Chapters Equestria Wars Episode IX: Revenge of the Consortium
Chapter 1: The Medallion of Primus
The star destroyer was slowly approaching the orb with a red symbol. As it stopped, the ship's tractor beam activated and brought the mysterious orb inside the destroyer. An inspection team came to the hangar where the orb was about to touch down the solid ground. When the tractor beam deactivated, the orb dropped and floated on the ground. "What is it?" one of the soldiers asked.
"I don't know, but we should deliver this to King Charming Thunder," the other said. "He would know what to do."
"Alright, guys," their commander said. "Lets bring this to the cargo bay and deliver it to the king as we make our approach to Canterlot." The soldiers saluted as the unicorn engineers levitated the orb to the cargo bay.
Charming Thunder went through a security footage from Canterlot of three ponies that look a lot like Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Pinkie. A red guard entered and said, "There are some engineers from the Star Destroyer on a course to Canterlot who wish to request an audience with you."
"Send them in," Charming Thunder replied. The guard then left the room as two engineers entered as they levitated a capsule. He looked up to see the capsule and turned off the footage behind him. "What is that thing?"
"We were thinking you would know," one of the engineers said. "We discovered this floating around as we were on our course to Canterlot." Charming Thunder walked up to the capsule to get a closer look. He examined a symbols that was on it and placed a hoof on his chin.
"This is not Equestrian. Thank you for bringing this up. I'll examine this immediately. Dismissed." The engineers bowed and left the room as Charming Thunder began his examination. When he touched the red symbol on the capsule, a click sound was heard and the capsule opened to reveal the same symbol. It came to him and around his neck as it began to glow.
A voice was heard in his head saying, "Congratulations, great warrior of the light. You have become my champion."
"Who are you?"
"I am Primus. Around your neck, you are the bearer of the Matrix of Leadership medallion. Once again, thank you, my champion." The voice faded away from his as the light faded away as well.
"What was that about?" Charming Thunder sighed and walked back to the table and replayed the footage of the raid at Canterlot and continued his examination.
Twilight was going over some books at the ancient castle trying to find answers about the Elements of Insanity. She levitated the book she finished reading back on the shelf and groaned, "This is hopeless. Hopeless!! There's got to be something about the EOI that Discord forgot to mention. But what?" She then levitated another book from her stack and continued her research. She then hears sobbing coming from somewhere in the library. "Hello? Is somepony there?" She then began to follow the sound of the sobs and came across a black filly with a purple mane and tail as she laid on the stone floor crying. When Twilight made her first step towards her, the filly looked up and revealed her eyes that looked a lot like Nightmare Moon's. "I-it's okay. I won't hurt you." The filly stopped sobbing and got up on her hooves. "Don't worry. This place is safe now. There is no need to be scared." The filly then walked up to her until they came eye to eye with each other. Twilight wiped a tear off of her as she asked, "Do you have a name?"
"I don't," the filly said.
"Come on. I'll take you to my castle."
Twilight and the filly arrived at the entrance of the Everfree Forest when Charming Thunder and Princess Cadence walked up to her. “Are you alright, Twilight?” Charming Thunder asked.
"Yes, I'm alright," Twilight replied.
"Who's the filly?" Cadence asked.
“I don’t know. I found her in the ruin castle when I went there to do some research about the Elements of Insanity but found her instead. Any luck on finding those impostors?”
"No," Charming Thunder shouted in frustration. "We’ve tried everything and can’t find them on radar or anything! This doesn’t help the cause of their charges. Rainbow is furious already to be grounded.” As he calmed down, a letter appeared in front of him. His eyes narrowed as he began to read it.
Dear Princesses and King of Equestria,
I know you are search for the Elements of Insanity and I am going to inform you to drop all charges against Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Applejack. They were, in fact, not the ones who stole the Element of Insanity. It was me, the Prodigy of the Time Master. I ordered them to take it because of one simple reason: The Prophecy. It tells of the doom of Equestria if Harmony and Insanity do not unite. I am doing what is best for the people of Equestria, if you don’t like it, then too bad. Also, I’ve noticed you have the Medallion of Primus, King of Harmony. I can’t wait to spar or duel you on equal grounds.

Charming Thunder looked around as his medallion glowed, but sees nobody around. "“Who sent you that letter?” Twilight asked.
"Someone who was behind the Canterlot Raid. He calls himself the Prodigy of the Time Master and also calls himself Champion of Unicron."
"We will have to ask Celestia and Luna." The group were about to take their leave when a figure suddenly jumped out of a tree . The figure wore a hood as if he was protecting his identity.
The figure turned to face the group as Charming Thunder asked, "Who are you?"
“I’m the one who was behind the whole raid,” the figure said. He then showed the medallion that is similar to Charming Thunder's but the symbol was different and the color of it was purple. Both of the medallions began to glow at each other’s presences. “Can you feel it? Primus and Unicron, looking at each other with hate. Compared to the Princesses and us, we are nothing but underlings to them. Both were gods to their kind. Tell me this, Champion of Primus…how much would you like to find the EOI?” Twilight and Cadance got into a fighting stance as Charming Thunder touched his medallion as it began to glow more. “Let me make a proposal then. I’ll deactivate the Nemesis’ cloaking devise as long as you come with the Princesses, Discord, and the Mane 6. Without your fleets or armada, just a private chat. I promise you, there will be no hostilities. We, Team Insanity, would love to extend our hoof to help you. Once you have located the Nemesis, tomorrow, and then come. I won’t show hostilities unless you keep Discord on a leash. We mean you no harm as long as you comply the same ways. Do we have an agreement?” Charming Thunder thought it over as he couldn't resist a chance to meet the EOI himself. After a few long minutes, he turned to the hooded figure and nodded. His wings began to open as he knelt down and replied, "I’ll be expecting you tomorrow…brother." Charming Thunder was shocked by the response as the figure shot up to the sky and left a trail of green trail of lightning shaped color trail.
"Who was that stallion?" Cadence asked. "And...what does he mean by brother?"
"I don't know," Charming Thunder replied. "But there is only one way to find out tomorrow. For now lets get this little filly to the castle."

Chapter 2: Meeting Danny Eclipse
In the shuttle, Charming Thunder along with the princesses, the Mane 6, and Discord sat in their passenger seats as the shuttle approached the flight deck. Charming Thunder was the first to unfasten his safety belt and got up. Celestia placed a hoof on his shoulder and asked, "Are you sure about this?"
"Positive," Charming Thunder replied. The ramp lowered and the hooded figure from the other day along with another one stood waiting. Rainbow and Applejack came out, followed by Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity. Then came Charming Thunder and Twilight Sparkle. Finally, Princesses Celestia, Luna, and Cadance came out and with them, following closely, was Discord. He then said in a hostile voice, "Alright, we are here…now start talking."
"Hostilities?" the figure said. "I thought we agree to not show hostilities."
"Who are you?" Celestia asked.
"That’s the question, isn’t it? Who am I? Well, might as well show you all."
"You think that's wise?" the figure next to him asked. Her voice almost sounded like Chrysalis.
"Dear Princess Brutalight, do you object?"
"No…"
"Then let them be on equal ground." The figure then uncaps his cloak and the wind took the cloak off, revealing his true identity. He was a black pegasus with white mane and a tail. His cutie mark represents a letter "D" with squiggly lines like a ghost. The group gasped at his appearence.
The Mane 6, princesses, and Charming Thunder shouted in unison, "DANNY!?!"
"Hello, everypony."
"Who's he?" Discord asked.
"He’s my son, Discord," Luna replied, still shocked.
"I am Danny Eclipse, Son of Princess Luna…and King Sombra! I am the twin brother of Charming Thunder! I am the Emperor of the Griffin Empire, former leader of the Phantom Consortium, leader of Team Insanity, and Champion of Unicron. Never expected it was me, didn’t you?" They all nodded in unison then Danny smiled.
"So, you are my brother," Charming Thunder said.
"Indeed, Charming. If you want proof, Luna and Sombra can confirm it."
"He speaks the truth," Luna confirmed.
"What I don’t get is why free the Elements of Insanity?" Discord asked, accusing Danny.
"Because of the Dawning of Darkness," Danny explained. "It’s a prophecy that tells the doom of Equestria, unless Harmony and Insanity didn’t unite. I wanted this to happen so we can talk things over. But first…Discord is going to promise under the Pinkie Promise that he will never use his magic against the Elements of Insanity and other Insanity Freaks unless they have done a pure evil deed and no wiping them from existences, just seal away their freak powers and everything." Discord groaned a lot as he hated the deal that has been made. Not only will he doing that but he will never be able to stop them unless they have committed an evil deed. "Promise or no deal for an alliance with Team Insanity."
Discord struggled and groaned, but finally sighs in defeat and replied, "Fine. I cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye."
"Alright. Now we have that out of the way, let us continue to main goal here. Me and Princess Brutalight would like discuss some terms…"
The cloaked Brutalight stepped up next to Danny and said, "We have terms and conditions in the alliance. My terms are simple: We are not to be mistreated for being different. We are to have equal rights like the Mane 6. And we can hire our own army of pony freaks. We are to have a role in Equestria and not to be avoided. We can be in your military if we wish."
"Seems easy enough," Charming Thunder replied.
"Oh, there is more. I get my throne and title of Princess of Insanity in Equestria."
"That will be difficult to do," Celestia replied.
"Make it happen," Brutalight ordered.
"Fine."
"Anything else you demand for?" Luna asked.
"One more thing: A base of operations where our work is our own business."
"Alright, we can do that," Charming Thunder replied.
"Alright."
"Now that we got that away, we must now focus our efforts against Lightning," Danny said.
"Alright, I think we can agree on that," Luna said.
"Lightning was the Squad Leader of the Phantom Consortium. She’s a coward and wouldn’t DARE invade Canterlot without having the entire army to back her up. She no doubts has my flagship, The Eclipse. I made sure she couldn’t use the Superlaser on it by placing a code on it that only me, Meta, and Dusk would know. Without that superlaser, the Super Star Destroyer is safe to enter battle. But our military was made to pacifically deal with military forces. I can help you repel the Phantom Consortium, since I made the faction. However, the loss of life will be too great to recover from. So, just allow me to stop Lightning in her tracks by my way. I’ll be meeting you, resigning myself back to Equestria, and initiate Protocol Zeta."
"Protocol Zeta?" Charming Thunder asked.
"Did you really think I wouldn’t have an emergency failsafe protocol in case somepony had betrayed me? My droids have this protocol inside them, so that will change the tides. The Ponies who were under my command know to never fight me so they will return to me. The only thing that we should watch out is if Lightning builds an army of her own droids."
"This war may end quicker," Celestia added.
