Twilight Sparkle loves nothing more than spending time with her Big Brother Best Friend Forever, Shining Armor. Unbeknownst to her, Shining comes home one day with news that will change her world forever: he's moving out and joining the military. She must now find a way of dealing with this new change while Shining has to finally admit to her how he truly feels about himself and where he fits in life.
