They are again arguing, flashed through my mind when ice water fell on my head, I leaned on the wall of a small shower stall and sit on the ground. For seven years, I was surprisingly smart and insightful. I could well add, subtract, multiply and divide, fluently read and write because and of my interest in electronics, I also could build a simple circuit. And I was only in first grade! I shut off running water and dried myself. I dressed and I walked into my room. My eyes immediately fell to my little sister. "Hey Dust," said the voice. "Hey Katrina," I smiled at her. Katrina was also very clever. She could read, write and count as well as I could, and she was only nine months younger than me. But she was not very interested in the technology. Instead, she could sense the emotions flowing through someone face. Suddenly we both jumped. There were shouts followed by a bang. Someone apparently threw a bottle on the table. We were both accustomed to such things, and we went to sleep. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The next day we come back from school. Home was strangely quiet. Nobody was inside. "Sis," I asked. "What," she replied. "Are you happy here? "By every cell," she replied sarcastically. "Come out of here." "Like an escape?" "Yes." "But we can not survive." "Do not worry about that." "But we will not have a shower." "When the time comes, I will build you six large showers." "Will you stay with me?" "Of course I will. I would never left you. You're my only true family. " Packing up essential items took us about 5 minutes. After seven minutes of run, we got to the edge of our city. "What now?" She asked. "We will go to the next town. There are lot of good hiding places. And I got a couple of friends. I hope they will be able to help us. " "Okay than." "Let´s go." So we went to more than 7 miles long journey. It took us almost four hours with breaks. When we arrived, the main thing was to find a dwelling. Immediately I was obviously clear that I can not go to some place of friends of mine, because their parents would surely call our parents. So we went around the city. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Perfect. This thing was exactly that was I looking for. "I am showing you our future home!" "Container?" "Not just any container. It is a paper container. " "What's the difference?" "You will not sleep in an ugly stinking waste, but in a soft, warm cardboard." **The first night in the new home. But that'snot too bad. It could be worse**, I thought. "Good night Katrina." "Good night." I closed my eyes and within ten minutes I fell asleep. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *FPSDust*** The sun was annoyingly shining in my eyes. I knew I am not going to sleep again. My gaze slid to my sister lying next to me. It had been four days since we left home, and nobody was looking after us to our happiness. Parents obviously did not care where we are. "Good morning," I said with a smile. "Hello," came the sleepy reply from my sister. I heard a rumbling from my sister´s belly. Her cheeks stained red. My corners have risen even higher than they were before. "Somebody is hungry?" She shyly smiled at me "Maybe a little bit," was the quiet answer of my sister. I pulled the bag and examined it. Nothing to eat. Only a few bottles of water. "I think we ran out of food" "What are we going to do now?" "I think I know ..." **Another hunt for food... I was watching two little girls going to school. One with rainbow coloured hair and second with pink hair. They had a bags.** **But there might be little problem...** There were four girls that were getting closer to the duo. ***Just be quick…*** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Light slowly began changing to darkness that began to wrap around me. Everything was slowly changing. There was nothing but darkness. Figures began to appear. They began to focus. Image came to my father. He is yelling at someone. I figured out that it was my sister. She cried. Behind them, the mother smoked cigarettes. Another picture. It´s me. In front of our house. Next to me is a police officer. He wraps me protectively around my shoulders. The door was opened by my father. Police officer dismissed me with a reluctance, because he knew he can not do anything. The door closed. I was alone. Another picture. Beautiful cherry coated in pink blooms. Cherry starts to shrivel. It dies completely. Cherry tree fell down. Small seed fell to the ground. Pictures are farther and farther chasing me. To be continue...
