It been one month since Rainbow Dash destroy the X-Parasites and Luna had told her she might have a new mission. Rainbow went on with her life and even got use to her new Metroid DNA. Now Rainbow Dash has been call on a new mission. Rainbow returns to space to see the abandon planet know as Tallon IV. There Rainbow discover Phazon, a deadly substance that eating the planet away. But that not all she has to worry about. Before landing on the planet, Rainbow discover that the Changelings had found their own way to space and even create a robotic version of their queen. Now Rainbow must find Meta Chrysalis and the source of the Phazon and stop them both.
