Chapters Day 1
Dear Derpy,
I hope this letter finds you well, I am on a journey to a new 'dimension'. This dimension contains a planet that is called Earth.
I will not be able to take me with again, like last time. I'm sorry I have to tell you that but I promise we will go next time
I'm sorry this letter is short than normal letters I give you.

That will be the last letter 'The Doctor' will ever write. Why, you ask? Because Earth is not a safe place anymore, and you will see why.
Chapter 1: The Doctor Descends
Day 1; Continued
Doctor Whooves set a lever to the word 'ON' that was written on his blue desk. What Is Your Destination blue print showed on a hologram that popped up to the face of Doctor Hooves. "I would like to go to 'Present Earth'" Doctor Whooves said. "Going to 'Present Earth'." A feminine voice came from a lower speaker.
A warping sound came from an engine. "Here we go!" Doctor Whooves yelled with excitement.

It was a wasteland. Orange, black, blue, it was mixed with colors that told what happened in the past. Brick houses with graffiti scribbled all over them saying; FOLLOW THE FREEMAN ,SAVE US , and OBEY . Panels with glowing blue light were scattered all over the ground. Bodies of humans scattered everywhere. Mines planted in the ground. It was sad to think what happened here.
WERRR! WERRR! A warping sound came from the corner of a blood covered street. A blue box appeared with a door attached to it. There was text on top of the blue box, it read; Police Box.
A brown pony with a dark brown mane came out of the blue box. He was Doctor Whooves, Doctor Whooves walking in a wasteland. He walked past corps by corpse. "What happened to this world?" Doctor Whooves wondered walking towards a dark blue tower. The tower looked like it went through some rough times: At the top it was charred off with a blue beam coming from the charred tips. Doctor Whooves climbed up to a hill. He stared across the charred wasteland. Charred bodies spread along the ground, dust covering meters of land.
Doctor Whooves peered up again looking at the tower. It was split in four directions, mounds of rocks around the tower.
Doctor Whooves looked to the side noticing a station, the station had a similar color to the tower, but it was new. The tower looked old and rotted away, but this station looked brand new. Two creatures came from a leaning building with shattered glass and overflowing water. They were heading towards Doctor Whooves! The two creatures were walking on their hind legs and had white suits. On the top of each suit was a black opening with a red glowing dot in the middle.
The two creatures also had two black weapons in their hands, they aimed both weapons at Doctor Whooves. "Fire!" One of the creatures said faintly. "Wait, I thought fire mea-" Doctor Whooves was cut off by blackness.
Dark.
That's what it was, dark. It was all dark. Darker than a soul of a villain.
White.
That's all what appeared in a flash. "Uhhh..." Doctor Whooves moaned. "What Happened?" Doctor Whooves thought. "Turn 'it' into a 'Stalker'!" A different creature barked, well actually the creature didn't talk a speaker did but it was connected to the head of the creature. This creature was different than the others, it was a floating robotic slug! Colors of gray, and white.
"W-what!" Doctor Whooves was muffled by a black handle. "Get rid of its fur!" The creature ordered.

The mare walked out of a penthouse with Derpy. The mare got onto a stand, she was in front of hundreds of ponies. "We are not responsible for the mystery of Doctor Whooves going missing!" The mare said. "We may all have a solution though. "WHAT IS IT?" All the ponies asked in unison. "The solution is... A search party of 6 ponies." The mare answered to everypony. "Who'll join?" The group of ponies asked. "Twilight Sparkle!" The mare announced as a purple alicorn got up from the crowd. The crowd cheered. "Rainbow Dash!" The mare announced as a blue pegasus got up from the crowd, making the crowd cheer again. "Fluttershy, Pinkamena, and Rarity." The mare announced again with a yellow pegasus, a pink Earth-Pony, and a white unicorn came from the crowd with the crowd hollering. "And finally Applejack!" The mare finished with a orange Earth-Pony coming from the crowd ending with crowd so happy all of Equestria could here them screaming.
Day 12; Mission
"C'mon girls..." Twilight said.
"Run, Gordon!" A woman yelled dashing from crumbling rooftops. "GET THEM!" A man said in a blue costume with two glowing eyes. Two slug-like creatures came after Gordon and an unknown woman. Sounds of bullets bullets grazing the air were everywhere.
"GERRARR!" A sound of an alien coming from the rooftops right above Gordon, a man that was mentioned earlier, Gordon is a young man with an orange-black suit. He has brown hair and emerald eyes. Those eyes will stop seeing in...

