Chapters So here is chapter 2 of A New World, hope you like it.
Twilight immediately jumped from my lap and stood in a corner of the chamber together with her friends, I stood in the corner opposite of them. My mind was still busy trying to get everything in order and some questions flashed through my mind, how did come here, are they real or am I starting to go crazy. I finally had the nerve to open my mouth and ask some questions.
“ Who are you,” I started, followed by “ what are you and why are you here?”
Twilight, who I saw as the leader of the group, then began speaking.
“ Well, I’m Twilight Sparkle and these are my friends. We are my little ponies and I was preforming my transportation spell until something happened I can’t explain and now we are here. Now I want to know who you are, what you are and where in Equestria we are.”
This was a confirmation that I was dealing with the My Little Ponies of the TV show.
“ Well,” I began. “ I’m Jack and I’m a Human. You and your friends are in my farm in Colorado, USA and you’re not in Equestria, you’re on Earth.”
“ Wait, wait, wait,” She said, trying to hide her stress. “ You’re telling me we’re on another planet.”
“ I even think you’re from a different universe.” I said. “ But what I find strange is that you guys are a TV show on this planet and yet you guys think you are real.”
“ But we are real!” Twilight yelled with anger in her eyes. “ And what is a TV show?”
“ A TV show is a form of amusement on this planet.” I explained.
“ Well there is only one way to find out. Spike, take a quill and paper.”
After 5 minutes the letter was finished.
Dear princess Celestia.
It appears that, due to a failed spell, me and my friends have stranded on a planet called Earth. We have met a ‘Human’ (the inhabitants of this planet) who goes by the name of Jack and he told us we’re not real because we’re a ‘TV show’. Therefore I would like that you would send a letter back with instructions and also as confirmation that we’re real.

