In his five years as the Guardian, Jared Berberabe did not expect his latest adventure would land him in a world of talking equines.

Nor did he expect that such an adventure would bring two different universes closer together.

A mechanical failure in Sonic the Hedgehog's universe creates a rift in space-time that sends the Guardian and the Mobians to another universe. Initially bent on returning to their own, they are quick to realize that Doctor Robotnik wishes to conquer this land himself. They must team up with six ponies in order to stop the mad doctor.
