Discord lay on his back under a heavy quilt. It was too dark to make out the details of the room he was in but having frequently been there gave him a very clear metal picture of Fluttershy’s bedroom. The sturdy walls and window that did such an excellent job at keeping out the sounds of distant thunder were the only changes that he was aware of. His eyes strayed right at where the window was. He couldn’t see the heavy curtain draped over it but the fact that no moonlight penetrated the room was proof that it was still there.
The gentle Pegasus softly nuzzled his chest and his paw slowly brushed through her mane. She slowly inched around under the quilt until her body rested on top of his still figure. He rested his paw on her back and softly kissed her forehead. His left eye glanced at where the window was again and imagined what the moon looked like. His right eye focused on the mare lying on his chest. Her breathing was relaxing but he couldn’t quite tell what her expression was trying to say. He grinned to himself as the seconds turned into minutes.
For the past few months they had started an unusual nighttime tradition. Fluttershy would let herself gaze upon a full moon and the small fraction of the ‘Flutterbat’ that Twilight couldn’t get rid of would take over her. He fondly remembered the first time he witnessed an accidental transformation.
To be more accurate he recalled being herded into a closet where he spent an hour being hissed at from the other side of the door.
Even more amusing was the next morning. She wasn’t trying to hide what happened. She didn’t cower behind her mane and apologize. She planted her hooves and asked him to help her control it. For months he helped her find the mare beneath the bat, most attempts started with him being chased into a closet. After a while they had a breakthrough and she started turning without a full moon.
Discord had gotten very acquainted with the closets in her house.
One particular evening resulted in the nocturnal creature opening the door. He braced himself for just about anything and was greeted by a growling voice asking if he knew where Angel was. It was a very slow uphill battle from there and the results were scarce for a while but recently she had displayed an almost complete mastery of her transformed state.
He felt her weight shift and guessed that she was looking at the window. Sometimes she would decide to take a break from the changing and sometimes she would get up and move the curtains herself. Tonight it looked like she was about to ask him to let the moon in; which meant that there would be a narrow window of opportunity where the Flutterbat might pounce while his back was turned.
Unless he could make it to the closet. Then he would be relatively safe until she came to her senses.
Discord waited for her to decide on how she wanted to spend her evening. He could spend it hiding from a feral beast, he could spend it trying to help Fluttershy control the beast, or he could spend it lying on his back with his lover in his arms. Granted the third option was his favorite prospect but if asked he was willing to attempt another night at helping her take control of the part of her that simply refused to be buried. He was in it for the long haul whether it meant sleeping in a warm embrace or pulling an all-nighter while Fluttershy drifted in and out of a predator’s mindset.
“Discord.” She quietly said to the window “Please open the curtain.”
He started to get up but was stopped by her gently pressing down on his chest with a hoof.
“Use your magic…I want to try this differently…if that’s ok with you.”
The Draconequues was justifiably apprehensive about that request; but if she was confident in her ability to restrain herself then he pretty much had to comply. Showing doubt in her pursuit of being in control would destroy months of hard work and render nights trapped in a closet fruitless. His left eye twitched and the heavy curtain fell from its perch. Pale moonlight faintly illuminated where it could reach. Luna’s orb appeared to be a thin crescent in the sky. Both of his eyes fixed themselves on Fluttershy. Her face was now hidden by her mane and she was grunting in obvious discomfort. Discord realized that this was the first time he paid attention to her changing instead of making himself aware of the nearest closet. He watched her ears and wings change shape while her coat became rough and a shade darker. He felt her somehow gain muscle mass as she pressed down on his body. Her sounds of protest turned into labored breathing as she slowly lifted her head. Her mane slowly parted and slid along the sides of her face. Discord found himself looking into crimson eyes and short yet pronounced fangs.
He offered her a gentle smile.
She hissed at him.
Discord was about to dive into the closet for another session of talking her down but was stopped by her once again pressing a hoof on his chest. She grinned at him the way he would steal a glance at her flank. She slowly moved her front hooves to his shoulders and pulled herself forward so her face hovered just over his. His claw firmly gripped the edge of the bed and he prepared to pull himself under it. Maybe she was just feeling frisky but it was also likely that in the dim light he looked somehow like an apple. He made some calculations in case he needed an exit. It wasn’t that he was in any real danger; but in the heat of the moment of being chased by a bat-pony it was a sure thing that he would momentarily forget that.
