Is the dark really such a bad thing?

Pain. you'd think me being an immortal god I would not feel a thing but the truth was i was....am devastated. the fact that my own brother tried  to murder me and destroyed earth was overwhelming. What hurt most of all though was that i killed him the only one i loved more than anything and i killed him. This is something that would and always will haunt me for eternity. i could feel my mind slowly shutting down something that me and my brother agreed on if one of us were to die the power they posses would go to the one that was living. the sensation was like having ten suns Chanel energy into you at once so the pain was straining my mind and i blacked out.

Every stallion mare and foal looked at the sky with fear awe and excitement at the glowing purple orb rocketing at the ever free forest

at unbelievable speeds but as soon as it struck the ground a shock wave so thunderous that it reached canterlot.

(meanwhile at golden oaks library) a frantic unicorn and baby dragon scrabbled around in search of something stable to hold on to. As the tremors raged on for a good 5 minutes they finally stopped. "WHAT THE BUCK WAS THAT!?" screamed the dragon "I don't know spike but were going to find out!" she said as she magically lifted him onto her back." but shouldn't we contact the princess's and get the gang first?". "good idea spike!"

"sister sister did thou feel the earth quake"!? "yes i did Luna but that was no mere earth quake what was it then? i do not know bu-". she was interrupted as a scroll appeared before her it said. "Dear princess celestia a disaster has recently appeared at pony ville the problem  is coming from the ever free forest and it is in need of you and princess Luna's attention your faithful student twilight sparkle" "well then let us be off Luna rally up the guards".

main 6 P.O.V

As the six adventurers entered the dark forest a flash of light appeared and there stood the princess and a small army of guards. "let us be off so that we may find what the problem is"(time skip one hour) as they kept searching they began to grow impatient especially the rainbow maned one "ugh guys were never going to find it" "oh rainbow darling you must have patients its ladylike"  said rarity. "well i'm just so exited to find out what it is i wonder what it is maybe it likes cup ca-" pinky pie paused and looked down realizing she was standing on air and she calmly walked back and screamed "I FOUND IT!" every one gasped at what laid in the ground. it was a bipedal being that wore a black cloak

with purple flames on its chest and arms that moved and beaked hood witch hid it's face in shadows. most of the guards were unbelievably scared one even ran away screaming. "what dost thou think it is?" Luna asked. "i do not know Luna its a mystery to me too" she replied. hey guys.....were is pinky? rainbow asked. they all looked down in the crater to see pinky trying to wake it up. "no pinky don't!" the main six screamed but quickly covered there mussels and looked at the creature for its glowing purple eyes had opened.
