A changeling diplomat ventures a changing world. From on the ruins of Equestria all the way to a whole different nation that that had eluded him.

With a mission to encourage the relationship of his hive with the empire, he sets sail on an airship on the empire's expense along with soldiers and a crew of an interesting sort. Among them are encounters with creatures, natives of provinces, and pirates.
