"Are ya still poutin sugacube?" Applejack asked seeing Rainbow Dash sitting with her hooves crossed grumbling.
"You would be upset too if they said you couldn't go to the Applelosa rodeo after you where completely packed." Rainbow snapped back.
"It's just the wonderbolts" Spike mumbled trying to nonchalantly slide next to Rarity on the train...who noticed and hid a small smile behind her hoof at his childish behavior.
"Oh no" Fluttershy mumbled. Eyes shrinking to pinpricks while covering her ears preparing to hear her friend scream.
"Just....ju....JUST THE WONDERBOLTS. They are the greatest flying group EVER! With Soarins speed and Spitfires amazing leadership and Fleetfoots quickness...they are beyond amazing......"
As Rainbow continued on her rant about how amazing the Wonderbolts are Twilight leaned against the window deep in thought. Thinking back to the letter they got from the princess earlier that day...

"Twilight you got a letter!" Spike exclaimed up the stairs. Taping his foot as he waited for a response before he yelled again. Just as he got ready to call again he heard hooves colliding with tables,books and glass breaking. Chuckling as he heard her trip and yell out things foals and colts shouldn't hear. Getting ready to go assist her, he started to make his way towards her office only to stop when he saw a bright light flash behind him. Turning he saw Twilight flat on her stomach. Hair disheveled with her fur wet and matted down on some places.
"Uhhhhhh..."
"Just read the letter Spike" Twilight said glaring at a snickering baby dragon"

"Wonder what she means. What do you think Twi......Twilight?" He said spinning in a circle in an attempt to find her only to see the front palace door wide open. He stared dumbfounded only to remember that she could've just teleported but remembered how scatterbrained she could become when it can to Celestia uhhh Princess Celestia.
"I swear sometimes it seems like she wants more than just a teacher-student relationship" Spike chuckled to himself before going off to pack their bags for the trip to Canterlot.

"....light.....wilight..... TWILIGHT"
"What...huh.....oh umm yes?" Twilight blurted out pretending to had paid attention. Only to immediately get caught lying as she saw the look on friends faces. 'Smoove Twilight...real smoove' Twilight chuckled nervously before feeling a hoof on her shoulder. Turning to see Rarity give her a slightly knowing look.
"Twilight.. deary I didn't know she was on your mind so much." Rarity squeaked out happy her friend admitted to the question on everypony's mind.
"Oh my.... congrats Twilight" Fluttershy uttered feeling her face get flushed with images of the royal couple. They all noticed Fluttershys strange behavior but decided not to say anything to save her from even more embarrassment. Instead they decided to pester Twilight and bombard her with questions.
"So whens the wedding? Can i plan it? It'll have streamers and pinwheels and games and cake and ice cream and ooooh oooh ooooh a HUGE BAND. No wait... a huge ROYAL band with its own customary flugelhorn.
"Shoot Twilight ah didn' kno you swung that way....missed my chance." she mumbled under her breath only to get elbowed and receive a glare from her marefriend Rainbow Dash.
"What are you...." Twilight started to say before getting hit with even more questions.
"Will the Wonderbolts be there? Can you book the Wonderbolts now that your a princess? Can you get me into the Wonderbolts? Wait nope never mind they already know I'm the best its only a matter of time."
"Details darling who confessed to who? Oh was it under a beautiful Sunset in the same spot as your first date? Oh how romantic." Rarity gushed quickly getting lost in her own fantasy. Twilight still being confused slowly levitated Spike out from between Rarity's hooves much to his chagrin. Bringing him slowly to her face while everyone was lost in their own world she quietly asked him "What did i miss?"
Spike turned his head to her in shock before remembering that she was probably deep in thought. "Well they were asking if it was true you had a crush on Celestia and you kinda said yeah." Spike blurted out before seeing her face go from his favorite lavender to a bright pink blush.
"Girls I don't have a cr...cr..like Celestia. Wait no I do like her." Seeing her friends smirking faces she quickly added on "Not like that though. Strictly platonic hehe.." Seeing that her friends wasn't gonna let up anytime soon she decided to change the subject. While she thought about what she was gonna say Spike took this time to ease back in between Rarity's hooves who immediately brought him back close, missing the heat that radiates naturally off his body.
"So what do you girls think the Princess letter meant?" Twilights question seemed to resonate in them as they all stopped daydreaming and turned towards her with a serious look in their eyes. Except Pinkie she was....well being Pinkie(stuffing candy down that black hole she calls a stomach). Ignoring Pinkie, Spike was the first one to speak up.
"Twilight its Mom when does she ever make sense. Like really her and Auntie Luna LOVE speaking in riddles and being cryptic. So just assume Equestria is in danger as usual." The rest of the main 6 was agast that Spike called THE PRINCESSES of EQUESTRIA his mom and aunt. So suprised that Pin...
"SPIKE.........PRINCESS CELESTIA IS YOUR MOM?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!"