And then Spike took all the breath he could take and fired. The letter was gone.
“ While we wait, we could start with some proper acquaintance. I’m Twilight Sparkle, I’m specialized in magic and a loyal student of Princess Celestia.”
“ I know who you are and who your friends are.” I said.
“ You do, how?” Twilight replied very curiously.
“ The TV show.” I said, smiling.
“ Oh yeah, right.” Twilight said, thinking how stupid she was. “ Well then, let’s play a little game. Match the names to the correct pony and also mention what’s so special about her and don’t forget Spike.”
“ Okay then,” I said with confidence. “ That orange mare over there is Applejack, she’s a hardworking pony with great power and she’s always honest.
“ Ya damn right.” She replied with a wink.
“ The cyan blue pony is Rainbow Dash. She’s the fastest flier in Equestria and isn’t afraid of anything. Her dream is to join the Wonderbolts and she’s always loyal to her friends.”
“ I’m starting to like this guy.” Rainbow said, smiling happily.
“ That little Yellow pony in the corner is Fluttershy, she’s very shy but if you can gain her trust she’s a very kind pony. She’s amazing with animals.”
“ Thank you.” She said in a whisper but with a little smile on her face.
“ And of course I can’t forget Rarity. She loves designing dresses and being stylish. She’s very generous because she want’s to do good for everyone.”
“ Now that, darling, is the truth.” She said with a chuckle.
“ Our pink pony over there is Pinkie Pie. She likes sweets and is a very active pony. She likes to laugh at everything.”
“ Aw, thanks. You look like an ape with no hair.” She said while laughing.
“ Pinkie!” Twilight, who was now in my chair, snapped at Pinkie.
“ Oh, it’s nothing.” I said while laughing. “Actually she is correct.
“ She is?” Twilight said with much curiosity.
“ Yes, I and other people of this planet think that we used to be apes. But there are some other people who believe we were created by a God but I don’t care because in this world everyone is free to choose what he/she believes in.
“ Oh, your species has religions.” Twilight said, clearly wanted to know more.
“ Yep but I will tell you all about it later. But now I will tell you all I know about you.” I said. “ You’re Twilight Sparkle, you love books and studying. You’re also good with magic but you’ve already told me that and Spike is your baby dragon and a good assistant.”
“ Wow, you have everything correct about us. It looks like you have been spying on us your whole life.”
“ Nope,” Is said smiling. “ Just for 2 hours.”
It was then that I heard a sound, it was Spike and it looked he was about to throw up
.
“ Spike, is everything alright?” I asked. “ Do you need a bucket?
“ No, I’m fi… fi… fi…” He tried to finish his sentence but then in the blink of an eye he coughed up a note, probably from princess Celestia.
Twilight took the note from Spike, opened it and read it aloud.
My faithful student, Twilight Sparkle.
I find it a bit disturbing to find out that you and your friends are in another universe but I can confirm that you are real. As for my instructions, I want you to stay with that human, Jack, because I want that you learn things about Earth. I will write back in one month and I will search for a way to get you back home.
Princess Celestia.
“ So we need to stay here for at least one month. “ Twilight said. “ But where are we going to sleep?”
“ Well, I guess you could sleep in my farm, I have a large unused lap of land. We could build a replica of your houses there, if everyone helps we should be finished by midnight.”
“ Okay, then that’s a plan.” Twilight said happily.
Everyone got to work almost immediately, we searched a giant tree for Twilight and made her house in there. For the other ponies was building material provided. Pinkie Pie made her bakery, Applejack made her farm, Rarity made her giant building in the form of a tent with cloth and Fluttershy made her little cottage. However there was one little problem, Rainbow Dash her house was a house of clouds. But in this world it was harder to manipulate clouds so we had to find a solution. Rainbow Dash was standing next to me while everyone was building their house. She looked at my eyes and I saw in her eyes that she was hoping that I found a solution.
“ I’m sorry Rainbow but manipulating clouds to build a house just doesn't work here.” I said with sorrow.
“ I guess I ‘ll have to sleep in the barn.” She said almost crying.
I just couldn’t stand to see Rainbow crying.
“ Alright, you can sleep in my bed but only if you stay on the left side of the bed.” I said
“ I can, oh thank you, thank you, thank you.” She said very fast.
She flew until she was at eye level with me and gave me a big hug. I was a bit surprised but I returned the hug. I sensed that under her boyish actions, a real sensitive little pony hid.
All the houses were ready and everyone said goodnight and they retired to their new houses. Rainbow dash went with me inside.
“ It’s really nice and cozy in here.” She said while she followed me to the bedroom.
“ Thanks but I need to have some more money to make this place really beautiful.” I said opening the bedroom door for Rainbow. “ Well Rainbow, this is the bedroom. Your place is on the left side of the bed, if you want to wash yourself before going to bed, the bathroom is on the right. I’m going to take a shower in my other bathroom, okay?”
“ I’ll be fine.” She said so I went to my bathroom but before I left the bedroom I heard her say: “ Jack, thanks for letting me sleep here.”
“ It’s nothing.” I said and left the bedroom. I heard she also was going to take a shower because I heard the splashing of the water and heard her sing with a beautiful voice that would even make a siren green of jealousy. After an hour I also went to bed and saw her already sleeping, I checked the bathroom to see if it was clean. It was spotless, clearly this pony wanted to express her thanks. She had held her to my sleeping rules, so went in my bed at the right side. Then I heard her voice.
“ Did you like what I had done in the bathroom.” She asked silently.
“ You shouldn’t have done that, I could have done it also.” I replied.
“ No because you helped everypony with their houses and you helped me with finding a sleeping place, so I had to do something in return.” She said, almost sleeping.
“ Well you’ve got my thanks.” I replied again and we both drifted into a deep sleep.
Note: Some people said to me that my dialogue should be better. I will TRY to make it better with some tips that I have read on the internet, let me know in the comments if it got any better. Also, I’m busy with chapter 4 and that chapter has less dialogue and more… normal text.
Light slowly came through the window, the sun slowly starting to warm my cheek. I thought back to yesterday, luckily it was just a dream. Then it struck me, it wasn’t a dream. These ponies were real. I felt a leg grabbing me. It was Rainbow, still sleeping. I tried to move as silently as I could because I didn’t want to wake her up. I finally got out of her grasp and put her foreleg back against her. It was a pretty sight; she was sleeping so calmly like she was already accustomed to my world. I put my clothes on and went into my kitchen. I decided to wake up the rest, Twilight first so she could help me wake up the others. I went to her house and saw it had to be a good day today. I knocked and saw a little purple baby dragon opening the door. I had to lower myself because the house wasn’t the size of an average human.
“Jack, I’m glad you’re here. I’ve tried all morning to wake up Twilight but nothing’s working.” He looked up at me with desperate eyes.
"Oh, I know a way that will work for sure.” I said, having trouble trying not to laugh. I saw that Spike had no idea what I was talking about.
I went up the stairs, sometimes hitting my head against the ceiling and cursing myself for building their houses so low. I saw Twilight sleeping just as peacefully as Rainbow. Well these ponies sure like sleeping. I thought. I came close to Twilight’s ear and began with my joke.
“Twilight, Princess Celestia is here.” I said, knowing she would be awake in 5…4…3…2…1…
She immediately jumped out of her bed and began apologizing. “Princess, I’m so sorry, it has been a rough day yesterday and I… Where is the Princess?” She asked dumbfounded, only to see that Spike and I were having the best laugh in our lives.
When she saw we were laughing a devilish smirk appeared on her face. She levitated two books and smashed them in both our faces, not very hard of course but it still hurt a little.
Now she was laughing and trying to say something at the same time. “That was…hahaha… hilarious.”
I also was still laughing but after a while we both stopped laughing and I asked my question. “Twilight, could you come and help me with waking up the other ponies?”
"Sure." She said while brushing her mane.
We both left her house and went to the cottage of Fluttershy. We knocked at the door but she didn’t open. Twilight used her magic to open the door and we saw Fluttershy sleeping on the couch.
“I know the perfect way to wake her up.” I said in a whisper.
“What are you going to do, you know she’s a very sensitive pony.” She whispered back, almost trying to stop me.
I slowly went to Fluttershy, still minding some attention to the low ceiling. I started to tickle her very slowly and after a while began speeding up.
“Angel, stop it.” She said while laughing a bit. But then it hit her that it wasn’t Angel who was tickling her. “Oh, Jack it’s you. I suppose that’s one way to wake me up.”
“I promise you that you can get some new animals while you’re on Earth. Are 30 minutes enough to get ready and when you’re ready come to the kitchen?” I said while stopping with the tickles and giving a wink at the same time.
“Okay.” She said with a not so shy voice.
Twilight and I went back outside and she looked at me. “What?” I asked, a little bit frustrated.
“You sure know how to wake somepony up.” She smiled at me.
“Well, my 3 best friends used to do it with me all the time.” I answered.
“What were they like?” She really wanted to know more about my life.
“I’d rather not talk about it.” I turned my head away because tears were forming in my eyes. Twilight still saw it.
“Is something wrong?” She asked, very concerned about me.
“I’ll tell you later.” I was wiping my tears away with my sleeve.
We continued walking to Pinkie’s house. We arrived and knocked at the door and to our surprise the door opened.
“Hey guys, what are you doing here?” She asked, bouncing up and down.
“Well we were going to wake you up but it seems that you’re already awake. Can you come to my kitchen in about 30 minutes?” I asked, my eyes looking up and down.
“I’ll be there.” She said and closed the door.
Twilight and I just stood there until I said. “She sure seems is an active pony.”
“You haven’t seen half of it.” She replied, giggling a bit.
Our next stop was Rarity. When we arrived we again had a surprise because here also the door opened.
“Hi Rarity, can we come in.” Twilight and I both said together, smiling a bit at each other
“No, you can’t. Just tell me why you two are here.” She said very quickly, a bit of sweat dripping from her forehead.
“Well, anyway I wanted to ask you if you could come to the kitchen in about… 25 minutes.” I was a bit surprised why she was so talking so quickly.
“Okay, okay.” And she closed the door.
“Didn’t that seem a bit strange to you, Twilight?” I asked her because I knew that she was also surprised about Rarity’s reaction.
“Very strange indeed,” She said, still deep in thoughts. “We’ll ask her later.”
Our last stop was Applejack’s little farm because my farm was the main farm. We saw Applejack already working in her soon-to-be apple orchard.
“Hey Applejack, what are you doing? I asked her because it seemed she was playing with the ground.
“Hey there Jack ah’m just plantin’ some apple seeds.” She said very busily.
“Well I’ll leave you to it then, but I’m expecting you in my kitchen in 25 minutes.”
“Ah’ll be there, Sugar.”
Twilight and I began walking to the kitchen until she asked me a question I didn’t want to hear.
“I really want to know what happened with you and your friends, tell me and you’ll feel better.” She said, making me stop walking.
“Twilight, I already said I didn’t want to talk about it.” I said while looking down at her with an angry expression.
“I’m sorry,” She began. “But I’ve just known you for one day and I know there something on your mind, I speak about it with me you’ll feel better. I care about you.”
Those last words did it. “Alright then,” I said, sitting down on the grass and looking at the sky. Twilight sat next to me, her eyes watching my every move. “It was just one year ago.”
Flashback: (search ‘dead island soundtrack’ on YouTube to add emotion.)
“I think this is going to be the best camping trip ever.” I said to John, Thomas and Hugo. They were my three closest friends.
We were in a forest not far from what is now my farm. We organized a camping trip because everyone managed to pass their finals and on this trip we were discussing our future. I chose to be a farmer because my parents were also farmers but they died when I was a kid. John wanted to go to Los Angeles and become famous. Thomas chose to study at a university and becoming a doctor and Hugo had the biggest dream of us all, he wanted to see the world.
“Yep, it’s definitely going to be awesome.” Thomas said who was setting up the tent.
Everyone did their part and soon it was already 4PM. Hugo and I decided to search for some fruits and to look at a magnificent view because our tents were close to a giant cliff, the cliff had a height of 433 feet (132 meters). But then the inevitable happened, Hugo was standing too close to the cliff and a piece of it broke off. He fell down but luckily I was standing close to him so I grabbed his arm. The others didn’t come because they didn’t hear us.
“Don’t let go, hold on.” I yelled at him, struggling to keep myself on the cliff.
Hugo was trying to climb up but it didn’t work because he was too heavy. “Let go.” He said.
“What? Never!”
“You have to; I’m not going to drag you down with me.” He said while he was trying to struggle loose.
He managed to break free from my grasp and I saw him falling. He was looking up at me, smiling and waving goodbye. I turned my head away because I didn’t want to see him die, the only thing I did was wave back. I don’t know if there is a God or not, but if there is then Hugo definitely deserved a place in heaven. He stood by my side the whole time, like when I was sad he cheered me up or once he bought me a car because I became 16. He was my best friend and I’m not going to forget him. At his funeral I decided to buy the farm that was close to his cemetery, so I would never forget him, but I blame myself everyday that I wasn’t strong enough for him to help him climb back up.
Back in the present
Now I was crying just as much when I lost Hugo. Twilight, who also felt bad, came closer to me hugged me very tightly. She had some tears in her eyes but wasn’t crying as much as I was.
“I’m sorry for asking,” She began, we both stopped crying. “Now I know why you didn’t want to talk about it.”
“It’s alright, I actually feel a bit better.”
“I’m going to give you a present this night.” She said, I looked at her, my head filled with questions. “Now let’s go to the kitchen.”
We went to the kitchen and I saw that Rainbow was also awake but Pinkie Pie was teasing her because she slept with me.
“Pinkie Pie, quit it.” I said while I was walking towards the refrigerator. She stopped but still with a smile on her face.
Rainbow walked towards me and whispered something in my ear. “Thank you.” I gave her a wink. “Well, what do you guys want to eat? I’ve got eggs, bread, bacon…”
When I said bacon everyone looked a bit surprised until Twilight spoke. “Um… we’re herbivores; I think some carrots and salad will do.”
As we ate I still thought of what Twilight had said. I’m going to give you a present this night . What did she mean? I hadn’t much time to decipher it because breakfast was finished quickly. Everyone went back to their houses to do what they wanted to do except for Rainbow Dash. She wanted to help me with the farm and I gladly accepted. My to-do list today was to clean up the barn and make sure I had enough hay. We both got to work and time flew by, it was already 8PM.
“Well Rainbow, you did a great job with those hay piles.”
“You think? Well I placed them very well if I do say so myself.” She said, full of pride.
While we were chatting and laughing, Twilight came into the barn. “Are you ready for your surprise?”
I turned around to look at her and said with a sigh. “Twilight, not this again.”
“I’m going to let you talk with Hugo.”
My face was full of amazement but it instantly turned to an expression that didn’t want to accept Twilight’s surprise. “No Twilight, I don’t want this. It still hurts too much.”
Twilight didn’t take no for an answer and used her magic to levitate me in the air, using all her magic and we left for the cemetery where Hugo lies, just 5 minutes away. Rainbow Dash didn’t know what was going on and decided to follow Twilight, this raised the attention of the other ponies and so they also followed. When we arrived at the cemetery I was so pissed at Twilight.
“Twilight, I said I didn’t want this.”
But she ignored me and let her horn glow until I felt something touching my back. I turned around and saw Hugo standing there. “Hugo? Is that really you?”
“It’s really me, my friend.” We hugged each other, a tear rolling down my cheek.
“It’s good to see you, I really missed you.” I said, stopping with the hug and smiling.
“I missed you too, tell me, how are Thomas and John?
“Thomas is now in Harvard, studying to become a doctor and John is in LA, he’s an actor in a small TV-show. They made their dreams come true, unlike you.”
“I don’t mind, I have enough to worry about in the afterlife.”
That made me think about a question I’d always wanted an answer for. “Is there a God and a Heaven?”
“That, my friend, I can’t tell you. You’ll have to find it out by yourself when you die.”
“Well that’s a pity, but why did you let go of my hand in the first place?”
“Because I didn’t want you to die and because I had only 2 months left to live.”
“You… only had 2 months to live?” I asked, shocked because he never told me that.
“3 months ago I was diagnosed with cancer; the doctors told me there was nothing they could do. I decided not to tell you because I wanted to live my life to the fullest, doing crazy things with John, Thomas and yourself.” He said smiling but with a tear in his eye.
We talked for 2 hours under the sky and it’s numerous stars. The ponies listened to us, sometimes crying or sometimes laughing.
“Well Jack,” He began. “ I think I need to say goodbye, I can feel death calling me.”
“Will I ever see you again?”
“Only when you’re dead because the spell your friend over there used can only be used once.” He gave me a big hug and a high five. “Goodbye” That was his last word.
“Goodbye.” I said smiling but also crying and he disappeared, only to be seen again when I’m dead.
I turned to Twilight and gave her a big hug, thanking her for bringing Hugo back for 2 hours. We went back to the farm and everyone went to their houses, Rainbow following me inside my house. We both went to bed.
“You sure have a troubled past.” Rainbow said, hugging me. “Do you want to tell me any more about it?”
“Another time, Rainbow, another time.”
Love Is A Difficult Thing
A week has passed since my first encounter with the My Little Ponies and I grew to love them. But there was one I loved more than the others, and that was Rainbow Dash. I don’t know why, but she had something in her, a fire in her heart, or was it just her loyalty to me? She was always ready to help, no matter how hard the task. Once, she helped me to drive away some parasites who wanted to eat my crops and infecting my cows. But there was also Twilight; I still haven’t forgotten her surprise. She always wanted to do good, she helped with creating a medicine for the cows that got infected and she read some books together with me, Rainbow would call her ‘an egghead’, but I found it pretty cute, quite attractive. No, I couldn’t be attracted to ponies, they’re still animals, but with some human characteristics. I pushed the thought of being attracted to Rainbow or Twilight out of my head and went to Rarity; I wanted to know why she was being so mysterious.
When I got out of my house I saw Rainbow flying, she saw me and flew to me. “There’s a storm coming, I’m going to slow it down and trying to steer it away from the farm.” She said, flying away before I could tell her not to do it. I said to myself that she could handle it and I continued to Rarity’s house. She saw me coming and walked directly towards me.
“Darling, I was just looking for you.” She said while she went back to her house, giving a nod with her head signaling me to follow her.
I went inside her house, which was still a bit too small for me, and she told me to close my eyes. I did what I was told and closed my eyes; and heard what sounded like Rarity shuffling things. I could then open my eyes and just before me was a human mannequin wearing a black and white tuxedo, this tuxedo would even make Giorgio Armani jealous. The tuxedo had a long black coat, it also had two diamonds on each sleeve of the coat, you could also call it a smoking jacket, a nice black vest, under the vest was a plain white dress shirt accompanied by a nice little black bow tie, but it could also be exchanged with a normal tie. The trousers were also black and under them was a pair of shiny black plain-toed shoes. I looked at it that almost my eyes were coming out of its sockets, but changed my expression back to my casual look.
Rarity noticed this and asked with an unsure voice. “Don’t you like it?”
“Like it?” I began, knowing that a prank was coming. “No, I don’t like it.” I saw some tears appearing in Rarity’s eyes. “I love it.” I said, smiling at Rarity.
This made her jump from happiness and hugged me so tightly that she almost crushed my lungs. “Why did you make this for me?” I asked her because I didn’t deserve such an amazing tuxedo.
“Well, I wanted to express my thanks for letting me live on your farm. This was also why I’ve been so mysterious these past few days; this is my surprise for you. But there is also another reason why I made this tuxedo. I’ve heard that your parents died and that you are now all alone, us not counting, so I made this tuxedo so you could find a girlfriend.”
“Um… a girlfriend? But Rarity I don’t want a girlfriend, I’m fine just the way it is now.”
“Well that’s too bad, darling, because I used your telephone to make some arrangements and you’re going to a ball, tonight.”
This gave me an expression of terror. “A ball, tonight, but Rarity I don’t even know how to dance properly, I’m going to blow it.”
“Now that’s not a problem, I’m going to teach you to dance like a gentleman.” It took the tuxedo off the mannequin and followed Rarity to my house. I still wasn’t sure if I wanted to go through with this. I’m not a gentleman, I’m a farmer. I can breakdance, but I can’t dance like a gentleman. I’m so going to blow it at the ball and I’m going to be the laugh of the night. And as if it couldn’t get any worse I saw Rainbow, the coolest of the gang, flying towards me.
“Hey guys, the storm is gone… What’s with the penguin suit?” She said while she was trying really hard not to laugh.
“This, my dear Rainbow Dash, is a tuxedo. Jack is going to wear it tonight, when he’s going to a ball. I’m now going to teach him how to dance properly and like a gentleman and you’re going to be his dance partner.” Rarity said, a bit insulted by Rainbow Dash’s comment about the suit.
“I’m going to be what? No, no, no.” Rainbow said, trying to fly away.
But it was to no avail because Rarity already used her magic to levitate Rainbow into the house. She was really pissed at Rarity, I saw it in her face, but when she looked at me, her expression changed to one who was about to enjoy the dancing. I felt something in my stomach, a feeling I had never experienced, and butterflies in my stomach. But I still told myself, she’s an animal, she isn’t human. But did she have to be human to be loved?
Just when my head was about to explode, Rarity told me to get changed into the tuxedo. I went to the bathroom and put on the tuxedo, I also changed my hair a bit with some hair gel and when I looked at the mirror, the farmer was gone and a gentleman took its place.
I stepped out of the bathroom and when the two ponies looked at me, I saw their mouths hanging open from amazement. “Who are you and what have you done with Jack.” Rainbow joked. I did feel very proud of my tuxedo. Rarity took a CD and put it the radio. It was ballroom and tango music. I was told to take Rainbow’s forelegs and place my right hand on her back, but I did have to lower myself a bit to be at the same height as her. She needed to put her left hoof on my back and with our free hand/hoof we needed to hold each other. Then came my feet, I needed to step forward with my left foot, then with my right foot and after that, I needed to turn to the left. Rainbow needed to mirror all my moves. The next step was a little slide to the right, followed by putting all my weight on my left foot, doing a clockwise turn and bringing my feet back together. We needed to repeat this until we could do it without thinking about it. We were dancing passionately and I looked into her beautiful magenta eyes, she looked back into mine. We didn’t break eye contact for one minute and she leaned in forward to kiss me. I also leaned in but just at the last moment I pulled my head away, I wanted to kiss her, but I just couldn’t, the thought that she was still an animal never left my head. She opened her eyes and I saw she was creating some tears. She let go of my hands and ran outside, soon followed with flying away. I immediately regretted what I’ve done and ran after her but it was to no avail, she was already gone.
“I’m so stupid.” I said to myself, Rarity standing next to me.
“Don’t worry, I will talk to her, but you need to know that you need to find a girlfriend of your own kind.”
In one way I knew this was true, but another part of me wanted to be with Rainbow Dash. “I know.” I replied.
There was no time for thinking because the ball would begin in two hours and it was a one hour drive. So without seeing Rainbow Dash again I left, with some great dance moves but with a broken heart. Somehow I knew Rainbow had the same broken feeling as me, but our difference as a species was too big, I decided to leave it behind for now and to try and focus on the ball.
(8PM) I arrived and saw that it was a giant ball, but it was no ordinary ball, it was a competition. I stepped out of my car and when I did that, I saw everyone looking at me, some with amazement, others with jealousy. It was then that I noticed a beautiful young, blonde lady. She was wearing a red tango dress accompanied by a pair of red tango shoes. She was the most beautiful woman I ever laid eyes upon and she was looking at me with the same expression. I walked towards her, determined to have a conversation.
“Hello there, my lady, I’m Jack.” I said, full with confidence.
“I know who you are, Jack.” She answered with a smooth voice and eyes that, if they looked at you, would make you melt.
“You do?” I asked, puzzled.
“You don’t recognize me? It’s me, Kate.”
“Kate? Oh yeah, Kate, from high school. Wow, you changed a lot.” I was happy to see an old friend, and my crush, back.
“I’m not the only one who has changed, look at you, quite the gentleman. Let’s have a drink at the bar” she said, happy to see her friend again.
I gave her my arm, which she gladly accepted, and together we walked to the bar. She ordered a martini and I ordered a shot of tequila. We talked what had happened since we departed ways. I told her that I had become a farmer, that Hugo had died and that I blamed it on myself, but the part about the ponies I didn’t say. She told me that she stopped studying and became a professional tango dancer. She wanted me to become her partner in the competition. I tried to refuse because I’ m not good at tango but my protests were to no avail, she went to the reception and registered us as a couple that would dance in the Argentinian tango. And so the night passed, but then it was our time to dance. I felt really stressed I don’t think I’ve been this stressed since my last final in high school. I remembered the instructions Rarity gave and to my surprise the dance went pretty well. During our dance I felt that there was only me and Kate and when I looked into her eyes, I could feel butterflies in my stomach, just the same as with Rainbow Dash. Then it hit me, Rainbow Dash. If I got into a relationship with Kate then it felt that I was betraying Rainbow, but Kate was the same species as me. I finished the dance and thanked Kate for the wonderful evening, I didn’t even want to hear which place we had. I left the ball and drove back home to Rainbow Dash, to the one I truly loved.
When I arrived, I saw Rarity standing at the entrance of my house. “Well, how did it go?” She asked curiously.
“It was good, but I still don’t have a girlfriend.” I said, leaving the fact behind that I almost had a relationship with Kate.
“I’m sorry darling, but I’m sure you will find someone.”
“Where’s Rainbow Dash?” I asked, not wanting to talk about my evening.
“She went back into your house. She didn’t want to talk about what happened.”
I said goodbye to Rarity and thanked her again for the tuxedo and went inside my house. When I was inside, I saw Rainbow sleeping on the couch; she clearly didn’t want to sleep in the same bed as me anymore. She was sleeping without a blanket so I placed one on her and kissed her on the head. I sat into the chair close to the fireplace and thought about what happened, the tuxedo, the crying of Rainbow and the ball. It was one hell of a day. I left my hand hanging outside of the chair and I could feel a head touching my hand. It was Rainbow, but her head was turned away from me. I let out a small sigh and continued to stroke her mane. It was silent for 5 minutes, but then Rainbow spoke.
“Did you enjoy your evening?” She asked in a tone pretty much the same as Fluttershy’s.
“I did enjoy it, but I haven’t found a girlfriend.” I said, looking at her, but she still not looking at me.
“I’m sorry.” She said, I could hear a tear dropping on the ground.
“Because I already have a girlfriend.” I was smiling.
This made her look at me with a puzzled face. “What do you mean?”
“You are my girlfriend. After I danced with my crush I had to make a decision: you or her. I chose you, I’ve just known you for one week, but it seems like it’s been all my life. I want to grow old with you, even if we are different species.” I could see a smile appearing on her face and some tears of joy, I think.
She sprang on my lap. “You really want to be my boyfriend, my special somepony, or somebody in this case?”
“Yes, I do.” We leaned in close and closed our eyes. Our lips coming closer together until I felt our lips touching each other. This was my first kiss with Rainbow and I enjoyed it more than anything.
I lifted her up and got up, it was late and it was time for bed. I laid her on the bed and I changed my tuxedo for my pajamas and went into bed, lying next to her. She began cuddling with me and it did feel pretty good. “I love you.” She said, close to my ear. “I love you too.” I said, close to her ear. And so we both drifted into a peaceful sleep. I now knew that these ponies weren’t animals, they were people just like me, but a little different.
Another week passed and my foot was fully healed, Twilight’s magic sure did some wonders. Rainbow also grew closer to me, she wanted to protect me from everything. I assured her that everything was fine and that she didn’t have to worry. This made her lower her guard, but she was still always following me, except when I went to the bathroom.
It was a normal morning. Rainbow and I were playing games on the PlayStation 3, I was playing and she was watching, because her hooves couldn’t hold a controller. She did encourage me when I was playing games or laughing at me when I failed miserably. We were already staring 2 hours at the TV, sometimes took a break to eat or to go to the toilet. We had much fun until we heard a small ticking on my door.
I paused the game and went to the door. I opened it and saw a little yellow Pegasus standing at my feet, looking down. “Can I come in?” She asked shyly, still looking down. I got out of her way and she came in.
“Is something wrong?” I asked, this wasn’t the normal Fluttershy. She said nothing and jumped on the couch, I sat down beside her. Rainbow was sitting on the floor, we both exchanged puzzled looks.
“It’s…it’s… it’s horrible, I miss Angel so much.” She began crying, her head pressed against my chest. I pressed my hand against her back and looked at Rainbow, for a moment she had a jealous look on her face, but this was immediately replaced by a curious look. I then placed both my hands on her face and made her look up, our eyes met.
“If you miss him so much, then why didn’t you want to go back?” I stared directly into her eyes. Her tears went down her cheeks before dropping on my lap. She found her voice and spoke.
“Because these animals need me a lot more than the animals in Equestria, but I miss Angel.” She cried again. I stroked her mane and said comforting words; I saw that Rainbow felt sorry for her friend.
“Well, pack your things. We’re going on a camping trip to find your new pet.” She looked up; I saw happiness in her eyes, together with some tears.
“Do you really want to do that?” She was already hugging me, well, squeezing would be a better word. She finally let go and I managed to breathe, Rainbow was just laughing on the ground.
“Yes, I do. Now go pack some things, we’ll leave in half an hour.” She ran outside towards her cottage. I closed the door and packed Rainbow and my things. After that was finished, I went to the 4 other mares to ask if they would come to. Only Applejack and Rarity couldn’t come, because they were busy with their work. It was just Fluttershy, Rainbow, Pinkie, Spike, Twilight and me. We would be back in two days. When everyone was ready, we hopped into the car and drove to the camping place where I lost Hugo. It wasn’t time to keep looking at the past, it was time to move on and I’m sure Hugo would want that too.

