Soviet Storm Battle for Ponyville Captain Sieger's troops fortified the areas around Ponyville ready to defend it from the Everfree Army made of Changelings. The Griffon army was forming up on the right flank while the Everyfree Army positioned their troops on the left. It was a pincer movement. Captain Sieger signaled his men to defend. The Griffons charged and broke through the Equestrian defenses. Sieger's soldiers were just new recruits. They were assigned to be in the 1st Royal Guard Brigade. They were no match for the battle hardened Griffons. The Griffons continued the onslaught against Sieger's Brigade. There were too many losses and the Griffons had the upper hand now. Suddenly, they heard a thundering sound in the east. They saw steel machines rumbling through along with biped creatures riding them. The Soviet Storm swept through the ranks of the Griffons and the Changelings with a few KV-1's and a handful of T-34's. The Soviets rumbled away after the battle was over. The ponies were confused of what just happened. The 1st Royal Guard Brigade went back to increase their defenses while Sieger filed a report on the strange encounter to Celestia. Battle of Manehattan General Star Fire and his 89nth Royal Army were under siege at Manehattan. They were being attacked by the Shadow Bolts and Changelings. The Changelings were infiltrators disguising as the opposing foes and then attack causing friendly fire among enemy ranks. The Royal army and the changelings bitterly fought over each block of Manehattan. The Shadow Bolts were like flying archers pinning down the 89th Army soldiers. Building after building, the 16th Royal Reserves Regiment engineers were building barricades to reroute the attacking Changelings. After hours of fighting, the two sides heard buzzing sound and saw a squadron of flying machines firing arrows of their own. What they saw were YAK 3's and IL 2 Sturmoviks. These planes were part of the USSR's air force. Following the birds of prey, Rumbling was heard behind one of the barricades, behind them steel infernos burst through and engaged the Changelings. The tanks were IS 2's and KV 3's accompanied by ZSU 37mm AA tanks shooting down the Shadow Bolts. The Infantry accompanying the tanks charged at the enemy regardless of their capabilities. Star Fire saw that these creatures weren't afraid of death and were rushing towards the enemy spraying them with their weapons. He saw them take a few prisoners and the leader seemed to shoot them even if they were captured. The Royal Guards saw that these creatures tortured their enemies and burned them alive. One of them stuck a red flag bearing a hammer and sickle symbolizing industry of the Soviets. Soon enough, the Soviets left the city of carnage with the flag of Mother Russia standing at one of the city squares. The Royal Guards prepared for another attack. Star Fire needed to tell Princess Celestia about the new creatures and wrote down everything he saw and knew about them on a piece of paper. Celestia's Palace A pegasus delivered Celestia two letters from Captain Sieger and General Star Fire. She read the letters and saw that the two reports claimed seeing the creatures dubbed the Red Army because of the red stars on their machines and caps.\ "These new creatures seem interesting," Celestia said. She wrote a letter to Twilight about meeting the "Red Army" as the Equestrian Royal Guards needed all the allies they could get. The Princess had faith in her student about meeting the Reds. She read more and more of the combat reports from the fronts of Equestria. Ponyville Twilight received Celestia's letter and gathered the other elements. "Ok girls, we have been tasked on looking for the mysterious Red Army," Twilight explained to the others, "We need to make contact with them and let them join our alliance." "How do we find them and what do they look like?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Celestia said that these creatures wear winter coats with a red star on the cap and have machines that outmatch anything in Equestria,"Twilighte said, "These creatures leave a trail of dead Changeling, Griffons and Shadow Bolts in its wake, if we could find a trail, we could find them." Everyone gulped. They knew that following a trail of slain enemies would be dangerous as they would be vulnerable to any attack. Twilight asked Captain Sieger to have a few of his guards as an escort. Soon, they embarked on a journey to find the Red Army. Twilight looked at her map and saw a trail of slain foes leading towards the mountains not far from Ponyville. Soon, the trail of dead enemies ended, they saw long rectangular indents in the grass and followed it to an outpost. There, they saw a fence with twisted pieces of metal and saw tents and large warehouses that stored their machines. Also, they saw a barracks housing the soldiers. In the front, there were two concrete structures with small slits to fit some sort of barrel. It must be their headquarters. "Hello, is anypony there?" Twilight asked. There was no response. "Hello, I have a message for you,"Twilight said. Then, a large creature walked at the gates and saw a highly decorated outfit with about 16 medals. He was silent and signaled his troops to search the ponies. The soldiers took the letter and the leader read and nodded. He would join Equestria's struggle along with his army. He soon shouted orders to his men who immediately did what he asked. They brought a T34 tank with them in which he jumped in and the tank rolled out followed by the other tanks and soldiers. The tide of the war was soon going to turn. Battle of Canterlot The Russian tanks rumble to Canterlot and saw that the Shadow Bolts were attacking along with the Griffons. The ZSU 37's fired at the sky filling it with black flak clouds and obliterating the Shadow Bolts as each member gets gibbed by a single AA shell. The T-34's rumbled towards the city of Canterlot and the Sturmoviks started strafing the streets of Canterlot killing the enemy ground units and the tanks sweep in and kill all the remaining targets. Artillery pounded the enemy reinforcements wearing down the main force, so less enemies will reach the defenders. The Griffons and the Everfree army sent in all their reserves as a final assault. The enemies charged while the Soviets made use of snipers picking off enemy officers and important targets. The T-34's pounded them with high explosive shells. The Royal Guards supported the Soviets in the push back. They managed to create a defensive line around the main palace. Many of the Guards used whatever they can to create barricades to set on fire to redirect the opposing forces. Soon, the air was filled with Griffons dropping improvised explosives and rained hell on the Soviets and guards. The Soviets managed to fight back with the ZSU 37's while the Guards began building up their AA defenses. The ZSU's managed to shoot down at least 200 Griffons down in 5 minutes. Hours of being bombarded, the skies were finally clear. The siege of Canterlot has been lifted but at a heavy loss. The Soviets packed and went back to their Headquarters. The Guards learned that they needed solid air defenses and had set up ballistas with large depression angles to fit its purpose. It was a multi purpose defense so it used explosive projectiles. Soon, Canterlot was being defended using these new weapons. The Royal Guards didn't need anymore help from the Soviets with their Air Raids. They were ready to take the fight into their own hands. Wehrmacht's Wrath Author's Note Please decide on what nation I should do next. Be sure it's World War 2 era and participant like China, Japan, etc. I'm thinking of doing US or Britain. Also, comment on the errors so I can fix them when I have time and criticize so I can become a better writer since this is my first story and all. Hope you all enjoy reading it. P.S. Enjoy! :) Wehrmacht's Wrath Battle for the Crystal Empire Somewhere near the Crystal Empire, Shining Armor's 67th Royal Regiment was battling the Griffon's 43rd Elite Brigade. The Griffons were a crack bunch while Shining Armor's unit was made up of volunteers and few experienced soldiers. They were engaging in melee combat and the Griffons were pushing their adversaries to the breaking point when suddenly, an iron grey monster charged out and fired at the Griffons emitting fire and smoke from its barrel. It was a Tiger Tank with its 8.8cm KwK L/50 gun. The Griffons saw this machine and started attacking it shrugging off projectiles like it wasn't there. Then, infantry units rushed the Griffons and started fierce hand to hand combat. The Wehrmacht's Sturmgrenadiers were fierce in combat and quickly used blitzkrieg tactics to overcome their primitive adversaries who had little time to react. Shining Armor had heard of the reports of seeing these new creatures during the Battle for Ponyville and Canterlot except they were named the Red Army. This one in particular called themselves the Wehrmacht. These soldiers were very organized and battle hardened. General Heinz Guderian and Erwin Rommel led the Wehrmacht soldiers from a field HQ a few miles away. Rommel gave orders to regroup to his 7th Panzer Division aka "Ghost Division helping out Shining and immediately executed it without question. Shining saw this and was awestruck. These soldiers outmatched the Royal Guards in discipline and training. He saw the Wehrmacht regrouping with their main army leaving them in the dust. Battle for Cloudsdale Spitfire and the Wonderbolts were getting weapons to defend from a Griffon air attack. They were being supported by the 12th Battle Brigade led by Lieutenant Iron Wall. The Battle Brigade spread itself out over the edge of the city and saw that there were large swarms of both Griffons and Changelings about 50,000 strong. They were heavily outnumbered as there were only 10,000 defenders in the city including the Wonderbolts. The enemies charged at the