for some reason I grab my gear. Not really sure why maybe for moral support or something. I grab my wallet and my phone. The moment of Truth. I can feel my heart beating. [YES/NO] I take one last deep breath and when I'm done I let out all of my emotion and make my choice. whether good or bad I made my choice! YES!!!!! TO BE CONTINUED! Here we go LET THE GAMES BEGIN!! FINAL As I open my eyes i'm back in that place I saw in my dream only now there are a bunch of people all around me, and in the middle of the crowd I see a Hugh pillar with what looks to be four people standing on top of it. "what in the hell!" I shout falling back on my but. My mouth completely open from the shock of suddenly winding up back in this place with so many people. "what in the world is going on!?" I suddenly realize after I fell that I actually felt the ground and a slight pain in my rear. Witch could only mean one thing. "OH MY GOD! THIS IS REAL!" I shout not realizing I've grabbed the attention of everyone around me. "Yes. Yes it is my young friend." said The man standing behind me. As I turn around I get a good look at the guy and I cant believe my eyes! It's Its one of the Riders that went missing and not only that but one of the most well know riders on the planet! Marcos Damon!/ AKA the Flame rider! The guy won several tournaments in a row and is ranked number 2 on the leader boards. Marcos has pure red hair with orange highlights which makes it look like its actually on fire, He also wears a short black vest as well as some solid black jeans. "Need a hand Kid?" Marcos asks holding out his hand. "But....I....You were.....How come..... WHAT IS GOING ON!?" I say trying my best to connect the dots rubbing my hands through my hair. "There a problem kid you look a little....." Marcos said as he spun his hand around in a circle struggling to find the right word. "I THOUGHT YOU AND THE OTHER RIDERS WERE KIDNAPPED! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!?" I shout this time grabbing everyone's attention. After a few minutes with no response I begin to here some chuckling, then some laughing, and then a full on roar of full on laughter! "Are you kidding me you thought we were kidnapped!" Marcos said in between his fits of laughter. Ok I'l be the first to admit I had the biggest blush on my face. I have no idea whats going on but being the center of all the laughter made me more angry then embarrassed. "WHAT'S SO FUNNY DAMMIT!" I shout trying to stand my ground. "Nothing Kid Nothing at all!" Marcos said putting his hand on my head. "Thanks for the concern but we chose to come here kid." Marcos said with a grin on his face "You chose to be here?" I ask with the face like Toby gets when hes about to take a Test. One of complete confusion Just then I hear a rush of air behind me. As I turn around I see the same thing i saw in my dream the man in the mask. "Yes young man everyone here today has chosen to be here!" The mask man said with a bow. "This also includes you my young friend." The mask man said. "But I only came here to find the missing Riders." I say as I get back to my feet. "Maybe so, but rules are rules and it looks like the show is about to begin!" The masked man said as he vanished and reappeared back on top of the pillar with the other three figures. "Greetings ladies and Gentlemen!" The masked man said to the crowd now completely focused on him. "You all have been very patient and now that our finally player has just arrived we can now officially BEGIN!" The masked man said throwing his hands in the air followed by the roaring applause of everyone here. "Now to explain the rules of this little game your all about to play." The masked man said while pointing with his cane to the sky showing a massive screen that appeared out of thin air. "There are 100 players in this game. Each of you must compete to become the best of the best and whoever comes out on top shall receive the ultimate prize!" The masked man said as image appeared on screen showing all of the players and what planet there from. "THAT'S RIGHT FOLKS WHOEVER WINS IS GRANTED ONE FREE WISH!" The masked man said with great enthusiasm that made everyone roar with excitement. "Now the rules are fairly simple." The masked man said now pointing to the screen again which showed three cartoon depictions of what looks to be games. "There are three games you can chose from: Battle! Which is only a strait fight with your Rave gear, Race! which is as you could imaging is a race to the finish line, and Survive! which is a timed survival match to see who can last the longest against the harsh landscapes! Also each of these games can be combined in whatever fashion you chose!" The masked man said as he pointed to each drawing of the games. "Now i'm not asking you to start right away! That would be to boring so i'm switching it up a bit by sending all of you to different planets where you will be able to train for when you challenge other players using your personal devices like cell phones, wrist coms, or any other device you can use to contact others." The masked man said I pull out my phone and Find a new feature from what looks to be a book named "RAVE". when I select it I see all the players and all of there personal information, as well as what planet there currently on. "There are a few small things you still need to know." The masked man said grabbing everyone's attention back to him. "This is still a game so when you challenge a player you must be in front of the player and he or she has to agree to the challenge before you can begin. I don't care how you get someone to accept it but they have to agree before you can battle." The mask man said. "Remember boys and girls if you lose even one of these battle you will be kicked out of the game and be sent directly back to your home world." The masked man said laughing like a clown "However if a player is killed in this game.... The won who killed them has permission..." The mask man says deadly serious and keeping the last bit silent. "To take The Rave Gear of the fallen player!" The masked man said falling over and laughing like a mad man. I couldn't believe what I just heard. Rave gear used as a weapon to kill people. I don't know what it was that possessed me to say this but I couldn't hold back. I....WAS....PISSED!! "RAVE GEAR ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE USED AS A WEAPON YOU BASTARD!" I scream at him with the will to kill him in my eyes! After I said this I notice I get multiple grins, a few disgusted faces, and one confused look of a women with light blue hair. "I understand your anger young man but it's for a good cause I assure you." said a very muscular Indian looking man standing next to me with a focused look in his eyes. He wore a traditional clothing like you see in texted books with face paint to match. "Yeah kid just keep listening." said Marcos as he pointed back to the Masked man. "Yes there is one more reason why we have decided to compete this year and its quite the surprise! EVEN FOR ME!" The masked man said with a chuckle "This year in addition to the prize of one free wish. The winner will be granted a title never before given to a mortal!" The masked man said removing his hat again and this time throwing it into the air which then exploded into doves. "THIS YEAR WHOEVER WINS SHALL BE TITLED!" The masked man said waiting for dramatic effect. "GOD OF THE SKY!!!" The masked man shouted which made everyone lose there minds! people started jumping, shouting, proclaiming there victory. Me on the other hand I was completely still. I didn't know what to say at this point I was completely brain dead. I mean what was I supposed to say! Whoever wins becomes a god and there granted one free wish! "NOW THAT YOU ALL KNOW THE RULES ITS TIME TO SHUFFLE THE DECK AND FIND OUT WHERE YOU ALL ARE GOING!" The masked man said pointing to the screen which showed each player which planet they were going to. For me i was going to planet called.....Equis? "Hum is it to late to turn back?" I ask in hope that I'l get sent back home. "NOPE!" Is all I hear before I begin to fall into a hole. looking up I see the masked man waving at me. "WHAT THE HELL!!!!" Is all i'm able to say before the portal closes and a message appears on my phone. [LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!] TO BE CONTINUED! Crash landing in Equestria! Meeting Fluttershy!How did this happen to me first I get that weird dream. Then I get that email about some kind of game. Then I whined up back in that world with all of the Riders that had supposedly disappeared. and now...... I'M FALLING OUT OF THE SKY FROM SOME MAGICAL PORTAL!! "OH CRAP! OH CRAP! WHAT DO I DO! WHAT DO I DO! WHAT DO I DO!" I shout as I continue to fall. I reach for my Gear that's falling along with me only to remember that I'm still missing the the RAVE core the only part that makes it fly. "DAMMIT! WHAT DO I DO NOW!" I'm almost to the ground when I hear a voice calling to me. "Don't be afraid let the wind guide you." The voice says in a soothing voice. I open my eyes and