It was midday when we arrived at the parking. It was still a half an hour walk until we would reach the camping spot. I had a bag pack and the rest had saddlebags, Spike had a very small backpack. I made two rules: no magic and no wings, only in emergencies. They all agreed and we began walking.
We arrived at the camping spot and I immediately set up the tent. Twilight came to me and asked if I wanted help. I, of course, said yes, because setting up the tents was one of the hardest things on a camping trip. The rest searched for some food while Twilight and I were now, literally, wrestling with the tent.
“Can’t I use my magic, just this once?” I looked at her and gave her a ‘don’t you dare’ look. She immediately knew that she had to do it the old way and after some thinking and calming down the tent was ready and so were the other tents.
When the rest returned with food, it was time for a late midday snack. Everyone got one apple and began eating. While they were eating, I slowly walked away, to the cliff where Hugo died. I sat at the side of the cliff, it was strong enough to hold me. I sat there for five minutes, tears began forming in my eyes, the memory was still as painful as on that faithful day. I heard the steps of a pony, I looked behind me and saw Rainbow standing there.
“Do you mind if I sit next to you?” She asked, calmly.
“Not at all.” I said with a little smile while trying to hide my tears. She came closer and sat down next to me, her head resting against my shoulder.
“It was here wasn’t it? This was the place where Hugo died.” I couldn’t hold my tears back and began crying. She gave me a big hug, trying to calm me.
And so time passed, me crying and Rainbow calming me down. We talked a bit about Hugo and all the things we did together, like our pranks in school. I felt relieved to finally open my heart to someone else. When I managed to stop crying we went back to the camp, I’m sure going to be visiting this cliff again.
At the camp everything was alright, Twilight was reading, Spike was sleeping, Pinkie was being Pinkie and Fluttershy was looking at the animals. “So, Fluttershy. Have you already made a selection which animal you’re going to take?” I asked, my sadness was gone, for now.
“Well, I’ve seen a bunny who looked just like Angel, now I just need to win his trust.” She pointed with her hoof at a little white bunny. When she did that it got scared and ran away. Fluttershy gasped and ran after it, I ran after Fluttershy and soon the whole group was running after Fluttershy, deeper into the forest.
After five minutes of running everyone was tired and so we stopped. The strange thing was that the bunny also stopped, when I looked behind the bunny I saw a great brown bear standing there.
“Slowly… back… away… now.” I spoke quietly and slowly, not wanting to startle the bear. Everyone went slowly backwards, but then there was Pinkie. She just jumped in front of the bear, the bear roared in Pinkie’s face. “Run!” I screamed.
Everyone ran, even Pinkie who was now scared like hell. “Forget the rules, use your magic and wings.” I said, running for my life. Rainbow immediately took off and Twilight shot some magical beams at the bear, the only thing the bear did was sneeze. I noticed that we lost one pony and that the bear also stopped. We lost Fluttershy.
I ran back towards the bear, only to see that he had cornered Fluttershy. Just when he was about to bite Fluttershy, I grabbed her and ran away with her, luckily she wasn’t so heavy. The bear was still on our tail and managed to tear a sleeve off and some skin from my arm. Then came Rainbow with the rescue, She dove down and pushed her hind hooves right into the bear’s face. I fell down unconscious, the only thought in my head being ‘we’re safe’. I sat Fluttershy back down, right when I did that a small white bunny came towards her. It seemed that defeating the bear was the key to gaining that bunny’s trust. She took the bunny and placed it on her back, and we slowly walked back towards the camping spot.
When we arrived, we saw that the rest of them were already there. I looked at my watch and saw that it was 6PM, time for dinner. At home I made some daisy sandwiches for everyone, and Spike and I ate some salad. When the sun set, we made a campfire and told some stories, Twilight about the time that she saved her brother from the evil queen, Rainbow told about how she managed to do a Sonic Rainboom, Pinkie told us about her parties, Spike about his time with the dragons and Fluttershy said nothing, as she was too busy with her bunny. I told them about my high school life.
It soon was 11PM and it was time to go to sleep, tomorrow we would go swimming. I haven’t told them so it would be a surprise. Everyone retired to their tent, Rainbow sleeping with me. The tent wasn’t that large so we had to lie close to each other, but I didn’t mind, I liked it. I was so tired of our encounter with the bear that I drifted into sleep immediately.