"Indeed. However, I demand that she is under my punishment. With my punishment, it’ll be a miracle if she survives what I have plan for her." Celestia began to think it over and nods, agreeing with that term. Lightning once served under her nephew’s command, she must be punished by her own nephew. "Good. Now, for pressing matters."
"What is it?"
"For some odd reason, I’ve undergo a semi-transformation." Danny opens his mouth and points to his pointy teeth. Everyone was all shocked to see them.
"It seems…your birthright has finally shown up," Luna explained.
"Birthright, mother?"
"Yes. Nightmare Moon was your mother as well. She was a Vampony who created the Vampony Empire. She was rose to existence halfway through your birth. She must have given you the blessing to becoming her successor if something happened to her."
"Well, I’m nothing like her."
"What should we do now?" Charming Thunder asked.
"Tomorrow, during the sunrise, we meet in the war room in Canterlot and prepare the battle. I’ll inform you on everything. Vehicles, Troops, Fighters, etc."
"See you tomorrow then, son."
"Bye Mother." The group then boarded the shuttle leaving Danny and Brutalight alone. Charming Thunder sighed as he sat in his passenger seat next to Cadence and Twilight.
"Should we trust them?" Cadence asked.
"We have to," Twilight replied. "Otherwise, we will loose Canterlot."
"Indeed," Charming Thunder said. "But for now we must rest for tomorrow. We've got a war to win and we must be prepared."
Equestria Wars Episode IX: Revenge of the Consortium
At the castle in Ponyville, Charming Thunder was with Twilight and the filly as they thought of a name for her. Twilight looked at a book she left on her table and looked at the title "Nyx" and hatched an idea. "What is it, dear?" Charming Thunder asked.
"I just thought of a good name for her since she can't remember," Twilight said. "How about Nyx?"
"That is a good name." Charming Thunder turned to the filly. "Will that be good, Nyx?"
"Y-yes," Nyx replied with a smile. "I think that its a great name for me. Thank you." She then yawned and stretched her hooves.
"Perhaps we should rest for tomorrow."
"Agreed. The briefing is at sunrise and we don't want to be late for it."
"C-can I sleep with you?" Nyx asked.
"Of course you can." Charming Thunder levitated a small blanket for Nyx and gave it to her. Him and Twilight then laid in the sheets of their bed as Nyx laid between them. "Good night, Nyx."
"Good night, Mr. Thunder." Nyx then closed her eyes and went to sleep.
The next day, Charming Thunder along with Twilight, Celestia, Luna, Cadance, Meta, Chrysalis, and Rainbow sat around a table as they waited for Danny. The doors opened as Danny and Brutalight walked in with Shining Armor. Shining Armor closed the door with his magic then sat next to Cadence. Danny sat next to Rainbow who happily allowed him to. "Now that we are all here, we need to know everything about our opponent," Celestia said. "Danny, can you please take it from here."
"With pleasure," Danny replied as he got up. "Now listen to me very carefully when I say this. The Phantom Consortium is a force to be feared. I created that faction during my year and months in hiding. Now, their military strength is rather powerful, that I’m proud of. The Ground forces are focused on vehicles than infantry. Infantry is strong but not a solid steel grip. However, the vehicles are what we should be worried about. MZ-8 Mobile Pulse Cannon are tank/artillery units. Their weapons can damaged the most heaviest of armors, but a whole cluster of them can take down even AT-ATs."
"That is a problem for us then," Charming Thunder said.
"Indeed…moving on. The Missile Attack Launcher is a unit that is based for long range attacks. However, it has to deploy before it can use it’s artillery against us. As long as they don’t deploy, we will be having some luck. They work very well against infantry forces."
"I can see why the ground vehicle military is so powerful," Twilight said. "If ground troopers can’t get close to the main assault force, we are screwed."
"You think that’s bad, it gets worse. Next is the Canderous-class assault tank. These assault tanks have armor and firepower that can rival an AT-AT."
"Seriously?"
"I take my faction very seriously. Your forces won’t have a prayer against them. And they hover, unlike the AT-AT, so cable is out of the question."
"Would bombers work against them?" Rainbow asked.
"Yes, they may have a chance. But the tanks don’t exactly go alone. They always have an escort with them to keep them safe and sound from enemy forces."
"We can place uplinks on the ground, help guide bombers to their target," Shining said.
"I don’t know about that. When I made the Phantom Consortium, I made sure I had defenses as well. That’s why I made the Mobile Defense Unit. Its primary proposes is to defend the main attack force and defend the base. When deployed, they can create several different things. It can turn into a mobile shield generator, vehicle repair station, EM field generator, concussion grenade mortar, offensive sensor node, sensor scrambler, ysalamir cage; which was design to withhold magic users like Unicorns or Alicorns, Rocket Pod; which is used as anti-aircraft weaponry, & rapid fire laser cannon; which works effectively against both infantry and vehicles."
"You are right," Charming Thunder said. "You take your faction very seriously."
"At first, I thought those Defense Units were nothing but now; I think they are a serious threat," Rainbow added.
"Their armor isn’t exactly very good; AT-ATs can destroy them with ease if the shields weren’t up."
Charming Thunder was relieved that he said that. "That’s good news."
"Anyways…Next one you should be familiar with. The ISP, Infantry Support Platform or Swamp Speeder."
"I’m familiar with those. We used to use them back in the Lunar Wars but we scrapped them later."
"Indeed. We still use them for some certain missions. We can use them for certain things and they work well for intercepting ground troops. Next is the AT-AP, otherwise known as the Sniper Tank. It’s used for scouting mission and knows how to gun down enemy forces. They are hardly the problem but their weapons are a threat."
"AT-STs could fight them off, as long as they don’t take much damage," Charming Thunder said.
"Finally, the HAVt B5 Juggernaut."
"That was used by the New Lunar Republic during the Lunar Wars," Luna explained. " Heavy transport, it could carry an army to the area."
"Indeed, my army has little connection to the NLR but we still used what we thought was useful."
"Is that it?" Charming Thunder asked.
"Indeed, besides the Droideka MK IIs and the Commando Droids. But the fleets are a much bigger threat here."
"How is the fleet?" Rainbow asked.
"StarViper-class attack platform are the basic fighters but they are equipped with Buzz Droids."
"Ugh, I hate buzz droids," Charming Thunder groaned.
"Any enemy force would hate buzz droids. Next are the bombers: Skipray Blastboat. The Bombers are normally fused with the fighters, making them a bit harder to hit."
"One type of fighters. Sounds easy enough."
"It isn’t. The real problem is the Crusader-class corvette. They were design with anti-fighter and bomber weapons. Getting past those will be nearly impossible. Those guns would tear the fighters into a new one. And they are always with the fighters assault force."
"If we can use our frigates against them, odds are in our favor."
"Not yet. Next is the Interceptor IV frigate, design to deal with good damage. Two turbolasers and concussion missiles, perfect against corvettes. Followed by Vengeance-class Frigates. They are not normally used for front lines by rather side lines. They have a cloaking generator that allows them to mask their presence and keeps them invisible. They don’t have shields but the armor is thick and protective. They have two turbolasers and four mass-driver cannons."
"We can think of ways to repel them, hopefully," Charming Thunder said.
"Finally, the capital ships. Keldabe-class battleship are so powerful, they can rival that of a Star Destroyer."
"OK, THAT is a problem. Our fleet is basically Star Destroyers!"
"Then you better hope that you win. These ships are equipped with twenty-five heavy turbolasers, fifteen heavy ion cannons, two mass-driver missile launchers, ten missiles, a shield leecher weapon, and five heavy tractor beams."
"Shield leecher weapon?"
"It was a special weapon design to adapt and absorb enemy shields, sucking away the shields. Picture two Star Destroyers vs. one Keldabe-class battleship. It used its leecher weapon against one Star Destroyer while fighting the other one."
"Very useful."
"Indeed. I’m proud to have made such a ship. Meta, do you have your ship?"
"The Merciless?" Meta asked.
"Yes."
"Indeed. I still have it with me and the Odin."
"Good. Less to tell. Now, the final ship. The main flagship and warship and the Pride of the Phantom Consortium: the Eclipse."
"The Eclipse?" Charming Thunder asked.
"Danny’s Personal Ship. Like you Charming with your Super Star Destroyer."
"The Eclipse…my personal flagship. five hundred and fifty Heavy Laser Cannons, five hundred Turbolasers, ten Gravity Well Projectors, one hundred tractor beams, and seventy-five ion cannons. But what makes it the Pride of the Phantom Consortium is the main gun itself: the Superlaser!"
"Lucky for you that we put a code on it that Lightning doesn’t know about."
"That ship is my favorite, by far." Charming Thunder became nervous to hear a ship that could rival or better his Super Star Destroyer.
"That ship WILL BE a massive problem."
"You are NOT to destroy or damage her! It took months to make that ship! Besides, the Zeta Protocol will reprogram the Royal Guard on board it. They can retake the ship."
"Alright, fine."
"So, that's all."
"Alright, we need to make the plan now."
"Alright, I’ll leave that to you."
"What?"
"I must mediate for the upcoming battle. You think of the plan, since I will be following it. I like to know how you get things done around here." Danny sat back down and began to meditate as he listened to Charming Thunder's war plan very carefully.
"I think we should a squadron of fighters along with the Wonderbolt squadron to hold off the fleet while Danny's royal guard take control of the Eclipse. Once they have complete control, they will use the superlaser against the enemy fleet without damaging the Eclipse."
"What if Lightning Dust shows up?" Rainbow asked.
"Danny wants her alive. Shoot her fighter down if you have to. Her capture may bring the end of the Shadowbolts. The Super Star Destroyer will protect the castle and will be back up for the Star Destroyers and frigates. Some of the fighters will cover the bombers as they make their run on the ground forces. And finally, once Lightning Dust's fighter is shot down, I want troops to secure the crashed ship and capture her."
"Your plan better work," Danny said as he opened his eyes.
"It will!! Trust me."
Equestria Wars Episode IX: Revenge of the Consortium
Chapter 4: The Defese of Canterlot
Dusk was on the front lines with Charming and the Main 6, except for Rainbow. She had a pair of binoculars as she was on lookout for the enemy army. The pendant began to glow as the voice said, "Danny could be trouble. Watch him closely as he bears Unicron's spark." the voice faded as Dusk spotted the enemy in her binoculars.
"Alright, here they are!" Dusk shouted. She then hands the binoculars to Charming Thunder and he looks through them and sees them.