i cant understand what i'm seeing. All around me I see what looks like streams of air going in all kinds of directions. I position my self so that i'm on top of my Board and i look at each of the steam and I turn so that my Gear is directly on top of it. "Now let me show you the way." The voice says again. I look down to see a green light below the board and I start to feel like I'm moving. I don't understand one bit of all this, but one thing is for certain. "THIS....IS....AWESOME!!!" I say as I begin to fly to what looks like a forest. "So this is what it feels like to fly. I could get used to this!" I say as I do a flip. Only after I'm done do I realize I'm not on the road anymore. "oops." Is all I can say before I feel the weight of gravity on me again and I start to plummet back down to earth. I hold on for dear life as I start spinning into the forest. After a few minutes do I see what looks to be a castle and realize that i'm heading right for it. "This is gonna HURT!" Is all I say until I hit something REALLY HARD and everything goes black. (11 years ago) I walk into my dads workshop and find him working on one of his customers old Rave Gears. "ugh....what did this guy do to you? Man its gonna take weeks to fix you up." Dad said as he looked down at the board. "Its only been two years since the Rave Gear went public and yet people have already been completely caught by the idea of flight." Dad said with a frown a serious expression on his face. That was until he noticed his son watching him from behind the door. My dad was a heck of a guy. He was smart, he was handsome, he was what every guy wanted to be. He had a habit of always putting hair into a ponytail and gelling the hair in the back into spikes. He always said it looked cooler. He always wore white shorts with a blue T shirt showing off his frame every time you were to see him. He may have looked tough to people but he was a big teddy bear to his kids. "why are you up Naru?" Dad asked with a smile on his face. "You know if your mother catches you up with me shes gonna be super mad with us right?" Dad said jokingly. "yeah I know that......but." I say looking down at my feet. "you want to learn more about the rave gear right?" Dad said with a grin. I look up and see him smiling like goofy cartoon character. He gets up and does one of those friendly "Ruffling the hair" pats you would see on a TV sitcom. That's why I loved my dad he wasn't afraid to be a Kid. He was the coolest guy in the world to me! "Sure thing Naru, but lets make it quick your mom would be furious with me if I kept you up to late." He said as he took off his Necklace and put it around my neck. "First lesson to Rave Gear is that the key to using it is the willingness to fly in the sky! The will to fly as high as you can." Dad said with a proud look on his face. "I.....want to fly." I said with a face full of wonder. "WELL THEN!" Dad said taking a dramatic pose. "LETS BUILD YOU SOME WINGS SHALL WE!" He said laughing with pure joy. "yeah!" Is all I can say before I lose sight of him and everything goes black. (Back at the present time.) As I come back to reality I can fell something soft under my head and what sounds like singing. I start to open my eyes to see long pink hair and the angelic voice of a girl I've never meet before. I Realize that I'm resting on her lap so I try to spark a conversation. "who are you?" I ask hoping to get her name. Only what wound up happening was her getting to her......hooves? "what the?" I say as my head hits the dirt. As I continue to look at her I begin to see that she clearly isn't completely human. Her legs covered by light brown jeans are the same as a humans only that her feet are switched with hooves. Her top half being slightly human with a normal human arms and torso are covered in a green long sleeved sweater. Finally theirs her head giving off the appearance of a mix of both human and horse. "Oh um I'm so sorry mister I just saw you fall into the forest and I thought you were injured. which you were, but i'm sorry to have disturbed you." I'm not sure if it was my headache speaking or something deep inside of me is seriously messed up but i said something I said something I couldn't take back. "Shes so cute." I say not full realizing I said it until after it left my mouth which I then covered with my hands "what?" The horsey girl asked with confusion as she looked from behind her wall of hair. "WHAT OH NOTHING. NOTHING AT ALL. YUP NOT A THING!" I say as I get up waving my hands in front of my face trying to disguise the blush on my face. "Oh good it looks like you made a full recovery." she said looking at me with a polite smile now showing her full face. "man she really is cute! AND LOOK AND THAT BODY!" I then slap myself so that thought can never appear again.It wasn't till then did i realize the bandages on my arms and torso. "Did you do this for me" I asked while looking at the bandages. I say trying to be as nice as possible so she doesn't run away. There was a long pause and it seemed like it would go on forever. He also wore simple tan pants with no shoes, he didn't have a single strand of hair on his head and on his face he wore a mask of a Bull. "It is clear that he doesn't have the bloodline of the kings." The bull said folding his hands over his chest. "I could care less honestly." said the third figure with bored expression.He was a very young child who looked no older than an 8 year old. "Oh well were in one of the more open parts of the forest so there aren't many dangerous creatures here as there are deeper in the forest. The place were the old castle is located is roughly around the same area were in now." Fluttershy says. "Oh ok I guess that makes since." I say turning my attention back on the road. Just then we hear a very loud grumble and we stop dead in our tracks. "Fluttershy?........That was your stomach.....Right?" I ask with a look like I had saw Death himself. I slowly turn my head to her only to see her frozen in her tracks all of her hair standing on end. "No that wasn't me." she said with a equally terrified look on her face as she turns her head to me. We both slowly turn our heads around to see a Giant blue tiger with two VERY sharp and VERY long fangs. The giant blue tiger slowly opened its jaws and drool stared to leak out and when it touched the ground it looked like the drool started melting the earth. "um..... Fluttershy what is that." I ask with a completely emotionless expression. "That's a blue belly saber tooth tiger." Fluttershy says mimicking my expression. "Are they supposed to be in this neck of the woods?" I ask knowing full well the answer now with a more fearful expression. "No they are one of the most dangerous creates in the Everfree forest." Fluttershy says now with her irises completely blank. "Fluttershy......I think we should......." I say as I start the Rave gear. I look over to see Fluttershy completely passed out form the fear. Impressively enough she did it while still standing up. "Damn picked the perfect time to pass out!" I say through gritted teeth. After a few seconds I throw my board and grab Fluttershy and do the thing we should have been doing from the start. "RUN!!!!" I shout as I take off trying to do the same thing I did when I fell from the sky earlier I look around trying to find one of those paths of air. I look behind me to see tiger closing in fast and he looks HUNGRY! "I need to find the path fast! If I don't where as good as dead!" I say as i keep looking for a way to get us out of here. "THERE!" I go full throttle as I head to what looks like a single line that leads up to the sky. As we get close I Hop up and start riding the air stream. After a few seconds I look down and see a very angry pussy cat. "HA HA! YES! EAT IT YOU DAMN KITTEN! NO FOOD FOR YOU TODAY!" As I say this I look back down to see that same "kitten" nearly swallowing us hole. "HOLY CRAP!" I shout trying my best not to become someones lunch. After a few minutes of smooth sailing Fluttershy finally wakes up only to notice she resting in my arms. After that sudden realization she blushes bright red and looks like shes about to faint again. "um....you can put me down now." Fluttershy whispers behind her hair. Before I even have a chance to answer she wiggles out of my arms and suddenly she sprouts wings from her back and starts to fly right beside me. "wow I didn't know you could fly!" I say shocked by the new information. "Sorry about that.....I made you have to save me back there." she says as she turns her head away. "Aw it was nothing! Think of it as repaying the favor for bandaging me up earlier. Ok?" I say trying to make her feel a little better. I mean I can't really blame her from passing out back there, seriously give it a few more seconds I probably would have pissed my pants. Then she looks back at me with tears in her eyes. I say noticing that it was getting late I walk over to Fluttershy and try to wake her up. "Um hello! Earth to Fluttershy its getting dark out we should find somewhere to stay." I say while waving my