She looked into his eyes and Discord relaxed his grip on the wooden frame of the bed. She smiled gently and kissed his neck. He admittedly got a little worried when she dragged her teeth along his flesh until she reached his chin. Fluttershy then stretched her swings and legs and after a brief paused she cracked her neck and lower back. Discord continued to wait and see if the control would last.
The seconds turned into minutes before he dared stroke her mane with his paw. She leaned herself slightly into his caress and he let out a relaxed breath.
“Looks like we have a new success.” He said with a grin as he gently ran his paw down her back.
“Looks like it.” She replied as she glanced at the moon.
The mood abruptly changed when she hissed and swatted him with a wing. Discord quickly snaked his body under the bed and his eyes found the closet. Fluttershy stepped down onto the floor and crouched low enough to see him.
“Looks like looking at the moon still makes me lose it.” She said quietly to the floor as she hung her head.
Discord slowly crept out from under the bed and gently held her against him to reassure the mare. He glanced at the moon and slowly shifted their bodies to obstruct her view of it. This was a dramatic step forward but clearly she had a long way to go. He released her from the embrace and took in the sight of her figure. She was definitely somehow stronger and her wings now had a broader span. He wondered how the bones in her wings accommodated the change. Perhaps that was where some of the pain of the transformation came from.
His gaze was broken by her turning and climbing back into bed. Discord slowly joined her underneath the quilt and she nuzzled his chest. She breathed deeply his scent and traced a hoof over his body. The sudden change in the mood gave rise to the burning possibility that he might possibly get lucky and the started to contemplate how many bruises would he incur.
The theoretical number didn’t do much to deter him but her sudden grin did give him pause.
“Discord?”
“Yes dearest?” He asked while trying to mask his apprehension.
“May I…you know…” She began while blushing and tracing her hoof over his chest.
Discord grinned and nodded.
“May I bite you?”
Discord snapped to full attention at the request. He suddenly realized that he had absently mindedly nodded before her words fully compiled in his head. Her dragged herself upward on him and lightly dragged her fangs along his body. Discord felt himself tense up as she seemed to select a spot opposite to his heart. He couldn’t highly tell her not to now as it might shake her confidence.
Plus there was the distinct possibility that this meant that he could make a unique request of his own.
Her fangs traced around a certain spot before she slowly sunk them into his flesh. Discord grunted from the sudden pinch. Out of reflex he sunk back into the bed and out of desire she followed him. The intruding bones firmly remained planted in his chest and Discord felt his heart begin to accelerate. Granted that he had the power to change the situation in a number of colorful ways but he still couldn’t bring himself to free himself from the advanced love bite.
Abruptly she let go and bit him in a spot near the first one. The sudden jolt of pain similar to the first one was noted but this time his response was to firmly grip the edge of the bed. He felt strangely helpless despite all his abilities. He could physically remove her from his body if he wanted to, but he didn’t want to. A third bite happened below the first two. It felt just as sharp but with the initial shock gone a curious notion came into his head. He was starting to like this.
The bat pony slowly punctured a trail down his body towards his midsection. Every injection was followed by a period of pause where she just sat there with her teeth in him. It was if she was savoring the small amount of inflicted pain that was evident in him tensing up and the noises he made. Discord moved his paw to her head and pressed her further into the fresh wound. Her response was to firmly hiss at him. He let go and her eyes stayed fixed on his. The Draconequus slowly moved his arms to the top of the bed and she bit down again on his body. His grunts slowly became more and more like a surrender to the creature on top of him as well as a request for another one.
Discord suddenly became very aware of a growing erection when her rear made contact with it as she inched lower and bit down again. He drew in a pleasured moan as her most personal region brushed against his own organ. She looked up at him and gave a sultry grin as she rubbed her entrance against him. Discord wanted desperately to sit upright and firmly plant her down in his lap on top of his hardening member but her eyes commanded him to lie back and accept whatever she was about to do.