defenders who tried to defend but were being broken through. The lines were being breached and the Wonderbolts managed to take out a couple hundred but more replaced their dead comrades. The swarms of Changelings and Griffons were advancing towards the center of Cloudsdale until they heard a buzzing sound. The buzzing sound came from the German Luftwaffe led by Herman Goering. His squadron was made of Messerschmitt BF 109's and 262 jet fighters. The planes strafed the enemy infantry instantly killing five platoons within seconds. The fighter planes were soon followed by Stuka dive bombers which dropped single 1,000 kg bombs or two 500 kg bombs obliterating anything below. Some bomb managed to gib enemy soldiers showering their comrades in their blood and guts. This lowered the morale of enemy troops who were fighting the 12th Battle Brigade in the facilities of Cloudsdale. Then, the Germans unleashed their full might on the Griffon field HQ established at the Rainbow Factory. He 111 bombers dropped hundreds of bombs obliterating the enemy positions. JU 87 Stukas followed and dropped two 500 kg bombs to ensure that there were no survivors. An hour after the Luftwaffe air raid, the Battle Brigade began to push back the Griffon forces. The air raid dealt a serious blow to their armies. They were helpless as the flying machines were too fast and kept their distance from their weapons. The mighty Griffon 3rd Army was from 50,000 strong to a staggering 12,387. The Battle Brigade were easily defeating them. The air raid had an impact on morale because the Griffons saw their comrades blown up showering the area around them in blood. The Griffons were soon on the retreat. Battle of Sweet Apple Acres The Griffons and Changeling used Sweet Apple Acres as their main HQ and supply warehouse. Little did they know that the "Ghost Division" was watching them with their feared Panzer IV's and Panzer III's. Erwin Rommel was scouting in his Panzer IV's. He positioned his tanks in the apple orchards and the panzer grenadiers were hiding behind the barn. He gave the signal and the infantry charged supported by tanks firing while being hidden. The panzer grenadiers used blitzkrieg tactics to give no mercy to their opponents in a short time. The Griffons didn't have enough time to go get their equipment and the Changeling were quickly eradicated. Some of the Griffons surrendered and the Wehrmacht called for the Schutzstaffel or the SS to torture the prisoners for information and execute them. Waffen SS soldiers began pouring through Sweet Apple Acres dragging the prisoners against the barn and whipped them. They used inhuman methods of torture to get the information they needed. If the SS officers didn't have the info they want, they either tortured the prisoner or shot his comrade with their Luger PO8. After the prisoners were done with interrogation, they were put against the walls of the barn to be shot by firing squads. Heinrich Himmler, leader of the SS divisions, recalled all his men back to their vehicles and went back to the Allied HQ. Background Info The Second World War was almost over and Germany had discovered a portal to Equestria. Soon, the Allies discovered this and began producing prototypes which eventually led their armies to Equestria. Germany was allowed to keep its army as it offered a truce to help the Allies study this new world with military protection. As soon as the nation's leaders discovered that this world was at war, they tried to help in any way. Hitler wanted to expand his country to a part of Equestria where the Germans can live in peace. The Soviets wanted to conquer a part of Equestria to test out its super weapons along with the US. Britain and France wanted a foothold in Equestria to expand trade and be wealthy countries. Britain had been attacked by V2 rockets and were close to the breaking point. This gave the Allies and Axis armies a chance to overcome their differences and form a friendship between them. They will get what they want from the world of Equestria. American AssaultAuthor's Note Hey guys, I have bestowed upon you another music vid to listen to as you guys read this chapter. American Assault Battle for Appaloosa The Appaloosa Home Guard were being attacked by the Griffon 3rd Company of about 100 to 200 soldiers using Iron weapons. The Home Guard were made up of the townsfolk using hand crafted weapons. There were barricades made up of furniture and were set ablaze to redirect the Griffons' attack. A platoon of Griffons were flanking the Home Guard while their main force engaged them from the front. This would make them fight on two fronts easily eliminating them. Little did they know they were being watched by the US 5th Armored Division. The division consisted of Hellcat tank destroyers, Chaffee light tanks, M4A3E8 Shermans (Easy 8). There were a couple infantry regiments, field artillery battalions along with a police platoon to stay in the town and protect it. While the Home Guard and the 3rd Griffon Company attacked each other, they heard thundering roars of explosions. Then, explosions occurred around the Griffons causing the Home Guard to retreat. The flanking Griffon platoon were picked off by a sniper team. The Griffons retreated with 25 survivors and 75 wounded forcing them to take the most skilled soldiers and left their comrades behind. While they retreated, infantry regiments quickly took up firing positions and shot at the retreating Griffons. Soon, the 25 survivors were either wounded or dead. The wounded they left behind bled out and the same goes for the others. Major General Lunsford E. Oliver was managing his men and equipment and left the police platoon to stay for a few fays to keep the peace in Appaloosa. Realizing they had an organized defense this was cancelled and the Major gave away some of his food supplies to help the Home Guard. Soon, the 5th Armored Division rolled into the desert. 2nd Battle of the Crystal Empire The Crystal Army led by Shining Armor tried to defend the Crystal Empire from the Griffons who attacked from the air and the Changelings who attacked from the ground flanking them. It was a pincer maneuver designed to encircle the enemy and eliminate him quickly. It looked like the Crystal Army was surrounded and some who weren't encircled were split apart. The Crystal Army over 500,000 strong were being separated by the Changeling Swarms and the Griffon 5th Elite Regiment making 600,000 strong. The Crystal Army were being separated into battalions as the advancing enemy approached. Shining Armor gutted a Griffon and stabbed a few Changelings to hold his ground. The fighting was fierce, iron clashing against each other and screams of agony and pain filled the air. The fighting lasted for hours as thousands of soldiers on both sides began to die in minutes. Soon, the Crystal Army was taking heavy casualties. 235,219 Crystal soldiers were left, their opponents however, had 413,843 soldiers. As the fighting continued, the casualties racked up. Then, a faint buzzing noise was heard in the distance sounding like a swarm of bees. In the skies came American P-51 Mustangs along with B17 Flying Fortress bombers. The P 51's shot down Griffons from the sky literally ripping them to shreds with their 50 cal. machine guns. The B 17's unleashed a massive carpet of bombs on the Griffon Ground forces marching their way towards the battle. The reinforcements were obliterated by the bombs leaving no survivors. The numbers on the casualties for the Griffons and Changelings were rising at an extremely fast rate. Then, Sherman Crocodile tanks rumbled forward using a flamethrower and its main gun to erase enemy hostiles. the Griffons burned to death and screams filled the air as Changelings were incinerated by the flames. The battle was over as the whole army of changelings and Griffons died from the American combined support. Operation Eagle Strike Dwight D. Eisenhower wanted an airlift operation to parachute troops behind the Griffon lines and deep into the behind Changeling lines with the help of air support to cut off the retreat of the Changelings and put them out of action. The operation was approved by Churchill and Hitler who both offered to help in the operation in which Eisenhower accepted. The operation was going to involve the 101st Airborne, The Red Devils and the 1st Fallschirmjager Divisions. On the scheduled time, C 47 planes prepared to take off to drop the paratroopers. The Red Devils were going to drop behind the Changeling armies near Appaloosa, the Fallschirmjager behind the Changelings attacking the Crystal Empire and the 101st Airborne into the Everfree forest. The Red Devils had the shortest distance from their operation and dropped first. The Red Devils of Britain were now behind Changeling lines attacking Appaloosa. The division was scattered into many squads attacking many different camps and outposts. They engaged in battle overcoming them with blitzkrieg tactics learned from the Germans and marked targets for P47 Thunder bolts and B 25 Mitchell bombers. These targets were supply convoys, depots and camps. The Changeling camps were set on fire and were caught in a two front battle. One against Appaloosa's Home Guard and one against Britain's famed Red Devil paratroopers. These paratroopers were poorly armed but made great use of them attacking specific parts of the body to help them wound, engage and execute. The Fallschirmjager divisions were parachuting a few miles in front a retreating Changeling army. Platoons and battalions watched the roads for incoming Changelings. These soldiers were armed to the teeth with their STG 44's, Gewehr 43's and the fearsome Panzerfaust were sure going to cause devastating damage. The Fallschirmjagers saw a few regiments of retreating Changelings on different roads, all of them were exhausted, a perfect time to attack. They engaged the surprised changelings and quickly eradicated them with a few grenades