hand in front of her face in a attempt to snap her out of her daze. Luckily enough it works and Finally shes returned back to the land of the living. With a blush still faint on her face she try's to collect herself. "Oh..... sorry about that." Fluttershy says trying not to look me in the eye. "My house isn't far from here. You can stay there for the time being." she says as she try's to hide herself behind her hair again. After a few minutes we arrive at a small cottage for the scenery sake alone it looked like a really Great looking place to live. It had a small bridge that lead over a small creek and on the other side was what looked like a holding pin for animals, and a chicken coup. "So this is where you live?" I ask looking around finding myself amazed that something like this could exist. It looked like something strait out of a nature magazine! As we walked inside a little white fluff ball jumped on my face and started to attack me and I fell over. well...... I say attacked but In all honesty though it tickled me more than hurt me. "Angle! stop that he's our guest." Fluttershy said grabbing the little ball of fluff.She then gave the little guy a look saying "don't mess with me!" A few minutes later Fluttershy gave me a short tour of the house. My room was small as expected with one window a small bed which looks like it could only hold one and a dresser. Next was the bathroom with a shower, a sink, and just about everything else you would find in a regular bathroom.After that was the kitchen nothing really exciting there and the living room. "Thank you again Fluttershy I really don't know what to say." I said looking at Fluttershy. "Nobody from my town would even think about doing something like this for each other. I say trying to grab his attention, however it doesn't look like it worked. "what are you doing here?" I say as I reach out to touch him only after I do touch him I start to fall into the water like surface of the ground and start sinking. As I'm thrashing around trying to reach the surface I feel like I'm running out of air and after a few seconds I run out of strength and I start to sink into the darkness. COME OUT RIGHT NOW!" said a voice I haven't heard before. It sounded more boyish but I could tell it was a girl. "Umm sorry i'm in the shower! by the way could you get me a towel? doesn't look like there's one in here." I ask after waiting a few minutes. There was a brief silence and after a few minutes I look out and look around for anyone only to find it vacant. I look down and find a towel waiting at my feet. After I dry myself off I put on my clothes and debate on whether I should go downstairs. "well I have two options here. one I could try to keep myself hidden, which wouldn't work cause I talked to that girl from before." I say as I walk into the guest room to drop off my old clothes. "or I could go downstairs and hope there gone." I say as I open the door again and wait for any sounds that whoever was down there is gone. After that outburst they all enter the cottage, leaving fluttershy with sweat going down her face. She rushes in finding the girls looking around for any signs of a disturbance. "Everything looks fine to me." said a very elegant voice of the white mare. "Yeah everything looks ok to me." Said the bubbly voice of a pink mare. "I don't know. The royal sisters had made plans after the surprise visit of the masked man to go to ponyville to tell the protectors of there worlds most powerful artifacts the Elements of Harmony to be prepared for trouble. The last mare to introduce herself was a white mare with black jeans wearing a red sweater with black long sleeve vest on top. Everyone tried to scoot away from him but to no avail. "where are the guards!" Rarity said looking around only to see the guards in a heap beaten to a bloody pulp. As the girls prepared to dodge they felt a sharp wind behind them and turned around only to feel that gust of wind blow past them and slam into the Beast man. I could feel almost every bone in my body break and a incredible amount of pain rush through me as I slam into one of the floating islands. I couldn't move anything, I hardly could see the beast man charging at me. Vexen rubbed his nose and looked to find a small child wielding a red pole flying in the air his eyes bright green shacking Vexen to his vary core! "who is that?" vexen said as he turned around to see Naru his eyes gone nothing was left except the bright green glow. "I wont let you...." Naru said as the strange boy landing next to him. Here we go LET THE GAMES BEGIN!! PART 1"I like to think I live a ordinary life. Well until recently, oh sorry i'm getting a little ahead of myself my name is Naru. I'm your ordinary high school student doing his average high school things. you know the usual things, reading manga, hanging with my best friend Toby and talking about girls and stuff. I woke up this morning just like every morning.... with my big sister beating down my door like a gorilla. "WOULD YOU WAKE UP YOU IDIOT! I know she can be a little much at first but shes generally a good person..... until you piss her off then shes a monster. seriously she broke her old boyfriends arm just because he said her outfit looked a little to hot for summer AND IT WAS A COMPLIMENT! "I hear you Mimi...i'm getting up now I promise." I say though my morning haze. "Good its about time you got your but in gear, seriously." She says giving me her patent look of DEATH! The masked man asked while bowing to the two princesses. "you could imagine were in a good mood knowing that Blueblood has shut his trap." Luna said with a smile. "However seeing you here could only mean one thing." celestia said with a very serious face. "Oh don't worry i have already choose the players of the next games." The man said as he jumped off the cane and started spinning it on his index finger. "so.... it's starting again huh?" celestia asked with a frown "WHY YES MY DEAR! The results of this is everyone giving me an odd look before busting out laughing. "LATE again huh Mister Naru Akita!" said my homeroom teacher Mr.tyrant. your probably wondering why his name is Mr. Tyrant the answer is the guy just expects so much out of a group of teens that it's just ridiculous. I say trying my best to avoid eye contact with him...... and everyone else for that matter. "Just go sit down!" I say as I open up my phone only to see hundreds of emails asking me the same thing as earlier. Only after a few seconds does my phone flash a new message saying. "DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE WORLD!" [YES/NO] "I've had enough who keeps sending this stuff!" A new message appears. "WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW?" ...................ok that's it. I call up Toby and tell him whats going on. I have to admit i'm freaking out now! what is going on?! "Ok listen man you need to keep calm its just some creep sending you fake messages. Just shut off your phone." Toby said trying his best to keep me calm "I'm trying but it wont let me! i'm really freaking out here Toby!........TOBY!." I scream thinking I lost Toby for a second. "Hey man what did that email say again?" Toby asks sounding kind of scared "why does that matter!?" I ask now completely terrified "Cause I'm looking at the Last Email that one of the missing Rave Riders had before they went missing and it looks almost exactly like the one you got at lunch!" Could the missing Riders and this Email have something in common. Is this the person who kidnapped the riders and there gear! It was then a completely insane thought came to me. "what If I can save the riders? What if I can find out what happened to them? But what will happen to me if I say YES!" This time a single message flashes on the screen [YES/NO] There isn't anytime to think I dump out my bag and pack whatever I can inside and for some reason I grab my gear. I suddenly realize after I fell that I actually felt the ground and a slight pain in my rear. Witch could only mean one thing. "OH MY GOD! THIS IS REAL!" I shout not realizing I've grabbed the attention of everyone around me. "Yes. Yes it is my young friend." said The man standing behind me. As I turn around I get a good look at the guy and I cant believe my eyes! It's Its one of the Riders that went missing and not only that but one of the most well know riders on the planet! Marcos Damon!/ AKA the Flame rider! The guy won several tournaments in a row and is ranked number 2 on the leader boards. Marcos has pure red hair with orange highlights which makes it look like its actually on fire, He also wears a short black vest as well as some solid black jeans. "Need a hand Kid?" Marcos asks holding out his hand. "But....I....You were.....How come..... WHAT IS GOING ON!?" I say trying my best to connect the dots rubbing my hands through my hair. "There a problem kid you look a little....." Marcos said as he spun his hand around in a circle struggling to find the right word. "I THOUGHT YOU AND THE OTHER RIDERS WERE KIDNAPPED! