Chapter 2: I Can't.

My mom is taking me to... Flight school. I. can't. Fly. As she was talking to the flight teacher I hid behind her. I went from school to school but now I think I am in 2 schools. Regular school and flight school. Why would I need to be in flight school. I can't fly. I won't fly. Then I noticed this girl getting pushed around. Then seconds later she fell off of the cloud and down to the ground. I was afraid. What if that happened to me. Both, me getting pushed around and falling. The girl with the rainbow hair went zooming down to the ground to see if she was alright. I over herd her talking to the teacher about hat happen. "Fluttershy fell off of the cloud! But she made it because a swarm of butterflies saved her. How is that possible? I don't know. She got her cutie and so did I."" Then she noticed me. My mom left me here. I also found out it was a camp. My griffin was in my cabin room thing. Anyways, she came up to me. She said "You look new here... I guess you need help flying. I'll help you." "So what do you say?" Then, I said, "Uh.. let me go get something."

I went to my cabin to get my griffin. Her name is Gilda. Rainbow dash looked confused. "Uh want is that for?" She asked. "Gilda, I have never rode on her. You offered to help me." Then she laughed super hared. I was confused. Then she said, "You know you do have... Wings?!" I shook my head yes. Then, I started to flap them. It hurt, badly. I was in bad pain. "Why are you even here? You can't fly." She said, rudely. Then she noticed I was in pain. "Oh my gosh, are you okay?" Then I stopped flapping my wings. I laid down. I don't know what happen. The world went black and I woke up in the "hospital" at the camp. The head of camp was on my left and rainbow was on my right.

"What? What ha-happen?" I started to feel pain again. The nurse came over. She said, "Breathe in and out, darling." My wings were in cast. I started to cry a bit. My mom burst through the doors. "Sweetie! Oh my gosh, are you alright?" She asked, terrified. "I want to go home." I said. "I'm sorry but this is what you need. Look, you have a special teacher that will help you control Gilda." She stated, softly. "I have to go now, I love you." Then she flew away. Flying. It's even a pain to watch. I was escorted to my cabin. I shared one with rainbow and Fluttershy. Yes, she is back. I laid on my bed and cried myself to sleep.

Then next day, I was ready to fly on Gilda. I got the hang of it quickly. A few days past, my cast got taken off. I was made fun of because I was a flightless, useless pony. As I watched all the others fly and train to be a future success, I cried in the stands. Gilda came over to me. I smiled. This guy named Flash Century came up to me. "Um.. Are you okay?" He asked. "No... I-I'm not" I looked up at him. "Oh, what is bothering you? Oh, and I am Flash, Flash Century." He told me. "Well, I..." I started. "You...?" He asked. "Can't Fly..." "And I am Love Note."

"Love note. Wonderful name. I fell like you are going to do something amazing someday." He smiled. ''Now flightless. Looks like you have a griffon." He noticed. "Yeah, I ride on her. Her name is Gilda." "FLASH CENTRUY! YOU SHOULD BE TRAINING!!" The head of the Wonderbolts (At that time Spitfire is in camp with me) shouted at him. Then she came over to me. "YOU TWO!!! GO, GO, GO!!!" She yelled at me. My eyes were getting ready to shed tears. I held it back. I stood at the edge of the track and looked down. Gilda pushed me. I screamed in horror. "FLY! FLY, YOU FILLY!" I heard her shout. Dang she is so rude! Doesn't she know I can't fly? Gilda flew below me and caught me. I must have fainted. I was on the cloud when I woke up. Flash, rainbow, and the head of the Wonderbolts were flying above me. I was dizzy but ran off crying. I fell a few times and heard echoes of laughter. I bumped into walls, it got me even more dizzy. I couldn't go anymore. I felt sick. I fainted.

