Twilight Sparkle catches an unknown illness after a trip to the Zebra homeland with Zecora, and ends up hospitalized while she awaits a cure.

With the doctors lacking a diagnosis, and her future looking grim, she relies on those she loves for support.

Note: This is not meant to insult/express my views on religion or Atheism. It was just something I wanted to write after re-watching Celestia's ballad sometime in May.