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!?" I shout this time grabbing everyone's attention. Marcos said in between his fits of laughter. Ok I'l be the first to admit I had the biggest blush on my face. "Greetings ladies and Gentlemen!" The masked man said to the crowd now completely focused on him. "You all have been very patient and now that our finally player has just arrived we can now officially BEGIN!" The masked man said throwing his hands in the air followed by the roaring applause of everyone here. "Now to explain the rules of this little game your all about to play." The masked man said while pointing with his cane to the sky showing a massive screen that appeared out of thin air. "There are 100 players in this game. Each of you must compete to become the best of the best and whoever comes out on top shall receive the ultimate prize!" The masked man said as image appeared on screen showing all of the players and what planet there from. "THAT'S RIGHT FOLKS WHOEVER WINS IS GRANTED ONE FREE WISH!" The masked man said with great enthusiasm that made everyone roar with excitement. "Now the rules are fairly simple." The masked man said now pointing to the screen again which showed three cartoon depictions of what looks to be games. "There are three games you can chose from: Battle! Which is only a strait fight with your Rave gear, Race! which is as you could imaging is a race to the finish line, and Survive! which is a timed survival match to see who can last the longest against the harsh landscapes! Also each of these games can be combined in whatever fashion you chose!" The masked man said as he pointed to each drawing of the games. "Now i'm not asking you to start right away! That would be to boring so i'm switching it up a bit by sending all of you to different planets where you will be able to train for when you challenge other players using your personal devices like cell phones, wrist coms, or any other device you can use to contact others." The masked man said I pull out my phone and Find a new feature from what looks to be a book named "RAVE". when I select it I see all the players and all of there personal information, as well as what planet there currently on. "There are a few small things you still need to know." The masked man said grabbing everyone's attention back to him. "This is still a game so when you challenge a player you must be in front of the player and he or she has to agree to the challenge before you can begin. I don't care how you get someone to accept it but they have to agree before you can battle." The mask man said. "Remember boys and girls if you lose even one of these battle you will be kicked out of the game and be sent directly back to your home world." The masked man said laughing like a clown "However if a player is killed in this game.... The won who killed them has permission..." The mask man says deadly serious and keeping the last bit silent. "To take The Rave Gear of the fallen player!" The masked man said falling over and laughing like a mad man. I couldn't believe what I just heard. Rave gear used as a weapon to kill people. The masked man said with a chuckle "This year in addition to the prize of one free wish. The winner will be granted a title never before given to a mortal!" The masked man said removing his hat again and this time throwing it into the air which then exploded into doves. "THIS YEAR WHOEVER WINS SHALL BE TITLED!" The masked man said waiting for dramatic effect. "GOD OF THE SKY!!!" The masked man shouted which made everyone lose there minds! people started jumping, shouting, proclaiming there victory. Me on the other hand I was completely still. I didn't know what to say at this point I was completely brain dead. I mean what was I supposed to say! Crash landing in Equestria! Meeting Fluttershy!How did this happen to me first I get that weird dream. Then I get that email about some kind of game. Then I whined up back in that world with all of the Riders that had supposedly disappeared. and now...... I'M FALLING OUT OF THE SKY FROM SOME MAGICAL PORTAL!! "OH CRAP! OH CRAP! WHAT DO I DO! WHAT DO I DO! WHAT DO I DO!" I shout as I continue to fall. I reach for my Gear that's falling along with me only to remember that I'm still missing the the RAVE core the only part that makes it fly. "DAMMIT! WHAT DO I DO NOW!" I'm almost to the ground when I hear a voice calling to me. "Don't be afraid let the wind guide you." The voice says in a soothing voice. I open my eyes and i cant understand what i'm seeing. All around me I see what looks like streams of air going in all kinds of directions. I position my self so that i'm on top of my Board and i look at each of the steam and I turn so that my Gear is directly on top of it. "Now let me show you the way." The voice says again. I look down to see a green light below the board and I start to feel like I'm moving. I don't understand one bit of all this, but one thing is for certain. "THIS....IS....AWESOME!!!" I say as I begin to fly to what looks like a forest. "So this is what it feels like to fly. I could get used to this!" I say as I do a flip. Only after I'm done do I realize I'm not on the road anymore. "oops." Is all I can say before I feel the weight of gravity on me again and I start to plummet back down to earth. I hold on for dear life as I start spinning into the forest. After a few minutes do I see what looks to be a castle and realize that i'm heading right for it. "This is gonna HURT!" Is all I say until I hit something REALLY HARD and everything goes black. (11 years ago) I walk into my dads workshop and find him working on one of his customers old Rave Gears. "ugh....what did this guy do to you? Man its gonna take weeks to fix you up." Dad said as he looked down at the board. "Its only been two years since the Rave Gear went public and yet people have already been completely caught by the idea of flight." Dad said with a frown a serious expression on his face. That was until he noticed his son watching him from behind the door. My dad was a heck of a guy. He was smart, he was handsome, he was what every guy wanted to be. He had a habit of always putting hair into a ponytail and gelling the hair in the back into spikes. He always said it looked cooler. He always wore white shorts with a blue T shirt showing off his frame every time you were to see him. He may have looked tough to people but he was a big teddy bear to his kids. "why are you up Naru?" Dad asked with a smile on his face. "You know if your mother catches you up with me shes gonna be super mad with us right?" Dad said jokingly. "yeah I know that......but." I say looking down at my feet. "you want to learn more about the rave gear right?" Dad said with a grin. I look up and see him smiling like goofy cartoon character. He gets up and does one of those friendly "Ruffling the hair" pats you would see on a TV sitcom. That's why I loved my dad he wasn't afraid to be a Kid. He was the coolest guy in the world to me! "Sure thing Naru, but lets make it quick your mom would be furious with me if I kept you up to late." He said as he took off his Necklace and put it around my neck. "First lesson to Rave Gear is that the key to using it is the willingness to fly in the sky! The will to fly as high as you can." Dad said with a proud look on his face. "I.....want to fly." Is all I can say before I lose sight of him and everything goes black. (Back at the present time.) As I come back to reality I can fell something soft under my head and what sounds like singing. I start to open my eyes to see long pink hair and the angelic voice of a girl I've never meet before. I Realize that I'm resting on her lap so I try to spark a conversation. "who are you?" I ask hoping to get her name. Only what wound up happening was her getting to her......hooves? "what the?" I say as my head hits the dirt. As I continue to look at her I begin to see that she clearly isn't completely human. Her legs covered by light brown jeans are the same as a humans only that her feet are switched with hooves. Her top half being slightly human with a normal human arms and torso are covered in a green long sleeved sweater. Finally theirs her head giving off the appearance of a mix of both human and horse. "Oh um I'm so sorry mister I just saw you fall into the forest and I thought you were injured. which you were, but i'm sorry to have disturbed you." The strange girl said hiding her face behind her hair with a large blush on her face. I'm not sure if it was my headache speaking or something deep inside of me is seriously messed up but i said something I said something I couldn't take back. "Shes so cute." I say not full realizing I said it until after it left my mouth which I then covered with my hands "what?" The horsey girl asked with confusion as she looked from behind her wall of hair. "WHAT OH NOTHING. NOTHING AT ALL. YUP NOT A THING!" I say as I get up waving my hands in front of my face trying to disguise the blush on my face. "Oh good it looks like you made a full recovery." she said looking at me with a polite smile now showing her full