(Please don't judge. this is my first story.) Earth is in chaos, A Religous Federation rules over everything, free thinking is a sin and leads to death. But i was useful so i lived longer, but i was treated like a slave for my genius, i was tired of it and sought freedom. When they asked me to build a portal that can allow inter-dimensional travel, i knew this was my chance for freedom. So after long years of data collecting and hard work i finished it and was going to be free, in this world or the next.