I woke up, it was night. I felt sick. I got off of my bed and looked out the window. It felt like the week will never end. The nurse came in. "Oh good, you're awake." "Oh dear, you're as green as a leaf." "Lay down darling." I was wobbly and dizzy. I had a few burses and scrapes. My wings are making this harder. The nurse put a bowl at the bottom of my bed.

The very next day I wasn't dizzy anymore. So I went to my training. "Oh darling, your face is as green as a leaf! Go on to bed, sweet." My teacher said. I shook my head no. "Okay then, if you feel good enough." She said, nervous. "I-I'm fine." I replied. Everypony came to watch me. Tomorrow was our last day and our performance type thing was tomorrow. I trained twice because of how I felt. Training took hours. It was sundown by time I was done. I fell asleep as soon as I hit my bed.

Chapter 3: Performance is Today.

Its today! I am going crazy! I went out because I am doing extra practice with my teacher. The show is in 1 hour. I overslept, UGH. "No practice sweet pea. You need rest, you are still as green AS a pea." I was super tired. I felt dizzy again. My teacher noticed right away and rushed right to me. She picked me up and flew me to bed.

Its time. I went over to the stadium type thing and sat next to my mom. "Sweetie... Are you alright?" She asked, concerned. "Yes, I am." I watched all of the students fly and do multiple tricks and poses. It was like 2 hours. Everypony started to get up. "Wait! We have one more act!" They all sat back down. "Okay, this act is preformed by Love Note and Gilda." I rode out there on Gilda. My teacher whispered something into my ear, "You are going to be okay? Right?" "Yes, I'll be f-fine" My head was spinning. The world was getting a bit blurry. "Okay, Ready, set, Go!" I was in control of Gilda. She knew the act but she didn't know how well I felt. I felt sick and started to cough. The world was starting to go black. I kept going. The world was two blurry for me to see anything. Most of our acts were spinning and flips, which made it worse. My cheeks looked as full as a chipmunks. Then, I couldn't hold it in. I puked and then fainted right after. Gilda stopped and landed. I was taken to the nurse right away. The last thing I heard was gasps from everypony watching.

I woke up, alone in the nurses office. Camp was over, I think. I heard laughing. I was dizzy but I manage to hear what was going on. "Omg, did you see her? She was horrible, does she even know she has wings?" One said. "I know right. She should've got disqualified, especially for vomiting on the track. That's like, so RUDE!" The other said. Then Flash flew over to them. "Uh, what are you two talking about?" He asked. "Just 'Love Note'. I think her name should be... Green Face, or something like that. She was green like, all week!" One replied. I noticed Rainbow landed in between them. She started to laugh, "Really? Making fun of some pony who won't ever be able to fly? Priceless." "She deserves to be laughed at, Rainbow. She is just a no-pony. She can't even do some baby spins without puking."

I felt sick to my stomach and was super dizzy. I managed to get back onto my bed. My mom came right before I started puking (again). She ran right over. I was crying, like usual. "Lets go home, sugar cube." She got all my stuff packed and ready. She put me on Gilda. and we flew home. I slept all the way home. It wasn't that far although we live in ponyville... I was put in bed as soon as we got home. My dad was watching T.V.. "Welcome home!" He yelled, excited. "Shhh, Love is asleep. I was a rough week, I guess." She shush him. I felt two kisses on my head. I wasn't fast asleep but I heard my dad say, "He face, is a green as a pea. You should get medicine for her." I started to feel pain on my wings again. Or at least I think so... I saw me trying to fly again. It looked completely real. I didn't get a centimeter off of the ground. Everypony was laughing but I kept going. My face looked like I was in serious pain.