I could feel the warmth of the sun through the fabric of the tent; it was the warmth that had awoken me. I turned around to wake her up, but to my surprise she wasn’t there. I opened the tent and got out, as sleeping with your clothes on is pretty uncomfortable. I looked up at the sky and saw Rainbow flying, she had ignored my no flying rule, and I decided she should be the first to swim.
“Rainbow, I said no flying.” I yelled at her, so she could hear me. She looked at me and with an apologetic grin she landed in front of me.
“I just needed to stretch my wings.” That was no excuse; she was going to get a nasty surprise.
Just when I was about to explain what I had in mind for her, the other ponies came out of their tents. Not wanting to spoil the surprise, I let it drop and began making the breakfast. It was again sandwiches, but now with roses for the ponies, and for Spike and me a sandwich with some chocolate.
When everyone was finished with their breakfast, I told them to follow me. They followed me and after 10 minutes we arrived at the lake. They all looked surprised and Rainbow was the first to speak.
“Why are we here?” She asked, looking at me. I just went to her and grabbed her, I walked towards the lake and stopped at the beginning of the lake.
“Because you’re going for a swim.” Before she could react, I threw her into the air. She was too late to use her wings and fell into the water. When was again at the surface, she spoke.
“You jerk!” She yelled, her mane hanging in front of her eyes. Meanwhile I was busy trying to grab another pony to throw into the water. In 5 minutes everyone, except Twilight was in the water. I ran after Twilight, but she did something nasty. She levitated me into the air and towards the lake. I gave her a ‘please don’t’ look, but it was to no avail. The magic stopped and I fell into the water.
“Hah, how do you like that?” Rainbow asked me mockingly, I just was watching Twilight and to my surprise she walked into the water. We enjoyed it for about half a day, playing in the water, lying on the ‘beach’. At midday it was time to return home, we packed our things and put it into the car. Everyone got in the car and we left, back to the farm with a new pet for Fluttershy.

When the sun began to set we arrived back home, everyone was tired and went straight towards home, Fluttershy thanked me again before returning home. Rainbow and I went into our own home. I was too tired to do anything else so I washed myself, put on my pyjamas and went to bed. Rainbow needed some time to get all the lake water out of her mane and coat, then she also went to bed. In bed we talked about everything that happened the past days and giving each other a kiss before departing to dreamland.
I stood again in that large field from a week ago, it was the exact same spot. I looked around, farm: check, village: check, forest: check, wolf: oh no, not again. I saw Rainbow going to the forest. “Not this time”, I told myself. I sprinted towards Rainbow and grabbed her, running as far away from the wolf as possible. I managed to save her, but then I saw that large white pony with her long mane.
“Give my pony back.” She yelled and flew after me. I ran as fast as I could, sometimes looking behind me, only to see that she was getting closer to me. Like the clumsy person I am, I tripped over a rock while letting go of Rainbow. She fled and I laid on my back. The white pony landed in front of me. “Now you die.” She pushed her horn in my chest and again everything went black.

