Stalked By A Shadow

About 3 months went by without Fluttershy trying to bite anyone, and also going out with Rainbow Dash. It was perfect for her and everyone around her. It was 3 AM in the morning when Fluttershy woke up hungry she got up as Rainbow placed a hoof on her shoulder. "Where are you going. Come back into bed it's 3 in the morning." Fluttershy smiled. "I'm going to get something to eat. Not far just into your kitchen."

Fluttershy trotted downstairs to Rainbow's kitchen as a powerful sent came to her nose. She was enjoying every second of it so she did the only thing her body wanted, is to find it. This brought her outside to a badly hurt bunny she licked her lips and ran to the hurt animal.

Her alarm went off, rather loud. Rainbow moaned and rolled over the clock showed 8:15. She sat up to find Fluttershy wasn't there Rainbow shrugged it of and  walked downstairs to find the door wide open. Rainbow Dash had a chill sent down her spine as she felt like someone was watching her there was a note on the table Rainbow read it.

" Dash, I've gone out for a bit sorry if I scared you. Flutters."

Rainbow sighed, and opened the fridge to take something out as Pinkie ran through the door in a panic.

"Rainbow Dash!" Pinkie said sounding upset.

Dash grabbed a drink, and closed the fridge. She turned around and answered Pinkie.

"Yeah."

"Twilight needs you. Now" Pinkie said as Rainbow nodded.

She nodded quickly took a swig from her drink, and followed Pinkie to Twilight's castle.

Arriving everyone was there, all but Fluttershy. Rarity were in a state that she was too shocked to speak, and Applejack had a large bandage across her neck trying to support Rarity. Twilight was sat down with pictures on the desk, when Pinkie brought Rainbow Dash she stood up.

"Rainbow Dash. Come here please." Twilight asked as the Pegasus followed the instructions, and went to Twilight.

On the desk were a dozen of pictures of ponies with the same description.

"Are all those." Rainbow swallowed. "Dead?" Twilight nodded.

The horrified expression was gone from their face's. They looked to be a sleep now. Rainbow could have believed it if not for all of the blood. How can so much blood come from one body? The holes in their skin told of a messy end. The second bite killed them all for sure, the other 13 had been pointless. The scene spoke of rage and hate. The bodies had been abandoned on the cold floor that was now stained with red.

"These deaths were done by the same pony." Twilight said.

"Lighting Dust, Fancypants, Clay, Sport, Flightless, Raptor, Fleetfoot, Trixie, Gilda, Song, Golden and Snow." Rainbow said as she laughed a little.

"Why are you laughing?" Twilight asked sounding cross.

"I hate them all."

"So you did this?" Applejack said as Rainbow quickly shook her head.

"No. When did this happen?" She asked.

"Last night.... No actually this morning at 4." Twilight said.

"I was in bed." Rainbow said as someone banged against the door to the castle.

The door swung open and stood there was Mayor Mare.

"Good you're all here. Please hurry to the Town Hall there is an animal fight, and it's getting worse." Mayor said running back with everyone behind her.

The wolves back away from each other, dropping low to the ground, growling viciously, they begin circling one another. The darker wolf threw the attacker on it's back, and went for it's neck. Darker bit hard and began to shake vigorously. The weaker wolf scraped uselessly at the alpha  wolf's underbelly, making blood run down it's stomach. The white weaker wolf finally roll over and bit down on the alpha's paw, causing the it to let go of the neck momentarily to howl in pain. Rainbow ran to notice the Alpha looks like Fluttershy it hit her.

"It's Fluttershy!" Rainbow said quietly as Twilight nodded.

The alpha won murdering the weaker wolf on the spot. Biting it's neck as everyone around the fight heard a loud ripping noise. Flesh ripped off and flung landing right by Rainbow Dash. Fluttershy looked up to notice the crowd of people looking as the dead wolf glowed, and shifted into a pony to reveal Mint the local dentist.

"It killed Mint." Mayor said.

Fluttershy collapsed to the ground as the blood gushed from her stomach and paw staining the ground. Rainbow Dash ran over and placed her hoof on her head. Fluttershy lifted her head, but soon let it drop Rainbow turned around as Twilight walked over.

"I will get her back home. To yours. Quickly though."

Rainbow nodded as Twilight lifted her up with magic.

"Princess Twilight!" Mayor shouted. "Why are you taking the beast away?"

"No comment." Twilight ran off with Rainbow behind her.

Arriving Fluttershy turned back to normal with her front hoof drenched in blood the same for her stomach. Bursting through Rainbow's door Twilight quickly placed her down on the sofa. Rainbow went for water as Twilight tried to stop the blood. Coming back into the front room with water she heard loud knocks,  Rainbow passed the drink to Twilight and went to the door. She opened it, in the door way a rather large yet familiar stallion stood there, but not there to deliver good news.

"Rainbow Dash. I have bad news."

His tone was emotionless, like Pinkie's sister but a man. She could see that he had been crying.

"Dad are you alright?"

"Your Mum...She's been killed." He erupted into tears as Rainbow tried not to.

"I'm sorry dad please. I'm dealing with my girlfriend. I will talk about it tonight. I know that sounds bad, but I don't want to lose her as well."

Her dad nodded and gave her a hug. "Good luck.

Rainbow smiled and closed the door, but soon as the door closed Rainbow felt to the ground, crying her eyes out.

"Could this day gets worse by the hour."