face. "man she really is cute! AND LOOK AND THAT BODY!" I then slap myself so that thought can never appear again.It wasn't till then did i realize the bandages on my arms and torso. "Did you do this for me" I asked while looking at the bandages. "um.....yes....sorry.... My name is Fluttershy by the way." Fluttershy said while trying to make herself as little as possible. "Thank you Fluttershy my name is Naru." I say trying to be as nice as possible so she doesn't run away. There was a long pause and it seemed like it would go on forever. Feeling the uncomfortable mood around me I decided it would be best to break the ice. "So.....mind if ask you a few questions?" I ask hoping to get some usefully information on where I wound up. I only got a nod in response so I start with a simple question. "what are you? you don't look human but your wearing normal human clothing." I ask. "I'm a pony. What are you?" Fluttershy asks behind her pink hair. "A pony huh. Well I'm not really a pony, I'm whats called a human." I say with a calm face outside, but inside I'm completely thrown back from the information. An entire planet full of walking talking pony human hybrids............wow god must have been seriously baked to come up with something like this. "OK! so were exactly are we now?" I ask as I look around the room. "Were in the old castle of the Sacred pony sisters." Fluttershy said with a confused look on her face. "Are you not from around here mister?" she asks. "Oh crap! what am I supposed to say" I try to think up any kind of excuse other than I'm an alien from another world. I mean shes already scared of me already lets try not to push our luck. I still cant believe this, the fact that I'm on another planet is one thing but the idea that I'm the only one of my kind on this planet is really crazy! It wasn't till then did I realize.... Its very unlike you to do something like this." said the very tall man built like a brick house. He was wearing a sleeveless vest that was open so anyone who was to see him could see the guy looked like what happens when you use steroids. He also wore simple tan pants with no shoes, he didn't have a single strand of hair on his head and on his face he wore a mask of a Bull. "It is clear that he doesn't have the bloodline of the kings." The bull said folding his hands over his chest. "I could care less honestly." said the third figure with bored expression.He was a very young child who looked no older than an 8 year old. He wore white short pants with a white t shirt and white hair. He wore a eerie black mask on his face. "you should know that the kids a goner." The boy said as he looked over to Mefisto. "Theirs no way he will make it past the first round." The boy states as he looks at Mefisto who is looking off into the distance. "will see soon enough now wont we." Finding a New Home! The kindness of the Animal caretaker!"Wow you've really been though a lot." fluttershy said as we walked out of what she called the "Ever free forest" which is supposed to be really dangerous. "yeah I really haven't had a good run of things lately." I say as I release the breath I was holding. I decided I would tell Fluttershy everything that has happened up this point. The contest, The masked man, the Rave riders, and even a little about the Rave gear itself. Still I cant believe that this timid girl would come into these woods just for me. Not gonna lie I was a little touched by that...... until Fluttershy said she did it because she thought a critter was hurt. "So this....Rave Gear.... gives others the ability to fly?" fluttershy says holding up my Gear. "Yup it's a highly advanced piece of tech. It was developed 12 years ago by scientists as a weapon. The results weren't what they wanted but the accomplished there research and instead of a weapon it was used as extreme sports gear." I say looking at the Rave Gear. "Of course the board itself is made out a simple iron but its reinforced with some kind of metal that cant be found on earth. I heard they found the metal on asteroid not far from the moon." I say as I use the bracelet on my arm pull my Board over to my hand. "YOU'RE KIND HAS BEEN TO THE MOON!" Fluttershy said with complete astonishment. "Farther actually. we have explored the outer reaches of space and beyond." I say as I look up at the sky. Now that I think about it we must not of looked very Hard for life beyond the stars or the government really are hiding aliens from the public cause now that I'm here it pretty much proves alien life exists....... that or I must be in a seriously deep coma from hitting Toby's head earlier. "You said that this forest is dangerous right? what about it makes it so dangerous? So far it looks like an ordinary forest to me." I say noticing that it has gone deadly silent. "Oh well were in one of the more open parts of the forest so there aren't many dangerous creatures here as there are deeper in the forest. The place were the old castle is located is roughly around the same area were in now." Fluttershy says. "Oh ok I guess that makes since." I say turning my attention back on the road. Just then we hear a very loud grumble and we stop dead in our tracks. "Fluttershy?........That was your stomach.....Right?" I ask with a look like I had saw Death himself. I slowly turn my head to her only to see her frozen in her tracks all of her hair standing on end. "No that wasn't me." she said with a equally terrified look on her face as she turns her head to me. We both slowly turn our heads around to see a Giant blue tiger with two VERY sharp and VERY long fangs. The giant blue tiger slowly opened its jaws and drool stared to leak out and when it touched the ground it looked like the drool started melting the earth. "um..... Fluttershy what is that." I ask with a completely emotionless expression. "That's a blue belly saber tooth tiger." Fluttershy says mimicking my expression. "Are they supposed to be in this neck of the woods?" I ask knowing full well the answer now with a more fearful expression. "No they are one of the most dangerous creates in the Everfree forest." Fluttershy says now with her irises completely blank. "Fluttershy......I think we should......." I say as I start the Rave gear. I look over to see Fluttershy completely passed out form the fear. Impressively enough she did it while still standing up. "Damn picked the perfect time to pass out!" I say through gritted teeth. After a few seconds I throw my board and grab Fluttershy and do the thing we should have been doing from the start. "RUN!!!!" I shout as I take off trying to do the same thing I did when I fell from the sky earlier I look around trying to find one of those paths of air. I look behind me to see tiger closing in fast and he looks HUNGRY! "I need to find the path fast! If I don't where as good as dead!" I say as i keep looking for a way to get us out of here. "THERE!" I go full throttle as I head to what looks like a single line that leads up to the sky. As we get close I Hop up and start riding the air stream. After a few seconds I look down and see a very angry pussy cat. "HA HA! YES! EAT IT YOU DAMN KITTEN! NO FOOD FOR YOU TODAY!" As I say this I look back down to see that same "kitten" nearly swallowing us hole. "HOLY CRAP!" I shout trying my best not to become someones lunch. After a few minutes of smooth sailing Fluttershy finally wakes up only to notice she resting in my arms. After that sudden realization she blushes bright red and looks like shes about to faint again. "um....you can put me down now." Fluttershy whispers behind her hair. Before I even have a chance to answer she wiggles out of my arms and suddenly she sprouts wings from her back and starts to fly right beside me. "wow I didn't know you could fly!" I say shocked by the new information. "Sorry about that.....I made you have to save me back there." she says as she turns her head away. "Aw it was nothing! Think of it as repaying the favor for bandaging me up earlier. Ok?" I say trying to make her feel a little better. I mean I can't really blame her from passing out back there, seriously give it a few more seconds I probably would have pissed my pants. Then she looks back at me with tears in her eyes. Man that really stings when girls do that. I'm not really sure what to do or even what to say. I close my eyes and take a deep breath and as I exhale I say What I hope will make her feel better. "Hey there really isn't a need to cry anymore." I say looking back at her with a small grin. "After all I really don't like it when girls cry." I say trying my best not to sound awkward. I see that Fluttershy has relaxed a little now and shes stop crying so that's a pretty good start. As we continue to glide to the outskirts of the forest I see Fluttershy giving me odd looks the hole time. "Wired. Must be a Girl thing." I say scratching my head. (Fluttershy Vision) There were cherry blossom petals flowing in the Breeze around a young and handsome figure of a shining knight. After a minutes the knight turned his head to see the beautiful Fluttershy wearing a