and spray of bullets. Some of the Changelings engaged the Fallschirmjager in hand to hand combat even though they were exhausted. The Fallschirmjagers excel at hand to hand and since these Changelings were tired, they were beaten to death with the butt of the rifles. The retreating Changelings were now surrounded giving a perfect time to close in. The 101st Airborne finally made it to their destination in the Everfree Forest. many of the soldiers had radios and petrol bombs to mark out specific targets to slow down the Changelings and wear them down. However, the strongest forces were retreating from Ponyville, Canterlot and Cloudsdale in which the Russians and Germans had made their mark in these areas and killed many of these battle hardened Changelings. The 101st's battalions saw retreating Changelings pulling wagons of wounded and supplies. Some of them saw some camps holding supplies and were turned to strongholds. The strongholds consisted of ruined buildings with defenses like catapults lobbing improvised explosives. These targets were marked out for the Long Tom artillery guns to pound along with some B 25 Strafers to combat the Changeling swarms in the air. The 101st managed to burn down small camps tending the wounded along with supply depots being burned down limiting food supplies for the Changelings. They also managed to mark the Griffon reinforcements as targets for air attacks. The B 25 Strafers bombed the reinforcements scattering them with only a handful of survivors at the breaking point. The operation was going well. Little did the Allies knew, that the Griffons and the Changelings were developing new weapons. Rise of the ReichAuthor's Note Hello great readers! I have another great music vid for you to enjoy while reading. Rise of the Reich Hitler's Reichstag Hitler read the reports of the German operations going on in Equestria. His generals were doing well along with his men. They even put the Schutzstaffel to good use for the prisoners. It seemed to him that the Equestrian enemies were very primitive which makes them vulnerable to blitzkrieg tactics. He sent in his blueprints for a new tank in case of emergencies. He also ordered for V2 rockets loaded with the Tabun nerve gas to be transported to Equestria. The factories were building portals that led to Equestria's seas for the Allied and Axis navies to come into play, but it was very expensive and delays happened putting the production months from now. He was going to have to wait until the productions were finished along with the prototype tank being built along with the new V2's. German FOB (Forward Operating Base) Erwin Rommel had returned from a scouting mission and saw that the Royal Guards defending Ponyville suffered a Griffon air attack alog with their new machines. They looked like medieval ballistae firing large flaming arrows with a sharp iron tip. The heavy arrow could possibly pierce the Panzer hulls if it took a well placed shot. The Ghost Division went back to base. Rommel needed reinforcements as the Griffon 52nd Army of 400,000 could overcome his base. He called for the 2nd Armored Division led by General Patton. The Armored Division said they would be arriving in about an hour away since they were attacking Griffon reinforcements coming to assist with capturing the enemy base. The Germans fired the Haubitze 75mm guns pounding the Griffons in a rain of high explosive shells. The Germans formed along the bunkers and fortifications near their FOB. The Griffons charged in which the Germans hailed machine gun fire and flamethrower flames mowing down the advance. Snipers picked off the Griffon crews which operated the ballistae. This left them operational. Soon, Panzer IV's unleashed high explosives and machine gun fire which added to their rising kill count. Rommel had positioned his tanks around his outpost to maximize defense. The SS were even participating. The Germans used mortars to bombard the incoming Griffons. They were soon bypassing the bunkers and into the base resulting in hand to hand combat. The Germans fought fiercely in hand to hand breaking the bone of their Griffon adversaries with the butts of their rifles. German flamethrower soldiers began firing away at the advancing Griffons rushing the entrance. Out came charred bodies and screams of pain. The fire held back the Griffons until German soldiers equipped with Trench guns fired shotgun shells at close range of the Griffons when the fire died down. The shotgun shells spilled the guts of Griffons as more kept coming. Meanwhile, Goering is at his airfield and hears about Rommels defense. He scrambles AR24 Blitz jet bombers and Me 262 jet fighters to help. Goering flew with the planes he ordered. It's been a long time since he piloted a fighter. Rommel was still defending at his FOB. He managed to cause heavy casualties on the Griffons, but they continued attacking. Then they heard the sounds of bombs being dropped. "herunterkommen!" The soldiers shouted. They didn't see Griffon bombs, they saw Nazi bombs raining down on the Griffons. Rommel saw the jet bombers in amazement. Me 262's along with Goering strafed the advancing Griffons repeatedly firing their weapons. Rommel used the 8cm Raketen-Vielfachwerfer which was the Wehrmacht's version of the Katyusha. The Griffons were soon pushed back out of the outpost and within view of the guns in the bunkers. Soon, the American 2nd Armored Division led by Patton tried to lift the siege against their German ally. The M37 Priest SPG's fired their shells and the dreaded Sherman with 105mm guns fired high explosives causing holes in the ranks of the Griffons. The US army rangers used rifle grenades and rifle fire to kill the advancing Griffons. The Germans had took some casualties and were exhausted from the fight. Out of the FOB portal, came a V2 rocket. Rommel's FOB was supposed to be a V2 launch site. Rommel's men were surprised. They knew a V2 was coming but not that early. It's only been two weeks since they arrived in Equestria. The rocket was already fueled up and was placed into the launching bay. It would take a few days to properly set it up but they had no time. They started preparing it as fast and carefully as they could. The German soldiers defended the V2 Rocket from exploding. Artillery guns continue pounding on the Griffons. They had to fall back. There were only 134,782 Griffon soldiers alive left. They retreated back towards their stronghold just outside of Ponyville. The V2 was soon ready to launch. Rommel gave the order to launch the V2 to their stronghold. Minutes later, a large tremor shook the ground and the 7th Panzer Division, The 2nd Armored Division and the Luftwaffe all saw a large explosion about 7 miles away. The armies cheered and celebrated at the explosion of the V2. The battle was over. Soviet 8th Guards Army General Zhukov and his men heard a large explosion about 10 miles out. He knew that it was a German V2 rocket and the explosion was near their very first battlefield where they made their first appearance weeks ago. They had heard it was captured and came to recapture it from the Griffons but they celebrated as they didn't have to worry about it any more. The 8th Guards army went back to their base to celebrate. Mane Six The Mane Six heard a loud explosion from Twilight's castle. They looked out the window to see a large explosion engulfing the Griffon strongholds and camps nearby in flames. They knew soon it was the work of their new Allied army. The ponies were dumbfounded on how humans can build machines with destruction on such a large scale. "We must report this to Princess Celestia," Twilight said. She quickly wrote down a letter about the explosion and sent it to Princess Celestia who was surprised at what she read. She quickly rushed to a nearby window and saw that in the distance, was a large explosion. The Reich was rising. Wrath Of The Rising Sun Jungle Warfare: Everfree Forest Changeling armies marched the paths of the Everfree forest with no incident. Almost no incident. Little did they knew that there was a new army waiting for them. Much more fierce than what they encountered on the battlefield. The Imperial Japanese Army. These soldiers were very fierce jungle fighters. Snipers were on the treetops picking off priority targets like commanders and officers or supply carts. Tanks hid behind bushes and were covered in foliage to hide well. They were painted green and tan to look like part of the jungle. Then, the snipers opened fire at the confused Changelings. Gunfire was heard but there were no soldiers they encountered. One by one, the Changeling soldiers fell down from bullets coming from the Type 99 rifles. Chi-Ha tanks fired high explosive shells onto the Changelings killing them all. The Imperial Army soldiers seized supplies for themselves. Renault Otsu tanks pulled the carts and the soldiers left. They were going to be the soon feared enemies of the Changelings. The Imperial Army moved towards the Changeling Hives armed with petrol bombs. They shot at the hive and bullets pierced through killing anything behind it. The petrol bombs were thrown causing a fire inside the hive forcing the Changelings to come out and face the Imperial Army. The Imperial Army quickly killed them with rifle fire. Mortar teams bombarded the hive reducing it to dust. The Imperial Army killed the rest of the survivors and went back to their base to regroup and resupply. 