"Oh Blank Flank!" Someone yelled from behind her. She whimpered from the pain of turning her neck to face the young colt behind her. Ying recognized the small figure and tears began to flood her eyes in a panic, "Please don't hurt me!" She screamed in fear, with pain evident in her eyes. The expression he wore on his face told her she was pathetic. She quickly backed away from the colt, "Please don't hurt me, Rouge..." She stated shakily. "Why wouldn't I?" He questioned with an evil qrin plastered on his face. She continued to back away from the grinning colt until her back hit a large tree. Fear took over her entire body. Her body shook uncontrollably, tears flowed rapidly down her face. She completely and utterly helpless. The colt grinned at the sight before him, "How weak and pitiful you are." He said as he grabbed a small, measly clump of black hair from Ying's mane. He easily tore it out with the flick of the wrist. Ying whimpered and pain and bit her lip to prevent herself from screaming out for help. Even if she did, no one would of came, because no one cared. He groaned, "You're making this no fun." He pouted, "Why do you have to be so easy to break?" He asked in a psychotic voice. Ying turned to look at him straight in the eyes, but was suddenly overwhelmed by pain. Rouge had struck her in the stomach. She screamed as she began to cough up blood. Her scream of pain began to attract more ponies. She was suddenly surrounded by 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 other fillies and colts! They all tore out her hair, hit her head, and beat her over and over again to the point she lost consciousness. After that day, she understood one thing, no one was there, no one cared, yet she did. She was too kind, so the world walked all over her and broke her. She was always alone. Anyone who was ever there, either died...or left her without thinking twice. She soon became used to being alone, and she preferred it, but she never enjoyed it. A pegasus with a bright white coat, a dark black mane, and bright red eyes looked at the water dancing across the pond. Tears filled her eyes, slowly dripping from her face, falling to the water. She looked at her reflection and cried harder. She didn't belong here. She never did. She was a small filly, only 10 years old. Blank flank as well. It was Ying Yang. Ying was the last blank flank in her 5th grade class, surely made fun of Because of it. She, herself, wasn't very sure what her destiny was when she had no friends to help her. Her family didn't care for her, only abused her, not caring if she ran away. Ying was also called Miss Know it All since she was one of most intelligent students in her class. Only more to make fun of her. No pony would help her, but when they needed help, she helped them. An unfair deal you can say. Her tears continued to flow down her cheeks, falling down to the pond of water. Her reflection rippled every time her tears would fall into the hole of water. She looked at herself one more time, her red eyes were swollen from all of her crying, her black mane was dirty and ruffled from all of her bullies from earlier, and her white coat had a few small bruises on her hooves and chest, her wings slightly unfolded. She sighed sadly. This was her only place to get away from the cruel, dark world. It wasn't very far from her the house she lived in. She usually came there when she wanted to cut school short or when she needed a good cry. The place was in the Everfree Forest, a small part that is safe. The area was hidden from other parts of the forest, so no pony would know where Ying was. She was just lucky that she had found this place in the first place. Ying wiped her tears from her white face, and sighed sadly again. She sometimes felt like she wanted to disappear and that she was never in this world.  But she dealt with life calmly. Holding it all in, afraid to tell anypony her problems and her life. Like she was consumed by the darkness of the night. Ying felt her body ache in pain from her previous fight. She felt herself whimper,  fighting back tears now. She bit her lip, almost to the point to drawing blood. She then felt a little bit of her heart break when she came to realization hit her once more. No pony cared for her. No pony would ever care for her. She was nothing to ponies here. Her family never cared. She wished that she had her little sister with her. But she was gone. Forever. "Please, c-come back to me, little sis...." Ying whispered beneath her breath. Her sister was so full of joy, love, and always brought  a smile Ying's face. She missed her so dearly. Wishing that she had joined her sister in death now. She never wanted to be alone, to be bullied, and have a family who despised her. Who called her the Devil's minion. She wanted to escape reality. So badly. Her life could have been worse, but this was like living in her own nightmare. She felt tears invade her eyes once more, and she closed her eyes tightly. She didn't want to cry. It would show that she was more pathetic by just crying over a simple thing she was thinking about. She held up her hooves to her eyes so her eyes wouldn't open. She knew it was just the beginning