flawless White dress her pink hair slowly flowing with the petals. They stared at each other for only a minute before one spoke to the other. "I promise my Lady I wont let anything harm you. So never shed a tear, because if you do...." The knight said slowly removing his helmet to reveal a young man with pure blue eyes with black hair that sparkled in the sun. "I Don't believe my heart could take it." He said as he took Fluttershy's hand while slowly leaning his head in to meet with with her gentle lips. (Now Back to Reality) Fluttershy held her face in her hands and was mumbling to herself the hole time we were flying and even after we landed on the outside of the forest she still looks like shes in a day dream. "Jeez! whats up with her?" I ask while watching her play with her fingers and what looks like steam coming from her ears? "Shes been like this ever since she woke up." I say noticing that it was getting late I walk over to Fluttershy and try to wake her up. "Um hello! Earth to Fluttershy its getting dark out we should find somewhere to stay." I say while waving my hand in front of her face in a attempt to snap her out of her daze. Luckily enough it works and Finally shes returned back to the land of the living. With a blush still faint on her face she try's to collect herself. "Oh..... sorry about that." Fluttershy says trying not to look me in the eye. "My house isn't far from here. You can stay there for the time being." she says as she try's to hide herself behind her hair again. "Oh No Fluttershy I've already put you in enough for one day" I try to say before gives me a Look that could even give Mimi's "Death stare" a run for its money. "Naru were are you honestly going to go if not to my house?" Fluttershy asks with the most terrifying look I've ever seen a girl give me. She does have a point. I honestly have nowhere else to go and it isn't like I can stroll into town and expect any warm greetings from all the locals. After all I'm a alien to this planet so I have no real knowledge of whats in this world. After a few minutes I nod my head and start to walk with Fluttershy to her home. After a few minutes we arrive at a small cottage for the scenery sake alone it looked like a really Great looking place to live. It had a small bridge that lead over a small creek and on the other side was what looked like a holding pin for animals, and a chicken coup. "So this is where you live?" I ask looking around finding myself amazed that something like this could exist. It looked like something strait out of a nature magazine! As we walked inside a little white fluff ball jumped on my face and started to attack me and I fell over. well...... I say attacked but In all honesty though it tickled me more than hurt me. "Angle! stop that he's our guest." Fluttershy said grabbing the little ball of fluff.She then gave the little guy a look saying "don't mess with me!" I have to admit it was extremely surprising to see that. "Its ok fluttershy. The little guys territorial I understand." as I start laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation. A few minutes later Fluttershy gave me a short tour of the house. My room was small as expected with one window a small bed which looks like it could only hold one and a dresser. Next was the bathroom with a shower, a sink, and just about everything else you would find in a regular bathroom.After that was the kitchen nothing really exciting there and the living room. "Thank you again Fluttershy I really don't know what to say." I said looking at Fluttershy. "Nobody from my town would even think about doing something like this for each other. Especially if its the first day you meet them! " "Well of course! you've been through a lot lately and everyone deserves a little kindness! Especially in your circumstance." Fluttershy said smiling that warm smile that just gives you the fuzzy's inside. Blushing a little I start walking upstairs. "Thank you Fluttershy you've really helped me out a lot today. I'l do what I can to repay you." I say once I'm half way up the stairs. "Night!" I say as I walk into my room. "Goodnight!" I hear Fluttershy say from down stairs. Meeting the main 6!"10 years ago" I just came home after school to find dad completely passed out on his work bench. Drool slowly dripping off the side of his work bench. I decide that it probably be a good Idea not to disturb his nape instead I start wondering around the work shop. Looking around I see the blueprints for the gear that dad and I made for my gear. "I cant wait to fly." I say looking up at the board. "one day...... I'l fly! I'l fly higher than anyone else!" I say raising my fist up in the air with a triumphant smile on my face. "Well then we better work quickly wont we Naru?" Came a Voice from behind me. As I turn around I see dad with a grin on his face with his hand holding his head up. "Dad do you think I can really fly?" I ask turning back to the blueprints. Dad gets up and walks over to me and picks me up so i'm riding on his shoulders. He points to the blueprints and he starts running his fingers over the drawings. "There are no better wings than yours Naru so don't ever doubt yourself. That's the first rule of learning how to fly." Dad said with the trace of his signature smirk still on his face. "Do you still remember it's name Naru?" "Of course I do!" I say looking at the picture of the slim Navy blue and grey frame of the board. "It's the name of my wings! How could I forget!" I say as dad starts to put me down. "Crescent sparrow!" My Dad was the best in the world! He was everything to our family. The Heart, Blood, and spirit of everything we took pride in. We loved him so much.......and within two months he would be gone. "Unknown" I look around and realize I'm back in that place were I meet Mefisto The world with nothing in it. As I start to look around and after a few minutes of searching I find a lone Figure looking at something far away. As I get closer I notice that the figure is a young child he doesn't look that older than Sara. He's wearing white shorts with blue highlights going down along the sides, He's also wearing a plain white t-shirt and his hair is a dark blue. "Hello! Hey kid!" I say trying to grab his attention, however it doesn't look like it worked. "what are you doing here?" I say as I reach out to touch him only after I do touch him I start to fall into the water like surface of the ground and start sinking. As I'm thrashing around trying to reach the surface I feel like I'm running out of air and after a few seconds I run out of strength and I start to sink into the darkness. "Fluttershy's cottage" I wake up in a blind panic reaching out for air thinking i'm still drowning only to realize that i'm back in the real world. "Oh god that....REALLY! sucked." I say as I get out off bed only to realize that i'm completely drenched in sweat. out of instinct I take a quick whiff of my pits. "OH!" I shout drawing my head back from the stink. "Man I really need a shower." I say as I walk over to my bag a pick up a simple t-shirt and some shorts. with my clothes in hand I open the door I look around to see if Fluttershy is around. "looks like she isn't here." I say as I make my way to the bathroom. As I lock the door to the Bathroom I think back to the strange kid I saw back in the dream. "who was that kid? And why did he look so familiar? I know I haven't meet him before.... have I?" I walk into the shower and draw the curtain and start the hot water. The warm water washes over me and helps my tense muscles. "I really need this." I say as I look for the soap. After a few minutes I notice that there isn't any towels in here so I walk over to the door only for someone pounding on it like a sociopath. " WHO'S IN THERE! COME OUT RIGHT NOW!" said a voice I haven't heard before. It sounded more boyish but I could tell it was a girl. "Umm sorry i'm in the shower! by the way could you get me a towel? doesn't look like there's one in here." I ask after waiting a few minutes. There was a brief silence and after a few minutes I look out and look around for anyone only to find it vacant. I look down and find a towel waiting at my feet. After I dry myself off I put on my clothes and debate on whether I should go downstairs. "well I have two options here. one I could try to keep myself hidden, which wouldn't work cause I talked to that girl from before." I say as I walk into the guest room to drop off my old clothes. "or I could go downstairs and hope there gone." I say as I open the door again and wait for any sounds that whoever was down there is gone. After a few minutes of silence I decided now would be a good as time as any and I walk downstairs. "Hey Flutters I hope you don't mind this but I couldn't find any shampoo so I used your soap...." I say now looking at the faces of five very confused mares and one very pitiful looking Fluttershy. After a few minutes I give a chuckle and a nervous grin. "Umm.........Hi! my names Naru Akita. Nice to meet you." "45 minutes earlier Fluttershy's Pov" After the day Fluttershy