I woke up in my room. "Oh it was just a nightmare..." I got up and into the living room. Gilda was behind me. My dad was watching the performance that came on hours after the show. I watched it two. "Okay, this act is preformed by Love Note and Gilda." My eyes got wide. I felt like crying, but I didn't. My dad was cheering. It was kind of funny. But then I felt super sick. Then I head some ponies saying "It looks like she is loosing control. And now comes the big loop." I gave out during the loop. That's when he noticed me, although I was moaning. I was dizzy and couldn't tell what I was doing. I was put on Gilda's back and taken to my room. My mom was back and she brought a doctor. "Now what is the problem ma'am?" The doctor asked. "Well, she went to flight camp this week. On her first day she hurt her wings. And the rest she felt sick. Then the last..." My mom showed the clip from the performance. "Ok, ok, ok..." She checked my head. I had a pretty high fever. "Whoa," She handed my mom medicine. "You need to giver her this 2 times a day. Starting now and a little later, like midnight give her the second cup." She informed my mom. "Ok, Thanks!"

Chapter 4: Flying 'Pain'

It was midnight so that means I had to take that horrible medicine. Right when my mom walked in I threw up... The medicine works for like what, 4 hours. Yeah, 4 hours. I fell fast asleep and the next thing I knew, it was morning. Yay. Another day means more sickness. I got up and took a nice warm bath. I noticed my face wasn't that green anymore. Then I got dizzy for a moment but I was fine. When I got out, I watched T.V. with my mom because I didn't feel like eating. At all. I started to stretch my wings (It doesn't hurt while doing that... Oddly) then I felt something. I'm not sure what, though. I was in pain, bad pain. No wait, serious pain. I screamed right after I felt that crack or pop. I had no idea what it was. My mom got scared, she jumped off of the couch and picked me up. I was crying in pain.

I must've blacked out because before I knew it I was in the hospital. I had cast around my wings, for the 3rd time... Rainbow Dash, Flash Century, and Fluttershy were all there. I also felt better, I had a little diz when I woke, but now I am fine. "She looks to be alright. I had a feeling that something like this would cure her. Now, the reason she got sick a school," My eyes got wide, It was the flight camp nurse. "She got sick at school when she fell off of the cloud when Gilda accidentally pushed her. She landed on Gilda's back on her back. It might have screwed things up in her system. So when she broke her wings today it sort have fixed it about 95%. The other 5 is that she will sometimes just randomly get dizzy." My mom nodded. "Now, we could make her a unicorn. Just surgery would take hours." My mom looked at me. She said, "No, we will stick to the wings"

When we arrived home, I played, duh. I played for hours because I couldn't play while I was sick. Then, I though about what the doctor said. She said something about removing my wings and making me an earth or a unicorn pony. I mean, what good are my wings for? I don't know. The next day I will be going back to school. I can't wait, and I actually missed school? Yes, I do miss it, much. I wonder if the people that liked me at camp will go to school there? Or is there a school for, sigh, for flying ponies. I am sick of not flying.

That night I slept, not at all. I really want to go to school. Does that make me a nerd? Probably, science is my best subject and reading... Math goes with science... I am a nerd! I don't like that, soon I will have huge glasses. AH! I won't let that happen. Soon, the sun rose and the... roosters? Yes, roosters, they woke me up. I slept for like an hour. A hour can go by WAY to fast. Oh and did I mention, I live on a farm? Yeah that's where the roosters came from.

Anyways, I went to school and all that stuffs. SCIENCE! YAY!

Chapter 5: Science class begins!

"Ok class!" Miss Lucy walked in. Its odd how teachers use their first name. "Today we will start science! But first our new student is back! If you haven't noticed, she was gone for 2 weeks but we won't get into that. Anyways, want to introduce yourself?" She looked at me. I nodded yes. She made me go to the front of the class and 'explain' myself. "I - I am..." I started then Miss Lucy interrupted me. ''Go on!" "I - I am L-l-lo-love N-N-Note." I heard the 'popular' mares whispering and giggling. Then they spoke louder, just enough so I could hear them, "She can't even talk without stuttering!" I got so mad but I held it in. "I am Love note and I cannot fly. I. Am. Good." That last part sounded awkward but I said it anyways. Then I noticed some ponies with wings, they looked familiar. It was the ponies I meant at camp. They whispered, obviously loud enough so I could hear, "Pretty sure this is the right class."

