Most wonder what kind of world occurs within the small box, but to a few it's world is know to be like.... "DOCTOR!!!!!" Yells a mare with a purple mane and fur. "Yes? What is it Twilight?" Replies a brown stallion. "There you are" Twilight says in a normal voice "Um... What are you doing?" she asks. "Oh! Well after our last adventure the TARDIS doesn't seem to want to respond properly! I mean like she just doesn't want to... move!" "That doesn't sound nice...." "No it does not Twi. So thats why i'm trying to fix her but it would be easier if i knew what's the reason why she doesn't want to go" "It's never good when you don't know whats wrong is it Doctor?" "No it is not my companion, though I feel like one of the Inter-Dimensional Stabilizer is not attac-" He continues until the TARDIS shakes with a disagreeing -VROMP- and sends them all to their backs. The lights dim down to a less bright sheen to the point where its the console lighting up the room. "D-Doctor? Where are you...?" Says Twilight trying to get up. "Im right here... though I wonder... What caused the TARDIS to suddenly stop... like it's power has been almost completely drained." He explains. "So we're stuck in deep space millions of light years from home... and the TARDIS is basically... dead? This can't be good Doctor..." Says the worried mare. "No Twilight, this can't be good but if the power has only mostly been drained then there should still be some left so I can see whats wrong on the scanner... First I should reroute the power to main things..." He says as he thinks. "What do you mean?" Curious of this new term as Twilight isn't too familiar with the TARDIS. "Well the TARDIS has a star, The Eye of Harmony, where it's when the star is in the act of turning into a blackhole." He starts explaining. "Isn't that dangerous Doctor?" "Sort of... the Time Lords understood of what power it releases, so with Time Lord engineering, the star is suspended in the state of decaying so that it repeatedly produces energy. But a TARDIS is large so it can't charge it all at once so it needs to give it time to charge. Some of that power is routed to the heart of the TARDIS but most of the energy needed for the heart is dimensional energy. Since we've been in this dimension for so long the TARDIS has adapted to your universe to charge from it." Now say that the energy produced from dimensional rifts and from The Eye of Harmony is like the energy in your body. If it's been drained then you have less will to do things but if you really want to do something then your brain does manage to take some of the energy left to spare and move it to where it's needed so for starters it leaves some energy to the heart. But some to the legs if movement is needed and other parts aren't as important to the task. So with the TARDIS some of the power is disperse to some things like rooms, noise, lights, ect." "Uh huh..." Twilight nods "So anyways i'm going to delete some of the rooms that aren't needed but storing some in a drive like your room and the library. Also i'm going to turn down the heating to conserve the power but not low so we freeze but sustainable." Few minutes of power routing later. "Alright so we have power to the console so we have just enough power to send us to Equestria but not enough to land at your library... but if I-" -VROMP- The TARDIS shakes violently again. "No no no no NO!!! DON'T DO THAT!" He shouts kicking the console and regretting it by shaking his hoof in pain. "What wrong this time Doc?" Twilight asks. "The power's been drained to the point where we cant make a return trip home... we're just drifting in space... lost...I-I'm sorry, I meant to take us o-on a trip, not get stuck and possibly die in here... I..." He tries to apologize but stutters at continuing until Twilight shocks him with a hug. "It's alright Doc, this wasn't intentional so it's not your fault." "Right so how do we fix this?" "Well the TARDIS is a complex machine, it's alive so it has to be handled carefully... I remember this in TARDIS training!... Which I failed... But anyways! The TARDIS has a backup power source where a reserve of power is strong enough to send us flying home and to the library!" "Then why don't we just activate it?" Twilight asks. "Well... think of it like a heart or anything like it, wait no it's nothing like a heart but imagine it if you like. The power reserve requires a live detection so for example me, I touch it and give it the power of time after all the time travel we did and I've already done and Badaboomba! We're off! And I will not say that again. But lets get going Twilight as we can't live in a low power TARDIS forever." "Right then Doctor let's go to this power reserve so we can get home, I don't like sticking in a place that may be potentially dangerous." says Twilight "OK but remember, the TARDIS is a machine that can generate tricks and traps like infinite hallways so be careful!" he warns END OF CHAPTER 1

The Venture Leaving the console room Twilight and The Doctor start their walk to find the spare power room to power the TARDIS. "So, Doctor?" Twilight speaks up and asks "Mind explaining what the TARDIS backup power source is?" He tries to explain to her about it "Now the TARDIS runs on Dimensional and Potential energy as i explained earlier. The spare power source is a mixture of that like holding the blast of a dimensional rift, and a star being born. A star being born is more easier to handle but the power development is very fluxed as it can be random so it's only used as a back up. The blast of dimensional rift energy comes from, well from the rift. Now the rift is-" Twilight was still listening but for some reason toned his voice out but she felt a slight ache in her heart when he spoke science. "Did you get all that?" The doctor asks. Twilight snaps out of her trance just then. "Huh y-yeah, dimensional energy and stars." "Right... Are you ok Twilight? You seem quite out of it like your in a trance." He states. "Are you sick?" He puts one of his hooves on her forehead. She blushes a bit in response to the hoof on her forehead. The blush turns into heat onto her forehead where he takes his hoof off. "Well your slightly warmer than usual... maybe you should rest in the console room, there is a small couch so you should rest there. I'll call you if I ever need you I will call. Noise echoes really well in the halls. Now go to the console room!" he says. Nodding, Twilight walks back to the console room and sits on the couch that the Doctor told her to rest on. "Why couldn't I go with him... Well maybe for the best since the TARDIS can be dangerous as he said..." Back to the Doctor "Well, at least she'll be safe in the console room" He continues to walk through the halls looking for the backup power room. As he's walking voices can be heard through the halls. "I'm the Doctor. Im from the Planet Gallifrey in the constellation