had yesterday she takes a few more minutes than usual getting ready for the day. "I still can't believe what happened yesterday." She said with a blush on her face. "To think I meet someone like.....HIM!" she said with smile. After getting her chores for the morning finished up she took a few seconds to relax on the couch only for a few minutes later for someone to pound on her front door. "FLUTTERSHY! YOU IN THERE!" Said a tomboyish voice from behind the door. "No doubt who that is." Fluttershy got up and walked over to the door and meet face to face with a rainbow maned Pegasuses mare who has been her friend since she was a child. "Good morning Rainbow dash." Fluttershy said with her usually round of shyness. "Fluttershy! where were you yesterday?" Rainbow dash asked with a annoyed expression. "Did I miss something?" Fluttershy asked looking kind of confused as to why Rainbow was making such a big deal out of this. "Duh its our weekly meetings we have with the others! Remember now?" Rainbow said holding her hands up in the air. Fluttershy suddenly remembered that Tuesdays are when she and the girls meet up and hang out for the day. After a few minutes the rest of the group consisting of her other friends showed up each looking confused. "I completely forgot! I'm so sorry! something just came up yesterday in the ever free forest and.." Fluttershy said only to be stopped by a purple unicorn mare putting her hand on her shoulder. "YOU WENT INTO THE EVER FREE BY YOURSELF!" The purple mare said with a worried expression. "Only for a few minutes!" Fluttershy said trying to make sure not to make a fuss. only a few seconds later she heard what sounded like a door opening and on reflex slammed the front door with enough force to startle the others. "Oh.....sorry." Fluttershy said with a bright blush on her face. "Fluttershy what in tar nation is going on?" The Orange mare wearing a stetson said with a concerned look on her face. "Nothing! Nothings wrong! I just thought we should just stay outside for some........fresh air. Yeah that's it." Fluttershy said with one of THE worst poker faces ever seen. After that outburst they all enter the cottage, leaving fluttershy with sweat going down her face. She rushes in finding the girls looking around for any signs of a disturbance. "Everything looks fine to me." said a very elegant voice of the white mare. "Yeah everything looks ok to me." Said the bubbly voice of a pink mare. "I don't know. Why would she want use inside her house if everything fine." Rainbow dash said with a frown. "Maybe shes on her....... you know?" The pink mare said with a raised eyebrow. After a few seconds everyone heard the shower turn on and the pipes rattle. Destiny had a cruel since of humor that day as the five mares had mixed looks of amusement on there faces. "OH I GOT TO SEE THIS!' Rainbow dash said as she flew up the stairs. Fluttershy quick to respond moved quicker than any of her friends have seen her move before fly up the stairs only to she Rainbow with a cheeky grin. "Umm sorry I'm in the shower! by the way could you get me a towel? doesn't look like there's one in here." Fluttershy with a defeated look went to get a towel and left it at the door for Naru and went back downstairs with Rainbow in tow. "Fluttershy you sly dog! I never knew you had it in you!" Rainbow said barreling over in laughter while fluttershy kept a very large blush on her face. "Its not like that." Fluttershy said looking up at Rainbow looking VERY upset. "He crashed in the Ever free yesterday and he was beat up so I had to help him." she said trying to clear up this situation without telling much about Naru. "Hey Flutters I hope you don't mind this but I couldn't find any shampoo so I used your soap...." came a voice from upstairs. Instantly everyone's attention was drawn to the new presence in the room and was left speechless to find a creature with no fur except for on top of his head wearing a t-shirt with black shorts. His most most definite feature being his face he didn't have a muzzle nor did he have ears like theirs and his blue eyes where much smaller than theirs. After a few minutes of awkward silence the creature spoke again with a nervous on his face. "Umm.........Hi! my names Naru Akita. Nice to meet you." "TO BE CONTINUED!"
A CHALLENGE IS ISSUED! Naru vs The BeastMan"Outside Equis" "So this is were that rookie wound up huh?" said a masculine creature wearing heavy armor looking down at the blue planet. "Well at least this makes this hole scavenger hunt easier." He said giving a tooth grin showing all of his fangs. He started to plummet down to the earth laughing the hole while, and as he finally entered the atmosphere his grin only got bigger. "Now it's time brat! I'm coming for you!" He said as he made his was east to the location of his pray. "20 minutes from Fluttershy's cottage" "Sister why on earth are you in such a hurry to get to ponyville?" Luna said in a huff. The royal sisters had made plans after the surprise visit of the masked man to go to ponyville to tell the protectors of there worlds most powerful artifacts the Elements of Harmony to be prepared for trouble. "You know the answer to that Lulu." Celestia said with a smirk "Oh please will you stop with that Nickname!" Luna said with a blush Celestia could only give a quick chuckle before focusing her attention to the felling shes had since that day that the masked man visited them. "what is he planing. I have never seen him so......anxious." Celestia took the time to admire the view from the chariot truth be told she doesn't get out much on account of being a monarch. "Luna what do you think it means to be a king?" Celestia asked looking out the window with a blank expression. "Well that's an odd question to ask out of the blue. um.........well I guess to be a king you have to be....?" Luna said trying to answer the question but was fumbling a bit. After a few minutes of awkward silence everyone calmly and collectively said "NO WAY!" I could only sit there and agree with them cause really he didn't have any evidence to back up his claim except for the Rave gear and that really wasn't enough to prove his story. "Everypony he's telling the truth I swear!" Fluttershy said trying to convince everyone. "Don't worry about it Fluttershy at this point I can hardly believe it myself." But please help me get home!" I say getting on my knees and clenching my fists so hard I can fell like i'm drawing blood. She wore a brown vest with a simple white muscle shirt and some brown cowgirl pants, and finally she wore a brown stetson. "seriously do all of these girls have super freak strength!" "I'm Rainbow dash! Fastest flyer in Equestria! and the one sitting over there in the chair about to explode is Pinkie pie." The blue mare known as Rainbow dash said pointing to the pink mare named Pinkie "big shocker there." I thought looking over the both of them. Rainbow was wearing some black shorts with a matching tank top with holes in the back to show her wings and pinkie was wearing a striped dress with a skirt that is WAY to short. The last mare to introduce herself was a white mare with black jeans wearing a red sweater with black long sleeve vest on top. She got up from her chair and walked around me, looking me over like a hawk. "you said you're name was Naru correct." she asked so quickly I jumped back a little. "y-yes mam!" I say louder than I mean to with a obvious blush on my face. "I see well my name is Rarity nice to meet you Darling." Rarity said introducing herself "Now that introductions are out of the way may I ask a question Darling." she asked looking me over one last time. "Um yes of course." I say scratching my head. "ponyville" As everyone arrives on the scene they can see the towns folk at town hall huddled up in a group with what looks to be a large creature wearing heavy armor with a giant iron hammer over his shoulder watching them with a bored expression. "ARE YOU THE ONE WHO DID THIS!" Twilight said looking at the beast in front them. "Huh?" The creature said turning around to show his face, he had brown hair with a pale blue face and a hole group of sharp teeth, his body was shaped like a Minotaur but completely covered from head to toe in armor. "Oh you're just more small fry's. you're not the one I'm looking for." he said with a bored look. "I'm getting tired of waiting for that brat!" he said as he walked over to the villagers. Everyone tried to scoot away from him but to no avail. "where are the guards!" Rarity said looking around only to see the guards in a heap beaten to a bloody pulp. "The royal guards were beaten so easily, But how!?" twilight said looking at the guards. "Oh them! please give me more credit than that!" he said pointing his hammer at the six. "I'm the mighty Vexen a beast man with the blood of warrior in my veins. No one will ever be able to touch me with my armor." He said slamming his fist into his armor resulting in a loud clang of metal. "Oh yeah were not afraid of you!" Rainbow said taking a step to the behemoth all of the girls