I immediately awoke, but I couldn’t move my arms, Rainbow was holding them. I was covered in sweat and I looked at her, her face had a very worried expression. She let go of my arms and laid herself on my chest.
“I had to hold you, it seemed that you were having a spasm. Did you have that dream again?” I moved my hands through her mane, I knew this dream had to mean something, otherwise it wouldn’t return. After I calmed down, I spoke.
“Yes, thanks for holding me.” She just shook her head.
“This time it seemed much worse, I want to know the dream. It would get better if you would just tell me.” She looked at me, her beautiful pink eyes had the ‘please’ look. I moved my hand over her back and began, but I didn’t know how she was going to react.
“Well, I stood in a field, a farm to my left, a village just in front of me and behind me a forest. In the forest is a wolf, it’s made of timber and there’s a pony walking near the forest, that pony is you.” Her eyes widened a bit, but I continued with my story. “In the first dream I walked towards you, but you didn’t see and hear me until I you were just in front of me. You looked up at me and ran away, towards the forest and the wolf. I saw the wolf sprinting towards you. I screamed, but I was too late, it had already grabbed you and dragged you into the forest. Then, a large white pony/horse landed next to me, she pushed me on the ground and pressed her horn against my chest, everything went black.”
“Oh my.” That was all she could say, her look changed to a shocked look and her hoof was in front of her mouth.
“Wait, now comes the second dream. The second dream was in the same place, the wolf was there and so were you. I decided not to risk it again and just sprinted towards you, I grabbed you and ran away with you under my arm. But then came that white horse/pony, she wanted you back. I tripped and landed on my back, you fled. The white horse/pony came towards me and said I was going to die, then she pushed her horn in my chest, actually killing me, after that the dream ended.” Rainbow was silent for 10 seconds before she finally spoke.
“Well, I think that white alicorn is Princess Celestia, but why you have that dream, I don’t know. We should ask Twilight later this day, but for now let’s get some sleep.” Instead of just lying on her normal side of the bed, she snuggled very close to me and put her wings over me. I thought this dream couldn’t be good news, and, not wanting to think anymore about it, I pulled Rainbow closer to me and drifted again into a sleep.

Rainbow and I stood before Twilight’s door, our morning was a normal morning, waking up, showering, breakfast and getting ready for the day. However, today everything was earlier than normal. Rainbow wanted answers, even if she had to wake her friend. She knocked on the door and kept knocking until she saw Twilight coming down the stairs, with an expression that could kill people. She opened the door and Rainbow ran inside, I followed.
“Rainbow, it’s 6AM. There are some people who still want to sleep.” I looked at Twilight, she was very pissed. Rainbow just sat on the couch and began talking.
“Jack has some dreams that always return, normally this is nothing to worry about, but the strange thing is he dreams about me killed by a timber wolf, Princess Celestia killing him and somehow this all takes place in Equestria, but he’s never seen Equestria, so how can he know how it looks?” Rainbow was freaking out. Twilight looked at me, she was studying me.
“Lie down.” That was all she said, I just did what she wanted me to do and lay down on the ground. She came towards me and pressed her horn against my head, she was searching for the dream. After 5 minutes she broke contact, she shook her head.
“I don’t know what the dream means, the only thing I can deduct is that something is going to happen, it can be something good or something bad.” She looked exhausted, it seemed that diving into my dream had taken quite the energy. Just when she was about to pass out, I grabbed her and went with her upstairs. Spike was still sleeping and Twilight was at the edge of unconsciousness. I laid her in bed and put the blanket over her, she immediately slept. I went downstairs and motioned Rainbow that we were going to leave. It was then that we bumped into Applejack.
“Hey Jack, ah was just searchin’ for you. There’s a storm comin’, ah can feel it, but ah need help with picking the apples before the storm is here.” She looked nervous.
“Fine by me. Rainbow, delay the storm as long as you can, I will help Applejack.” Rainbow showed a salute and flew away.
“That’s mighty nice of ya. Now come, we don’t have much time.” And so we both ran towards her farm. She didn’t have as much apple trees as in Equestria, but there were at least 50 apple trees, this was going to take some time.
With the calculations in my head, I figured we had about 2 hours to pick every apple before all hell broke loose. We worked as fast as we could and when the storm arrived we still had to pick 15 apple trees. I saw Rainbow flying towards me.
“Well, the storm’s here. Can I help?” She landed next to me.
“Do you really have to ask?” I replied sarcastically. She pointed her tongue at me and got to work. She picked the apples I couldn’t reach. I looked at Applejack, her sweat was merging with the rain. I looked behind her, streams of mud and water were forming. If don’t hurry we would be caught in a muddy swamp, this was one hell of a storm.
After five minutes the storm grew in size and strength. The wind became harder and there was more rain, but there was one positive thing, we were busy with the last tree. But then came the inevitable, a large branch broke loose from a tree and hit Rainbow on her back, breaking her left wing. She fell down and splashed into the mud. I immediately rushed over to her, she was crying from pain.
“Aaahh… it hurts.” I had never seen her in so much pain, I felt really sorry for her.
“Shh…” I comforted. “Applejack, I’m going home, Rainbow needs medical attention.” Applejack nodded, every apple had been picked. I took Rainbow and placed her over my shoulder, like with a baby. I had never run so hard in my life, Rainbow was still screaming in pain.
Rainbow and I were completely drenched when we arrived home, but that didn’t matter, all that mattered was helping Rainbow. I placed her on the bed, she screamed less, but she was still in pain. I grabbed my first aid kit and took out a stick, some bandages and some tape. I touched her wing and she almost bit me. I looked at her.
“Rainbow, please. I’m going to help you, just calm down.” She gave me an angry look.
“Easy for you to say, you didn’t break something.” She growled back.
“No, but I did get shot. Trust me, I know in how much pain you’re in.” That shuts her up. I touched her wing again, but she stayed calm.
I placed the stick under her left wing, so she couldn’t pull it to her side. Once the stick was in place, I wrapped it up in bandages and to make sure everything stayed that way I taped it. I took her up and placed her on the ground. She looked at her wing and tried to move it a little, but it didn’t move, I was proud of my work. It was a little inconvenient to move around the house with an extended wing, but she managed to maneuver through the house. Then it was time to wash her, she couldn't do it herself, because otherwise she could hurt her wing. I washed her and she didn't feel embarrassed, she trusted me, after 10 minutes she was as clean as a pony can be. When it was time for bed, we had a problem. It was hard to sleep in a bed with a Pegasus who’s wing easily occupies the whole bed.
“I’ll sleep on the couch, you can have the bed.” I said to her, we were both standing in the bedroom. I looked at her, she was shaking her head and smiled at me.
“No, I want you near me, when I’m with you, I feel safe. Even now with the wing, I screamed in pain, but you just kept your cool and patched me up and I’m very grateful for that. So, don’t you have a cot or something? I need you near me.” Her words made me blush a little, but she spoke from her heart.
“ Maybe in the garage, I think my father’s army cot is somewhere over there.”
I left the bedroom and went to my garage, my garage was a mess. After 5 minutes of throwing stuff around I found my father’s cot. Memories began flooding my mind, memories of when he played baseball with me when I was 10 or the memories when he taught me how to ride a bike and then came the memory of the day that I received a letter that said that my father had died for his country. My mom was broken by it and on one night, when I was 16, she was driving home and she committed suicide by driving off a bridge, leaving me alone. I’m just 18, but I’ve seen many people pass away. Wiping the tears from my eyes, I returned to the bedroom with the cot. Rainbow was looking at me.
“What took you so long… Did you cry? I put the cot down and sat on the bed. She sat next to me.
“I… just relived some memories, when my father was still here.” I said, looking down. My vision towards the ground was interrupted by two pink eyes.
“Oh, I’m sorry. You said that he died in a war?” She kissed me on the cheek and rested her head on my shoulder.
“He died in Iraq, he and his squad were ordered to attack some Iraqi soldiers in a building. They didn’t know the building was full with soldiers, it was a massacre.” A tear dropped on the ground, another tear wanted to fall, but Rainbow placed her hoof on my cheek and wiped the tear away. I looked at her and smiled at her. We both leaned in and gave each other a kiss. After 10 seconds we broke the kiss.
“I’m sure he smiles from the afterlife, because you found happiness.” She smiled at me.
“I think you’re right.” With that I got up and placed the cot next to the bed, as close as possible to her. I went to the bathroom and changed into my pyjamas, I took a blanket and placed it on the cot. Rainbow was already under her blankets. I did the same, only I needed to lie on a cot. When I was finally lying comfortably, she extended her right fore hoof to me, which I gladly accepted, so that way we would still have a connection. I really had one special girlfriend.
An End Once and For All: The Happy End
I was lying in my bed, thinking about the decision the ponies would have to make. It had been two weeks since the storm and it seemed that Rainbow’s wing was almost back to normal. This was the last week that the spell would be active, the ponies needed to make a decision and fast. I want them to stay, because they are my friends and I can’t leave Rainbow. But on the other side I want them to leave, they have friends and family in their world. If I was trapped in their world, then I would want to return to my world, I would want to go back to my friends and family. It’s not an easy decision, that I know, but it has to be made real soon.
Knowing that I wouldn’t sleep anymore, I quietly got out of bed and went to my kitchen. I needed a drink, but no Scotch or I will pass out again. I went to the fridge and opened it. It seemed there was some Red wine that will do. I took the bottle and a glass, poured the red liquid in the glass and sat on the couch. When I drank I heard hooves stepping behind me. I turned around and saw Rainbow with a smirk on her face.
“Well, well, well, are we drinking again? If you don’t die from alcohol poisoning than I don’t know how you will die” She giggled and sat next to me on the couch, she laid her head on my lap. I stroked her mane, she liked that.
“Do you want to get rid of me?” I replied with a playful grin. She looked up at me with a sad expression on her face.
“No, not at all, but I’ve a feeling that things will change soon.” Her eyes began to water, she began crying. I pulled her into a hug, it seemed to calm her.
“I know Rainbow, I know. When it’s morning we’ll go to Twilight, we’re going to think of a solution.” She gave me a false smile, but deep inside I knew there wasn’t a solution, I had to let go of her.
“Alright then, now let’s get some more sleep.” She pushed me down on the couch and laid herself on my chest. It felt good to have her on my chest, one last time.