"Alright, they approach," Charming Thunder ordered. "Everypony, to your battle stations!" The others begin to take positions and the soldiers went to their positions. The AT-ATs began to fire their guns against the assault group. Darkbine began to charge ahead as a group of troops began to advance. They see Canderous Tanks beginning to fire back. A few AT-APs began to fire at the group, which took cover. Charming Thunder and Dusk took cover as the enemy approaches. The AT-AP fires at their direction, but Charming Thunder used his magic to repel the blast. The fighters along with the Souless One flew over them as the battle raged on. "AT-STs, take out those AT-APs." AT-STs approached Charming Thunder's position and opened fire on the walkers.
"Hold on!" Danny's voice reported from Charming Thunder's communicator. "Attention all units, we have a problem."
"What is it?"
"Lightning’s not leading the fighter assault! I repeat: She’s not leading the fighter assault!"
"That’s odd," Dusk replied. "She could be trying to find a way to avoid the assault."
"No way. We would have picked up her fighter’s signal. I think she’s on the ground!"
"If she is, we’ll find her soon enough." Charming Thunder and Dusk came out of cover as they drew their weapons as Droid Commandos approached. Charming Thunder used his magic lightning from his horn and fired it towards them. Droideka MK IIs came in rolling over the scraped commandos.
"Take cover!!" Dusk shouted as she and Charming Thunder ducked behind ruble. The droidekas began to fire over their heads. Once the firing stopped, the droids walked up to the rubble when suddenly, a grenade was thrown out. The grenade exploded electricity on them and permanently shuts them down. The duo pressed on and continues to slice some droids as they joined up with the assault forces. A Canderous assault tank approached and fired at the group. Some were caught in the shot as others took cover.
"Is an uplink placed here?" Charming Thunder said.
"Yes, Charming," Darkbine said. "Call them in when you're ready."
Charming Thunder took out his communicator and contacted the TIE Bomber squadron then ordered, "Lock on to these coordinates and drop bombs there."
"Right away, sir," a pilot replied. The group then held off the droids while the bombers start their run. They heard the bombers approaching and took cover as they dropped bombs on the droids and tanks. "Bombing run successful, sir." Droidekas fired from behind along with droid commandos. Reinforcements walked through the smoking tank and fires at the group then engulfs them in a circle. They then held their fire but kept their weapons trained on them. They were about to pull the trigger until their eyes turned from red to green. They began to salute to Dusk and she smiled.
"Father did it!" Dusk shouted. "Protocol Zeta is in effect! All droids engage the traitors!" The Commando Droids and Droideka MK IIs began to open fire against the Infantry forces and the Vehicles. Some pony soldiers of the Phantom Consortium began to turn to the enemy and fire at them. "Father must have informed the Consortium of his return. Loyalists turned against enemy."
"This battle just turned to our favor now," Charming Thunder replied happily. His communicator beeped as he answered it.
"Charming, I think I know what Lightning is planning," Danny reported. "She is heading the castle with an attack force! She could be trying to take the throne while we are distracted!"
"Makes sense since she is a coward. I’m heading back now with a squad."
"Me and Rainbow are on our way back as well. We will need to stop her!" Charming Thunder then turned his head to his squad and gestured him to follow. They then ran to the direction to the castle gates.
Lightning Dust, six Purge Troopers, and a large squad of ponies who were loyal to her had past the main gate after killing off some guards. Their forces made into the castle and when they got inside, they opened the throne room doors and see Princess Celestia, Luna, and Cadance. The three Princesses looked at Lightning in surprise. Lightning smirked and waved her hand, 4 cages were lead inside. The Princesses’ eyes narrowed as Lightning used them to locked them inside. They tried to use their magic but it failed. However, the victory was short lived when she heard someone walk in. Lightning looked and see Charming. She smirks as he draws his lightsaber. "So you must be Lightning Dust?" Charming Thunder said.
"Well, look who came," Lightning replied. "I hoped you would come." Charming Thunder charged, but regretted it when a ghostly hand grabs Charming and pulls him into a cage. He loses his lightsaber and tried to use his magic but it failed. Lightning started to laugh in victory and glee. "I took you all down by myself! Now, I will become the only Queen of Equestria! My coronation will begin immediately!"
"Coronation Lightning?" a voice said. "This is bad comedy." Lightning’s eyes narrowed as she looked at the door. She sees Danny with lightsabers drawn and smiling evilly. Rainbow was next to me with a blaster pistol in her hooves.
"L-Lord Danny!?! Phantom Consortium! I am your true leader now! I order you to attack Danny!" Danny smiled evilly and puts away his lightsabers then grabs a hold of his medallion. Suddenly, a sword appeared in front of him and grabbed it. The Pony Troops were nervous to see him and slowly began to pull back. "Your return is too late! The Phantom Consortium is now loyal to me! The Reign of Lightning has begun!"
"And now it will end!" Danny replied with hate.
"Destroy him!" The Purge Troopers began to advance onto him. He took his sword and charged at them. He slashes one of them half then stabbed another. One of them fired a blue energy missile at him, but he dodged it and fired a storm of lightning at three of them and their circuits exploded. The last one tried to grab him but he cuts its left arm off and then cut the right leg off, making it fall. He then stabbed the center of it and it died. The pony troopers became more fearful. "Cowards! Is there no pony left who would challenge this…this pretender to the throne!?"
"Fight your own battles, Lightning Dust!" one of the troopers replied. "Unless you’re a coward!"
"Lightning Dust, your mockery of a reign is over!" Danny shouted in hatred. He then shocked Lightning Dust with lightning. She screamed in pain and falls to the ground, dropping the remote that she had to hold the cages. It explodes and the cages opened, no longer using their Anti-Magic effect. Lightning began to cower in fear as he approach her with his sword.
"Lord Danny…please have mercy! I beg of you! I thought you would want this!"
"Mercy!? YOU DARE ASK FOR MERCY!! No! I’ve made many mistakes in my past but this is one I don’t plan to make again!" He began to raise his sword preparing for his strike.
"No…please! Have mercy!!"
"She asks for mercy Danny!" Charming Thunder said. "That’s enough!" Danny ignored him and readies her strike on Lightning Dust. He swung down and was about to hit her until his attack was blocked by a white sword. He was surprised when he saw the blade being held by Charming Thunder. "No! She doesn’t deserve death!"
"You DARE protect the one being who would kill or sell you out for her own life!?"
Charming Thunder paused for a moment before he replied, "Yes..."
Equestria Wars Episode IX: Revenge of the Consortium
Chapter 5: Two Brothers Collide
Danny is angry that Charming Thunder would protect Lightning. Sure that she murdered innocent men, women, and children, but he couldn't stand seeing Lightning Dust get killed by his own brother. Danny shot lightning at him, but he blocked his strike. He began to back off as his medallion glowed as Charming Thunder's did too. "I knew this was going to happen," Primus said in Charming Thunder's mind. "You have to stop him."
"You are a fool to challenge me," Danny shouted. "Now you must pay the price. Don’t worry, I won’t kill you. I’ll just knock you out by any means!" Suddenly, purple markings began to appear all over his body as his eye color turned purple. "Oh, that’s right. You don’t have that much experience with your medallion yet…well, I’ve had mine for about an entire year. More than enough time to learn how to use Unicron’s power to help me. You know, it’s ironic how I managed to first unlock it. Do you remember Lightning?"
"Y-Yes…you faced the Gorog," Lightning replied nervously.
"Indeed. I was with a female Ponylorian, a Blind Diamond Dog, and that dead weigh Griffin. But ever since then, I’ve been training myself to control and use Unicron’s power. And you, Charming Thunder, only have your medallion for a couple of days." Danny's sword began to glow purple as Charming Thunder's sword glowed blue. Charming got into a fighting position as Danny roared like a beast. He then charged and clashed their swords and a purple-blue energy mist was created. When the blades separated, the mist disappeared. They slashed at each other a few more and they lock into a cross. "At last we take our rightful places, Charming Thunder, as gods. Wielding the power of the cosmos." Danny broke the lock and grabbed Charming Thunder's neck then slammed him against the wall.
"I’m nothing but a king, Danny," Charming Thunder replied. "And you are a prisoner of your own twisted mind!" He then pushed Danny off onto the ground. He got up and fired a purple beam at Charming Thunder. He managed to dodge the attack but it goes through the wall and they see the beam hit a part of the Super Star Destroyer, blasting that part to pieces.
"Now you see why Unicron and Primus were gods. Their very might could destroy anything we could make!" Charming Thunder charged at Danny again as Danny did. They clashed as their power was evenly matched. "Do you even know what Lightning has done, Charming?"
"I don’t. But I know one thing: Everypony deserves a second chance!" Danny pushes Charming Thunder and slashed at him. Charming Thunder managed to block it and they locked again.
"Second chances!? What about Sombra!? Or Nightmare Moon!?" Danny broke the lock and slashes Charming Thunder and manages to cut his right shoulder then clashed again. "Or maybe Revan!? How about Chrysalis!? You haven’t exactly accepted her and neither have your mighty nation!" He broke the lock again and they slashed again, entering another lock. "How about Slade!? Ever give him a second chance!? Or maybe even Malgus!?" Danny pushed at the lock, making Charming Thunder slowly lose the lock battle. "How about Calamitous!? Ever give the great general a chance!?" He was at the breaking part for the lock battle. "How about yourself when you were evil!? Ever give your evil side a chance!?" He finally broke the lock and kicked Charming Thunder away towards the throne. He fell with the sword a few feet away from him. "Admit it Charming! You don’t believe in that stuff! You KILLED out of your own heart’s desire! Not even giving it a second thought! You murdered Slade because he killed your mother and my Aunt! You killed Revan, Malgus, Calamitous, and Nightmare Moon without a reason! You DON’T BELIEVE IN SECOND CHANCES!!!" Charming Thunder slowly got up. Everything Danny said hit him more than physical wounds.
"I never- I believed-"
"Admit it Charming…you don’t care for anypony but yourself and your friends and family. Lightning doesn’t deserve a second chance because she murdered families. Lightning killed unarmed men, women, and children without a second thought. You think you have the right to kill others and not think about the consequences. It’s time to wake up Charming! You have been living a dream of life being a lie." Danny's markings withdraw back into the medallion as Charming Thunder was speechless for the very first time. Danny walked up to Lightning and grabbed her by the throat. “I won’t kill you Lightning. I’m not like Charming, who kills without the thought of consequences. However, you will find that I’m going to enjoy your punishment very much." He then begins to drag Lightning away from the throne room.
"No Lord Danny!" Lightning shouted in fear. "No! NO!! NOOOOOO!!!" Her cries of ‘no’ continued until they were out of hearing range. Rainbow and the other princesses looked at Charming Thunder with somber regret. Cadance went to cuddle with Charming, hoping to cheer him up. Rainbow shook her head and left to go after Danny.
