~50 years ago B.M.6 (Before Mane 6)~

The Crystal Empire ruled by none other King Sombra. Crystal ponies mumbling, groaning in pain, and complaining. All of them lost their crystal looks and have taken the looks of restless ponies working day in day out serving their king. Any pony who defied his rule are puished and tortured till he or his guards are pleased. The unicorn corrupted himself with essence of Dark Magic. Crystal ponies have done nothing to stop his reign of evil, terror, and chaos. The elder crystal slaves had to work till they cant and their remains are thrown out. Healthy mid age ponies get the worst of the worst being used as cattle doing all they heavy lifting taking supplies, minerals, anything. Lastly the fillies and baby ponies are rare to come by during the days of Sombra's rule they are used for entertainment, servants towards high rank guards or noblemen, and 'dark findings'. Dark findings is the search for Dark Magic and corrupts the heart and soul of anypony who comes incontact with it and is used for power and destruction.

In the depths of the Crystal Caverns, an excavation of fillies are on the search for Dark Magic. A young pegasus with a yellow dirty filthy mane and a dirty white coat is smashing the wall with his pickaxe. All of the fillies living in the empire are hacking away to look for Dark Magic. Sombra's guards all unicorns wearing armor forged with dark magic and the scales of dragon's watch every filly. If they didnt do what they are told bad things happen to them.

-A pegasus with light green hair and a light purple coat passes out from the lack of sleep and hunger.

-A guard sees the pegasus not working "Get up Shadey Hearts or your going to the 'room' again."

-Shadey was out she couldn't even talk back

Every filly in the room turn their heads to the guard and Shadey. Some fillies say what they think is going to happen and others worry for her.

-The guard wips her with a strike from a whip forged from his horn "Get to the ' room' you useless filly."

-The white pegasus throws a rock at the guard and turns away so it doesnt look like it was him

-"WHO DID THAT!" the guard turns around in anger.

-Shadey smirks and throws a rock at the guard.

-The guard turns around "I MEAN IT WHOEV-"

-The white pegasus knocks him out with his pickaxe. Walks to Shadey "Nice acting." smiles

-"Awesome plan ." hugs the pegasus

-Blushes and backs away "Ok everypony lets hurry up and get out of here"