"Gordon!" The woman cried. "We'll handle him!" A man with a black uniform yelled. The man headed towards Gordon, who was trapped under a metal plate from the roof. The man picked up the metal plate revealing the knocked out Gordon Freeman. "Major Fracture Detected, Vital Signs Critical, Morphine Administrated, ERROR! Emergency, User Death Imminent!" It was a female voice coming from Gordons HEV Suit. The man picked up Gordon, running more slug things.
ERRRRRRR!!!!
One of the slug creatures screeched. "We are not going to make it Barney!" The woman said to the man.
The Mane Six stood in Twilight Sparkle's castle. They went into her library room that Twilight had. "Alright girls we are going to have to search this book about 'Track Teleportation'" Twilight ordered calmly. All of the Mane Six were hustling around the house while Spike was sleeping upstairs. "Can't you just remember the spell?" Rainbow Dash asked as she pored a pile books on the floor filing through them. "It's an old spell I used as a foal, because my brother got lost with this purple stal-" Twilight was cut off with Pinkie Pie's announcement,"FOUND IT!". "Yes, thank you Pinkie, for the loud answer." Rarity said in a dramatic and sarcastic accent. Spike was awoken by the loud noise that he replaced with,"I'm trying to SLEEP!".
Twilight opened the book with the title that read; Track Teleportation, BY: Starsworld the Bearded. Fluttershy was looking over Twilight's shoulder at the book in inspiration. Twilight flipped it to the middle of the book past the instructions. It was a graph with symbols written all over it, and a dot at 0,0. "So what do we do?" Fluttershy asked in her normal tone. "We put down the name of the pony we're looking for," Twilight said as she put down Doctor Whooves on the line above the graph. "Then?" Applejack asked,"then we use my magic to teleport were he is." Twilight answered as her horn glowed and brightened.
"W-what's happening?" Fluttershy asked as all of the Mane Six floated above the crystal castle floor. WEERRRRPP!!

Damp and destroyed.
That's all the Mane Six could see, wires scattered along the floor. "Twilight, were are we?" Fluttershy asked scared of what would happen. "Were in the wrong coordinates!" Twilight answered frustratedly, she walked forwards with Mane Six.
The Mane Six wondered were they were, were they were was this; a trapped room. This trapped room would be hard to get out of, why? This is why; The chemical humans used for power on teleports was a strong element. It would repulse against magic, so to the Mane Sixes surprise, this happened:
"How are we going to get out of this hell of a room?" Rarity asked in disgust. "Like so," Twilight answered as she used her teleporting magic.
WOOM! Twilight was sent back fast as the wires in the room sparked all over the place. "AHHH!!!" Fluttershy was terrified out of her wits, she flew up and swapped the ceiling with her head. Fluttershy fell to the ground with a great headache and pain. The rest of the Mane Six was worried for both Twilight being knocked out, and Fluttershy crying from pain.
"Are you both okay?" Rainbow Dash and Rarity asked as Applejack was just there staring as she was trying to consider what just happened.
Now you may be wondering: Where is Pinkie?; Pinkie was in a corner laughing at what just happened.
Black.
That's what Twilight could only see, yes she saw some sparkles of light and a blue background from time to time. But now, it was black. "Twilight," A female yet strong voice was there. It sounded much like one of the princesses that lived in Canterlot; Luna.
"Hello?" Twilight asked into the darkness. "Twilight, it's me Luna." Luna stated to get Twilight's attention. "So it was Luna " Twilight thought. "Luna, if it is you, I need you to find a way to wake me up." Twilight requested while wondering what was happening right now.
Constant fighting, that is what was happening outside of Twilight's thoughts.
"What are we supposed to do?" Rarity asked annoyingly. "Well I don't know, maybe if you stopped Twilight from doing this stupid idea-" Applejack was interrupted by,"IT WASN'T MY FAULT!" Rarity screamed. "I don't like this." Fluttershy whimpered in the right corner of the room. Rainbow Dash was rambling angrily most likely because she didn't want to be in this situation. "STOP!" Pinkie yelled from the left corner.
She awoke into a nightmare.
Well that's what happened, Twilight awoke into a nightmare. Well it wasn't a nightmare nightmare. It was Twilight waking up to her friends fighting. "I told you stop it!" Applejack said pressing Rarity against a lighter wall. CERRR!!!
Welcome to Dr. Kleiners Office.
WERRR! Gordon and the woman rode off into the forest escaping near death. "Dr. Kleiner said we have to meet him at the helicopter base to go to Borealis. "Oh yeah forgot you can't talk." The woman said. "Oh speaking of that, I think I can make a machine for you so we can finally communicate!" She said excitedly,"Yeah I know it'll break the radio, but who gives a crap?" she said rhetorically. The woman grabbed parts of the radio and put them together. It formed a little stem, the woman put the stem into the HEV Suit. "Thanks, Alyx." A voice came from the transmitter, Gordon spoke, HE SPOKE! "Oh, your welcome, Mr. Freeman." Alyx said excitedly with a hint of joking in her voice.