agreeing taking a step forward. "well I'l give you this." Vexen said as he slung his hammer over his shoulder. "you've got guts." he said as he showed his massive row of sharp teeth. He then grabbed his hammer and lifted it above his head. "NOW LETS SEE THOSE GUTS!" he said as he begun to bring his hammer down. As the girls prepared to dodge they felt a sharp wind behind them and turned around only to feel that gust of wind blow past them and slam into the Beast man. They turned around only to see there new friend floating on the Rave gear in front of them staring down the beast man. "I'm the one you want! leave everyone else alone!" Naru said keeping his head down never showing his face. "WHAT IN TARNATION ARE YOU DOING!?"Applejack said looking at disbelief at the human. "well It's about time you showed up brat!" vexen said with a toothy grin. "Now we can Begin! I challenge you to a game of Rave!" "Do I even Have a choice seeing as you're holding everyone here hostage." Naru said Lifting his head to see his eyes to see a look that gave everyone a few goose bumps. "No not really." Vexen said "shall we?" he asked with pulling out a strange device. I get a message on my phone saying [Vexen has challenged you! do you except? yes/no] I select yes and a screen appears before us. "select you're stage!" said a computer generated voice. "what is this a video game!" I say in disbelief Vexen points to a image of a world that looks like nothing but floating islands with a sickly green sky overhead. "chose you're game!" Then three options showed up like before. we look at each other and we both point to battle. "Great minds think alike I guess." vexen said with a smirk. "This guy is a dick but honestly I stand no chance against him! He looks like a freaken gorilla and probably has the strength of one to. Yup i'm so dead." I fell the sweat going down my face as i take a deep breath. "unknown" After a few seconds the world changes around us and we stand on a large piece of floating land. I look around and all I can see is floating debris. I look up to see the sky and only see a sickly green ocean without clouds. "where are we?" I ask looking around the battered up world. "This is my home world." Vexen said looking around with disgust. "This is whats left of our world. Take a good look around kid." I was speechless what could I say honestly. I stood there silently taking in the world around me. "what happened to this place?" I ask looking back at the beast man. "war, what else would cause this kind of destruction." vexen said with a blank stare "Now no more taking! I'm gonna end this in one blow!" he said jumping on his Rave gear and charging forward with his hammer raised. I see his charge and decide that now would be a good time to run, I jump on my Gear and ride like a bat out of hell trying to avoid his hammer. I nearly get squashed when he flips over me and slams that hammer into one of the floating islands only for the hammer to blow strait threw it, shattering it to pieces. "You're a slippery little bug aren't you!?" Vexen says with a grin. he tilts forward going full blast slowly catching up to me only as he gets closer he starts to spin like crazy. "It's time to end this brat!" BEAST HAMMER: BLOODY SMASHER!" vexen said as the hammer hit me. I could feel almost every bone in my body break and a incredible amount of pain rush through me as I slam into one of the floating islands. I couldn't move anything, I hardly could see the beast man charging at me. "BEAST HAMMER: STAMPEDE!" vexen said as he charged strait through the rock bringing Naru with him until he thrust the hammer forward sending Naru flying onto a floating island. "It's over kid. I bet there's theirs not even a single bone left in your body that isn't broken." vexen said as he got off his board and walked next to Naru. "Please....." "ponyville" As the two royal sisters arrived to find the town in shambles, almost everything was burned to ash and there guards beaten and brushed and everypony looking up to see a Large beast towering attacking a young man. "what.....w-what....WHAT HAPPENED HERE!" Luna said with completely disbelief looking around at the scene of destruction. Celestia payed there sisters outburst no mind and walked over to the six girls looking up at the screen with tears in there eyes. She didn't need to guess what happened here it was all to obvious. "That poor child." celestia said getting the six girls attention. "He never stood a chance against a beast like that." she said as she looked up at the screen. "please stop them. PLEASE!" Fluttershy said with tears in her eyes. "I'm sorry I cant interfere with this. It would put everypony in danger." Celestia said tightening her fist. "All we can do is wait until he throws the match then will do what we can to heal him before he returns to his world." she said watching as the beast man pummeled the young man into a bloody mess. "So all we can do is just wait." Rainbow said as she walked up to celestia suddenly pulling her down to her eye level. "Wait for that monster." she said with rage and tears in her eyes. "THAT MONSTER TO KILL HIM!" "please......." came a weak voice from the screen. suddenly everyone attention was focused on the screen. "please.......don't........hurt them." He said as he struggled to keep his eyes open Celestia's could feel her pupils dilate as she stared at the young man who didn't beg for his life but the life of girls and the people he just meet today. "who is that boy?" celestia asks only for her to suddenly shrike as she realizes who he is. "No.....NO.....That cant be." celestia said as she slowly stepped back. "That necklace it has to be his!" "Dream world" I couldn't hear anything after what he said......nothing but the wind, I sat there waiting for death. "No.........No.......please........don't hurt them......dammit!" "Do you want the power of a king?" came a familiar voice "The power of a king?" I ask as I fell like I'm sinking just like back in my dream. "Do you want the power of the king?" If you want the power to change you're destiny accept it! Accept you're bloodline. accept the power of the king!" the voice said I open my eyes and i look up to see a bright light above the water. I start to swim to the surface. with conviction and as much strength as I've got I push. "I ACCEPT IT! I ACCEPT THE POWER OF THE KING!" when I say this a giant gust of wind covers my body. "Back to the real world" As vexen was walking away he started to notice the sky going dark and a draft start to appear. "what? That's not right. There shouldn't b-" Vexen said before he was blown away from a giant gust of wind only for his Gear to swoop around and catch him.. "WHAT THE! WHAT THE HELL'S GOING ON!" Vexen said as he looked at the tornado in front of him. "NO! WHATS GOING ON! THIS PLANET IS DEAD HOW COULD THIS BE HAPPENING!" Vexen shouted. After a few minutes the tornado explodes in a gust of air. Vexen looks back to see the only thing left standing was Naru beaten and bruised but now he had a strange green book in his hand. "YOU!" Vexen said his mouth wide open with shock. "BUT HOW THERE'S NO WAY A HUMAN LIKE YOU COUL-" before Vexen could finish he could feel something slam into his face and send him flying to the island were Naru was standing. Vexen rubbed his nose and looked to find a small child wielding a red pole flying in the air his eyes bright green shacking Vexen to his vary core! "who is that?" vexen said as he turned around to see Naru his eyes gone nothing was left except the bright green glow. "I wont let you...." Naru said as the strange boy landing next to him. "YOU WONT LET ME WHAT YOU LITTLE BASTARD I'M NOT SCARED OF YOU!" vexen said as the fear in his voice betrayed his actions. "How is this possible!? I'm sure I destroyed his entire body with that last attack!?" Vexen was staring to get desperate at this point it was all our nothing. "BEAST HAMMER!!" vexen shouted as he went full speed on his rave gear his hammer raised high. "JUDGEMENT SLAMMER!" Vexen slammed his hammer into the ground which resulted in a big bang that destroyed every piece of footing that was around him. "T-There that had to do it! YEAH TAKE THAT YOU BRAT!"Vexen said laughing over his victory until he turned around to see the pair behind him. "what?" Vexen said in a frightened voice. "I wont let you........" Naru repeated. "YOU WONT LET ME DO WHAT YOU BRAT! JUST WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!" Vexen said pointing at Naru. "I'm the guy....."He said as the book glowed bright green. "WHO'S GONNA KICK YOUR ASS!!" Naru screamed as he let his full power surge. "GIGANO JIKIRRDO!" As the words left Naru's mouth the boy standing next to him unleashed a large ball of wind. Its force was enough to blow the debris away and all that was left was Vexen lost in a daze. "HOW!" Vexen said staring at the giant ball of wind. "DAMN IT! I WONT LOSE TO YOU BRAT! YOU HEAR ME NEVER!" Vexen said as he he charged at the giant ball of pressurized air screaming at the top of his lungs. The sphere absorbed him crushing the beast man.