Miss Lucy handed out our supplies and split us into groups. While she was doing so, she winked at me and put me in the group with my 'friends.' Wait, are they my friends? They walked over to my desk, "We're friends" Flash said, to my face. I think I blushed a bit, not sure. Then I noticed I needed to use the restroom. But no, I couldn't, I didn't want to miss any science. We had to create light with a pickle. Ew, I hate pickles, at least its not a banana. Just thinking about it makes me shake. In the middle of the lesion I really felt like going but no. I continued.

Soon enough, we finished and I forgot that I needed to go to the restroom. Then I remembered and rose my hoof right after we finished. I was excused but suddenly I felt like I didn't need to go. Odd... My eyes got wide, did I? No, I couldn't have. I went back into the class and looked at my seat before sitting down. I. Did. Then our light stopped working. No, no, no. We worked so hard. What happen while I was gone? "Uh, guys. Why is the light not working?" I asked. "All we did is set it down in your seat, Err, it rolled into your seat." Rainbow replied. "Next thing we know, it stopped working." Fluttershy added. My eyes got wider and looked like they were going to pop out of my head. "Uh, Love... Are you alright?" Flash asked. "Y-yeah... I just feel like its my fault... I might have bumped it... Maybe, I'm not sure." Then, the 'cool' aka 'popular' girls walked by. "Did you make a spill, Lovely? It sure looks like it." They laughed and walked away. I am so sick of them! But they knew what I did... I was so embarrassed. They ruin my life!

"Who are they? And what right do they have to hurt you?!" They said, all at the same time. "The cppp, Cute, Popular, Pretty, Ponies." Then, I felt like I knew one of them... But who? "Twilight?!" Flash blurted out. Oh, that's who. WAIT, WHAT? Twilight was my friend and she went to Celestia's classes. "Uh, can you guys give me a minute?" I said. They nodded yes and walk away.

Chapter 6; Princess Celestia

Now, I need a plan to get rid of the horrible bullies. But what was that plan going to be? Embarrass them? I could try... But it's such a big group. Then, somepony knocked on the door. Who was it? It was my friends, but twilight was behind them but I ignored her. "You dropped this paper, Why is it signed by Celestia?" Flash asked. "Your a Pegasus." Fluttershy added. Twilight looked shocked, or surprised, I couldn't tell. Could this get her off my tail? "Uh, earth to Love?" Rainbow shoved me. ''Oh, Celestia had different classes, she is an alicorn after all, so I was put in flying. And I was tested on flying. As you can see, I got an F because I am not good with all that flying stuff." All of them were shocked, including Twilight.

YES! She is off of my tail! For the past week she hasn't even talked to me. Then, the next week she just disappeared. Like, what? Then our teacher said, "Twilight Sparkle will no longer be attending here. She was accepted into Celestia's Magic School." So, that's why she kept smirking at me. UGH! "Also class, we have a past student of Celestia in here." I bang my head on the table, hard. "LOVE NOTE! She was a past student of Celestia!" She yelled in excitement.

For the past weeks, I have been treated, with treats! Then, later, on this day, Celestia came in. Why was she here? No clue, not 1. Everypony bowed, so did I. "No need to bow, children." She, implied. "I am here to take Love Note" My eyes got wide. "Wh-what? I-I am not magic, I can't even fly." I still had my cast on my wings. Then, she pointed to Gilda. We went to Canterlot, on the train, duh. I noticed something new on the moon. It looked like a fellow pony. Luna!? Confusion struck me. "Luna, she turned dark and sad. She wanted to rule Equestria. It would've been night forever." Celestia informed me. "So you banished her? To the moon?" She nodded yes. At around midnight we arrived. I was so tired, I didn't sleep like, at all. So, with that I collapsed on my bed.