It was 7 AM and Rainbow and I were walking towards Twilight’s house. We haven’t eaten anything, we were too nervous. We knocked on Twilight’s door and to our surprise it instantly opened. We went inside and saw that Twilight was reading a scroll. It was the scroll with the spell on it. She went towards Rainbow and hugged her; it seemed that Rainbow was crying.
“Do we… really have to… leave?” She said between sobs, Twilight also began to cry. I just felt my stomach turning.
“I’m sorry Rainbow, but we have to. Who knows what happened in Equestria? Not to mention that our friends and family are probably worried sick about us. As much as I love being here, we just have to...” With those words I knew that this was my last day with Rainbow. My eyes began to water by just thinking how empty my life would be without her. “Now, I want you to leave and enjoy your last day with Jack. You need to be back here at 7 PM, then we’re going to… leave.”
“Ok. Come on, Jack. We’re going to enjoy our last day together.” She walked out of the library and I followed her, I could hear Twilight sobbing lightly.
We really enjoyed our last day together. We first walked in the woods, it was her last time she would see the nature of Earth. After our walk we drove to the place where Hugo died, she wanted to say goodbye to him and it felt good to be there again. Thanks to the ponies I managed to accept Hugo’s dead. I also took some lunch with me since it was a two hour drive. When lunch was over Rainbow showed me her famous Sonic Rainboom, and the shockwave knocked me to the ground. She flew down and helped me to get up.
“Wow, I didn’t know it was so strong.” I said, taking her hoof and slowly regaining my balance. She laughed a bit.
“I know, I don’t do it much, only when people ask me to or in an emergency.” We walked towards the car. When we arrived at the car she stopped. “Can we now do something a little more romantic?” She looked at me, a blush appearing on her cheek.
“I thought you would never ask.” We both hopped into the car and began kissing.

It was 6.45PM when we arrived at my farm. I looked at Rainbow; she had tears in her eyes. I gave her a hug and a quick kiss and we both hopped out of the car. It was quiet during our walk to the library, the intense silence only to be disrupted by Rainbow’s sobbing. I knocked on her door and Twilight opened. Rainbow and I went inside. I looked around, everypony was there, but there was a pony extra. I looked at her, she was that white alicorn from my dreams.
“Princess Celestia, what are you doing here?” Rainbow asked, her tears stopping and she bowed.
“My dear Rainbow Dash, I have just informed Twilight about a disaster in Manehattan. I told her that Equestria needs the elements of Harmony and that everypony needs to return.” Rainbow eyes began to water, she then flew into my arms.
“I don’t want to leave him.” She hugged me and I hugged her back.
“I know, and that’s why he’s coming with us.” She smiled at me, but my mind was still progressing what she had said.
“But I don’t want to leave… wait, what?” She stopped hugging and looked at Celestia.
“What?” Was my reaction.
This was followed by the other ponies in the room and Spike. “What?”
“He will go with us to Equestria, but not how he is, I will need to transform him a bit.”
I cocked an eyebrow at her. “Transform how?” I had a pretty clear idea what she wanted to do, but I wanted to make sure.
“You’re going to be a pony, you silly.” Pinkie spoke up, I felt I was going to faint.
Rainbow noticed this and jumped to the ground. “Um Jack, you don’t look so good.” I replied by shutting my eyes and falling on the ground.

It was dark when I opened my eyes. I was still lying on the floor, but I could see the moon shine through the windows. Well that was weird, the windows looked much higher. I turned my head to the right and felt like I was just hit by a truck. Rainbow stood next to me, she was nuzzling my face. I wanted to stroke her mane, but I couldn’t move my arms. When I managed to bring my arm next to my face, I looked at it.
“Look, my arm is now a foreleg.” I was still a bit sedated due to my fainting. It took me 10 seconds to realize that something was not right here. “AAAH, MY ARM IS A FORELEG!” I screamed out, the energy came back to me and I began to move everything of my new body. Rainbow laid down on me, to calm me down.
“Shh, you’re just a pony.” I looked at her, at her warm smile. That calmed me down.
“Rainbow, this is not me, I’m not a pony, I’m human.” She came closer to my face.
“Not anymore, you’re a pony and you’re my pony.” She kissed me on my lips.
One side of me told me that this was all wrong, but another side of me told me I had to embrace it. I chose the second side. I embraced Rainbow and heard some d’awwws. All the ponies, except Celestia and Spike, were melting from the cuteness that was displaying itself in front of their eyes. After our little intimate moment Rainbow got off me and I tried to stand up, but realized that I couldn’t.
“It will take some time to get used to your 4 legs and your wings.” Celestia said when she saw me struggling to get up.
“Wait, what wings?” I looked at Rainbow, she grabbed the wings, that were now on my sides, and opened them, that felt good. I looked at my now opened wings, they had to be at least 2 meters in length and it seemed it was feathered, just like birds. I contracted my wings. “Do you want to do that again?” She chuckled.
“When we’re home, Casanova.” I now looked at Celestia.
“Well, now that the display is over,” I blushed a bit at that and so did Rainbow. “Let me tell you what I did to you. As you have probably realized by now, you’re a pony, a Pegasus to be exact. Because you have a relationship with Rainbow Dash, I decided to take you with us to Equestria, because I hate to break the hearts of my subjects. You shall learn how to walk and how to fly in Equestria, because we don’t have any time to lose. I will speak the spell in 5 minutes, if you need anything from your house, then ask Rainbow Dash to retrieve it.” When she said that, I looked at Rainbow and motioned her over.
“Could you get me my picture of Hugo, the picture of my parents, my bottle of Scotch and the handgun of my father?” She nodded and flew off. When Celestia heard handgun, she tried to stop her, but Rainbow was already gone. She looked at me.
“Normally weapons are forbidden in Equestria, but because it’s your father’s, I’ll let it slip this time, do you promise not to use it?”
“I promise.” She nodded and went back to preparing the spell.
After 3 minutes Rainbow was back. In her hooves were the pictures I asked, the lovely bottle of Scotch and my father’s gun. She laid everything in front of me. I now noticed that I was lying next to a mirror, I decided to see how I look. I was a light brown Pegasus with a dark brown mane and tail and brown eyes. Rainbow lay next to me and then I noticed that I was slightly taller, but I also noticed that my flank was blank, but I had time to worry about that later. I heard that Celestia was ready and I slowly crawled towards the door, wanting to see my own world for one last time. And there it was in all its glory, I watched it for a moment, a tear rolling down my cheek and looked towards Celestia, I nodded and she nodded back. I grabbed my stuff and Dash grabbed me, then I could hear the princess of the sun speak the final words. There was a huge white flash which lasted for 5 seconds. After it was gone I could see I landed on some dirt in a colorful world, a new world.