"He's right," Charming Thunder said. "I-I could've gave my enemies a second chance, but its too late for that."
"It's not your fault," Cadence said, nudging Charming Thunder. "You killed them because you had to." Charming Thunder looked up at the doorway and notices that Rainbow Dash is gone. Anger grew into his eyes as Celestia and Luna approached.
"Rainbow must've gone after Danny." Charming Thunder got up and walked to the window seeing the Eclipse leaving Canterlot. "I want Danny found alive and brought to justice. I want to make him pay for betraying the king."
Luna was concerned about his order and said, "You can't. He is too powerful even for you. You saw what power he wielded. Even you couldn't use it."
"You're right. Inform the soldiers to tack down the Eclipse. If we are lucky, we would bring in Rainbow Dash."
"If she is his prisoner," Celestia said.
"Not a prisoner. I sensed compassion for Danny in her during our meeting. As for the Phantom Consortium and Lightning Dust, they will answer to me."

Chapter 6: Trypticon Strikes
Charming Thunder looked outside on a balcony and sees the armies of the Phantom Consortium making a full retreat. Twilight had arrived with the other elements, except for Rainbow. Charming Thunder looked at them and smiled to see them. However, it was short lived when their expressions turned to anger. He was shocked to see this and so was the other princesses. “What’s going on!?" Twilight demanded. "Why was there a purple beam of energy that hit the Super Star Destroyer!?”
"Danny tried to kill Lightning," Charming Thunder replied. "I defended her and Danny attacked me for it. In the end, he managed to beat me and take Lightning. Rainbow left to go with Danny and I believe that Danny must answer for his crimes-" A flash of light appeared and Dusk appeared in front of the mane 5. Charming Thunder was surprised as were the princesses.
"You dare charge my father crimes for trying to end that traitor’s life!?" Dusk said.
"Dusk, you must see reason."
"No! All I see is my Uncle trying to arrest my father for doing what he thought was right! He was angry to find out that Lightning took over the Consortium while he was gone for his quest!"
"You know, you are turning traitor on us now."
"I never signed a deal with you! My loyalties lie with my father! I came here to give you a warning."
"What warning?"
"If you follow the Phantom Consortium, I promise you that we will enter a war that the Equestrian Empire will lose! We have powerful allies that back us up and we aren’t afraid to ask for their aid! And need I remind you that Meta is one of the Phantom Consortium Generals! If you go into a war with us…the changelings won’t back you up. Well, Meta’s half of a hive won’t. Chrysalis may but she knows of Danny’s great power…and fears it. I doubt she would want to fight Danny. So, admit it Charming, you are outclass and outnumber in this war." Dusk then teleports away from Canterlot. She wasn’t lying and Charming Thunder knew the Phantom Consortium is resourceful.
"I won't take that threat likely." Charming Thunder then turned to his wife and continued. "I know you are mad, but Rainbow Dash is with him and she must be found. If she has joined him, she will have to face justice for helping Danny."
"She is the Element of Loyalty, darling," Rarity said. "Please reconsider going after him."
"I'm afraid I will have to deny that request. Luna, have a fleet ready for me tomorrow. He may be heading to the griffin kingdom boarder. After all, he is the emperor of the griffin race."
"I will have it ready for you, Charming," Luna said. "But please don't kill Danny. He's my son."
"I promise, auntie. He will face justice."
The next day, a fleet of Star Destroyers commanded by Charming Thunder followed the Phantom Consortium fleet as they crossed the boarders to the griffin kingdom. The Nemesis turned towards the fleet and is heading straight towards them. "King Charming, The Nemesis has broken from the formation…and heading towards us!" the admiral said from his transmission.
"Hail it," Charming Thunder ordered. A new channel has been open for him as he spoke. "Attention Nemesis, state your-"
"MY NAME IS TRYPTICON, METAL TITAN OF THE PHANTOM CONSORTIUM!!" a robotic voice replied. "NOW CHARMING THUNDER, I AM LISTENING TO YOUR TRANSMISSION, HEAR WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DARE TRY TO ATTACK MY CREATOR AND MASTER, DANNY ECLIPSE!!!" The Nemesis then transformed to its true form. It was a reptilian like robot with the same logo as Danny's amulet on its chest.
"What the-that ship is a giant metal lizard in disguise!?" the admiral said in disbelief.
"Admiral and my King, the armor on that thing is-exactly the same armor that was on the Death Stars!!" one of the officers reported.
"That thing’s metal is the exact metal from both Death Stars!?" Trypticon fired missiles and destroyed the first ship. Three more were left in the fleet. It jumped then used its tail and slammed it down to destroy another ship. "That thing is too powerful for our ships!! Retreat-" It then opened its mouth and a bunch of dark energy bolts hit another ship, leaving the Admiral’s ship. "That thing-" Trypticon grabbed the ship and the destroyers communications were hacked.
"You underestimate me, Charming," Danny's voice said. "You should have stayed away and forget the alliance. The Alliance is officially ended. And you now know that my powers are greater than you imagine."
"Danny, you must answer for your crimes…for attacking me," Charming Thunder said.
"I was showing mercy to you because you were my brother! But now I see; your pathetic ideals will turn Equestria into a barren wasteland if you continue to come after me, just like Cybertron. You will be the cause and I’ll be the solution. If you come after me, then you will deserve no less than the oblivion I will bring to you. Rethink your action, brother, I spared you the first time we crossed blades, I won’t be as merciful as last time. I’ll be merciless next time. You don’t know how much it pained me to kill these innocent lives Charming, just to show you that my power is greater than yours and I should never be underestimated. Good-bye, Charming Thunder."
"Danny, wait-" Trypticon's hands crushed the ship into dust, ending the transmission and killing those innocents. It then regrouped with the Consortium fleet. When it was far enough, a TIE Advance flew out of the debris as Charming Thunder piloted it away from the debris and the enemy fleet.

Chapter 7: The Pod Race Event
A few days after returning to Ponyville, Charming Thunder stayed in his throne room thinking over what Danny said during the confrontation. At the door to his throne room, Twilight approached as two guards stood. The red guards crossed their staffs at the door to block her way in. "I'm sorry, your highness, but you can't go in," one of the guards said. "King Charming Thunder does not want to be disturbed. Even from his wife."
"I just want to see him," Twilight said. "He's been in there for days and I am worried about him."
"Just following orders from the king," the other guard said.
In the throne room, Charming Thunder sat on his throne as his pendant glowed. "I knew this was going to happen from the beginning," Primus's voice said in his head. "He has brought back Trypticon."
"What do you suggest I do, Primus?" Charming Thunder replied.
"Give me time to think. For now you must stop your brother from whatever he is planning."
"If I may ask, Primus. Who is Unicron?"
"He is my arch enemy and a lord of chaos. He eats planets like the one you are on. That is all I can tell you, my champion."
"Thanks for the information. Let me know if you have a solution."
"As you wish." Primus's voice faded away as the pendant stopped glowing.
Outside the throne room, Twilight was still asking the guards to let her in. "You know what," Twilight said. "If you don't let me in to see my loving husband, I will have to send a letter to Princess Luna to visit your dreams and give you your worst fears." The red guards looked at each other then back at Twilight. They then move their staffs away from the door and opens it for her. She then sees him gazing out of the big window and walks up to him. She then approached Charming Thunder's side and nuzzles him. "Charming, why do you care for Rainbow Dash and Danny? They probably love each other, remember back then before the Equestria Wars? Danny and Rainbow would spend a lot of time with each other."
"Oh yes, I remember back then," Charming Thunder replied. "Me and Danny would spend some time together, we got along great but him and Rainbow spend most of the time together."
"They love each other; we knew Rainbow always cared for Danny. I remember as if it were yesterday when Rainbow asked if Danny was in the rebel camp and she left to cry when you told her that he went into hiding."
"Yes."
"Why chase them then? Let them be alone." Charming Thunder didn’t reply as he began to think about it.
"I'm still thinking about what Danny said. He is lying about me killing my-our father. I could've told him the truth. Instead I just cower behind the princesses as he dragged Lightning away."
"I'm sure he would understand."
"But what if--"
Twilight placed her hoof on Charming Thunder's mouth and said, "Shh…Follow me." Charming Thunder followed her to his chambers where she then locked the door and looked at him with a smile. He already knows whats on her mind. "This will come to your senses, my stallion." Twilight then came close to him and pressed her lips to his. "Tomorrow is a pod race. You need to be ready for it by the time we're done. Rainbow Dash is one of the racers so we'll see her there. Now come here, my love." The couple then started to kiss in the king's chambers as Charming Thunder already hatched an idea while focusing on Twilight.
The next day, Charming Thunder and the princesses, and the Mane 5 were at Appaloosa for the Pod racing event after some planning. The event is almost ready as Charming Thunder's pendant began to glow. "I can feel Unicron's presence, champion," Primus's voice said in his head. "Keep your eyes open for Danny."
Charming Thunder leaned back to the princesses and whispered, "Danny's here."
"Are you certain?" Luna asked.
"Primus has told me that he has sense Unicron’s presence. I don’t doubt him at all."
"We knew Rainbow was going to be here," Celestia said. "But Danny....this changes everything."
"Don’t worry, we can handle him. This entire place is rigged with my men. They will strike when the signal are ready."
"Hopefully Rainbow and Danny will cooperate peacefully," Twilight said.
"I hope so too." Charming Thunder continued to watch the starting line of the race as Danny came in and sat to his brother's right.
"Hello, brother," Danny whispered in Charming Thunder's ear. Charming Thunder nearly jumped in shock and the princesses looked and see him wearing a hood. He took it of and he smiled darkly at his brother. "Thank you for inviting me and Rainbow to this event. I put my bets on Rainbow, who are you betting?" Charming Thunder stayed quiet as he chuckled. "Come now, there is no need to be like that. Come now and enjoy the show while it lasts."
Charming Thunder began to think before he replied, "…my bet is on Spitfire."
"That’s the spirit! Now…Spitfire you say? I see this is going to be amusing."
"Why did you come here Danny?" Luna asked. "Surely you are not that-"
"Mother…don’t finish that sentence." Danny was offended by what his mother was about to say. "As for why I am here, I wanted to watch Rainbow race and springe that little trap you have set up. Also to give a warning: I didn’t come here without company. My soldiers are in position and awaiting my orders to move."
"Why come here then?" Charming Thunder asked.
"I know you are not stupid to fight me again after what happened back at the castle. Also, I didn’t betray you Charming. YOU betrayed ME."
"What?"
"If I recall, we made a deal in our alliance. The deal was that Lightning would be handed to me for punishment. But I was angry when she imprisoned my mother, my aunts, and my own brother. Even you should see that I was angry. Picture it Charming if you were in my hooves. You just see your mother, your two aunts, and your twin brother in a cage where they are helpless and the one who trapped you in there was the ever same person who was to be punished by you. What would you do?"
