We should probably head to market to scope out the goods" whispered the first figure, a pegasus filly with a voice like warm honey.  She looked at her companion and added "You ready to prove to Master Sticky Hooves that we are Thieves Guild material?"  Her companion chuckled and replied "You ask that as if you don't know the answer Fog Bank."  Fog Bank smiled at her unicorn wearing apprentice robes.  "That's the spirit, Spell Snatcher."  They trotted back to the path that led to the front gates of the Imperial City, filled with determination and day dreams of the piles of gold they would be raking in. The market was filled with sights, sounds and exotic aromas.  Ponies from all walks of life were buying and selling their goods and chatting about how their harvests had been and hopes for the next season to be even better.  Spell Snatcher paused for a moment to examine a pair of Glass hoof bracers.  "I'll catch up with you later, Fog Bank.  See you at the Inn around dinner time!"  He said absentmindedly while marveling at the craftsmanship of the bracers.  "Alright, don't get lost cause I won't come looking for you!"  Fog Bank yelled as she headed further into the market.  Spell Snatcher gazed a little while longer at the bracers before raising his head to see if any one was watching.  'Now might be a good time to try that invisibility spell I nabbed back in Kvatch.'  He turned around to find an alley way but bumped into the armored chest of an Imperial Guard.  "Going somewhere, unicorn?"  The Griffon guard sneered.  "You look like the thief that stole a very important book from Kvatch a week ago.  Mind showing me your bag's contents?"  Spell Snatcher's mind was racing 'I didn't steal any books?! The only one I have on me is that silly "The Lost Alicorn Council" and it isn't worth stealing!'  Slowly he opened his bag and revealed the contents.  The Griffin looked up as two more guards approached.  "Your coming with us.  Someone very important would like to have a word with you..." The Griffin muttered.  Spell Snatcher let his head sink, not knowing what fate awaited him as he was lead away by the guards.
