Chapter 18: The Honeymooners

One Day Later - Ponyville

Celestia awoke on chilly morning, to raise the sun of course. However, as she was getting out of bed, she was stopped by someone grabbing on to her hand. "Don't get up just yet," a young voice said, "I was in the middle of the best sleep I had in years." Celestia smiled warmly and went to kiss her new wife, Twilight Sparkle. "Good morning to you to honey." said Celestia. Twilight smiled and replied, "Morning Celestia....don't you have something to do?" Celestia smiled and with a wave of her hand, rose the sun to another great day. "Another day begins...and a new day for us starts today." said Celestia to Twilight. Twilight then gets up and goes down stairs and enters the kitchen to prepare breakfast.

Two Hours Later

After packing up their belongings, Celestia and Twilight, along with their friends and family, waited for the carriage to take the newlyweds to the Haywaiian Islands. While waiting, Twilight walked up to her friends and said, "While me and Celestia are gone, we need someone to watch the place for us, so I made individual lists of items that are need to be done." As Twilight began explaining to her friends what they needed to do, Celestia was busy talking to Luna. "Now Luna," said Celestia, "I expect you to take good care of Equestria while me and Twilight are on our honeymoon." "Don't worry Celestia, everything will be under control." Luna said in a confident tone. Celestia then said, "Well, you know how hard it was ruling alone for a thousand years." Luna, blushing, replied, "Yea, don't remind me about that. But at least I got good practice when I was taking over your daytime duties that one time." Celestia rolled her eyes in amusement, remembering when Luna took over for her during the day, with some...'hilarious' results.

After a while of waiting, the carriage had finally arrived. Twilight and Celestia gave their friends and family hugs, placed their luggage in to the carriage's compartment, entered it and the carriage soon flew into the skies.

A Couple Hours Later

After a good chunk of time passed, the carriage finally landed on the beautiful Haywaiian islands. Once Celestia and Twilight departed the carriage, they were soon greeted by the mayor of the islands, Suntan Punch, who welcomed them to the islands and he escorted them to the hotel they were going to stay at. As they walked down the streets, the islands inhabitants began to notice the royal married couple. Soon, everyone went up to them and congratulated them until Celestia and Twilight reached the hotel.

Once inside, the two Immortals marveled at the sight of the hotel's lobby, but then went straight to the check-in desk. Once up there, Twilight said, "Hello, room for two please." "Oh! Princess Celestia, Princess Twilight, we've been expecting you two. Here you two go, the key to the Honeymoon Suite. Enjoy your stay, also, congratulations your majesties on your marriage!" , the receptionist said as she handed over Twilight the room key. "Thank you!" ,Twilight replied. The hotel employees and some of the guards, who were there to protect the princesses, helped Celestia and Twilight with their belongings as they went straight to the elevator.

After a while, Celestia and Twilight had finished unpacking as they began to settle down in their hotel room. As they lied next to each other, Twilight turned to Celestia and said, "So...what do you want to do first?" Celestia smiled and said, "What, no list of things you had planed for us." "Well, I thought that we could take turns doing stuff together." Twilight replied. Celestia then sat up and looked outside, noticing they there wasn't a single cloud in the sky. "Well," said Celestia, "it is a beautiful day outside, and I've heard the beaches here on the islands are beautiful. So, how about a quiet day at the beach." Twilight then said, "That sounds like a good idea. Let me just get my swimsuit on."

Twilight then went to her suitcase and pull out her swimsuit, which was a purple one-piece, and entered the bathroom to change. When Twilight opened back the door, she then said, "Well, what do you...." only for her jaw to drop when she got a glimpse of her wife. Celestia was wearing a gold and white bikini with a gold skirt around her waist. "Um, Twilight...you've got a little...something going down your face." Celestia said to Twilight. Twilight then snapped back to reality and noticed that she had succumbed to a nose-bleed. Twilight blushed and said, "Heheh, I guess I wasn't expecting you to look so...hot in your swimsuit." Celestia then gave her a sly smirk and said, "Don't worry dear, I've got a lot of surprises ready for our honeymoon." Twilight smiled awkwardly and said, "Well, the beach isn't going to enjoy itself!" Celestia smiled and her and Twilight went on their way to the beach on the side of the hotel.

The island's beaches, as Celestia said, were indeed some of the most beautiful in the world. Twilight and Celestia were walking down the beachhead as the sound of the waves crashing made the moment very romantic. "How 'bout this spot. Sunlight is perfect and it's right next to that cliff formation." said Twilight. Celestia giggled as she put down a picnic blanket on the warm sand. "What?" said Twilight. Celestia then turns to Twilight and says, "Nothing dear...just that your cute when you go and organize stuff." Twilight then blushes and says, "Well, that's one of the perks of being me." "I couldn't agree more." Celestia said as she walked up to Twilight and poked her nose. Twilight smiled and went to sit down with Celestia, enjoying the calming waves.