"I would have..."
"Done the same thing I would have and I would have done the same thing you did to me." Charming Thunder was beginning to understand why Danny did it earlier. "I have you to thank though. You managed to cool me down enough to spare Lightning’s life. Lightning is in your debt but she is suffering torture for her crimes. Hey, at least it’s better than death. Am I right?"
The race ended with Rainbow Dash finishing first place, Spitfire in second, and Soarin in third place. "How many bits is that?" Danny asked. Charming Thunder groaned and handed him fifty bits. He then bowed and smiled then teleported away from him. Charming Thunder, Mane 5, and the princesses teleported down to congratulate Rainbow Dash. She kneeled to Charming Thunder as he approached.
"Congratulations Pod Racer," Charming Thunder said. "For your reward, you are to be rewarded with 1000 bits." Rainbow shook hooves with him as the prize was waiting. She then returned to her kneeling position. Charming Thunder made an evil grin as he said, "You are the winner. Or should I say… " He activated his lightsaber and cut the cloak off, exposing her. "…the loser." The guards aimed their blasters at her as she smirked. "Why the smirk, Rainbow?"
"Oh, it’s nothing, Charming," Rainbow said darkly. "It’s just that, oh I don’t know, YOU are a fool to think the REAL Rainbow would fall to this trap!" When Charming Thunder was about to question her, cyan flames appeared and when they disappeared, Dusk was there in her place. There were gasps and Danny teleported to her side.
"I sometimes wonder why you were a war hero if you couldn’t see through my plan," Dusk said.
"You are surrounded Danny and Dusk!"
"Time to play my card," Danny said. "COMBATICONS!!!" Five ponies jumped from the stadium without their cloaks.
"Who are they?"
Twilight gasped and pointed at their cutie marks as she said, "Charming, look at their Cutie Marks!" Charming Thunder looked at the five cutie marks and see they were the exactly the same symbol on their flanks. He then gasped in shock as he recognized the symbols.
"Meet the Combaticons, Charming," Danny said. "One of my newest creations."
"Bruticus online!" Bruticus said. "Ready for action!"
"Last chance to surrender and we leave peacefully." The princesses and the Mane 5 looked at Charming Thunder. He groaned and thought it was over. Finally, after five long minutes, he raised his hoof and ordered to stand down. Danny and Dusk teleported away while Bruticus separates and the five Combaticons returned to the ship, not being followed. The shuttle left in a hurry with the prize money on it.
"That was....unexpected," Charming Thunder said. He then turned to a soldier and asked, "Did you place a tracking beacon on one of them?"
"Yes, your highness," the soldier replied. "They won't know that it is on. It is like a size of a flea."
"What?" Twilight asked confused.
"Did you think that was the only plan I had, my dear. There is always a plan 'B'. Track them down and find out where in the griffin kingdom Danny is hiding."

Chapter 8: The History of Cybertron
Charming Thunder stomped around in the throne room as he became furious. "It makes no sense!" he shouted. "How did Danny know about the device!?"
"Charming, you must calm down," Twilight replied, trying to reason with Charming Thunder. "Remember, Unicron could have detected it…we don’t know for certain. Danny is dangerously unpredictable."
"She’s right darling," Rarity added. "We knew Danny was resourceful and here is the proof for it."
"But it still doesn’t make any sense!" Charming Thunder shouted. "It was almost like he knew it was planted!"
"Charming, calm down or we will MAKE you calm down!" Charming Thunder was still steaming, but was stopped after Twilight kissed him. He then breathed normally.
"Thanks…I needed that."
"I know. You can’t let Danny into your head like that. Come now, we should rest up."
"You’re right." Twilight smiled and the two went to bed.
Charming Thunder found himself in a dark void with nowhere to go. He suddenly sees Danny in front of him. "Hello, brother," he said.
"Is this..." Charming Thunder asked.
"Not quite. This is your subconscious, a good place where we can talk."
"What would you want? Here to gloat?"
"I could see the questions boiling in your mind. You want to know all about Cybertron; its origin, its history, its inhabitance, its destruction, and how Primus and Unicron met." The void then began to change into a robotic surrounding. Charming Thunder then sees two giant robots. "Just listen. Millions of years later, during the golden era, there was a clerk. His name was Orion Pax. Orion was inspired by Cybertron’s past and began to study it. There was another, though. His name was Megatronus and he was a gladiator. Megatronus demanded that all Cybertronians were to be considered equal and have same amount of rights. Megatronus was both a gladiator and a politician. Megatronus began a revolution of following, his first follower was known as Soundwave. Orion met with Megatronus, and they became mentor/student relationship. Megatronus, when he left the gladiatorial arenas, saw fit to shorten his name to Megatron. Megatron appeared to the high council, proposing for a just society."
"How is this related to-"
"Shh! I’m getting there! Anyway, Megatron showed his true colors. He proposed to overthrow the old guard with force and demanded to be made the next Prime. But Orion never believed in violence. Orion did a speech that move and influence the hearts and minds of the council. Orion was saw to be the next Prime but Megatron left the council, fueled with rage and hatred. Megatron began a civil war, killing any Cybertronians who dare oppose him. He made an army known as the Decepticons. The war eventually made its way to Cybertron’s core, poisoning Primus himself. Orion traveled down there, hoping to reverse the ill effects but it was too late. Eventually, Orion was given the Matrix of Leadership, becoming Optimus Prime. The two were like brothers to each other, both knew each other by heart. Eventually, the Autobots left the planet with the Decepticons and the war against other eventually destroyed them altogether. However, Primus and Unicron managed to create a medallion for them. Each medallion held the knowledge of both factions. The Medallion of Unicron held the Dark Spark and knowledge of the Decepticon Faction. You know, me and Megatron aren’t so different. I’m a gladiator, a Politian, and your brother. Charming, you are somewhat related to Optimus yourself. The Medallion of Primus holds the wisdom of the Primes, like the Matrix of Leadership. And it has the knowledge of the Autobot Faction. You know, my creations were based upon the Decepticons. Trypticon was the metal titan for the Decepticon, the Combaticons were Decepticons’ strongest military team during the War of Cybertron. You see? We are not much different from the two greatest Cybertronians in the world. But war is pointless. Why fight against each other?" Charming Thunder thought about it as he Danny finished his story. "I will be expecting your answer, hopefully soon. Oh, as for how I know about your plan ‘B’, let’s just say a little birdy told me. If you want to find me, here is where I am. You will wake up and find the location and coordinates in the front of your mind. Look on a map if you have to. But to give you a fair warning before you come storming. I set up a blockade to prevent any ‘uninvited’ guests." The world began to light up brightly as Charming Thunder covers his eyes from the brightness. "See you soon Brother. Do come and pay me a visit. I get lonely in my palace at times." He uncovered his eyes and sees a head of a massive robot sitting in front of him.
"More of your stories, Danny!!"
"It is not." Primus's voice said. His giant face then appeared behind him. Charming Thunder turned around and was surprised to see him.
"What is this?"
"His name is Omega Supreme, the mightiest Autobot of them all. He fell by the hands of Megatron. I believe he can help you defeat Trypticon. I can give you his blueprints, but he can’t leave to go to you." A blueprint chip appeared in front of Charming Thunder and he grabbed it. "That chip contains both Omega's robot form and his transformation." He nodded as Primus faded away. "Good luck."
Charming Thunder stood at a terminal looking at recent reports from the empire. Twilight came in yawning as she saw her husband up early. She approached his side and nudged him and said, "You're up early."
"Primus spoke to me," Charming Thunder said. He then stepped away from the terminal and looked at his wife. "I believe we can destroy Trypticon."
"How?"
"Primus spoke of a robot named Omega Supreme and I need to rebuild him." He then noticed Twilight’s eyes flashed cyan for a second and back to normal. He then realizes something and asks, "I think I know how Danny knows all of our plans?"
"How exactly?"
"Have you seen your eyes recently? They just flashed a cyan color and back to the original color. It can mean only one being."
"Dusk!?"
"Precisely."
"But how was she able to see what I see?"
"I don't know, but I have an idea to block her and then figure out how she did it. Just stay still." Charming Thunder's horn glowed and touched Twilight's forehead. He then entered distant memories."
It was after Twilight and Charming Thunder's wedding as a pony approached the couple and shook hooves. "I've never seen you around here," Charming Thunder said. "You new here?"
"Indeed," the mare replied. "I'm a traveler from a distant village, looking for some place to lay low. You mind helping me?"
"I will help you," Twilight replied.
"Thank you, Princess Twilight." The mare and Twilight leave the wedding room and when they did, the mare took Twilight into a new room and locked the door.
"Why are we here?"
"I have plans for you Twilight. I won't hurt you, I just need your DNA." The mare revolts and revealed her true form; Dusk. Twilight gasped in shock and Dusk made sure the room became sound proof and sealed all access points. Dusk eyes began to glow as she approach Twilight, who was backing up.
"W-What do you want with me?"
"Nothing dear Twilight. I'm here to gain love from you and get your DNA from you."
"Did Chrysalis send you!?"
"Chrysalis? That wretched Changeling Queen? No. I am a creation, a Changeling Queen with Rainbow's DNA made in a cloning facility. I am going to start my new hive: The Primal Changelings. We will be a new breed of Changelings, more advance with adaption. We will be Half Changelings, Half Ponies. Primal Changelings, as I call myself and my children. We are different from normal, more modified. We won't need to rely on love anymore. We could eat normally, sleep normally, and talk through our own hive mind. However, to begin this breed. I need the DNA of ponies. And Princess Twilight, you happen to be my first target. My child will take an appearance like you." Twilight was shocked. This Changeling wasn't a part of Chrysalis or her hive. This was a half-breed Changeling/Pony Hybrid, preparing to lay eggs of future 'Primal' changelings of her own species. However, Twilight stopped thinking when Dusk's horn glowed teal and Twilight's eyes turned from normal to similar eyes of Dusk's. "Let the breeding begin." Twilight felt more....lustful. She wanted to have some fun with Dusk now and the two locked into a kiss. Dusk made some extra precautions that after their 'fun', Twilight will have no memory about the changeling appearance, her plans, and their 'fun'.
Twilight screamed in pain as Charming Thunder used his magic to block her mind. After that, a shock wave emitted and blew him back. Twilight gasped and rushed over to him and helped him up. "You OK, dear?" Twilight asked. "What did you see?"
"Dusk during our wedding," Charming Thunder explained. "Remember the time that 'mare' asked for your help? She turned out to be Dusk in disguise and somehow whipped the memory of that time." Charming Thunder sighed as he sat on his throne. "And now, Dusk will not be spying on us anymore."
