Sarah was found by Twilight Sparkle alone in the Everfree Forest. Since then she has raised Sarah like a daughter with all the love and support she could give. Sarah however felt alone as she was growing up in Equestria. As much as she loved her mother, their obvious differences are hard to ignore.