2nd Battle of Manehattan The 42nd Royal Guards Brigade was outnumbered by the Griffon Elite Division (GED). The Royal Guards were outnumbered and encircled separating them from their comrades. The Royal Guards were taking heavy casualties until the Imperial Army interfered with Kamikaze planes. O-I superheavy tanks fired their 105 mm cannons, flamethrowers and 75 mm rockets making quick work of the GED. The GED shot a ballista explosive arrow on it only to have it being shrugged off. The Griffon Elites panicked they had never seen war machines this large before. This tank had armor equivalent to the German Tiger only deadlier. The city streets shook as the O-I tanks rumbled forward towards the Griffon Elites. It continued moving crushing anything in its path. The flamethrowers fired creating a flaming shield coming for the Griffons who retreated leaving their wounded to the flames of the steel monster. However, Griffon reinforcements came with ballistae and their explosive arrows who fired a broadside at the heavy tanks. The arrows exploded leaving a black cloud. When it dissipated, they saw that the robust war machine continued to move forward. Flaming arrows flew over the city starting fires that would create a large firestorm that would sweep the city. The robust tanks and the infantry moved forward firing their weapons at the Griffon artillery which was reduced to splinters in a few minutes. Kamikaze squadrons crashed into the Griffon field HQ which was like a medieval castle. The kamikazes blew holes in the walls allowing infantry to rush through followed by the heavy tanks. The Imperial army fought fiercely sending in kamikaze soldiers and planes eventually reducing the stronghold. Kamikaze squadrons crashed into it once more obliterating the main building. The siege would be over. The Griffons would have to be on the defensive. The tanks swept through northeast Manehattan where there were abandoned buildings in flames. The once blue sky was covered in black smoke. Explosions rang out across the city. Flaming arrows from the ballistae and Griffon archers rained down on the city increasing the flames added to the fire. HE 111 German bombers flew over to give support to their Axis ally. Bombs rained down on the Griffons below creating rubble across the city. Flames continued to grow. The siege lasted through the night. The Griffons were now in full retreat. Their Changeling allies had been eradicated and were now left to battle the humans in their war. The Griffons were now on full retreat. Battle of Las Pegasus The Griffons wanted to launch one last attack in a desperate gamble to gain control of Equestria. The Imperial army, the Wermacht, The SS, Luftwaffe, US Army, British Army, French Army, and the Soviet Red Army waited together. The Griffons were now doing an all out attack on the city. The Griffons had the 23rd Elite Army, 12th Griffon army and the 67th Griffon army making them having about 5 million soldiers. The Allied and Axis armies together had 4.5 million. This was going to be their final defense before their final push. The Germans had V2 rockets at their launch sites being prepared to be fired at the Griffon Kingdom. The Griffons charged at the dug in Germans. The Siegfried bunkers had flamethrowers and AT guns burning down the Griffon charge. Russian Katyushas fired their rockets along with the Sherman Calliopes. US Long Toms and Canone GPF 155mm guns fired at the Griffons along with the British AVRE assault guns and the Sturmtigers. French Maginot bunkers was the equivalent to the German Siegfried bunkers with the same armament. US MG nests sat behind the two layers of flamethrower bunkers along with the British assault guns. The artillery kept on pounding the Griffons who retreated back to their line of defense. Russian T34-85's charged at enemy lines being supported by Hellcats, Chaffees, Super Pershings, Panthers, Churchills, Chi Nu Kai's and IS 3's. Their air support consisted of the Luftwaffe, US B25J Strafers, F4U Corsairs, Supermarine Spitfire Mark IX's, Lancaster bombers and Yak 3's. The heavy firepower quickly pushed back the Griffons away from Las Pegasus but they had ballistae that were improved and took out some of the Soviet tanks that kept coming no matter how much they lost. The Soviets were going to fight to their deaths to try to push back the Griffons. The infantry men rushed forward. They were each from different nations at war, yet they stood together side by side against the Griffon armies. They worked together and quickly overcame their threats together. Sturm grenadiers threw their dreaded Model 24 Steilhandgranate's at the Griffons blowing off their legs and the British used trench guns and their Lee Enfields in which their bullets broke through the bones of their enemies. The Mosin Nagantes and the Type 99's did devastating damage to the Griffon bodies instantly killing or incapacitating them. The French army and their ARL 44 heavy tanks rumbled forward with the support of their FCM F1 super heavy tanks. The Germans used their P 1000 Ratte, the Soviets used their KV 6 super tank, Japanese used their O-I and the US used T 95 tank destroyers. They rolled towards the Griffons who gave them everything they had but their weapons proved useless and retreated farther and farther back while being bombarded by Lancaster bombers, B 17 Flying Fortresses, B25 Mitchells, Amiot bombers, JU 87 Stukas and G4M Bettys. These bombers dropped off their payload every hour of their retreat wearing them down more and more. Soon, no less than 100,000 Griffons remained. They used sheer numbers against their enemies and realized that it was quality over quantity. They looked around them and saw that they had retreated so far back that they were already in the Griffon Kingdom. French FinishAuthor's Note Hey guys, this is my last chapter. French Finish Defense Preparations The French forces along with their allies advanced through mountain passes and saw that they had pushed the Griffons back to their own territory. The Allies and the Axis started digging trenches, placing landmines and barbed wire when they saw a large castle up ahead. Around it was a magnificent city enclosed by stone walls. The French reconnaissance units saw that the walls were heavily guarded and in front a Griffon division was forming up ready to attack with ballistae artillery. The Germans placed their Ratte mega tank behind and its guns thundered along with other artillery pieces which included the Pushka 152mm, Gaubitsa 203mm, Morser 210mm, Canone GPF 155mm and Long Tom 155mm guns. The artillery guns fired which emitted a loud thundering noise. Seconds later, explosions occurred in the Griffon city. Flames and smoke started to rise and flaming arrows were shot back in retaliation. The flaming arrows only reached no man's land activating some landmines. Then, the Griffon division charged. 18,000 Griffon soldiers charged at the entrenched armies. Landmines exploded killing Griffons clustered together. The Griffon division continued to charge showing no sign of retreat. Some managed to get in the trenches only to be shot at by British commandos watching the first line from the second trench. Tanks rolled in to provide some fire support. Katyushas and Sherman Calliopes unleashed their 75mm rockets that made short work of enemy infantry. The air forces were strafing no man's land. Bombers on the other hand, flew ober the city dropping their deadly cargo over the city. V2 Launch Site #1 The V2 rocket was prepared for launch. It just needed to be fueled up to be ready to launch. V2 Launch Sites 2 and 3 were also fueling. Launch Sites 4 to 10 were ready to fire. Hours later, the V2 was filled up with fuel and ready to fire. Allied/Axis Defense The Allied and Axis commanders were listening on the radio. They learned that the V2 rockets were ready to fire. The generals gave the order to fire on Griffon cities and strongholds. This would finish off their bloodthirsty enemies. Minutes later, the ground shook from an immense explosion up ahead. The Allied and Axis soldiers looked up from their trenches to see an large explosion up ahead. It was the strike of the V2. Soon, more explosions occurred and nine mushroom clouds rose up. The Griffons stopped fighting and saw their cities vaporized by the human war machine. They quickly retreated farther and saw that their capital wasn't bombed by the V2's but were attacked by heavy bombers. Allied/Axis Attack The Allied and Axis armies advanced towards the capital and closed in just outside the city walls. The Ratte's guns pointed at the buildings. Russian tanks quickly formed up followed by their infantry. Their allies did the same along with the Axis. Together, they assaulted the city killing any resistance in their path. Infantrymen were lost to arrows, but the tanks moved forward. It was just like the Battle of Berlin. The city was in flames from the bombs and the armies fought their way to the main palace block by block. Snipers lurked the destroyed building picking off the commanders of the Griffon army to disorganize them. Artillery was being fired on different sections while the rockets spread its destruction around the palace creating panic among the city. T 34-85's made their way towards the palace but were blocked off by rubble and had to reroute their attack. The French infiltrated the palace and began attacking the Griffon guards who wore iron armor that made bullets bounce off. They started to aim for the head but failed. Outside, US, British and German forces were forming up. Infantry began to pour in the palace shooting every hostile. The Griffon King was a fierce warrior but he couldn't take on that many soldiers. The SS joined in. The Infantry cleared out the ground floor while SS squads searched the first floor. The SS soon found the Griffon King near slain French soldiers. He charged at them forcing them to open fire with their Lugers and Kar98K's. The 9mm and 7.62mm bullets went through his flesh, tore through his heart, lungs, stomach and kidney and a bullet broke his spine and was embedded in there. He fell down and saw an SS officer. The officer pointed a Webley Mk IV at his face. The Webley fired and the bullet went through his head breaking the front and back of the Griffon's skull. The Allied and Axis nations proudly placed their nation's flags on the top of the palace. This was where the armies would stay. They liberated Equestria of Griffons. The war was now over.