"Sister does thou truly think this a good plan? Because your not as smart......or conniving as thou may think." Luna said bluntly catching Celestia off guard with her comments who quickly had a comeback that she was gonna save for later.
"Luna we went through this already. He deserves a second chance."
"He's a war-mongering dictator, that if thou remembers left us in a bloody pile of feathers even when we used the Elements."
"Yes but he can be changed"
"What makes thou so sure?"
"Because Discord was!"
Luna stared dumbfounded at her older sister's ridiculous response. "He was a completely different issue. He only caused random and silly acts of chaos. While Sombra massacred ponies for his own sick and twisted pleasure." Luna spat out his name like it left a horrible taste in her mouth. All Celestia could think while looking sadly at her sister was 'If we never gave you a chance you would have been the same'. Luna seeing the look Celestia directed towards her quickly yelled.
"We are not the same and don't you dare say otherwise." She added quickly seeing Celestia open her mouth to retort but slowly closing it. " I would expect my 'BIG' sister to make better choices. You're not as strong as you think you are. So I hope you have a great backup plan since it won't work out." She added getting ready to leave the room only to feel her sister tug on her tail softly with her magic. Turning back to her sister she was met with a teary eyed face on a normally aloof and sometimes stoic face. Something she thought was lost to her after her own banishment to the moon. Ponies mostly assumed Celestia was the more mature and leader of the two but that wasn't the case at all. While Celestia may have been the pillar leading and guiding all her little ponies, Luna was Celestia's pillar helping and guiding her as best as she could.....even if she was extremely stubborn and this seemed like one of those times.
"Fine Tia i'll help you. So I hope you know what you're doing." She nuzzled into her older sisters side noticing the glow that seemed to be radiating from her body. Chuckling as she remembered her connection to the sun really shined through when her emotions were at there strongest. She smirked as she came up with an idea, leaning towards Celestia she whispered....."Big sister Luna will protect the weak little Princess as usual" She kissed her cheek to add on to the snark, not expecting a comeback.
"But strong enough to send you to the moon" She smirked as she saw Luna turn red with fury. Standing from the cushion she and Luna was sitting on to get ready to run, she tossed one more insult towards Luna before bolting out the door "And smart enough to adapt to times quicker than THOU" Celestia screamed at her mockingly as she ran down the halls. Everypony in the castle would have to be treated for shattered ear drums thanks to Luna.
"TIA I WILL DESTROY YOU" Luna shouted in the Royal Canterlot voice as she chased her through the halls much to the shock of the maids and guards. Running through the halls edging closer and closer to her sister at every turn thanks to her much smaller build. Much to Celestias relief the throne room was right ahead and as she got ready to force the doors open she was tackled from behind and launched through the doors by her little sister. In a pile of hooves and feathers Celestia was able to make out the familiar colors of the Elements. Atttempting to inform her sister she open her mouth to speak only to get her head slammed on the ground as Luna yelled.
"HA whats wrong? Is THOU tired? That's why THOU should lay off the cake before you become as big as your Celestial spirit. Wouldn't want that now would you you you.......uhhhhh" She trailed off seeing where Celestias gaze was. Which just happened to be the Elements.....who were all slack jawed at the sight of their princesses bursting through the doors fighting and spitting out insults all the while. Assuming her natural princess role Celestia in a flash of gold light teleported onto the throne to sit in a more regal position before addressing her star pupil....
"Hello Twilight, Girls we have much to discus." Seeing that they were still in a trance she turned to her son who was in the process of lecturing Luna on her language much to Celestia's amusement and Luna's embarrassment. Clearing her throat to get his attention, she nodded towards the girls silently asking for help. Receiving the thumbs up as a response she waited as he fetched a book. Standing next to Twilight with the book in front of her face he deeply inhaled........and snorted plumes of smoke from his nostrils as Twilight magically sealed his lips.
"Spike what did i tell you about blowing fire on books? WE. DON'T. EVER. DO. THAT. UNDERSTOOD!?!?!" She emphasized the question with several hoof pokes to his scaly chest. Nodding his answer Spike looked towards his mother with pleading eyes she picked up on immediately. Clearing her throat once again she somehow was able to get everyponys attention. Twilight inturrupted before Celestia could get a word in.
"Princess about your letter is everything ok?" Twilight was clearly distressed about the potential threat, so nodding towards her sister she spoke loudly and clearly.
"I'm bringing King Sombra back from the dead"

Celestia and Luna distressed about the lack of response was about to ask if they were alright before being interrupted by Pinkie who for some reason had her lips zipped close simply asked....
"Can i throw a party?"

Ok..................................so yeah i know why make a new story when you are too lazy to update your other one....simple answer...i don't know. So leave a like and a comment if you liked it.
Oh and hope you don't my head-cannon of Luna actually being the more mature of the two. Since i always see her as childish in other stories i wanted to try it differently
