Lets move these things up!"     "Yes sir!" it has been 5 weeks since Raiden, the Thunder God and Earthrealm's defender, defeated Shao Kahn, and the Special Forces group was tasked with cleaning up Edania, on of the realms he conquered. Leading them was Kabal, a former Black Dragon member who became a normal cop. He, however, got burnt by Kintaro and had to wear a raspirator to breath. On the upside, he could run five times faster then a normal human.     "How long till we're done?"     "About two day sir." replied a soldier. Kabal nodded in reply, before turning to continue his work. elsewhere     "I grow tired of this! Socerer! When do we strike?!"     "Patience, Baraka. We will, in time," replied a tall man dressed in a black costume with golden shoulder pads. He was called Shang Tsung, former advisor to Shao Kahn. Now that his, 'master' was dead, he gladly took the throne for himself.     After 5 (torturous) Outworld hours, Shang Tsung decided on what to do, a full on attack. "You took four hours just to think of that?!" exclaimed Reptile. Shang Tsung just nodded, as he turned to his army. Edania     "Kabal! We got bogeys comin in hot!"     "How far?"     "20 KM away!"     "Get all the civilians into a stable area.Kira , go get Raiden." Kira, an ex-Black Dragon member, nodded, and ran to the portal room in the castle. "The rest of you with me! We'll hold them off until Raiden get's here!"     "Yes sir!" was his squads reply. 10 Outworld minutes later     Kabal and his squad saw that they were severely outnumbered by the amount of Shokan, Tarkatans, Centaurs, Cyberized Lin Kuai warriors, and Saurians. While most of his squad members felt fear, a small number didn't even flinch. And Kabal was among them. He had faced Goro, Cyber Sub-Zero and even fought Shao Kahn once just to buy his teammates some time to escape.     Shang Tsung couldn't help but laugh cruelly at the small resistance the Earthrealmers had formed. When compared to his army, they were just a small fish in a huge ocean. When he gave the signal, the army rushed forward to face the 25 humans. "Hold your ground! We hold them or die trying!"     The first to attack was a Tarkatan, which extended his arm blades. Kabal blocked the attack, and with one clean slice, cleaved the soldier in two vertically. While the soldiers opened fire on the enemies, Kabal used his speed for a hit and run tactic. He'd run towards an enemy, and hit them where they were most vulnerable, the necks. Before any teammate  could hit him back, he'd run off and hit another target.     But he eventually grew tired, and went behind enemy lines to catch his breath, only to be cornered by Quan Chi and Shang Tsung together. Shang Tsung used his magic to toss Kabal into the portal room. But the masked man had been through worse, and got back up almost instantly.     "So, two against one, huh? Doesn't seem fair," taunted Kabal.     "We do not fight fair," replied Quan Chi proudly.     "Then lets show you!"     As Shang Tsung ran forward to land a punch, Kabal used his speed and ran towards him, causing him to stop in his tracks and start spinning (yes, it's one of Kabal's move from MK9). With him spinning, Kabal used both hooks, and forced them into the wizards shoulders, before forcing him off balance and whirling him around like a ragdoll twice, before tossing him on the ground like used tissue. He was down for the count.     Now he turned to Quan Chi, who was pretty scared. "So, you surrender?"     "Never!" exclaimed the socerer. He rushed Kabal, only for Kabal to make him start spinning like Shang Tsung, but he didn't stop running. He just U turned, and ran back at full speed. When he was close, he dropkicked both of Quan Chi's knees, and ran off, leaving Quan Chi there, kneeling down, until Kabal ran behind him and sank both hooks deep into his back, breaking his back ribs, and tossed him.     "Too slow," insulted the mask wearer, as he walked over to a now conscious Shang Tsung and pointed the hook's blade to his throat. Shang Tsung was now at his mercy. "So, give up?"     But what Kabal didn't realise  was that the portals in the Portal Room would never close. And there was one active portal right behind him. Shang Tsung took this opening as an advantage, and raised an arm. Kabal  thought this was a sign of him surrenedering, until he got pushed back, and his vision went black.     "No, I do not."