"What else was there?"
"You don't want to know, my dear. It is something I want out of my head for a long long time."
Equestria Wars Episode IX: Revenge of the Consortium
Chapter 9: Rise of Omega Supreme
Charming Thunder's shuttle landed at the scrapyard of various destroyed war machines. He walked down the ramp and entered the area to find something useful to rebuild Omega Supreme. The shuttle left as he went further in the scrapyard. He then came across a damaged YT-2400. It was his from his escape from Canterlot. "Such good memories," Charming Thunder said. His medallion then glowed as his eyes turned completely blue. He used his unicorn magic to take the hull of the ship and they began to shape, fold, and mending together. After a few minutes, all the parts were together and created a half created Omega Supreme. "Now for that crashed Star Destroyer that had a superlaser." He focused on his magic on the location of the crashed ship and teleported himself and half of Omega Supreme to the location of the destroyed Star Destroyer.
At the wreckage of the crashed star destroyer, Charming Thunder arrived and used his magic to use the wreckage along with its superlaser connect to Omega Supreme. After five more minutes, the pieces became one with it and he was completely built. Charming Thunder made sure that it follows his orders and that he alone can control him. A symbol appears on Omega's chest resembling the symbol on Charming Thunder's medallion. He climbed up to his head and entered his mind.
Charming Thunder appeared in Omega Supreme's computer core. His avatar was still himself as he looked at the menu button and saw everything on how to use Omega. He touched the A.I adjutant he installed and he became the very being of Omega. His eyes opened and he sees everything what Omega is seeing. He IS Omega Supreme now, so he had complete control over him. To test, he clenched his left hand and looked out. He had the radar, infrared, everything. He also had the cannon in his other arm that resembles the superlaser from the crashed destroyer and his battleship form. He then transformed into a long battleship and plotted a course back to Canterlot.
At Canterlot, Omega Supreme approached the kingdom as a transmission came in from the Super Star Destroyer. "Unidentified vessel, please state your business or be shot down," the admiral said.
"I AM OMEGA SUPREME," Charming Thunder replied with Omega's voice. "I HAVE COME TO HELP FIGHT AGAINST THE PHANTOM CONSORTIUM."
"So be it. You may approach." Charming Thunder puts the battleship to a halt and teleports to the castle. He enters Celestia's throne room and approaches.
"Thank goodness it was you, nephew," Celestia said. "What was that? Another one of Danny's creations?"
"Not exactly," Charming Thunder replied. "Meet Omega Supreme. Its armor is the same as my YT-2400 and the Star Destroyer equipped with the superlaser like the Death Star. Primus believes that he could help defeat Trypticon and the Phantom Consortium."
"Does it pose a threat?"
"I have him in my control I assure you."
"Good. I have something to report from the king of the griffins and his spies. Danny is there and I need you to tell the king to contact me for....his failure."
"Giving up already?"
"I believe so."
"I'll head to him right away, but take a shuttle to the kingdom. If they detect a shuttle from the empire, they will know I am coming. I will return to Ponyville then."
"Be careful."
"If its a trap, I will be cautious. Oh and one more thing. Dusk has somehow been spying using Twilight's mind. Be cautious of others. I think that my other friends might be involved. When I return to Ponyville, I will block their minds from Dusk."
"Do what you must. Just don't hurt them."
"I tend to use my magic the same way I did to my wife."
At the griffin king's throne room, the king discussed his report to one of his messengers. "I have exhausted every resource to find out about the Consortium," the king said. "But there is nothing to be found. What more does the princesses expect?"
"They expect Danny to be punished, your highness," the messenger explained. "Charming Thunder's fleet was destroyed by the Consortium and he takes that somewhat....personally."
"Look, I doubled patrols, set up checkpoints at other towns, and established curfews. But honestly, I don't know what else to do."
"Perhaps that is the problem," Charming Thunder's voice said. The king looked up to see him at the door with a little bit of anger in his eyes.
"King Charming!! I-I didn't know you were here. I--"
"You lack imagination, your highness. When it comes to producing results and allowing the Consortium to enter and allow Danny become emperor."
"Your highness, with all do respect, you and the princesses are asking for something impossible. Even if they left their are of my kingdom then--"
"If the Consortium has left, we must draw them back. And if they are here, we must draw them out. The empire will squeeze the kingdom. Until somepony reveals the whereabouts of Danny."
"I'm sorry, Charming Thunder. I am just a public official. I have no experience when it comes to something like this."
"You can explain that to the princesses when you contact them." Charming Thunder turned away and began to leave the room.
"Contact....them?"
"They expect you today to account for your failure."
"But...I'm sorry. I did the best I could." Charming Thunder did not respond as he left the throne room as he was about to return to Ponyville.
Back at the castle, Twilight and Charming Thunder were alone having a private conversation in the throne room. "I have made a plan if Dusk ever returns," Charming Thunder said. A droid walked up to them and changed into Twilight Sparkle then back to its original form.
"A droid that changes into anypony?" Twilight said. "Just like a changeling."
"This droid will take over to disguise as you while you visit Canterlot. Once things are under control, I will contact you."
"I hope you are right." Twilight then walked out of the throne room as Charming Thunder approached the droid.
"You know what to do, right?"
"Of course, master," the droid replied. "I am to disguise as your wife and when the time is right, I reveal my true self and the guards will then come in."
"Perfect. Dusk won't be spying on us anymore once she is captured."
Equestria Wars Episode IX: Revenge of the Consortium
Chapter 10: Kidnapped by the Mane 4?
Charming Thunder decided to visit Rarity at the boutique since he returned from the griffin kingdom. He knocked the door but it opened the door as he knocked. He entered slowly and looked around. "Rarity?" Charming Thunder said. "You home?" He suddenly got hit in the head by a frying pan out of nowhere. He then collapsed to the floor and got dragged by the mysterious attacker.
Charming Thunder begins to wake up in a dark place. A light turned on and he was nearly blind by the light. He looks again and sees the other Mane 4, all were different. Applejack was wearing orange strip socks and she had a whip. Rarity was wearing light blue socks. Fluttershy was wearing Pink and blue Socks. And finally, Pinkie was wearing pink socks. They all were smiling seductive-like, looking hungry with lust. Charming began to sweat. "Uh...hello girls," he said nervously.
"Hello, Charming...you know, we were all jealous when Twilight stole your heart," Rarity said.
"We kept thinking about you," Applejack added.
"So, we decided to team up and get some 'fun' from you," Pinkie added. Charming Thunder gulped as he knew what is going on.
"If that is okay with you," Fluttershy said. Charming Thunder tried to get up but he is firmly tied up to a chair.
"There is no need to escape," Rarity said. "You're ours now." All of the Mane 4's eyes glowed cyan and back to normal.
"I was right all along," Charming Thunder said as he struggles. "Dusk has control over you."
"Nice of you to say," Pinkie replied. "But you of all ponies should know; there's plenty wrong with me. Take my cake orders for example. I wish somepony would. This is killing me I might just pop." Pinkie laughed as Charming Thunder struggled more.
"Twilight had this problem too, but this is different. Let me help you."
Applejack stepped up to Charming Thunder as she twirled the whip and said, "You can help by loving us instead of Twilight."
"I'm afraid I can't do that." Applejack then whipped Charming Thunder and he screamed in pain.
"That wasn't a request, darling," Rarity said. Charming Thunder then had an idea in mind and decided to play along.
"You know, I always wondered what Applejack looks like without the hair bands on her mane and....tail." Now Charming Thunder was starting to regret this. But it was the only way to distract them. Applejack took off her hat and removed the hair bands from her mane and tail seductively. Her mane and tail got loose and showed her true mane style.
"Now be a good mare and untie me so I could get a closer look at you." Applejack smiled and walked up to him.
"Anythin' for you, sugarcube," Applejack said as she kissed Charming Thunder's muzzle. The ropes released Charming Thunder as he got up from the chair.
"Do you...um....remember the time we first met, Charming?" Fluttershy said as she nuzzled him.
"Of course. I wouldn't forget."
"And the time we sang a song together when you moved in with me?" Rarity added.
"Eeyup."
"And that time you helped me prepare a birthday party for Octavia?"
"And that you helped Big Mac with his chores?"
"Girls!! Girls!! One at a time. I always remembered the good days I had with all of you." The group then hugged as Charming Thunder smiled evilly. "I'm sure it was shocking."
"Mmmm yes it was," Applejack said. "Wait--shocking." Now was Charming Thunder's chance. His horn glowed and used his thunder spell to stun the four. The Mane 4 collapsed to the ground as the magic on his horn faded away.
"I can't believe that they fell for that. Sorry, girls. But I can't let Dusk spy on us any longer. I may need to use the spell again on Twilight once I'm done with you four." He saw his belongings on the table and activated his communicator. "Captain, have your men come to my coordinates."
"Yes, your majesty," the captain replied. "Is there a problem?"
"Four friends of mine just got crazy and I need you to keep it quiet so that nopony sees. Restrain them in a cell once you're at Twilight's castle. She will be home once her meeting with the princesses is done."
"Right away, your majesty. We're on our way."
A few minutes later at the dungeons of the castle, the Mane 4 were chained up to make sure they don't do anything stupid. The door opened as they opened their eyes. "What is the meaning of this, darling?" Rarity said.
"I thought you liked us," Applejack added.
"You were both played for a fool so I knocked you out with my magic," Charming Thunder said. "Now stay still." Charming Thunder closed his eyes as his horn glowed. Beams of magic touched the Mane 4's heads and they started to feel pain in their minds. The magic faded as the four shook their heads.
"What happened?" Applejack said.
"And why are we chained up in a dungeon?" Fluttershy asked.
"Whatever we did, Charming, we didn't mean to do anything bad," Rarity said.
"You all don't want to know. Dusk was just using you to get to me." The guard entered to unchain the Mane 4 from their shackles. "Everything will be explained later. In the meantime, Twilight should be returning soon. None of this ever happened. Agreed."
"Okie dokie lokie," Pinkie said as she bounced out of the cell.
Equestria Wars Episode IX: Revenge of the Consortium
Chapter 11: Diplomacy Over Violence
Charming Thunder's shuttle arrives at Canterlot and he along with the Mane 5 walked down the ramp. They entered the castle and into Celestia's throne room. "Thank you for coming, Charming Thunder," Celestia said. "I believe you are all aware that Danny killed the king of the griffins."
"I am," Charming Thunder replied. The doors opened behind them and Danny along with Rainbow Dash and Cynder entered then Shining Armor who escorted them. The expressions were shock and surprise. Their reason were to see him handing himself over willingly and probably seeing Rainbow a new mare.
