…Stable 13 is the unknown stable that was kept hidden in the shadows of Equestria, the Minister of Dark Arcane Power was the pony who runs this stable and was the one who made the peace treaty that will hopefully stop the Mega Spell Assault, but it was unknown to all to what have happened there at the Zebra Empire.
It was once a rumor that The Minister of Dark Arcane Power experimented on two young ponies here at stable 13 for he needed them for the salvation of equestria, the experimental operation was called "New Dawn", he knew that those two young ponies would offspring a magnificent colt that could save equestria but he didn't anticipated the other pony named LittlePip that would save equestria as well.
