In the semi quiet town of Ponyville, professor Burnet and Twilight is chatting to a Kanto starter trio, but not just any Kanto starter trio. This trio leader, Charizard is always in a mega evolution state, since they got to Equestria. It was suppose to be a small chat to see how things were going but someone brought a recent rumor. This rumor is that portals are opening everywhere in Equestria. Venusaur mentions that it happen today. New gets around a lot faster thanks to psychic type pokemon being able to telepathy tell cities. Apprentrenty the portals open about an a hour ago according to the psychic pokemon. There are some portals in Ponyville but there was yet to be seen anything coming though. All the young pokemon and ponies stay away from portals since they couldn't tell what's on the other side. Everyone had their own imagnation of what the portals lead to. Most believe it was some dangerous alternate universe; while some thought riches and one thought that going though there you would see a full moon, the bad one full moon. As the starter trio finish their ideas with professor Burnet and Twilight, they being attack. The attack came though a nearby portal and the attacker are non other then a Sceptile, Swampert, and Blaziken.

"Feeling tough? You have no idea who you're messing with" Chazraid taught.

"Feeling stupid because you have no idea what going to happen to you" the Sceptile reply.

"Flare Bitz!" Charzaid charge at him and only did minor damage. "What but how? You should be on the ground."

"Like most fire types, they're always cocky. Take this, Hydro Pump!" Sceptile shoots a torrent of water at Charzaid.

"Wait, I thought Sceptile are grass types" Twilight state.

"They should be" Burnet says.

"Does this mean Sceptile used to be a water type?"

"If that's the case, Venusaur use Razor Leaf!" Burnet order.

Venusaur comply and use razor leaves on Sceptile but Swampert went in front him to act as a shield. Swampert then use flamethrower on Venusaur which is repel back by Blastoise's hydro pump. "Hey, guys!" Twilight shout to the Kanto Trio "I have a high probability that Blaziken is the water type."

"Only one way to find out, Magical Leaf!" Venusaur says shooting leaves at Blaziken but only doing minimal damage. "Great, can any else go for well?"

"Yes, Thunderbolt" Blaziken aim for Blastoise.

"I won't let you do that!" Charizard rush in front of Blastoise to take the hit. Sure he's no longer flying type but he's still being electrocuted, or so he thought. He stares at his at the reason it stop, only to be a Pikachu wearing blue goggles.

"Is this the power of the Delta species, boring. I expected a stronger opponent" Pikachu says.

"Leave this area, kid" Sceptile says.

"Hey respect your elders, if you don't" Pikachu starts charging a blue lighting sphere around him "say goodbye!" Pikachu knot the Hoenn trio back into the portal. "Well now they're gone-" Pikachu face the Kanto Trio "-you ok?"

"We didn't need you're help" Charizard reply.

"Please, ignore our friend he just a sore loser."

"I can see that, so who's those two" Pikachu point at professor Burnet and Twilight that are heading their way.

"You know something about those pokemon, TELL ME" Twilight says scaring Pikachu a bit.

"Ummmm... sure I tell you everything I know. Those pokemon are delta pokemon meaning they're a different type if you couldn't tell."

"Is there a way to tell there's a difference?"

"Nope, just like EX pokemon."

"EX pokemon, is this a new type of pokemon?"

"I don't think that's it, Twilight" Burnet answer.

"Yeah, it stands for extra, I don't know why but it does. However EX pokemon are very powerful, learning devastating attacks that are no normal or delta pokemon can learn. They could probably take out a legendary in one move or two moves, but the likely hood of encountering an EX pokemon is like fighting a horde of shiny pokemon."

"If they're so powerful, what makes you think you have a chance?" Charizard ask.

"Well first I didn't have trouble with those delta species now did I. Second, I'm not from here, I actually don't know how I got here."

"Where were you before?" Twilight ask.

"Well before coming here, I remember fighting very strong people... launching them, getting launched."

"Wait when do pokemon ever get launch?"

"I pretty sure they're moves that launch pokemon but anyways I should be going now. So bye!" Pikachu then ran away.

"Well what now?" Blastoise ask.

"Training?" Burnet suggest.

"Training" the trio says in unison. They start fighting each other to train.

"I'm going to find Spike and get him to send a letter" Twilight says as she leaves the area.

"I guess I'll see if I could find anymore data on delta pokemon" Burnet heads to the other professors's home.

Author's Note

Yeah short chapter only I'm introducing delta species and EXs. The Ex and Pikachu being in this chapter is just to add a little more. I wasn't happy that it was short so I added them in. So it's no secret that Pikachu is from Smash. I would have actually put's red cap instead of the blue goggles but then I thought he might look like Ash if I say a red cap Pikachu. He's definitely one of the strong pokemon that in this story. Oh and if you're wondering about the Delta and EX, they came from the Trading card game. However I'm putting some rules, delta species can be apply to any pokemon for any type meaning there might not be an actually card of that pokemon. EX pokemon can only be the cards counterpart meaning they only know about two moves. So yes there are now pokemon stronger then Arceus. If you wondering about legend or prime pokemon, maybe I put it them or not just wait and see.