Soviet StormAuthor's Note I will add more nations joining in the battle against the Everyfree Army and the Griffon army. I just need some time to develop the plot some more. Criticism and suggestions are allowed so I can do better. Also, I listened to this song while I wrote this. Hope you enjoy it. Soviet Storm Battle for Ponyville Captain Sieger's troops fortified the areas around Ponyville ready to defend it from the Everfree Army made of Changelings. The Griffon army was forming up on the right flank while the Everyfree Army positioned their troops on the left. It was a pincer movement. Captain Sieger signaled his men to defend. The Griffons charged and broke through the Equestrian defenses. Sieger's soldiers were just new recruits. They were assigned to be in the 1st Royal Guard Brigade. They were no match for the battle hardened Griffons. The Griffons continued the onslaught against Sieger's Brigade. There were too many losses and the Griffons had the upper hand now. Suddenly, they heard a thundering sound in the east. They saw steel machines rumbling through along with biped creatures riding them. The Soviet Storm swept through the ranks of the Griffons and the Changelings with a few KV-1's and a handful of T-34's. The Soviets rumbled away after the battle was over. The ponies were confused of what just happened. The 1st Royal Guard Brigade went back to increase their defenses while Sieger filed a report on the strange encounter to Celestia. Battle of Manehattan General Star Fire and his 89nth Royal Army were under siege at Manehattan. They were being attacked by the Shadow Bolts and Changelings. The Changelings were infiltrators disguising as the opposing foes and then attack causing friendly fire among enemy ranks. The Royal army and the changelings bitterly fought over each block of Manehattan. The Shadow Bolts were like flying archers pinning down the 89th Army soldiers. Building after building, the 16th Royal Reserves Regiment engineers were building barricades to reroute the attacking Changelings. After hours of fighting, the two sides heard buzzing sound and saw a squadron of flying machines firing arrows of their own. What they saw were YAK 3's and IL 2 Sturmoviks. These planes were part of the USSR's air force. Following the birds of prey, Rumbling was heard behind one of the barricades, behind them steel infernos burst through and engaged the Changelings. The tanks were IS 2's and KV 3's accompanied by ZSU 37mm AA tanks shooting down the Shadow Bolts. The Infantry accompanying the tanks charged at the enemy regardless of their capabilities. Star Fire saw that these creatures weren't afraid of death and were rushing towards the enemy spraying them with their weapons. He saw them take a few prisoners and the leader seemed to shoot them even if they were captured. The Royal Guards saw that these creatures tortured their enemies and burned them alive. One of them stuck a red flag bearing a hammer and sickle symbolizing industry of the Soviets. Soon enough, the Soviets left the city of carnage with the flag of Mother Russia standing at one of the city squares. The Royal Guards prepared for another attack. Star Fire needed to tell Princess Celestia about the new creatures and wrote down everything he saw and knew about them on a piece of paper. Celestia's Palace A pegasus delivered Celestia two letters from Captain Sieger and General Star Fire. She read the letters and saw that the two reports claimed seeing the creatures dubbed the Red Army because of the red stars on their machines and caps.\ "These new creatures seem interesting," Celestia said. She wrote a letter to Twilight about meeting the "Red Army" as the Equestrian Royal Guards needed all the allies they could get. The Princess had faith in her student about meeting the Reds. She read more and more of the combat reports from the fronts of Equestria. Ponyville Twilight received Celestia's letter and gathered the other elements. "Ok girls, we have been tasked on looking for the mysterious Red Army," Twilight explained to the others, "We need to make contact with them and let them join our alliance." "How do we find them and what do they look like?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Celestia said that these creatures wear winter coats with a red star on the cap and have machines that outmatch anything in Equestria,"Twilighte said, "These creatures leave a trail of dead Changeling, Griffons and Shadow Bolts in its wake, if we could find a trail, we could find them." Everyone gulped. They knew that following a trail of slain enemies would be dangerous as they would be vulnerable to any attack. Twilight asked Captain Sieger to have a few of his guards as an escort. Soon, they embarked on a journey to find the Red Army. Twilight looked at her map and saw a trail of slain foes leading towards the mountains not far from Ponyville. Soon, the trail of dead enemies ended, they saw long rectangular indents in the grass and followed it to an outpost. There, they saw a fence with twisted pieces of metal and saw tents and large warehouses that stored their machines. Also, they saw a barracks housing the soldiers. In the front, there were two concrete structures with small slits to fit some sort of barrel. It must be their headquarters. "Hello, is anypony there?" Twilight asked. There was no response. "Hello, I have a message for you,"Twilight said. Then, a large creature walked at the gates and saw a highly decorated outfit with about 16 medals. He was silent and signaled his troops to search the ponies. The soldiers took the letter and the leader read and nodded. He would join Equestria's struggle along with his army. He soon shouted orders to his men who immediately did what he asked. They brought a T34 tank with them in which he jumped in and the tank rolled out followed by the other tanks and soldiers. The tide of the war was soon going to turn. Battle of Canterlot The Russian tanks rumble to Canterlot and saw that the Shadow Bolts were attacking along with the Griffons. The ZSU 37's fired at the sky filling it with black flak clouds and obliterating the Shadow Bolts as each member gets gibbed by a single AA shell. The T-34's rumbled towards the city of Canterlot and the Sturmoviks started strafing the streets of Canterlot killing the enemy ground units and the tanks sweep in and kill all the remaining targets. Artillery pounded the enemy reinforcements wearing down the main force, so less enemies will reach the defenders. The Griffons and the Everfree army sent in all their reserves as a final assault. The enemies charged while the Soviets made use of snipers picking off enemy officers and important targets. The T-34's pounded them with high explosive shells. The Royal Guards supported the Soviets in the push back. They managed to create a defensive line around the main palace. Many of the Guards used whatever they can to create barricades to set on fire to redirect the opposing forces. Soon, the air was filled with Griffons dropping improvised explosives and rained hell on the Soviets and guards. The Soviets managed to fight back with the ZSU 37's while the Guards began building up their AA defenses. The ZSU's managed to shoot down at least 200 Griffons down in 5 minutes. Hours of being bombarded, the skies were finally clear. The siege of Canterlot has been lifted but at a heavy loss. The Soviets packed and went back to their Headquarters. The Guards learned that they needed solid air defenses and had set up ballistas with large depression angles to fit its purpose. It was a multi purpose defense so it used explosive projectiles. Soon, Canterlot was being defended using these new weapons. The Royal Guards didn't need anymore help from the Soviets with their Air Raids. They were ready to take the fight into their own hands.
