No pony knows who the Mare do Well is, but this alicorn stallion knows the Element of Magic can stop the great evil. Twilight and the Mare Do Well go on an adventure through the Everfree Forest, but Twilight cannot help but wonder; Who is the Mare Do Well, and how does he know so much? I was just reading a book silently when it happened. The Mare Do Well burst into my library and flew right into me. Recovering from the impact, I looked at the Mare do Well. My guess that it was Rainbow Dash was proved wrong. The Mare do Well was an alicorn. It couldn't be me from the future either, as the pony's build was more like a stallion than a mare. The stallion helped me up.

"I'm sorry about...well, this..." the stallion said, noticing the small mess he made. "But you're the Element of Magic, right?"

I looked at him shyly.

"Yes." I answered. "I'm Twilight."

The stallion looked down.

"Listen, Twilight. A great evil is coming to this land. An evil I dealt with before, but I didn't do it alone. My brother has been turned to stone on another world's mountain, the spell unbreakable. Princess Celestia told me of an Element of Magic powerful as my brother once was, an alicorn like my brother and I."

I felt bad for the alicorn. "Did this evil curse your brother?" I couldn't help but ask. The pony nodded. Even under his dark clothing, I could tell he was crying.

"So you want me to help restore our brother?" I asked. The pony nodded again, then I nodded. The pony looked at me. "A portal to my world should be in the Everfree Forest." he stated, "Let's go!"