"So…after so much misunderstanding, we are all here," Danny said.
"You have much to pay for, Danny," Celestia said coldly.
"I know…and I will accept any punishment that I will receive."
"Why the change of heart?" Luna asked.
"I wanted to confront you all."
"Why?" Charming Thunder asked.
"To tell you of what I’ve done during my time of hiding. I did many things, all for the greater good."
"You call murdering a king ‘greater good’?" Cadence asked.
"I lead a rebellion. I protected lives! I saved Equestria countless times!"
"I PROTECTED EQUESTRIA!!" Charming Thunder shouted. "NOT YOU!!"
"Really?" Cynder asked. "Did you stop King Talon from launching a massive invasion against Equestria? Did you save Equestrian Colonies from Griffin control? Did YOU liberate slaved ponies from labor forever!?" That silenced everyone in the room. "Charming was defending Equestria from the INSIDE! But it was Danny who protected Equestria from the OUTSIDE! King Talon and the False NLR were gathering power to launch invasions against Equestria! If it wasn’t for Danny, Equestria would have been lost long ago! King Talon was the one who made the plans for creating the Eclipse! You’ve seen the firepower for what that thing has; you wouldn’t be able to stop it! But you were all lucky when Danny intercepted those plans and used it for Equestria’s greater good! Danny brought peace, safety, security, and serenity to the Griffin Empire! Griffins are happy under his rule! King Talon ruled under an iron fist! Ponies were enslaved, tortured, murdered under Talon’s rule! But Danny did something that would have made you all proud! He united Griffins and Ponies together, making some even greater! The Minotaur Government had already made plans to invade Equestria until rebellion sparked there. Danny supported the rebellion but never actually got involved! Then the Zebras, whose technology was far more advanced than the Equestrian Empire, were stopped in their tracks! You owe Danny your lives, freedom, and liberty!"
"How do we know you aren’t lying?"
"Answer me this then, have you even talked to Griffin Officials yet? Talk to several Griffin Councilmen then, they will agree with me."
"We shall talk to them. Guards, take the three to Danny’s chambers." The guards saluted and did so.
"Is it wise, brother?" Cadence asked.
"I need to know if she is telling the truth."
The hologram of a familiar griffin appeared in front of the group and said, "My name is Gilda, Griffin Empire Senator. What would you like to talk about King Charming?"
"Is it true that Danny brought peace and all of that during his reign?"
"He has done more than that. He has brought us unity. He has created an empire that was been in chaos for many generations. My father, King Talon, was a tyrant and a murderer! He brought nothing but despair, lies, death, even stealing from the poor! He cared for nothing but he own well being! But then…Danny came."
"What did my son do?" Luna asked curiously.
"At first, I thought he was terrorizing the Empire. But then, we examine the colonies more and discovered that he wasn’t terrorizing the colonies, he was liberating them! He cared for the ponies greatly. And from what I had discovered, he pained for killing other innocents. He killed only armed men and women and never harmed any unarmed civilians."
"Even if they were--" Charming Thunder asked.
"Even if they were the enemy. He always wanted peace, unity, and many other things. I was surprise to see such things from a stallion. So, I decided to meet him in person. I propose to him to reveal my father’s true colors and he would take control over the empire while I would be his senator. The plan worked and he traveled to the capital to wage the final battle. Meta led the Changeling Swarm, I led the Griffin Uprising, and both Danny and Dusk led the Pony forces against them. Lightning provided air support and fought with him. Danny killed my father with Dusk and another pony…he wouldn’t say who, though. But after the death of my father, he gained the Medallion of Unicron. He united all of Griffin Kind with Ponies and made reforms that made the government happy. The civilians of the Griffin Empire pledge their alliance to him and he led a mighty and peaceful reign. He was the perfect ruler for us and the council agrees with him everything he did well. He never used his power for self-desires. He used it to protect the people he ruled over. If Danny was ever in the line of trouble, the empire would back him up for everything he did for us." The Princesses and Charming were shocked, surprised, and proud for Danny’s action. Charming was smiling and inside, he was proud of his brother for leading such a great empire. The medallion was glowing, deep inside the medallion, Primus was happy to know that Danny never misused Unicron’s dark power, but rather use it to help others. Primus was also happy to know that Danny, no matter what Unicron had ever done to him, never fell to the level of evil.
"Thank you, Gilda."
"If there is anything else you need, feel free to contact the council." The hologram faded as Charming Thunder wiped a tear off of his face.
"What have I done?"
The next day, Danny stood in front of court cuffed and chained with his lightsabers taken away. Rainbow and Cynder watched what was going to happen. "Danny Eclipse, Son of Princess Luna and King Sombra, and my twin brother. You have been brought before the court for attacking me, the new King of Harmony. How do you plead?"
"Not guilty," Danny said.
"Why do you plead innocent?"
"Lightning was a traitor and had put the Princesses and you into prison cells. She desire for personal power and attention and would sell out anypony for her desires for self-attention. Imagining yourself as me. Your aunts and brother were inside a cage, helpless to be unable to use magic. And you see the one who backstab you, laughing at his/her victory. Wouldn’t you be angry yourself, fueled with rage for enslaving your family? Wouldn’t you want to hurt or avenge for the lives that traitor you once called ‘comrade’ for hurting your or somepony else's love ones?" The counsel whispered to themselves, considering the statement. "That’s all I have to say." The counsel began to discuss the statement and began to vote. When they finished, they handed their votes to Charming Thunder, who took them and began to read it.
"Danny Eclipse, you have been found....not guilty. Your actions at the griffin kingdom were to defend Equestria from an upcoming attack from King Talon. I have been told from Gilda that he has saved Equestria countless times during the Lunar Wars."
"Can you ever forgive me, brother."
"Apology accepted, brother. This court is now adjured." He banged the hammer as Rainbow and Cynder cheered for Danny.
"Before we do anything else, I must correct everything I did wrong. Starting with my mother."
"What?" Luna asked. Danny's eyes turned purple and his medallion began to glow. He placed his hoof on her chest and it began to glow. He slowly pulled back his hoof , a purple bubble left her chest. When it was finished, it went back inside his medallion and a few seconds later, Luna gasped. "I remember now! I saved you from that machine that Talon used on you that almost killed you!"
"I blocked your memories to secure my secret. I wanted to come into the public when I was ready. Can you forgive me for doing that to you, mother?" Luna nodded and hugged Danny. When she finished, he turned to Twilight. "Twilight, you are next."
"What’s wrong with me?" Twilight asked.
"Dusk managed to reconnect to you during your time in Canterlot. I can permanently sever the connection and restore any lost memories she did on you…on all of you." Danny's eyes began to glow green and the Mane 5 began to glow green. After a few seconds, they all gasped and blushed. Charming Thunder guessed they remember when Dusk was with them. "Dusk is my creation. She was created to be a changeling half-breed. She has my and Rainbow’s DNA in her, making her mine and Rainbow’s daughter. That’s why she refers to me as ‘father’ and Rainbow as ‘mother’. There were other DNA within her but wasn’t enough to change her. It just helped her a lot. She had the tiny fragments of DNA from Chrysalis, Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, and Cadance. Charming is Dusk’s Grandpa; Due to having Light as his daughter, and my mother was Dusk’s Grandma. You know, remember when Dusk went after the Mane 5?" They all nodded. "Well, being a changeling, she got pregnant and gave birth to them. Ruby, Clarity, Sweet Apple, Harmonic Butterfly with her pet: Hover, and Wild Candy."
"So, they were her direct daughters?" Charming Thunder asked.
"Yes." They were surprised to hear that. "Also, there is some wonderful news. Rainbow, you want to tell them?"
"Me and Danny are getting married!" Rainbow Dash shouted with glee. They all were awe shocked and surprise. But then they began to cheer.
"Congratulations for you, brother," Charming Thunder said.
"Thank you, Charming. I am happy, very happy."
"By the way, I’ve wanted to ask. Why is Rainbow a..."
"Bat Pony or Vampony?"
"Yes."
"Well, Danny and I were so deeply in love that Danny really wanted to spend the rest of his life with me," Rainbow explained. "But, while he was immortal, I was not. He so deeply wanted me to be immortal so he began to think of turning me into a Living Vampony or Bat Pony. I was blessed with immortality so we could live out our lives together."
"Ohhhhh."
"Me and Rainbow are mated under Vampony or Bat Pony traditions. So, we’ve wanted to get married to finally be united."
"We’ve also had…sex," Rainbow said. They all gasped, except for Danny.
"Brother, I’m so proud and happy for you!" Danny blushed red in embarrassment.
"Thank you."
"Are you pregnant Rainbow?" Luna asked.
"Actually, I’m not sure."
"I hope she is," Danny whispered. No one but Charming Thunder heard it and smiled.
"So, you have been defending Equestria?"
"Speaking of things, I’ve been wanting to sign a treaty to finally unite the Equestrian Empire and the Phantom Consortium forever to generations to come. Would you agree, brother?"
"I’ll be honored to fight alongside with you."
"Me too. We are finally united." Charming Thunder and Danny shook hooves and did a hoof pump but after that, blue mist left Danny's mouth and he smiled. "Hello, father…glad you could join us." Suddenly, three ghosts appeared. It was the spirits of Sombra, Starswirl, and Amidala.
"How is it that you can sense us?" Sombra asked.
"Yeah, how?" Charming Thunder asked.
"I might be able to answer that," an adult voice replied. Suddenly, a sphere appeared and it disappeared, revealing an adult ghost. He wore a purple robe, teal skin, he had a scar over his left eye, he had blood red eyes, a lot of watches, and a staff. Danny smiled and hugged him.
"Clockwork!" Danny shouted with happiness.
"Hello Danny. It’s been a long time, hasn’t it?" Danny pulled away frowning a bit.
"You never come to visit."
"Well, I AM the Master of Time. But then again, all you have to do is call me, King Danny."
"Well, you are my guardian after taking me away to train for a thousand years of Ghost Training. AND just because I claimed the throne of the Ghost Zone, doesn’t mean that I’m royalty to the Ghosts of the Ghost Zone." Everyone in the room were all surprised to hear that.
"Well, I’m here now to congratulate you for your success."
"Why do I get the feeling that’s not the reason why you are here."
"You know all so well. Fine, I will tell you. The Dawning of Darkness is approaching fast. The Vamponies are gathering in strength and are gaining allies."
"What allies?"
"I won’t say. However, I will inform you that someone else will appear in this conflict. An evil clone, believed to be the second daughter of Nightmare Moon and King Sombra."
"Who is she cloned from?"
"You will find out in the future. Just keep an eye out and you will be ready when she does come."