Wehrmacht's Wrath Author's Note Please decide on what nation I should do next. Be sure it's World War 2 era and participant like China, Japan, etc. I'm thinking of doing US or Britain. Enjoy! :) Wehrmacht's Wrath Battle for the Crystal Empire Somewhere near the Crystal Empire, Shining Armor's 67th Royal Regiment was battling the Griffon's 43rd Elite Brigade. The Griffons were a crack bunch while Shining Armor's unit was made up of volunteers and few experienced soldiers. They were engaging in melee combat and the Griffons were pushing their adversaries to the breaking point when suddenly, an iron grey monster charged out and fired at the Griffons emitting fire and smoke from its barrel. It was a Tiger Tank with its 8.8cm KwK L/50 gun. The Griffons saw this machine and started attacking it shrugging off projectiles like it wasn't there. Then, infantry units rushed the Griffons and started fierce hand to hand combat. The Wehrmacht's Sturmgrenadiers were fierce in combat and quickly used blitzkrieg tactics to overcome their primitive adversaries who had little time to react. Shining Armor had heard of the reports of seeing these new creatures during the Battle for Ponyville and Canterlot except they were named the Red Army. This one in particular called themselves the Wehrmacht. These soldiers were very organized and battle hardened. General Heinz Guderian and Erwin Rommel led the Wehrmacht soldiers from a field HQ a few miles away. Rommel gave orders to regroup to his 7th Panzer Division aka "Ghost Division helping out Shining and immediately executed it without question. Shining saw this and was awestruck. These soldiers outmatched the Royal Guards in discipline and training. He saw the Wehrmacht regrouping with their main army leaving them in the dust. Battle for Cloudsdale Spitfire and the Wonderbolts were getting weapons to defend from a Griffon air attack. They were being supported by the 12th Battle Brigade led by Lieutenant Iron Wall. The Battle Brigade spread itself out over the edge of the city and saw that there were large swarms of both Griffons and Changelings about 50,000 strong. They were heavily outnumbered as there were only 10,000 defenders in the city including the Wonderbolts. The enemies charged at the defenders who tried to defend but were being broken through. The lines were being breached and the Wonderbolts managed to take out a couple hundred but more replaced their dead comrades. The swarms of Changelings and Griffons were advancing towards the center of Cloudsdale until they heard a buzzing sound. The buzzing sound came from the German Luftwaffe led by Herman Goering. His squadron was made of Messerschmitt BF 109's and 262 jet fighters. The planes strafed the enemy infantry instantly killing five platoons within seconds. The fighter planes were soon followed by Stuka dive bombers which dropped single 1,000 kg bombs or two 500 kg bombs obliterating anything below. Some bomb managed to gib enemy soldiers showering their comrades in their blood and guts. This lowered the morale of enemy troops who were fighting the 12th Battle Brigade in the facilities of Cloudsdale. Then, the Germans unleashed their full might on the Griffon field HQ established at the Rainbow Factory. He 111 bombers dropped hundreds of bombs obliterating the enemy positions. JU 87 Stukas followed and dropped two 500 kg bombs to ensure that there were no survivors. An hour after the Luftwaffe air raid, the Battle Brigade began to push back the Griffon forces. The air raid dealt a serious blow to their armies. They were helpless as the flying machines were too fast and kept their distance from their weapons. The mighty Griffon 3rd Army was from 50,000 strong to a staggering 12,387. The Battle Brigade were easily defeating them. The air raid had an impact on morale because the Griffons saw their comrades blown up showering the area around them in blood. The Griffons were soon on the retreat. Battle of Sweet Apple Acres The Griffons and Changeling used Sweet Apple Acres as their main HQ and supply warehouse. Little did they know that the "Ghost Division" was watching them with their feared Panzer IV's and Panzer III's. Erwin Rommel was scouting in his Panzer IV's. He positioned his tanks in the apple orchards and the panzer grenadiers were hiding behind the barn. He gave the signal and the infantry charged supported by tanks firing while being hidden. The panzer grenadiers used blitzkrieg tactics to give no mercy to their opponents in a short time. The Griffons didn't have enough time to go get their equipment and the Changeling were quickly eradicated. Some of the Griffons surrendered and the Wehrmacht called for the Schutzstaffel or the SS to torture the prisoners for information and execute them. Waffen SS soldiers began pouring through Sweet Apple Acres dragging the prisoners against the barn and whipped them. They used inhuman methods of torture to get the information they needed. If the SS officers didn't have the info they want, they either tortured the prisoner or shot his comrade with their Luger PO8. After the prisoners were done with interrogation, they were put against the walls of the barn to be shot by firing squads. Heinrich Himmler, leader of the SS divisions, recalled all his men back to their vehicles and went back to the Allied HQ. Background Info The Second World War was almost over and Germany had discovered a portal to Equestria. Soon, the Allies discovered this and began producing prototypes which eventually led their armies to Equestria. Germany was allowed to keep its army as it offered a truce to help the Allies study this new world with military protection. As soon as the nation's leaders discovered that this world was at war, they tried to help in any way. Hitler wanted to expand his country to a part of Equestria where the Germans can live in peace. The Soviets wanted to conquer a part of Equestria to test out its super weapons along with the US. Britain and France wanted a foothold in Equestria to expand trade and be wealthy countries. Britain had been attacked by V2 rockets and were close to the breaking point. This gave the Allies and Axis armies a chance to overcome their differences and form a friendship between them. They will get what they want from the world of Equestria.

American Assault Battle for Appaloosa The Appaloosa Home Guard were being attacked by the Griffon 3rd Company of about 100 to 200 soldiers using Iron weapons. The Home Guard were made up of the townsfolk using hand crafted weapons. There were barricades made up of furniture and were set ablaze to redirect the Griffons' attack. A platoon of Griffons were flanking the Home Guard while their main force engaged them from the front. This would make them fight on two fronts easily eliminating them. Little did they know they were being watched by the US 5th Armored Division. The division consisted of Hellcat tank destroyers, Chaffee light tanks, M4A3E8 Shermans (Easy 8). There were a couple infantry regiments, field artillery battalions along with a police platoon to stay in the town and protect it. While the Home Guard and the 3rd Griffon Company attacked each other, they heard thundering roars of explosions. Then, explosions occurred around the Griffons causing the Home Guard to retreat. The flanking Griffon platoon were picked off by a sniper team. The Griffons retreated with 25 survivors and 75 wounded forcing them to take the most skilled soldiers and left their comrades behind. While they retreated, infantry regiments quickly took up firing positions and shot at the retreating Griffons. Soon, the 25 survivors were either wounded or dead. The wounded they left behind bled out and the same goes for the others. Major General Lunsford E. Oliver was managing his men and equipment and left the police platoon to stay for a few fays to keep the peace in Appaloosa. Realizing they had an organized defense this was cancelled and the Major gave away some of his food supplies to help the Home Guard. Soon, the 5th Armored Division rolled into the desert. 2nd Battle of the Crystal Empire The Crystal Army led by Shining Armor tried to defend the Crystal Empire from the Griffons who attacked from the air and the Changelings who attacked from the ground flanking them. It was a pincer maneuver designed to encircle the enemy and eliminate him quickly. It looked like the Crystal Army was surrounded and some who weren't encircled were split apart. The Crystal Army over 500,000 strong were being separated by the Changeling Swarms and the Griffon 5th Elite Regiment making 600,000 strong. The Crystal Army were being separated into battalions as the advancing enemy approached. Shining Armor gutted a Griffon and stabbed a few Changelings to hold his ground. The fighting was fierce, iron clashing against each other and screams of agony and pain filled the air. The fighting lasted for hours as thousands of soldiers on both sides began to die in minutes. Soon, the Crystal Army was taking heavy casualties. 235,219 Crystal soldiers were left, their opponents however, had 413,843 soldiers. As the fighting continued, the casualties racked up. Then, a faint buzzing noise was heard in the distance sounding like a swarm of bees. In the skies came American P-51 Mustangs along with B17 Flying Fortress bombers. The P 51's shot down Griffons from the sky literally ripping them to shreds with their 50 cal. machine guns. The B 17's unleashed a massive carpet of bombs on the Griffon Ground forces marching their way towards the battle. The reinforcements were obliterated by the bombs leaving no survivors. The numbers on the casualties for the Griffons and Changelings were rising at an extremely fast rate. Then, Sherman Crocodile tanks rumbled forward using a flamethrower and its main gun to erase enemy hostiles. the Griffons burned to death and screams filled the air as Changelings were incinerated by the flames. The battle was over as the whole army of changelings and Griffons died from the American combined support. Operation Eagle Strike Dwight D. Eisenhower wanted an airlift operation to parachute troops behind the Griffon lines and deep into the behind Changeling lines with the help of air support to cut off the retreat of the Changelings and put them out of action. The operation was approved by Churchill and Hitler who both offered to help in the operation in which Eisenhower accepted. The operation was going to involve the 101st Airborne, The Red Devils and the 1st Fallschirmjager Divisions. On the scheduled time, C 47 planes prepared to take off to drop the paratroopers. The Red Devils were going to drop behind the Changeling armies near Appaloosa, the Fallschirmjager behind the Changelings attacking the Crystal Empire and the 101st Airborne into the Everfree forest. The Red Devils had the shortest distance from their operation and dropped first. The Red Devils of Britain were now behind Changeling lines attacking Appaloosa. The division was scattered into many squads attacking many different camps and outposts. They engaged in battle overcoming them with blitzkrieg tactics learned from the Germans and marked targets for P47 Thunder bolts and B 25 Mitchell bombers. These targets were supply convoys, depots and camps. The Changeling camps were set on fire and were caught in a two front battle. One against Appaloosa's Home Guard and one against Britain's famed Red Devil paratroopers. These paratroopers were poorly armed but made great use of them attacking specific parts of the body to help them wound, engage and execute. The Fallschirmjager divisions were parachuting a few miles in front a retreating Changeling army. Platoons and battalions watched the roads for incoming Changelings. These soldiers were armed to the teeth with their STG 44's, Gewehr 43's and the fearsome Panzerfaust were sure going to cause devastating damage. The Fallschirmjagers saw a few regiments of retreating Changelings on different roads, all of them were exhausted, a perfect time to attack. They engaged the surprised changelings and quickly eradicated them with a few grenades and spray of bullets. Some of the Changelings engaged the Fallschirmjager in hand to hand combat even though they were exhausted. The Fallschirmjagers excel at hand to hand and since these Changelings were tired, they were beaten to death with the butt of the rifles. The retreating Changelings were now surrounded giving a perfect time to close in. The 101st Airborne finally made it to their destination in the Everfree Forest. many of the soldiers had radios and petrol bombs to mark out specific targets to slow down the Changelings and wear them down. However, the strongest forces were retreating from Ponyville, Canterlot and Cloudsdale in which the Russians and Germans had made their mark in these areas and killed many of these battle hardened Changelings. The 101st's battalions saw retreating Changelings pulling wagons of wounded and supplies. Some of them saw some camps holding supplies and were turned to strongholds. The strongholds consisted of ruined buildings with defenses like catapults lobbing improvised explosives. These targets were marked out for the Long Tom artillery guns to pound along with some B 25 Strafers to combat the Changeling swarms in the air. The 101st managed to burn down small camps tending the wounded along with supply depots being burned down limiting food supplies for the Changelings. They also managed to mark the Griffon reinforcements as targets for air attacks. The B 25 Strafers bombed the reinforcements scattering them with only a handful of survivors at the breaking point. The operation was going well. Little did the Allies knew, that the Griffons and the Changelings were developing new weapons.
