On a trip to Canterlot High, visiting her friends, Twilight Sparkle made a fatal error.

She crossed the road.

Waking up, in her pony body, in something called the Deadside, she soon learns that being dead isn't the worst possibility.

Stuck in the world of the undead she searches for a way out. Meeting indescribable horrors, living insanity and unfathomable pain.

Entangled in the madness that is deadside she searches for a way to escape, a way out of this tortured existence, away from the terrors that haunt her...

And that gunslinging black guy who talks about the immediate apocalypse, the prophecy and Dark Souls.

This is my attempt at a crossover between MLP and the video game Shadow Man.
And also my second attempt at writing gore or mature stuff at all.

Mature for obvious blood, gore, mangling and other nasty stuff. You have been warned.
