After "Magical Duel", Trixie returned to Ponyvile and has had countless duels with her rival, Twilight, but after a time, Trixie decides that she and Twilight should stop pretending to fight and let their hidden feelings out, letting their love blossom so that they can live happily in each others embrace.

Twilight was not aware of any of these feelings.