Rise of the ReichAuthor's Note Hello great readers! I have another great music vid for you to enjoy while reading. Rise of the Reich Hitler's Reichstag Hitler read the reports of the German operations going on in Equestria. His generals were doing well along with his men. They even put the Schutzstaffel to good use for the prisoners. It seemed to him that the Equestrian enemies were very primitive which makes them vulnerable to blitzkrieg tactics. He sent in his blueprints for a new tank in case of emergencies. He also ordered for V2 rockets loaded with the Tabun nerve gas to be transported to Equestria. The factories were building portals that led to Equestria's seas for the Allied and Axis navies to come into play, but it was very expensive and delays happened putting the production months from now. He was going to have to wait until the productions were finished along with the prototype tank being built along with the new V2's. German FOB (Forward Operating Base) Erwin Rommel had returned from a scouting mission and saw that the Royal Guards defending Ponyville suffered a Griffon air attack alog with their new machines. They looked like medieval ballistae firing large flaming arrows with a sharp iron tip. The heavy arrow could possibly pierce the Panzer hulls if it took a well placed shot. The Ghost Division went back to base. Rommel needed reinforcements as the Griffon 52nd Army of 400,000 could overcome his base. He called for the 2nd Armored Division led by General Patton. The Armored Division said they would be arriving in about an hour away since they were attacking Griffon reinforcements coming to assist with capturing the enemy base. The Germans fired the Haubitze 75mm guns pounding the Griffons in a rain of high explosive shells. The Germans formed along the bunkers and fortifications near their FOB. The Griffons charged in which the Germans hailed machine gun fire and flamethrower flames mowing down the advance. Snipers picked off the Griffon crews which operated the ballistae. This left them operational. Soon, Panzer IV's unleashed high explosives and machine gun fire which added to their rising kill count. Rommel had positioned his tanks around his outpost to maximize defense. The SS were even participating. The Germans used mortars to bombard the incoming Griffons. They were soon bypassing the bunkers and into the base resulting in hand to hand combat. The Germans fought fiercely in hand to hand breaking the bone of their Griffon adversaries with the butts of their rifles. German flamethrower soldiers began firing away at the advancing Griffons rushing the entrance. Out came charred bodies and screams of pain. The fire held back the Griffons until German soldiers equipped with Trench guns fired shotgun shells at close range of the Griffons when the fire died down. The shotgun shells spilled the guts of Griffons as more kept coming. Meanwhile, Goering is at his airfield and hears about Rommels defense. He scrambles AR24 Blitz jet bombers and Me 262 jet fighters to help. Goering flew with the planes he ordered. It's been a long time since he piloted a fighter. Rommel was still defending at his FOB. He managed to cause heavy casualties on the Griffons, but they continued attacking. Then they heard the sounds of bombs being dropped. "herunterkommen!" The soldiers shouted. They didn't see Griffon bombs, they saw Nazi bombs raining down on the Griffons. Rommel saw the jet bombers in amazement. Me 262's along with Goering strafed the advancing Griffons repeatedly firing their weapons. Rommel used the 8cm Raketen-Vielfachwerfer which was the Wehrmacht's version of the Katyusha. The Griffons were soon pushed back out of the outpost and within view of the guns in the bunkers. Soon, the American 2nd Armored Division led by Patton tried to lift the siege against their German ally. The M37 Priest SPG's fired their shells and the dreaded Sherman with 105mm guns fired high explosives causing holes in the ranks of the Griffons. The US army rangers used rifle grenades and rifle fire to kill the advancing Griffons. The Germans had took some casualties and were exhausted from the fight. Out of the FOB portal, came a V2 rocket. Rommel's FOB was supposed to be a V2 launch site. Rommel's men were surprised. They knew a V2 was coming but not that early. It's only been two weeks since they arrived in Equestria. The rocket was already fueled up and was placed into the launching bay. It would take a few days to properly set it up but they had no time. They started preparing it as fast and carefully as they could. The German soldiers defended the V2 Rocket from exploding. Artillery guns continue pounding on the Griffons. They had to fall back. There were only 134,782 Griffon soldiers alive left. They retreated back towards their stronghold just outside of Ponyville. The V2 was soon ready to launch. Rommel gave the order to launch the V2 to their stronghold. Minutes later, a large tremor shook the ground and the 7th Panzer Division, The 2nd Armored Division and the Luftwaffe all saw a large explosion about 7 miles away. The armies cheered and celebrated at the explosion of the V2. The battle was over. Soviet 8th Guards Army General Zhukov and his men heard a large explosion about 10 miles out. He knew that it was a German V2 rocket and the explosion was near their very first battlefield where they made their first appearance weeks ago. They had heard it was captured and came to recapture it from the Griffons but they celebrated as they didn't have to worry about it any more. The 8th Guards army went back to their base to celebrate. Mane Six The Mane Six heard a loud explosion from Twilight's castle. They looked out the window to see a large explosion engulfing the Griffon strongholds and camps nearby in flames. They knew soon it was the work of their new Allied army. The ponies were dumbfounded on how humans can build machines with destruction on such a large scale. "We must report this to Princess Celestia," Twilight said. She quickly wrote down a letter about the explosion and sent it to Princess Celestia who was surprised at what she read. She quickly rushed to a nearby window and saw that in the distance, was a large explosion. The Reich was rising.

