Sisters by bond,not blood
Scootaloo ran and ran till her little hooves couldn't run anymore. She stopped by the everfree forest and took a deep breath and let it out as she closed her purple eyes and sighed. She opened up her eyes and looked at the darkness ahead of her. She gulped and took a step forwards and entering the everfree forest. She walked through and falling over a few times and getting back up on her hooves. Scootaloo heard a faint yell than a sigh.
'Wonder what that could had been?'
Scootaloo thought as she quietly ventured on into the dark forest. She stepped on a twig and stopped in her tracks. It made a pretty loud sound that could attract a dangerous creature to her presence. She came across a long lake that grew deeper into the everfree forest. She walked beside it and stopped at a certain destination where it seemed like she was at the middle of its length. She sat down in front of the lakes glistening water and drew a deep sighed.
"Why do they have to think negatively towards my opinions! We can be like sisters still! Its not all about being blood related and stuff! I mean,Sweetie Belle acted like Applejack was her sister for like a day and Applebloom never said anything to her! What gives!"
She yelled and then collapsed her head onto the rough ground below her. She sighed as a small tear ran down her soft cheeks. She popped her head back up to the surface and looked around her. Birds were flying in the open air as frogs were jumping from spot to spot. She gave a small smile and glanced over to her right. She saw a small shadow as if a pony was sitting like she was. She slowly,but cautiously got up and walked over to the pony shadow. She stopped when she saw who it was.
"Rainbow Dash?"
Scootaloo said in a low voice as the young mare looked over to her left with curiosity. She got up and walked over to the little filly and sat down beside her.
"Scoots...what are you doing here in the everfree forest! you know its dangerous in here!"
Rainbow said as she looked at scootaloo.
"Why are you in here then?"
"*Sigh* I needed to clear my mind...what about you?"
"Same"
There was silence between the two till Rainbow Dash decided to speak up.
"You wanna talk about it? I can keep a secret."
Rainbow spoke up as she put her hoof into the lake and swished it back and forth. Scootaloo perked up and sat down beside her idol and looked at the lake.
"Sure,why not...But,you can tell me your problem to,ok."
scootaloo replied as she closed her eyes and listened for a reply.
"Okay,seems fair enough...you go first."
Rainbow Dash requested to her little fan who began to speak.
"Well,its Applebloom and Sweetie Belle. They made me real upset and said that the only way two ponies can be sisters is if they are blood related and I disagreed with them and they made my dreams come crashing down And then I came running in here and soon I found you sitting here like I was over there."
Scootaloo answered as she looked and Rainbow Dash. Rainbow nodded her head in agreement and smiled down at the young orange filly below her. She tossed her bangs of her cyan mane back and looked at scootaloo.
"I know what you mean...Thats what my problem is as well."
"How did your go?"
"Well,it went like this."
(FlashBack)
"Hey guys! You know how you feel like somepony is your sister? Well,scootaloo feels like a sister to me"
Rainbow said as she walked towards her friends and sat down.
"Yes!'
Pinkie Pie exclaimed in excitement as she jumped up and down.
"Now rainbow,what in tarnation do yah mean...The only way y'all can be sister is if y'all are blood related and ah believe y'all a'int"
Applejack said as she shot curious green emerald eyes at her cyan friend.
"Yes darling,I agree with applejack,what do you mean by feeling like you have a sister...The only way you can have a sister is if you are blood related and you and little scootaloo are not blood related nor ken."
Rarity agreed as she talked in her fancy tone as always.
"Um...Well,guys scootaloo can seem like a little sister in Rainbows eyes...its nothing drastic."
Fluttershy said in a quiet voice as she hide behind her long bright pink mane.
"I agree with Fluttershy girls,Even if somepony is not ken to you dosent mean you two cant be like sisters towards each other."
Twilight Sparkle said in a determined tone towards Rarity and Applejack.
"Yeah guys! I mean Rainbow never talks about her family or nothing and so scootaloo can be a little sister towards her and that can create a super duper great bond and that will call for a big party!"
Pinkie Pie said in one big breath as she fell towards the floor out of breath. Fluttershy,Twilight and along with Pinkie Pie nodded their heads towards Rainbow Dash as Applejack and Rarity shook their heads in a disagreement manor. Applejack walked away from the group towards Sweet Apple Acres as Rarity walked away towards her boutique.
"That was mean! Such meanie pants to dashie! Its okay dashie! we are here for you!"
Pinkie Pie said as she wrapped a hoof around Rainbow Dash.
"Thanks guys...Im gonna go and,stuff."
Rainbow said as she flew up into the air and flew away.
"Dashie!"
