Rainbow Dash remembers the day her life was destroyed ten years ago by ponies hell-bent on war so very clearly. It happened so fast that even she was confused to what was happening. But she couldn't look back now. She had to survive with her friend Pinkie Pie and her newly crafted sword. Her light of hope had all but diminished.

However, a chance encounter may have just sparked her light once again; a young filly beat and torn appeared before her whilst she was scouting for food. Out of pity, Rainbow Dash brings her back home and tries to nurture her back to health. By why feel pity? Could it be this filly has given her hope once again?

Unfortunately, it isn't long before they're tracked down by a force known as the Transientians, desperately trying to take the filly away. It's now up to Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie to protect the filly from whoever is behind trying to take her away, even if it means with their lives.