Hope you like it! :) Sorry for this being pretty short, it's because I haven't gotten much info about the Imperial army and navy. Wrath Of The Rising Sun Jungle Warfare: Everfree Forest Changeling armies marched the paths of the Everfree forest with no incident. Almost no incident. Little did they knew that there was a new army waiting for them. Much more fierce than what they encountered on the battlefield. The Imperial Japanese Army. These soldiers were very fierce jungle fighters. Snipers were on the treetops picking off priority targets like commanders and officers or supply carts. Tanks hid behind bushes and were covered in foliage to hide well. They were painted green and tan to look like part of the jungle. Then, the snipers opened fire at the confused Changelings. Gunfire was heard but there were no soldiers they encountered. One by one, the Changeling soldiers fell down from bullets coming from the Type 99 rifles. Chi-Ha tanks fired high explosive shells onto the Changelings killing them all. The Imperial Army soldiers seized supplies for themselves. Renault Otsu tanks pulled the carts and the soldiers left. They were going to be the soon feared enemies of the Changelings. The Imperial Army moved towards the Changeling Hives armed with petrol bombs. They shot at the hive and bullets pierced through killing anything behind it. The petrol bombs were thrown causing a fire inside the hive forcing the Changelings to come out and face the Imperial Army. The Imperial Army quickly killed them with rifle fire. Mortar teams bombarded the hive reducing it to dust. The Imperial Army killed the rest of the survivors and went back to their base to regroup and resupply. 2nd Battle of Manehattan The 42nd Royal Guards Brigade was outnumbered by the Griffon Elite Division (GED). The Royal Guards were outnumbered and encircled separating them from their comrades. The Royal Guards were taking heavy casualties until the Imperial Army interfered with Kamikaze planes. O-I superheavy tanks fired their 105 mm cannons, flamethrowers and 75 mm rockets making quick work of the GED. The GED shot a ballista explosive arrow on it only to have it being shrugged off. The Griffon Elites panicked they had never seen war machines this large before. This tank had armor equivalent to the German Tiger only deadlier. The city streets shook as the O-I tanks rumbled forward towards the Griffon Elites. It continued moving crushing anything in its path. The flamethrowers fired creating a flaming shield coming for the Griffons who retreated leaving their wounded to the flames of the steel monster. However, Griffon reinforcements came with ballistae and their explosive arrows who fired a broadside at the heavy tanks. The arrows exploded leaving a black cloud. When it dissipated, they saw that the robust war machine continued to move forward. Flaming arrows flew over the city starting fires that would create a large firestorm that would sweep the city. The robust tanks and the infantry moved forward firing their weapons at the Griffon artillery which was reduced to splinters in a few minutes. Kamikaze squadrons crashed into the Griffon field HQ which was like a medieval castle. The kamikazes blew holes in the walls allowing infantry to rush through followed by the heavy tanks. The Imperial army fought fiercely sending in kamikaze soldiers and planes eventually reducing the stronghold. Kamikaze squadrons crashed into it once more obliterating the main building. The siege would be over. The Griffons would have to be on the defensive. The tanks swept through northeast Manehattan where there were abandoned buildings in flames. The once blue sky was covered in black smoke. Explosions rang out across the city. Flaming arrows from the ballistae and Griffon archers rained down on the city increasing the flames added to the fire. HE 111 German bombers flew over to give support to their Axis ally. Bombs rained down on the Griffons below creating rubble across the city. Flames continued to grow. The siege lasted through the night. The Griffons were now in full retreat. Their Changeling allies had been eradicated and were now left to battle the humans in their war. The Griffons were now on full retreat. Battle of Las Pegasus The Griffons wanted to launch one last attack in a desperate gamble to gain control of Equestria. The Imperial army, the Wermacht, The SS, Luftwaffe, US Army, British Army, French Army, and the Soviet Red Army waited together. The Griffons were now doing an all out attack on the city. The Griffons had the 23rd Elite Army, 12th Griffon army and the 67th Griffon army making them having about 5 million soldiers. The Allied and Axis armies together had 4.5 million. This was going to be their final defense before their final push. The Germans had V2 rockets at their launch sites being prepared to be fired at the Griffon Kingdom. The Griffons charged at the dug in Germans. The Siegfried bunkers had flamethrowers and AT guns burning down the Griffon charge. Russian Katyushas fired their rockets along with the Sherman Calliopes. US Long Toms and Canone GPF 155mm guns fired at the Griffons along with the British AVRE assault guns and the Sturmtigers. French Maginot bunkers was the equivalent to the German Siegfried bunkers with the same armament. US MG nests sat behind the two layers of flamethrower bunkers along with the British assault guns. The artillery kept on pounding the Griffons who retreated back to their line of defense. Russian T34-85's charged at enemy lines being supported by Hellcats, Chaffees, Super Pershings, Panthers, Churchills, Chi Nu Kai's and IS 3's. Their air support consisted of the Luftwaffe, US B25J Strafers, F4U Corsairs, Supermarine Spitfire Mark IX's, Lancaster bombers and Yak 3's. The heavy firepower quickly pushed back the Griffons away from Las Pegasus but they had ballistae that were improved and took out some of the Soviet tanks that kept coming no matter how much they lost. The Soviets were going to fight to their deaths to try to push back the Griffons. The infantry men rushed forward. They were each from different nations at war, yet they stood together side by side against the Griffon armies. They worked together and quickly overcame their threats together. Sturm grenadiers threw their dreaded Model 24 Steilhandgranate's at the Griffons blowing off their legs and the British used trench guns and their Lee Enfields in which their bullets broke through the bones of their enemies. The Mosin Nagantes and the Type 99's did devastating damage to the Griffon bodies instantly killing or incapacitating them. The French army and their ARL 44 heavy tanks rumbled forward with the support of their FCM F1 super heavy tanks. The Germans used their P 1000 Ratte, the Soviets used their KV 6 super tank, Japanese used their O-I and the US used T 95 tank destroyers. They rolled towards the Griffons who gave them everything they had but their weapons proved useless and retreated farther and farther back while being bombarded by Lancaster bombers, B 17 Flying Fortresses, B25 Mitchells, Amiot bombers, JU 87 Stukas and G4M Bettys. These bombers dropped off their payload every hour of their retreat wearing them down more and more. Soon, no less than 100,000 Griffons remained. They used sheer numbers against their enemies and realized that it was quality over quantity. They looked around them and saw that they had retreated so far back that they were already in the Griffon Kingdom.

French Finish Defense Preparations The French forces along with their allies advanced through mountain passes and saw that they had pushed the Griffons back to their own territory. The Allies and the Axis started digging trenches, placing landmines and barbed wire when they saw a large castle up ahead. Around it was a magnificent city enclosed by stone walls. The French reconnaissance units saw that the walls were heavily guarded and in front a Griffon division was forming up ready to attack with ballistae artillery. The Germans placed their Ratte mega tank behind and its guns thundered along with other artillery pieces which included the Pushka 152mm, Gaubitsa 203mm, Morser 210mm, Canone GPF 155mm and Long Tom 155mm guns. The artillery guns fired which emitted a loud thundering noise. Seconds later, explosions occurred in the Griffon city. Flames and smoke started to rise and flaming arrows were shot back in retaliation. The flaming arrows only reached no man's land activating some landmines. Then, the Griffon division charged. 18,000 Griffon soldiers charged at the entrenched armies. Landmines exploded killing Griffons clustered together. The Griffon division continued to charge showing no sign of retreat. Some managed to get in the trenches only to be shot at by British commandos watching the first line from the second trench. Tanks rolled in to provide some fire support. Katyushas and Sherman Calliopes unleashed their 75mm rockets that made short work of enemy infantry. The air forces were strafing no man's land. Bombers on the other hand, flew ober the city dropping their deadly cargo over the city. V2 Launch Site #1 The V2 rocket was prepared for launch. It just needed to be fueled up to be ready to launch. V2 Launch Sites 2 and 3 were also fueling. Launch Sites 4 to 10 were ready to fire. Hours later, the V2 was filled up with fuel and ready to fire. Allied/Axis Defense The Allied and Axis commanders were listening on the radio. They learned that the V2 rockets were ready to fire. The generals gave the order to fire on Griffon cities and strongholds. This would finish off their bloodthirsty enemies. Minutes later, the ground shook from an immense explosion up ahead. The Allied and Axis soldiers looked up from their trenches to see an large explosion up ahead. It was the strike of the V2. Soon, more explosions occurred and nine mushroom clouds rose up. The Griffons stopped fighting and saw their cities vaporized by the human war machine. They quickly retreated farther and saw that their capital wasn't bombed by the V2's but were attacked by heavy bombers. Allied/Axis Attack The Allied and Axis armies advanced towards the capital and closed in just outside the city walls. The Ratte's guns pointed at the buildings. Russian tanks quickly formed up followed by their infantry. Their allies did the same along with the Axis. Together, they assaulted the city killing any resistance in their path. Infantrymen were lost to arrows, but the tanks moved forward. It was just like the Battle of Berlin. The city was in flames from the bombs and the armies fought their way to the main palace block by block. Snipers lurked the destroyed building picking off the commanders of the Griffon army to disorganize them. Artillery was being fired on different sections while the rockets spread its destruction around the palace creating panic among the city. T 34-85's made their way towards the palace but were blocked off by rubble and had to reroute their attack. The French infiltrated the palace and began attacking the Griffon guards who wore iron armor that made bullets bounce off. They started to aim for the head but failed. Outside, US, British and German forces were forming up. Infantry began to pour in the palace shooting every hostile. The Griffon King was a fierce warrior but he couldn't take on that many soldiers. The SS joined in. The Infantry cleared out the ground floor while SS squads searched the first floor. The SS soon found the Griffon King near slain French soldiers. He charged at them forcing them to open fire with their Lugers and Kar98K's. The 9mm and 7.62mm bullets went through his flesh, tore through his heart, lungs, stomach and kidney and a bullet broke his spine and was embedded in there. He fell down and saw an SS officer. The officer pointed a Webley Mk IV at his face. The Webley fired and the bullet went through his head breaking the front and back of the Griffon's skull. The Allied and Axis nations proudly placed their nation's flags on the top of the palace. This was where the armies would stay. They liberated Equestria of Griffons. The war was now over.