"So, why am I here? Does my mom even know?" She nodded her head yes. "And again, why am I here?" I asked. "Oh yes, you are here to help decorate for the gala!" The gala... Never heard of it. "Um, what is the gala? Will, I be able to attend?" I asked, I am filled with questions. "The gala, it is a party we have every year. And, of course you can come, bring your friends, too." She winked at me.

The whole afternoon was just decorating. So, finally, I went and got a doughnut and walked around Canterlot. Its beautiful there, to bad I live in a little town called ponyville now. "Samantha's music store." I walked in, I have always loved music. It helps me concentrate and such. "Hello, welcome to my moms shop!" But the girl that welcomed me was named Samantha, said so on her badge. "Uh," I looked around the area we were in. "Oh, a little studio, can I go inside?" I asked her. "Of course! And I am Samantha, but you can call me Sam. Are you going to the gala? I can't wait to! I am so- Sorry I am talking too much. It gets really lonely in here." I guess Samantha likes to talk. "I'll just go inside now..."

Inside of the little booth were some lyrics. I decided to try some verses out. As I was singing, I heard the door bell ring, you know, when you walk in there is a bell. Anyways, I just ignored it but it felt like I was being watched. So, I stopped and flash was at the window of the booth. "Y-you didn't hear me. Right?" Embarrassed indeed. "Wow, why would I miss that lovely singing, including the night sky shining on you so beautifully? Oh and what's that?" He asked, smirking. "What's what...?" He pointed to it. My eyes got wide. I started jumping on the chair, I was on a chair because I couldn't reach the microphone... As I was jumping I fell off, on my already broken wing(s)...

Chapter 1: "Love Story"

Once upon a time... I was born. Love note. I was born with a "disorder" but we don't need to get into that... Yet. So, as I grew I went to school. Duh. Our teacher was named Princess Celestia. She is a good teacher. But she teaches magic and that's a problem... I have wings! So I was gave an egg... What was this egg? I didn't know. I walked by the chicken coop everyday on my way home and a saw chickens on their eggs. I thought too sit on it... I did so and everypony laughed at me. I was so embarrassed. So, I got off the egg and walk away to my seat and put my head down.

Then, the egg sounded like it was cracking. I wondered what the sound was. I looked up. The egg was cracking! I was like "What?" But I said it inside my head so no pony heard it. I sat next to Maud Pie and Princess Luna. I look at them and boy, they were fascinated. I looked behind me, Pinkie (earth pony, so is Maud...How are they here? They live on a rock farm.) Pie and Rarity, they stared at the thing that came out of it. What was it? I have no idea. It had - It was a griffin. It was for me.

The next day I woke up from a long nap. Was that all a dream? I looked around my room. Nope, it was there. The griffin was growing. She was as now as tall as me. I am not that tall for a kindergartener. I put my face to my pillow. I knew that Celestia knew that... I can't fly. Its normal for fillies but not for me. I think. One day I wanted to try flying. So I went out side and tried and tried. One time I decided to run and then fly. Yeah that didn't work out. I crash and my wings landed the other way around (if you know what I mean). So my mom took me to the doctors. The doctor told us this, "She won't be able to fly. Ever... Sadly but I think I know what school to put her in." Then she whispered something into my moms ear. I'm not sure what it was.

The next day we moved to ponyville and went to another school. "I wonder if Princess Celestia knows where I am?" I said... out loud.

So this girl came up to me and said, "Celestia? Really, you would have never gone to her class. You are a Pegasus, pegasus don't belong there. Especially you." Then she turn and walk away. "Its only my first day here... " I said to my self. I put my head on an empty desk. I cried. I cry about almost everything. Then the teacher came in. She said "Okay class, we have a new student! Would you like to introduce yourself?"

"Oh uh..." I looked up. The teacher looked at me. "Okay, y-you don't have to"

I put my head back down.