A while later, Celestia decided to sun bath a bit, so Twilight decided to pull a small little prank on Celestia. Twilight went into her tote-bag and pulled out the bottle of sun tan lotion. Using her magic, she changed the contents of it so that when Celestia decides to put it on, it would block out any sun rays. "Scientific and funny! Oh Twilight, you...well....funny girl." Twilight said to herself as she untwisted the cap to the bottle of sun tan lotion. After 'fixing' the lotion, Twilight quickly put it back in the bag and Celestia grabbed it and began to put it on herself. "Hey Celly, I'm going up the beach to look for seashells, you won't mind do you." said Twilight. Celestia looked at Twilight and said, "Go ahead, this might take a while." "Perfect, after about an hour or so, Celestia will still be her natural pigment!" Twilight thought to herself. "Alright, I be back in a bit." Twilight responded as she began to walk up the beach.

Twilight spent a good hour looking for seashells when she checked her watch and realized that, well, a whole hour passed. Twilight snickered as she began to walk back to her and Celestia's spot, thinking that Celestia will still be what she was an hour ago. Twilight got closer, but stopped as her jaw dropped and she saw that Celestia was now a teeny-bit darker than what she was a hour ago. Celestia turned to see her wife looking dumbfounded, to which she says, "Nice try honey, but living with a sister like Luna for over a thousand and twenty-two years kind-of makes certain pranks useless against me. But still, nice try." Twilight blushed and sat back down next to Celestia. "Guess I have to get better don't I?" said Twilight. Celestia turned to Twilight and said, "Mmm...a little, but not a lot." Twilight smiled and kissed Celestia on the cheek. The spent the rest of their time on the beach in each others arms.

Later That Night

After a nice day at the beach, Twilight and Celestia went to the island's most prestigious eatery, 'The Royal Pineapple', for a quiet dinner. After being seated, Twilight and Celestia began discussing what they were going to do after they returned from their honeymoon. "Well, I've already made a list of things that need to be done." said Twilight. "Well, what do they include." Celestia replied. Twilight then said, "Well....I'll just save them for when we get back." "Well, there is one thing I do want to talk about." Celestia said. Twilight looked at her and replied, "Well, what's on your mind?" "Remember back on our first date, you know, when our relationship was still a secret." said Celestia. "Of course Celly, I'd never forget that, but why do you ask?" said Twilight. Celestia then said, "Well, remember when I asked you if you've ever wanted to start a family." Twilight knew where Celestia was going and said, "Oh, well, to be completely honest Celestia, I really do want to start a family. I just don't think I ready though to be a mom." "Oh come on Twilight, what about Spike? He was sort of like training for motherhood." Twilight then thought it through and remembered the way she watched over her assistant/adopted brother like she was his own mother. Twilight then smiled and said, "OK, you got me there. Though, it would be nice to hear the little pitter patter of feet around the castle. Heck, maybe will be lucky while on our honeymoon." Twilight then went back to her notepad and jotted down a few things, but didn't notice Celestia making a sly look on her face.

After a nice meal and a slow dance at the hotel ballroom, Celestia and Twilight retreated back to their room. "Well, today was, so to say, magical." Twilight said as she yawned. Celestia replied, "We do have another four days to ourselves you know." "True, but like you said, it's to ourselves." said Twilight. "Oh," said Celestia excitedly, "Luna sent us a letter about how things are going in Equestria." Twilight then said, "Well lets see how she's doing." Celestia then opened the letter and it said:

To my sister and sister-in-law,

Things are going smoothly here in Equestria. However, during my session with the Tribunal, while the court was busy discussing zoning restrictions. Discord popped into the room and made it rain milk duds, to which my colleagues were furious. But, after a stern talking to, we got things back on track. Other than that, my first day as Canterlot's sole protector has been going quite well, but I still don't know how you dealt a whole 24 hour schedule sister. As for Ponyville, Twilight's friends have kept the castle very clean....a little too clean I must add. Other than that, everything is going well. Can't wait to see you again soon!

Twilight giggled a bit, but her and Celestia were happy to know that Luna has everything under control. As the young couple retreated under the covers, Twilight says, "Hey Celestia, while we were dancing, you were looking at me very...well...lusty, care to explain that." "Let's just say I have something planed for our last night on our honeymoon dear, I think you might like it." Celestia replied. Twilight gave her a wife a confused look, but shrugged it off, possibly not wanting to ruin the surprise. "Well, good night Celestia" said Twilight. "Good night Twilight." The royal couple began to slip into a goodnight sleep, with Twilight thinking about the future, but Celestia thinking about the little surprise she has in store for Twilight on the last night of their honeymoon.

Author's Note

Well guys, another chapter done. Sorry it took so long, but I got writers block. Luckily though, I found a video on YouTube that helps with writers block and it worked pretty well that I was able to write a couple more stuff for this chapter.

Any who next chapter is where things will get....'sexy', if you catch my drift.

Like I said before, after the beginning of the next chapter, the rest will be a full on yuri lemon chapter, so reader digression is advised. After the beginning, everything in Chapter 19 will be NSFW.