of Kasterbrorous." one voice said "Would you like a Jelly Baby?" said another "Fantastic!" "It's called the TARDIS" "HELLO STONE HEADS!" "You're like one of those guys who can't go out with a girl unless his mother approves." A bunch of other voices going on from either past regenerations or past companions. "No... I must move on from before to now..." A while later the Doctor, still walking, deep in his thoughts "What in this universe has the power to drain the TARDIS? Well it is still new for me so maybe there is a force that can do that." While the Doctor was still pondering the lights in the hallways turned off leaving the Time Lord with his thoughts alone, no lights at all. "Well... this isn't good at all. Now how am I gonna find the backup power room. Ah well, looks like I'm gonna have to find a room, if there is still one, since I do make sure there is a torch in each room." While trying to find a room he spots a small orange light. Being the only source of light the Doctor heads for it in curiosity to what in the darkness is making the light. After several moments of running the Doctor still seems a bit distanced from the light, but a slight sound screaming could be heard from light but not clear enough to know what kind it is. Was it a happy scream or sad scream? He wasn't sure so he still tries to approach the light but with each step the screaming gets louder and louder until it was clear that the screams were screams of sadness and fear. The only words that managed to escape from his mouth "Im sorry..." Back in the console room Twilight got up from the couch she was sitting on and decided to look at the TARDIS' interior as she never had time to properly look around and admire the way it looks. "It's so boring here... why did I have to go back here..." she sighs then feels that ache in her heart, like she wanted to be next to the Doctor The TARDIS lets out a groan in response to her troubles. "Huh? Oh sorry I didn't mean to say you're boring but I meant just sitting here and waiting for the Doctor." Some beeping goes off to respond. "So... tell me, what it the Doctor like? After a while of processing the response displays on a monitor from past companions of their description. "Crazy" "Amazing" "Mad" "Smart" "Happy" "Sad" After a list of them the last one got Twilight by surprise. "~~A Hero~~" This got to her because of it was crossed out. "Why is this last one crossed out?" The TARDIS lets out a few groans and beeps. "He chose to cross it out? Why?" The only response was one that could tell her that the TARDIS was unsure. All of a sudden there was silence then an alarm going off. "Whats going on?!" The monitor shows the words "Doctor in distress" Realizing what it meant the TARDIS lit up some red lights to show her where to find the Doctor. "DOCTOR!!!!!" She shouts in worry since this doesn't happen at all in her travels. TO BE CONTINUED!
The Magic of The LostView OnlineThe Time Lord and A UnicornThe Magic of The LostBack in the TARDIS hallways the sound of running hooves can be heard through out the hallways. "DOCTOR! WHERE ARE YOU?!" Shouts Twilight. "Ohhhh Celestia help me, where is he?!" Soon enough she finds a brown figure in the shadows. She approached it to take a closer look and realizes its the Doctor. "Im sorry..." Was all that came out of his mouth. He seemed to be in a fetal position will a full out shock. His eyes empty like, they've been left without a soul but with a mixture of green and purple. "Oh no..." Twilight was super worried because there was only one thing she knew about the state the stallion is in, Sombra's Curse. She remembered last time she and Spike experienced the curse, but this time she knew a spell to see what the victim is seeing. She used it on the Doctor and what she saw in it, she couldn't comprehend. Fire in the skies and on the land with ashes in the air, lasers flying through the sky, but what else there was, is even worse, Ponys and humans running around in fear as the world around them burnt. But in the centre one particular stallion was there, she approached him and saw it was the Doctor with tears in his eyes. She left the illusion and went on to removing the curse from him. Moments later she manages to remove it but the Doctor was still in shock. He later gets up which surprises her. "Doctor? Are you alright?" She asks in worry He responds with a cold "Im fine..." Then moving slowly along his way with Twilight following a distance away. "So... where is the backup power room?" She asks trying to start a conversation "It'a just right around the corner. Here" he points at a large door that has some circular markings on it. He opens the door and is met with an unusual sight, instead of a small star as the spark it seemed to be a large generator that had cone slot "Hmmm" he scans the generator to find out what is the particular spark needed to start It comes with one word *Magic* "Umm Doctor, what's wrong?" Twilight asks "Well it would appear that instead of the backup star needed to power the TARDIS it needs a taste of powerful magic" he explains "Well good thing you got me along because I happen to be very advanced in magic, let me try!" Twilight says She approaches the cone slot and inserts her horn and uses magic, but just as she started the generator sends a feedback thus she was sent flying away from the generator with a slightly burnt horn. "What happened?!" The Doctor asks with worry seeing how far she was sent "I don't know, some kind of magic feedback, but that rarely happens unless theres some kind of blockage. And the only one I know of is... no..." "Twilight whats wrong" "Well, it's a small possibility but the one thing I know that can cause it is Sombra's curse and it may be on the TARDIS and you've already had it" She explains "The curse is a form of dark magic which can, cause magic feedback, create illusions of the victims fears, and cause dark crystals to form" "Okay... so how do we eradicate it?" The Doctor asks "Well the crystals are easily changed to normal with a spell but my horn needs to rest a bit from the feedback, as for the actual curse... it needs a source of love to destroy it..." She explains slightly blushing at the last part "Well we can just let your horn just rest for a bit but I don't know about the love part..." The Doctor says All of a sudden dark crystals starts forming within the room, with quick thinking they ran out and into the hallways "OK so all we need to do is stick together and-" they said in unison but realize that the other isn't with then with the crystals still chasing them "Oh no... there must have been a split in the paths" they both said again for They continued to run through the corridors un aware of what's ahead Author's Note Sorry for long wait since i've been a biiiiiiiiit lost of it and well its summer and I just wanna play games but i decided to go ahead and work on this chapter!