It was a normal day in Ponyville and everyone was doing their job. Rainbow Dash was keeping the clouds out of Ponyville and occasionally taking a nap. Pinkie pie was helping in the bakery making cupcakes and, of course, eating them. Rarity was designing a new dress for her new fashion line called: ‘Rarity’s Prestige’ and Spike was helping her with the dress. Applejack was on the market selling her apples, apple pie, apple cupcakes, … well you get the idea. And Fluttershy was helping the animals. But there was one pony who wasn’t doing her job and that was Twilight Sparkle. She said to Spike he could go to Rarity's while she cleaned the library but while she was cleaning she stumbled upon a book about transportation spells, she was so intrigued by it that she decided to read it.
At the same time, in another universe was I, Jack, an 18 year old guy who lived on his own farm. I just finished school and moved out of the house of my parents to buy a farm. I always wanted to live on the countryside and with a farm I could make some money. But there was a catch, I had no employees and with this economy finding good and hardworking people is like searching for a needle in a haystack. I decided to just wait a bit and see if the economy gets better. Because I had nothing better to do I decided to surf a bit on the internet. While I was on YouTube I saw an advertisement for an animated TV show called: ‘My Little Ponies: Friendship is Magic.’ I clicked on it and came on a site where I could choose an episode, I chose the first one. After watching the first episode I said:
“Well, this quite a good show.” I decided to watch some more.
Back in Ponyville Twilight was done reading the book.
“ This book is very good, with the spell I learned I can teleport to my friends without even knowing where they are,” she said. “ I want to see if it works.”
She concentrated on the face of Rainbow Dash and while her horn began to glow, she said: “Come on, concentrate on Rainbow.” And just as she was ready to be teleported to Rainbow she realized that she was usually in the air. “Uh-oh.” She said but it was too late and she was already being teleported.
In the outskirts of Ponyville was Rainbow Dash, she was resting on a cloud. She heard a small plop but thought nothing of it until she heard a scream. “RAIIIIINBOOOOWW!!!” This made Rainbow jump and then she saw Twilight falling. “ I’m coming!!” She yelled. Rainbow flew down as fast as she could and luckily she caught Twilight in mid-air.
“ Thank you, I owe you my life.” Twilight said.
“ Don’t mention it,” Rainbow said with a wink. “But tell me, how come you were in the air because you don’t have any wings and we both saw that now.”
“ Well, I found a transportation spell that could transport me to any of my friends, but I was a little too late to realize that you were in the air.” Twilight replied.
Rainbow putted Twilight down on the ground. “ Twilight, you are smart, but sometimes you’re also an idiot.” Rainbow said while ruffling in Twilight’s hair.
“ I know,” she replied and putting her hair back the way it was. “Do you want to see what Fluttershy is doing?”
“ Yeah, I guess since you have already woken me from my sleep.” Rainbow said with a smirk on her face.
Twilight didn’t notice the smirk because she was already concentrating on Fluttershy and after two seconds they were gone.
Fluttershy was busy with her animals at her house when she he heard a voice. “ Hi Fluttershy.”
Fluttershy jumped up, too scared to even see who it was.
“ Calm down, it’s just me and Twilight.” Rainbow said.
Fluttershy, now calmed down, looked at Rainbow and Twilight. “ Geez, it’s just you guys, stop scaring me so much okay?”
“ Okay,” Twilight said. “ What were you doing?”
“ Oh, I was just making a new nest for a family of birds.” She replied.
“ Can we help?” Twilight asked.
“ But of course.” Fluttershy said with delight.
After 30 minutes of work the nest was finished. “ Do you want to go to Rarity with us, I’m going to use my transportation spell.”
“ I don’t see why not.” Fluttershy replied. And *poof* they were gone.
Rarity was busy with her dress and Spike was giving her the materials she required when she heard that her door opened.
“ We’re not yet open.” She said.
“ Rarity, it’s just us.” Twilight replied.
“ Oh, and is there a specific reason why you’re all here?” Rarity asked.
“ Well I learned a new spell, a transportation spell that can transport you to any of your friends and I want to show it to all my friends, so do you want to come with us to Pinkie Pie?” Twilight asked with puppy eyes.
“ Darling, I’d love to but this dress really needs to be finished before tomorrow.” She said, hoping her friends would help her.
“ We want to help” Twilight said.
“ You want, okay then,” She said. “ Twilight, I want you in that dress. Rainbow Dash, you help Spike with handing over the materials and Fluttershy, you help me with the measurements.
They all did what they had been told and after one hour the dress was ready. “Are we ready girls and Spike of course?” Twilight asked.
Everyone said yes and then they were gone, now to Pinkie Pie.
Pinkie Pie was very busy with… eating cupcakes when she heard her friends.
“ What are you guys doing here?” She asked while eating another cupcake.
Twilight did her story again about her spell and asked if she could help with something.
“ Nope, everything is done.” Pinkie said, still eating cupcakes.
“ Oh, that’s good, you want to come with us to Applejack?” Twilight asked.
Pinkie agreed and they were gone, now to applejack.
Applejack was busy selling her products because the farm really needed some renovation, when she saw Twilight and her group appearing before her.
“ Oh mah Celestia, ya scared me there sugarcube.” Applejack said while gasping for air.
“ I’m sorry, but now you’ve seen what my spell can do, it’s a transportation spell.” Twilight said proudly
“ Now that’s all very interesting, sugarcube but ah have a stand to run, tell ya what if you guys help me with selling then ah can spend the rest of the day with you guys, deal?” Applejack said.
“ Deal” Twilight said happily.
They have been selling for one hour and then the whole stock was empty. Twilight thought to herself that with all the help she has given to her friends, she sure would write one giant letter to the princess.
“ I’m exhausted, are you ready now?” Twilight asked. “ I want to go back to the library with all of you to find some fun spells.”
“ Yep, sugarcube, everything is finished.” Applejack answered happily.
“ Okay, everyone around me, I’m going to transport us all back to my library.”
They all stepped closer to Twilight but just as they were going to be transported, something happened to the spell and they disappeared into nothing.
In our world, I had no idea what happened in Ponyville. I had just finished some episodes and was about to turn my computer off but then something happened, my computer screen began flashing and it turned off. I looked away from the computer, because of the flashes but when I turned back I saw something sitting on my lap. When my vision focused I saw that it was Twilight Sparkle who was sitting on my lap. I looked around the room and saw the rest of Twilight’s friends and even Spike.
“ po… po… po.. ponies!!!” I yelled.
I saw they were a terrified of me as I of them.

Ain't no party like a Pinkie Pie party
I stood in a large field feeling the wind in my hair. The sun was setting, but it still felt warm. Next to me was a forest I hadn’t seen before. I could see a creature standing at the edge of the forest, it was a wolf made of timber. I looked around and saw a little village and a bit further a farm. This seemed like a nice place. I sat down, but I heard a voice. “Jack, where are you?” It was Rainbow’s voice. I saw her walking near the forest. I ran towards her. “I’m here.” I said, trying to get her attention, but it seemed like she didn’t hear me. I stopped just before her face, but she didn’t see me. “Rainbow, it’s me.” Now she was looking at me, but it wasn’t for long. She ran away, closer to the forest. I saw the wolf running towards her. “Noooo!” I screamed, but it was to no avail, she was already grabbed by the wolf and dragged inside the forest. I wanted to enter the forest, but a large white horse landed in front of me, her hair was going with the wind. She pushed me on the ground and pressed her horn against my chest, everything went black.

I woke up and looked at my clock: 3.28AM. I turned around to see if Rainbow was still lying next to me. She was, but she was looking at me with concerned eyes. It seemed that I had awoken her.
“Is everything alright?” I saw the worry in her eyes.
“Yes… it was… just a bad dream.” I said, still recovering from my nightmare.
“Do you want to talk about it?” She seemed calmer and laid her head back on the pillow.
It didn’t seem to be a good idea to say that she had been grabbed by a wolf, so I decided to take the safe way. “No, I’ll be fine, I’m just gonna watch some TV to set my mind on different things.”
I tried to get up, but I felt a hoof grabbing my arm. I looked back to see that Rainbow had her seductive face on. “You’re not going anywhere without a kiss.” She pulled me back into bed.
I complied and gave her a kiss, just when I was about to get off the bed, she gave me another one. She didn’t want to stop kissing and so it lasted for about 5 minutes. I didn’t want to kiss anymore; my mind was still stuck on the dream. When she tried to kiss me again, I quickly pulled away and she instantly gave me her ‘did I do something wrong’ look.
I knew exactly what she was trying to say. “No, you didn’t do anything wrong. I just… need some time alone to think my dream over.
She nodded and put her head back on the pillow. I went out of the room and closed the door. Instead of watching TV, I grabbed a bottle of Scotch and poured me a drink. What did that dream mean, is something going to happen to me or to Rainbow? Was it just a nightmare like any other? And who was that white horse? By the time I said to myself that it was just a nightmare, the bottle of Scotch was already half empty. I felt dizzy and I tried to get off of my chair. I stood up and began losing my balance.
“Oh God.” I said drunkenly and fell over. I didn’t even feel the fall as I was already asleep before I hit the ground.

I felt someone nuzzling my face, this was disturbed when I heard a voice. “You… wan… ge… up… ow. I didn’t even hear the sentence completely, I was wasted.
But with some willpower and some help, I got up and sat myself back in the chair that I was sitting on in the night. I opened my eyes, the light was very painful, and saw Rainbow standing in front of me. She was still trying to help me balance on my chair. I began to sober up.
“Now tell me what you really did in the night.” She was smiling, although a bit worried.
“I drank.” I replied with a drunken smile.
“I can see and smell that.” She chuckled. “Let’s get you into bed, it’s only 7AM.”
She helped me going to the bedroom and putting me back into bed. She laid some blankets over me and just stared at me. “It must have been a very bad dream to get you so drunk.” I barely even caught that sentence as I was already almost snoring. The last thing I felt was Rainbow laying against me.

I opened my eyes and my head felt like it had just been hit by an iron anvil. I slowly got up and I was surprised I could stand. I watched at my clock and read: 2PM. Damn, I’m never going to drink Scotch again. I looked around the room for Rainbow, but she wasn’t in the room. I went to my living room and saw her in the kitchen. She was preparing some food. Rainbow was humming a tune while she was cutting the carrots, the knife in her mouth. I just sat down on a chair, waiting for her to turn around. She was so beautiful, even with her back turned to me. She turned around, looking a bit surprised.
“So, you’re here and you don’t help me?” She smiled. “Well, I guess I can let it slip this time, but I expect a repayment.”
She placed a salad in front of me, together with a fork and a knife. “Don’t you eat?” I asked, because she was just sitting in front of me.
“I already have, but tell me why you were so drunk last night.” Her face was full of worry, she really cared about me.
“I don’t really want to talk about it.”
She said she understood, but one part of me wanted to tell her, because this wasn’t a normal nightmare. I ate some salad and wanted to compliment her about her cooking skills, but a pink pony prevented me from doing so. She came through the door, bouncing.
“Hey, I just came from Twilight and she told me to tell you guys to come to her house, something about a letter from the Princess.” She said this without even stopping to breathe.
Before I could answer, she was already gone, as quick as she came. I turned my head to Rainbow. “Your cooking skills are extraordinary, but right now I’m going to get changed.”
“I’ll wait for you outside."

