In a small secluded part of the Canterlot gardens

''Eddie, you awake?”  I mentally asked the skeletal humanoid statue next to me.

''Hell no Guy let me fucking sleep!!!!'' My little brother mentally rudely screamed.

''Oh good then you don't have to watch the show.'' I mentally said smugly watching the two ponies getting lucky at Eddie's feet. Soft moans coming from the hot pink Alicorn mare filling the air as her white unicorn stallion took her innocence…again.

''What are you… Oh come on not again!!!'' Eddie's cried in both irritation and jealousy ''Fuck! How many times these ponies are going to fuck on top of me, I still have stains from the last time!''

''Ah you’re just jealous that they’re getting some and you're not~'' I said teasingly with a small chuckle while watching the pony couple go at it like rabbits but I notice something off about the mare at the start of the act she bled. I remember every couple that ever took it to the next level on us this couple was one of them. She lost her innocence on me the first time yet she bled once again.

''I recall that your not getting any either,  you're a motherfucking statue like me. '' Growled Eddie his skeletal jaws grinding their sharp points against each other.

''Ouch, that was a low blow brother,'' I said mentally holding my gut. ''Eddie is it just me or is that pink mare not Cadence?''

''Yeah you're right Guy,'' said Eddie mentally also taking note of the bleeding pony snatch ''that's definitely not little Candy and Shiny's eyes are a different color…wait, green eyes?!?''

''Changelings!'' both Eddie and I said with a scowl on our mental faces. Changelings… It just had to be fucking Changelings. We remembered Discord's bug-like enforcers well, after all they were made from our (forcefully taken) blood mixed with pony DNA, then warped by the Draconequus' chaos magic. We had thought that the sisters had managed to kick them out of this side of Equus after Discord had turned us to stone, nearly 1005 years ago. However, with this fake Cadence, we knew it was only a matter of time before the whole hive went one the offensive. Once again we struggled against the magical bindings we had to warn the girls about the changeling return. Only for the magic, like all the other times we attempted to break free, to strike right back at us with the burning touch of chaos energy once the pain finally resided away.

I noticed was something off with the energy, ''Weak'' I mentally whispered ''Eddie! the magic weakening! If we kept up the pressure the spell will break!''

''I'm fucking sick of Discord's shit time to bring out the big guns!'' Eddie yelled mentally with a shit-eating grin upon his face.

''Metal?'' I asked with a bigger grin.

''I wanna hear some Metal!'' He cries out all pumped up.

''I got the perfect song in mind'' I yell back as the drums begin to echo in our mind space.

''Dream evil, '' said Eddie with an approving look ''good choice brother.''

''Thanks Eddie, now we wait while the magic of metal dominates the power of chaos.'' I said my grin fading at the sound of the pony couple finishing together and the sound of Eddie bitching about some of their musky liquid hits him in an stony eye ''I only hope we get out of here in time.''

In the outside world

Two ponies held each other in a lover's embrace while leaning up against an ancient moss covered bipedal statue. The statue had clearly seen better days, but the couple could care less about some hunk of marble. The stallion gently ran his hoof along his mare's disheveled multi colored mane before glancing at the purple tinted dome protecting the city, his white fur brisking in the cool night air.

''Shiny oooh Shiny,'' purred Cadence her muzzle nuzzling into her husband-to-be's chest ''That… That was something else.''

Shiny looked down on the love of his life, a soft loving smile grace his lips.'' I take it that her highness had found her loyal bodyguard had severed her well on this night?''

''Yes she has'' giggled Cadence in sing song voice ''But tell me again why we mated in front of these statues? I find their faces very unnerving, it almost seems like they were watching us.''

Shiny looks at the faces of the statutes despite the years of seeing them he did to found them to be unnerving the statue they were leaning up against was skeletal in nature with wild manes, dual wielding Minotaur war axes and the other was hooded yet the hood did nothing to hid the wide toothy smile. In its clawed hands laid small cannon like weapons but what truly unnerving about them are their eyes if almost like they really were alive.

''Well they were,'' coughed Shiny nervously '' didn't you knew the legend after all you took us here on our fourth date, you said that every couple in Canterlot heard at some point in their lives.''

''Shiny,'' said Cadence unamused ‘‘what legend are you talking about? I lived in Canterlot my whole life and I’ve never heard of this legend''

''You know what I talking about, the legend of the spirits of Earth and Fire,'' said Shiny shaking head at the pink mare his eyebrow raised ''you said that any couple that pays homage to them by mating before them will gain their blessing and be forever chained to one another. If that union proves to be false then statues will become flesh once more and those false couple would never again the light of day, you said that mating to them is a test to prove the love one had for another.''

''Statues coming to life.'' said Cadence skeptically before bursting out laughing at the sheer stupidity at the very idea of stone statues coming to life ''Shiny honey I think you been hanging out with your geeky friends for too long.''

''Cadence!'' said Shiny with an pout ''they're not geeks! They’re.... They’re just mare challenged is all.''

''So what you saying Shiny is...their geeks.'' said Cadence with a knowing grin before leaving her wet but warm bed that was Shiny.

''Cadence where are you going?” Asked Shiny, leaving his spot beside the statue of the earth spirit, following his mate.

The pink Alicorn stopped in her tracks looking back at Shiny giving the unicorn an sultrily look ''You know… my bed often gets very cold at night. I'm sure Celestia wouldn’t mind me having some company~''

''What about the legend of the spirits of earth and fire?'' Shiny gulped. A blush forming on his white cheeks, whilst imagining the idea of round 2 ''Shouldn't we, I don't know thank them or something?''

''Shiny,'' said Cadence giving Shiny a hungry smile ''you have two choices you can stay here with those two moldy old statues to keep you warm or…” she pauses sensibly tuning her hoof down her chest brushing her teats against him, presenting herself to her stallion”…Come with me to my nice warm bed where I'll show you how much I love you~''

''Who cares about some dumb old statues anyways!'' said Shiny eagerly trying and failing to keep Little Shiny down.

''My point exactly.'' said Cadence, giving Shiny a little flash whipping her tail teasing her stallion with flashes of pink.

As the couple disappeared in the darkness of the night leaning up against each other, they failed to notice the slight crackling in the air coming from the glowing twin statues.