Pinkie Pie yelled,but dash was gone already and couldn't hear her. Pinkie chased her till she saw her fly into the everfree forest.
"Oh NO! Dashie is in trouble! I gotta go yell the others! HEY GIRLLLLSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!"
End Of FlashBack
"And thats what happened. I don't really know what they are doing now,but Your friends sisters disagree with us."
Rainbow said in a sigh. Scootaloo sighed as well but the grinned at her idol.
"Well,who needs their opinions! At least we have ours and thats what counts!"
Scootaloo said as she hugged Rainbow Dash who accepted the hug.
"Your right scoots! As long as we think it,then its okay!"
Rainbow said as she hugged the little filly back till they heard a slight growl that made their hair stick up.
"W-What was that!"
Scootaloo said in a faint whisper.
"I-I don't know."
Rainbow said in a whisper as well as she got in front of scootaloo. Scootaloo watched the looks on her idols face as she seemed to be worried.
"Come on! I'm not scared of you!"
Rainbow yelled as her wings sprung out on the sides of her sky blue body. Then a big beast called a timber wolf came out of the darkness and attacked the two sisters.
"Watch out!"
Rainbow said as she pushed scootaloo to the side as she fought off the beast. It scratched her from her face to her belly. Scootaloo watched in fear as rainbow was being scratched up and bleed from the injury. Soon Rainbow bucked the timber wold in its jawline causing it to be flung into the air and onto its back on the cold ground. It got back up and ran up to rainbow dash who flew up above it and crashed into it. It fell towards the ground,but soon rised back up in pain. It bit Rainbows front right hoof as she screamed in pain.
"RAINBOW!"
Came a country accent. Soon a orange mare with a yellow mane tied up it a red hair bow with three apples on her flank with a brown hat on top of her head. Rainbow looked to her right in surprise till she was clawed in the face as she was bleeding. She got back up while her legs were shaking. It bucked her in the side as she slid across the ground in front of scootaloo who hugged her and cried. Applejack along with big macintosh galloped towards the beast. At the same time they both bucked its side and then its head. It soon crumbled down onto the ground and they ran towards Rainbow Dash. They put her on Big macs back and galloped her to the hospital as scootaloo ran along with them.
They got Rainbow Dash to the hospital as the took her to a room. Applejack and big mac left as scootaloo stayed in the waiting room for her hero. Later they let her in the room rainbow was in and left her be. She had an oxygen mask over her mouth and bandages all over her body. Scootaloo grabbed the side of the hospital bed and cried till her eyes denied to produce any more salty tears. She heard the door open as Pinkie Pie ran over to scootaloo. Twilight stood on the other side of the bed along with Fluttershy and Rarity. Applejack walked in with two little fillies who gasped in shock. They galloped over towards scootaloo to see fresh tears go down her face.
"I told you she was a sister to me."

After the camping trip with Rainbow Dash,Scootaloo went to the cutie mark crusaders clubhouse. She ran in hopping and dancing around as the other two fillies named Applebloom a yellow earth pony with bright orange eyes and a pink bow with a red mane and a filly named Sweetie Belle a white unicorn with bright green eyes and a light purple and pink curly mane were chatting about something. Scootaloo a orange Pegasus with a short purple mane with a curl at the end and bright purple eyes jumped in front of them with a wide smile on her face. Appleboom and sweetie belle gave curious looks at their orange friend.
"Guys! Rainbow Dash took me under her wing! A'int that awesome!"
Scootaloo declared as she gave a big smile at her friends.
"Scoots,were happy for yah! so,what yah plan on doing with her soon?"
Appleboom asked out of curiosity which was soon answered by her friend with excitement in her voice.
"She's going to teach me how to fly as awesome as she is! She's like my BIG sister!"
Scootaloo exclaimed as she was bouncing in several spots. The other two fillies raised and eyebrow and shook their heads in disagreement .
"Scootaloo,she is not your sister unless she is blood related to you which in this case she is not."
Sweetie Belle shot at her friend. It took a moment to sink it the words,but as soon as Scootaloo did she ragged with anger as her blood boiled with anger.
"It doesn't matter if your blood related or not! She feels like a sister to me in my eyes but maybe not to you!"
Scootaloo hissed as she ruffled up her little nose it disgrace as she was getting annoyed by her friend.
"Sweetie Belle is right scoots! If yah ain't ken nor blood related then yah ain't sister!"
Applebloom pronounced at her friend who was backing away from them in anger and in disappointment. She ran off with small streams of fresh salty tears going down her face.She could hear them call her name,but she didn't care.
She needed to find Rainbow Dash.