We arrived at the tree, I still had some problems with balancing while crouched, but Rainbow helped me. Everyone was already in Twilight’s house and they seemed very active, Pinkie Pie style. We entered and Twilight immediately began.
“I received a letter from the Princess.” She was smiling. “Spike, read it.”
Spike did as he was told.
My faithful student, Twilight Sparkle.
I want to inform you that I’ve found a spell that could bring you and your friends back to Equistria, unfortunately the human can’t come with you. The decision is entirely up to you. You can find the spell at the end of this letter, do know that you have only one month to use the spell, otherwise you will be forever trapped in the human world.
Princess Celestia.
Nobody said anything, we just looked at each other. Twilight took the letter from Spike and read it again.
“Well, we can go home now.” Twilight said smiling, although it wasn’t very convincing.
“That’s… good.” I said, feeling sad. I had to give my friends and my lover back.
There was a silence, everyone looked at the ground, and even Pinkie was now silent. I could hear a small sobbing, it was Rainbow. She cried in front of her friends and they had a surprised look on their faces.
“Rainbow? Are you crying?” Twilight asked, stepping closer to Rainbow.
“Yes, I am crying!” She said angrily. “And you know why? Because just when I have a special someone, I need to leave.” Now she was crying her heart out. “I don’t want to leave. I want to stay here with him.” I said nothing.
“Actually, ah don’t want ta leave either. I like this place.” Applejack said.
“Me neither, I still need to throw a lot of parties. Pinkie was back her usual hyperactive self.
“I… um… I also don’t want to leave, these animals need more care than the animals in Equestria.” For once Fluttershy said her opinion.
“I want to open a fashion line under a false name; these people need some Rarity fashion.” Rarity was the last of the group to speak.
“Well, if everypony wants to stay here then who am I to complain, we’ll return to this decision in a month. Now, you two.” Twilight pointed a hoof at us. “I’m happy for you, but don’t you think it’s a bit strange to have a relationship between different species.”
Before Rainbow could even open her mouth, I already spoke. “I had the same feeling when I noticed that there was love hanging in the air, but I told myself that ponies are also people with feelings, they just look different.”
“I think this calls for a party, a ‘we can stay’ party and a ‘love’ party!” Pinkie Pie screamed.
Everyone agreed that a party was a good idea. Pinkie needed some party supplies, so I decided to go to the supermarket. Rainbow asked if she could come with me but I told her that wasn’t such a good idea. I told her that people would freak out if they saw her. She said she understood and so I went to the supermarket.

In the supermarket I saw a bottle of red wine; I thought it would be a good idea to have a romantic evening with Rainbow after the party. Now I just needed some balloons. I found the balloons and went to the checkout aisle, everything went fluently and so I exited the supermarket. As I approached my car, I saw a man walking towards me. He grabbed me by the neck and pushed my head against the car. There was no one on the parking and I couldn’t scream for help, because he pointed a gun at me.
“Give me your money!” He yelled in my ear.
I did what I was told and gave him my wallet. He lowered his gun to take my wallet and he accidently pulled the trigger. Bastard shot me in the foot. I screamed from pain. This alerted a nearby person who wanted to go to his car, he immediately ran towards me, the bastard had already fled.
“I’ll bring you to a hospital.” The man said.
“No, no hospitals, I hate hospitals. Just… drop me off at home, I have a first aid kit there.
“What about the bullet?” The man asked while he was putting me in the passenger seat of my car.
“My dad fought in the Iraq war, he told me how to remove a bullet. I can handle myself once I get home.”

And so the man brought me to my house. When we arrived I thanked him and he walked back to the supermarket, luckily my groceries weren’t stolen or I could say goodbye to my romantic evening with Rainbow, if it can continue. I entered my house and saw Rainbow smiling until she saw that my foot was covered in blood. She ran towards me and I sat down on a chair.
“What happened? You aren’t going to die, are you?”
“No, I’m not going to die. There was a man, he stole my wallet and shot me in the foot, oh God it hurts. Can you get the first aid kit from the kitchen?” She immediately ran towards the kitchen.
After a minute she spoke. “It’s not here.”
“Damn, then go get Twilight. Maybe she can do something.” She ran outside and flew towards Twilight’s house. I looked at my foot, it was worse than I thought and it hurt like hell.
In less than three minutes Rainbow was back and with Twilight. “That doesn’t look too good.” Twilight said.
“No shit, Sherlock. Sorry, but please could you get this bullet, it’s a small object that can kill people, out of my foot, my first aid kit is missing.
“Alright, I will try.” Twilight came closer to me and used her levitation magic on the bullet. She didn’t see where the bullet was so sometimes she touched a nerve, I screamed in pain. After a while the bullet was out of my foot, she levitated a blanket and wrapped it tightly around my foot to stop the bleeding.
“Well, that should stop the bleeding. How did it happen.” Twilight asked, sitting right in front of me. Rainbow was lying on the ground next to me, like she wanted to protect me.
I stroked Rainbow’s mane. “There was a man and he pointed a gun at me and he demanded to give him my wallet. I did what I was told, until that idiot accidently pulled the trigger and the bullet went right in my foot. I’m lucky it was there and not somewhere else and of course the groceries are safe.”
“You get shot and the only things you think about are your groceries, I like your optimism.” She said while she was cocking me an eyebrow.
“Yes, because I have something special planned for this evening, for Rainbow and me.” Rainbow looked up, smiling.
“Rainbow, could you give me my crutches, they are in the bedroom.”
She went to the bedroom and came back with some crutches, I placed them under my armpits and got up, it wasn’t that difficult. I took the bag full of groceries and placed it on the table, I took the wine out of the bag. Then I took the bag again and went outside towards Pinkie’s house, the two ponies following me. “What you’ve just seen is one of the bad things about this world; there are many bad people on Earth.” They just kept being silent.

We arrived at Pinkie’s house, I knocked on the door. I didn’t have to wait 2 seconds, the door opened.
“Hey Jack, do you have the supplies… What happened to your foot?” She asked, her happiness has now disappeared.
“I got shot, don’t worry about it.” I gave her the bag.
“Can you still come to my party? It wouldn’t be the same without you.”
“Of course, but I’m going to sit down during the party, this foot needs to rest.”
“Ok then, see you later.” She closed the door.
I said goodbye to Twilight, everyone needed to get ready for the party. Rainbow went with me, at my pace. It took a while to get back to the house and when I finally got there, it felt like my arms were going to give up. Luckily Rainbow helped me with walking. I immediately changed into my party clothes and laid down on the couch, Rainbow was lying on my chest, she wasn’t so heavy. I slept until it was time for the party.

It was 6 PM, party time. My foot was getting better and it seemed that Twilight’s magic could also heal. I knocked on the door of Pinkie Pie, Rainbow was standing next to me. Pinkie opened the door and let us in, everyone was already there. I saw a chair and I immediately sat down, my foot still hurt too much to be able to stand for long. Rainbow left my side to talk with Fluttershy, Twilight was coming to me, Spike on her back.
“How’s your foot?” She asked while looking at my foot.
“It’s better, I think your magic has some healing abilities.”
“I have? I didn’t know that.” She was very happy to hear that her magic could also heal. “Let me get you some punch.” With her magic she filled a glass full of punch.
“Thanks.”
While I was drinking I heard a familiar song playing, it was Catgroove. I liked that song very much, but in my current state I couldn’t dance. I looked around the room, Rainbow was talking to Fluttershy. Applejack, Rarity and Pinkie were dancing and Twilight and Spike were standing next to me. I felt a bit left out until Pinkie screamed. “And now the gifts for Rainbow and Jack.”
“Wait, what? Rainbow and I said together.
“We got you two some presents, this is your party.” Pinkie replied while getting the presents.
The first present was from Twilight, it was a book: How to live happily ever after. “Thanks Twilight.” Rainbow said. The next one was from Rarity, it was a carpet with the words ‘Jack and Dash’ embroidered on it. “Thanks Rarity, this one is going in the bedroom.” She smiled. The third one was from Applejack, it was an apple, but not a normal apple. The apple was rainbow colored and had a J carved in it. I gave Applejack a wink and she gave me a wink back. Now it was Fluttershy’s turn. She gave us a plant grown in the form of a heart. “It must have taken some time to grow that.” I asked. “I had a suspicion that you two were close, so I decided to already make a present.” Fluttershy answered. The last present was from Pinkie, it was a giant cake almost as high as the ceiling. On the sides it spelled: J+RD. “Thanks Pinkie.” Rainbow said.
“Now attack everyone, the cake isn’t going to eat itself.” Pinkie said, already cutting a piece of the cake.
And so the evening passed, eating cake, the ponies dancing, Spike and I talking about Earth and Equestria. He didn’t seem like someone who liked parties, he just came here because he had to for Twilight. But he was alright, a bit like me when I was little. It quickly became 11 PM and Spike was getting tired.
“I think I’m going to go, Spike is sleeping.” Twilight said, looking at Spike who was sleeping on my lap. “Thanks for letting him sleep on your lap.”
“It’s nothing, I think I am also going home, my foot is starting to hurt again. Dash, are you coming with me?” I was looking at Rainbow who was talking with Rarity.
“Yes, of course.” She said goodbye and followed me outside. “What about our presents?”
“We’ll get them tomorrow.” And so we walked home.
We arrived at the house and I let her inside, I came after her. I told her to sit on the couch while I grabbed 2 glasses and the bottle of red wine. I placed the glasses and the bottle on the table in front of the couch and lit the fireplace. I walked back to the couch and sat next to her while I was uncorking the bottle. When it was uncorked I poured some wine in the glasses and gave one glass to her.
“Well, well, well, are we setting the mood for something?” She smiled at me and her eyes had again that seductive look.
“Oh, you’ll see.” We put our glass together and toasted. “To us.”
We drank a sip of the glass and placed our glasses on the table. She came towards me and sat on my lap, her hooves over my shoulders. She leaned to me and began kissing me, this was going to be a great night.
