"Uh... Hi?"

There was a moment of silence between the lavender pony and the lemon-colored colt. So many thoughts were brewing in Twilight's head. Who is this colt? Where did he come from? What does that cutie mark mean? If he teleported here, then how could he if he's an Earth Pony?

"Um... hello." Twilight replied breaking the silence.

"...Uh, sorry for barging in like this. I was in the middle of something and then this happen." Pac said.

"Oh, well, it's alright. I've been through a crazy day. So, I think I'm used to it. By the way, what's you're name?"

"Oh, how rude of me. My name is Pac-Man, but you can just call me Pac." Pac replied.

"Pac-Man... that's an odd name for a pony. Wait, where did you come from? How are you able to teleport here without magic? Earth Ponies can't use magic of any kind."

"Magic huh," Pac questioned. "Well, this might be a long story but I'll try to explain."

Pac went ahead and started from how he was a regular, young, Pac-Worlder that became his world's savior. He also explained about how his dimension is infested with ghosts that terrorizes Pac-World as ordered by an evil ghost name, Lord Betrayus. Then he went on and explain how one of Betrayus' plan worked and how he got sent to this world. Twilight was full of wonders. A being from another world! What's his world like? How long did these ghosts attacked Pac-World? What's with the cutie mark?

"Say, I never got your name miss..." Pac asked

"Oh, sorry, my name is Twilight Sparkle. I am the prized student of Princess Celestia herself." Twilight said with pride.

Before they could continue their conversation, the door was opened by a small, purple dragon with green spines, wearing a lamp shade on his head.

"Come on, Twilight!" Spike said. " It's time to go see the sunri-"

Spike paused as he saw Twilight and a light-yellow coated colt.

"Uh... who's the colt?" Spike asked.

"Spike, this is Pac-man. Pac, this is my number one assistant, Spike. He's a baby dragon." Twilight said.

"I've never met a baby dragon before. It's nice to meet you, Spike." Pac said as he offers a hand... or hoof.

Spike smiled and took the offer. "It's nice to meet you too. By the way, how did you get here? I don't remember seeing you in the party."

"It's a long story. Also, what were you talking about, 'go see the sunrise'?"

"You never heard of the Sunny Summer Celebration?"

"Dude, I'm new around here. I don't really know some of the holidays here. So, what is it?"

"It's when Princess Celestia raises the sun." Twilight explained.

Pac was now shocked and amazed.

"Wait, you mean that your princess raises and lowers the sun?!" Twilight nobs. "That's really awesome!"

"Well, if you like, you can come along with us to the Sunny Summer Celebration." Twilight offered.

"There's also the town's best apple pie and snacks in the buffet table." Spike included.

"Did you say apple pie? Alright, I'll come along too."

Everypony went out to the Sunny Summer Celebration in Town Hall. Pac was amazed to see so many Pegisi, Unicorns, and apparently regular ponies in so many colors and shape. He was focus on looking for the buffet table. Before he could set out on his mission, the mayor gotten everypony to be silent as the birds started to sing some sort of royal opening.

"Fillies and Colts, it is with great pleasure to announce the beginning of the Sunny Summer Celebration." Mayor Mare announced as the crowd of ponies cheered on.

As the mayor continues, Twilight was looking a bit anxious. Soon, Pac took notice of Twilight.

"Hey Twilight," Pac asked. "Is there something wrong?"

"I don't know, but something tells me that things aren't going to turn out peaceful in a little bit." Twilight said.

"-to present, Princess Celestia!" Mayor Mare continued as a white unicorn mare pulls a rope. Only to reveal nothing or nopony.

"Oh, this is not good..." Twilight muttered.

"Everypony, remain calm. There's got to be an explanation for this." Mayor Mare said as she tries to calm the crowd.

The white unicorn mare came back and said, "She's Gone!" The entire crowd gasped.

Suddenly, dark blue shadows start to form on the top balcony.

"Oh no..." Twilight whispered.

When the smoke clears, it reveals a tall, dark blue coated alicorn, wearing blue armor.

"...Nightmare Moon." Twilght said as Spike passed out and fell off of her back.

"Oh, my beloved subjects. It's been so long since I've seen your precious little faces." Nightmare Moon said as she looks at the frighten crowd of ponies.

"What did you do with our princess?!" Yelled a rainbow-colored mare, who tried to fly towards Nightmare, only to be pulled back be a mare wearing a Stetson.

Nightmare laughed a bit. "What's wrong? Am I not royal enough for you? Don't you know who I am?"

A pink pony tried to guess with some ridiculous names, when the Stetson wearing mare shoved an apple fritter in her mouth.

"Does my crown no longer count since my thousand year banishment? Did you not recall the legends? Did you not see the signs?"

"I did!"

Nightmare Moon and everypony else turned their attention to where Twilight and Pac are standing.

"I may not fully know what's going on, but whatever you're doing is so not cool!" Pac yelled as he pointed his hoof at her.

"...and I know who you are. You're The Mare on the Moon, Nightmare Moon!" Twilight declared

The crowd gasped.

"Well, well, well,  it seems somepony still remembers me. Then you must know of why I am here."

"Yes, you're here for... uh?" Twilight tries to figure out Nightmare's purpose of coming back.

"Remember this day little ponies, it'll be your last. The night will last... FOREVER!!!" Nightmare Moon says as she does her evil laugh and brews up a lightning all around her.
