Making Honey

The restraints were always so easy to remove... especially for the pony not wearing them:
*CLICK!*
With a grin, Buttercup pressed a single button and Diamond was free from the table. It didn't make a difference to her though, with the sedatives flowing through her system: all she saw were dancing lights, and all she felt was warmth. She fell free.
First thing Ironhoof did was catch her on her way down. As she fell, not looking much different than a rag doll, he reached out and struggled not to drop her as she collided into his wiry frame. Despite the initial shock (and her weight) he gingerly set her down. Both ponies noticed, as expected, Diamond was barely able to keep balance.
"Adorable," Buttercup mouthed under her breath, watching Diamond quake trying to stand up. "Completely adorable," she repeated, turning to her butler.
"Glad you like her," Ironhoof replied, taking a step back, motioning towards the sedate new foal for his mistress. "Enjoy."
Buttercup clicked her tongue and her new foal turned, looking up with large pupils. Both smiled at each other. The older mare then approached petting Diamond's head first thing. Her neck moved like celery.
"Oh, Honey!" Buttercup gave her a kiss on the forehead. "I've wanted to do this with you for so long."
The two began to play...
It started with just watching her baby crawl, at first along the wall, helping her as she went... giving her diapered rump a few loving pat-pats as she approached the edge of the pink corner. After that, Buttercup turned Honey around and opened up her own forelegs for her baby to come crawling towards her. Diamond's front half showed a reasonable amount of coordination, given her state, while her back half demonstrated considerably less... dragging her hooves behind and pushing back against a floor it would be easy to summarize she couldn't quite feel.
"Come see Mommy!"
Buttercup would be content with just this, but Ironhoof knew it was time to slip away up stairs to enhance this. He came back with a ball, blanket, and a few blocks. The items were set in front of Diamond, and all she did was just sit on her diapered rump, staring at her new toys... with a hoof in mouth, and bit of syrupy drool falling from her lips.
Watching this for a moment, all the while grinning, Buttercup approached to show her baby how to play, since apparently she'd forgotten. First thing she grabbed was something they could play with together, and the mare's smile grew even larger as she noticed her new Honey seemed more interested in having the ball rolled to her than playing by herself... after all, each time that inevitably led her attention back to Mommy. What little of it she had left...
Diamond rolled the ball back to Mommy and a big smile grew on both their faces. Buttercup, of course, rolled it back, harder each time, which made Honey giggle louder and louder. Eventually the ball ended up far enough away that the new baby had to crawl a few paces just to get it. Even that little bit by herself looked to Buttercup to be so tricky, as it seemed not one of her hooves could regularly support her own weight. Buttercup had no problem waiting and watching, admiring the view as her foal focused so hard on getting the ball back:
"Oh, look at that cute, little bottom of yours!"
Diamond's bottom was, in fact, far from little, and she knew that, but in her current state... she couldn't help just giggling at the mellifluous, flowing nature of Buttercup's speech. She turned around, smiling again at her new Mommy, and her mommy continued to grin right back.
"Good girl!"
Eventually they did move on to playing with blocks, but Honey just watched for that. It was a silent demonstration, and that was perfect. Buttercup looked into her baby's pretty smiling magenta eyes with big pupils, and showed her what could be done... building the blocks up high. With one of the last blocks in her hoof, and a tall structure before her (above her own height), Buttercup got an idea:
"Sing for me as it goes up high, Sweetie!"
To that the diapered, drugged, Diamond Dream simply looked up at the stack. It seemed an example would be necessary.
"Laaa...." Buttercup attempted to sing out, look at her new daughter. The mare could carry a tune, close enough to on key, but knew her voice lacked any sort of punch for real singing. "Laaa..." she repeated, sustaining the note a bit longer.
"Laaa-laaa... laa..." Diamond Dream mimicked, her voice creating a tune around that note, just about as pretty as when Buttercup had first heard her the weekend before. "Laaa-laaa-laaa... la-la! Laa-laa-laa... la!"
"Good girl!"
Mommy and baby continued to play a bit more. This time Buttercup just touched the baby's hooves and watched her slow reaction, tickling her... it took more than a moment for hooves to instinctively push away. The mare ended up blowing a raspberry on her belly, and the response was only just to hug back with uncoordinated forelegs.
As their time together approached two hours Buttercup knew she did not have much longer to enjoy her new infant. With a nod to her butler he left momentarily... having forgotten something very important in his excitement. She then approached her new baby, looked down and beeped her nose. Honey responded with a giggle, to which Buttercup unfolded the blanket and sat down on the floor. The older mare then patted her thigh, and Honey's response was to crawl up and place her head onto Buttercup's right leg. Buttercup then, with one hoof, guided her baby's head gently towards her belly, while the other hoof held her breast out. Eventually young lips made contact with Buttercup's nipple and she didn't have to tell Honey to start suckling, it just happened. Warm milk quickly filled her maw and Buttercup, again, simply stroked her baby's mane, whispering in her ear:
"Good girl! Drink as much as you like."
Honey did just that, and the two enjoyed the moment.
When Ironhoof crept back down stairs, he saw this and smiled. He knew Buttercup was happy, she didn't have to tell him... so without a word he passed the book entitled Daring Do and The Sapphire Statue to his mistress. Honey looked up at the familiar book, resting her head on Buttercup's thigh again, disconnecting her mouth from the nipple. Buttercup's response was just to reach down, grab the pacifier and place in gently into the mouth of her new baby.
Clearing her throat, Buttercup opened the book began to read, slowly at first. She'd read the Daring Do books so many times to so many different foals the words on the pages were almost mere cues at this point. She knew it all heart, and, because of that, could just put her all into just voicing the characters. After all, taking on another's personality, even in just play, was always fun. She looked down at Honey, periodically stroking her mane, putting on her best accents for all of the characters from the lower half of Equestria. Seeing a smile underneath Honey's pacifier made it all worth while. It just wasn't the same without her there to read to... just exactly like this.
As the foal rested and Buttercup read, everypony in the house felt at peace. It took a few minutes of relaxing so contentedly, but soon even Honey found a warm, golden release... Buttercup heard it, softly hissing over her reading. She couldn't help looking down and smiling at her captive, taking in air to smell the fresh urine. She had won, afterall.
The chapter would soon be finished and, after that... to end it all Buttercup would simply lay back. While still light and fluffy Honey would be helped along, guided back down by her loving Mommy and Butler (if need be) to enjoy some pie. After all, Buttercup said she wanted Diamond to try new things. Looking at her cute face while enjoying herself, though, that was all Buttercup wanted. This would be bliss, but only Buttercup would remember it... that's exactly how she wanted it.