"Well, alright." Clockwork nods and teleports away. "By the way, Charming. I think you do believe in second chances, I didn’t mean to shatter you like that. I guess my anger got the best of me. By the way, I’ve noticed that you have received training from Jedi arts. Who were your masters?"
"Anakin Skywalker, Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Qui-Gon," Charming Thunder replied.
"Jedi Master?"
"How did you know? And who were you trained from?"
"I was trained by Sith Lords: Darth Sidious, Darth Revan, Starkiller, and Count Dooku. Tell me, did they teach you the Jedi Code?"
"No."

The next day, Danny looked at the treaty document with the others. It stated:

This Document of a treaty will be signed by two of Equestria’s finest rulers/leaders. This will unite two separate factions or Empires and combined them to be formed as one single mighty world power.

Danny signed for the the Phantom Consortium under his name and Charming Thunder signed his name for the Equestrian Empire. When they finished, they began to cheer and celeberate. "Today is a new day for both the Equestrian Empire and Phantom Consortium," Danny shouted in victory. "Together, we shall stand together against this incoming threat as one mighty world power! This is a new Beginning!"
"I couldn't agree more," Charming Thunder said.

Chapter 12: The Wedding of Danny Eclipse and Rainbow Dash
A week has passed since the peace treaty of the Phantom Consrtium. Danny paced around in his chamber. He was very, very nervous. Charming Thunder and Darkbine were in the room with him trying to calm him down. "Come on brother, this isn’t the end of the world," Charming Thunder said.
"But Rainbow wants everything exciting and awesome," Danny said. "While we are alike in that personality, I’m nervous that Rainbow won’t think I’m cool enough!"
"Come on Danny, she’s nervous as well," Darkbine replied. "Dusk and the Mane 6 are trying to calm her down. Come on, we need to get your suit that Rarity prepared for you. Rarity is working on Rainbow’s dress."
"Yeah…I guess you are right." Danny took some deep breaths and they began to walk to where Rarity made the clothes at. When they arrived, Danny began to look at his suit. It was dark blue officer suit, similar to what Shining wore on his wedding. He had a metal crest that had Luna’s insignia on it. He wore the uniform with pride and he adjusts the metal bind that had his mother’s crest on it.
Rainbow and the others were at the kitchens where they saw Applejack baking food. "How’s the food, AJ?" Rainbow asked.
"Good, as always," Applejack replied. Rainbow grabbed a muffin and ate it. After a few minutes of chewing, she swallowed and loved the results.
"Awesome as always, AJ." Applejack nodded and Twilight checked that off the list. Rainbow, Twilight, and Dusk were checking out preparations for the wedding. "I wonder what Danny is doing."
"Never mind him," Twilight said. "We should be getting ready for everything else."
"Agreed," Dusk said. "Mother, we should do some more preparations THEN we can do something fun."
"Agreed, Dusk." They began to proceed to looking over other preparations.
In the tower with Rarity making Rainbow’s wedding dress, Rainbow loved what Rarity was making her and examined it carefully. "I love how you are making the dress Rarity," Rainbow said.
"Thank you, Rainbow Dash," Rarity replied. "You know, it was actually quite boring without you around."
"Yeah, sorry for leaving you all like that but my heart belonged to Danny. You all know that."
"Indeed and you got a handsome stallion, didn’t you Rainbow dear?"
"Hey, Dusk showed me what you craved most. Don’t act like that." Rarity blushed very red while Dusk snickers.
"Dusk…showed you that?"
"Yeah and trust me, I burst into laughter. I think I should consider Dusk doing that to you again."
"Doing wha-" Twilight asked.
"No! I won’t be depressed again towards you! Just don’t make me relive that again!!" Dusk and Rainbow snickered at what was going on.
"Alright, I think we are done here," Dusk said.
"What just happened?"
Rainbow and Pinkie were playing games with one another while Twilight checked “Games” off the list. Dusk was watching with interest. Dusk never played a game before because she was always in battle. When Pinkie and Rainbow finished, they walked back over to Dusk and Twilight. "You know; I’ve never did understand the concept of having fun before," Dusk said. " I’ve always fought in a war and never did get the chance to play around."
"Really?" Rainbow said. "That’s so sad."
"Well, we should continue and keep checking off the list," Twilight said.
"Agreed. I wonder what Danny is doing."
"I’m sure he is doing something with his brother," Dusk said.
"Interesting…absolutely incredible," Charming Thunder said impressed.
"Glad you like it," Danny replied. He was showing Charming Thunder some new blueprints for new and more improved personal bodyguards. Thanks to the data provided by Proxy, he made some new improvements to the Magma Guards and designed to create the EG-5 Jedi Hunter Droid but don’t actually use it to hunt down Jedi. They would become his personal bodyguards and he decided to ask Charming Thunder if he would like some of his own, since they signed the treaty.
"So, this 'Proxy' managed to survive the crash landing when the Galactic Empire shot down the Rebel fleet and you salvaged him and made him yours?"
"Indeed. Thanks to all the data stored inside Proxy, these new droids will be able to fight like the data they use from. As for the Sith Training Droids you made, we already made those. Proxy may be an older model but he is the best there is."
"You know what? I’ll accept some of these droids. We can use them to protect the Princesses and any royalty on this planet.”
“Glad you could agree. Now, there are is another droid I wish to talk about. It’s known as 'Aqua Droid'. The Aqua Droids will be used for underwater combat, in case if our enemy uses the water for an advantage."
"You know; your engineers are much more ideal than our engineers. We never thought about aquatic battles before."
"Then that is a problem for you. We already made plans for Aqua Droids, Trident-class assault ships, and Manta droid subfighters."
"You really are far ahead of us in water combat."
"Thank you. You know, while you have extra fighter types, the Phantom Consortium are already making up for the lack of fighters. Soon we will have X-Wings, B-Wings, Y-Wings, A-Wings, StarVipers, and Griffin Starfighters."
"You know; your military is well organized. It’s no wonder why the Phantom Consortium managed to defend Equestria from outside invasions."
"I got that training from Darth Revan, one of my Sith Masters. Revan was a military master and lead the Republic in the Mandalorian Wars. He was respected for that so he taught me everything he knew."
"Well, that’s good to know."
"Hey, maybe we can spare sometimes. And maybe I can help you improve your control over your medallion." The medallion began to glow in objection. Danny chuckled in response. "You really don’t have much choice in the matter Unicron. Besides, we have been together for more than a year while you have been plaguing me with nightmares." He was speaking to Unicron now. "Yes, I found out that nightmare you gave me to start looking for the EOI was a lie. Trying to turn me evil, well, I’m able to control my evil."
"What do you mean?"
"Remember our father?" Charming Thunder nods. “Turns out that I’m the chosen one of the Dark Side of the Force. However, I’ve learned and master the ways on how to control the Dark Side of the Force, bending it to my will. While I’m not evil, I do use the Dark Side of the Force. I’ve also got to tell you something important."
"What is it?"
"Remember when Sunset Shimmer left you?"
"Yes."
"I’m the reason why she left." Charming was shock and surprised. “You see, she craved for more power. Then, she met me. I caught her looking for a way to becoming more powerful than ever before. I told her that the Dark Side of Magic is a pathway to abilities most would be consider unnatural. Of course, her curiosity grew and asked me if there was a way to learn this power. I replied to her in my exact words: ‘Not from Celestia’."
"She left on her own will?"
"Not at first. She demanded to become a Princess to rule by Celestia side. Celestia shut her out and she left. I met her during my quest to recreate an insanity freak that was lost."
"Who?"
"Painset Shimmercakes."
"Similarities."
"Indeed. Anyway, we should get going. The wedding is almost time."
"Alright." Charming Thunder and Danny left the room to get ready.
Later, the wedding has started as Luna gave the vows. "Do you, Rainbow Dash, take Danny Eclipse as your beloved husband?" she asked.
"I do," Rainbow replied.
"And do you, Danny Eclipse, take Rainbow Dash to be your beloved wife?"
"I do," Danny replied.
"The rings, Spike?" Spike, holding the rings on a cushion, walked over to Luna and she used their magic and placed the rings around their hooves. "Now, with the power vested inside me, I now pronounce you two, husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." Rainbow and Danny got closer and they kissed each other with wonderful passion. Everyone cheered and the crowd outside cheered as well. When they separated, they looked outside and see TIE Bombers flying overhead and fired their torpedoes to create fireworks. Suddenly, there was a burst and see a rainbow being formed. We smiled, knowing it was Dusk who changed her form to be Rainbow to make it even more pleasant. When she finished, she flew back to us and changed back to Dusk. We began to walk down and we were greeted by ours friends. The Mane 6, the Princesses, Gilda, The Demented 6, other Insanity Freaks, and even Chrysalis and Meta. We shook and hugged and everything. Danny smiled and nodded to Duran, who pushed a button on his wrist and the doors opened, revealing Lightning Dust and two Commandos. Everyone gasped in shock and Charming Thunder looked ready to attack, but Danny stopped him. Lightning came to him and kneels before him.
"Forgive me, my lord and one true master," Lightning said. "I swear on my life that I will NEVER betray you again. Can you forgive me?”
“Lightning Dust, you are welcome to rejoin our ranks again," Danny said. "You still have your rank as Squad Leader, but remember, the next time you betray me, you will suffer severe punishment."
"Are you sure this is wise brother?" Charming Thunder asked.
"You believed in second chances. I do too, and we must stand united if we are to survive."
"I trust your judgment, brother. Now and forever." They then left the throne room and went to celebrate for the rest of the day.
A hooded figure from a far distant land was looking towards Equestria. The figure stopped when a messenger arrived to talk to the pony. "Report," the figure asked.
"We have located the heir to the throne," the messenger reported. "He has refused to rejoin us."
"Perhaps we can revive our queen."
"Our Queen has disappeared from the lands of the dead. She must have returned to the world of the living but we can’t locate her."
"Find her and bring her back here! A new era comes and we must be ready to greet. The era of the Vampony! Go and find our long lost queen!"
"Yes, Lord Harkon."
"Also, search for my long lost daughter, Serana."
"Yes, milord." The messenger left.
"It is all as I have foreseen." Harkon began to laugh evilly as the messenger left.

The empire is at a brink of an upcoming war. After the coronation of Charming Thunder, a top security vault in Canterlot has been raided by three of the members of Team Insanity and stole an Element of Insanity.
With the return of the Elements of Insanity, Twilight Sparkle heads to the ancient castle of the two Royal Pony Sisters to research on the history of the Elements of Insanity.
As a Star Destroyer returns to Canterlot for preparations for their defense against Lightning Dust, they came across strange activity coming from a strange orb and has begun to investigate....
