Waiting for the music box to unwind. He will be free. The soul of the 14 year old boy, Travis, was killed by a man of Purple. He didn't get to live a full life. But one day, he would go back in time. Back to where this man wouldn't be able to run from fate. The slit in his throat was painful, so Travis would make this man's death painful... but for now, he was stuck inside of this box. Just awaiting the time for his vengeance. "Sunset Shimmer, please come to the office! Thank you!" It was almost lunch period, Sunset being in detention for the 15th time in a row. She didn't do anything, but she felt that she deserved this. Trixie 'the great and powerful' came in. "Another detention Sunset?" She said with a smirk on her face. Sunset shrugged her shoulders as she walked out of the library. "You know that nobody would miss you if you just died Sunset. Why not just take that chance?" Sunset blocked out Trixie, continuing the walk to the principles office. Everybody eyed her as she passed by without saying a word. 'Suicide: a permanent solution to a temporary problem.' She said in her mind, remembering how she tried to kill herself the night of the Fall Formal, only to be stopped by her only friends. Two weeks have passed since then, but Sunset was still miserable. Why? She entered the principles office. "Yes Ms. Celestia?" A kid was at the desk. His skin was pale and he had markings that looked like tears under his eyes along with blood red cheeks. "Sunset, I would like you to meet our new student: Travis." He put his hand out to shake her hand. His hand was extremely cold... as if he was lifeless. "It is nice to meet you, Sunset Shimmer." His eyes creeped her out. He had white pupils along with pitch black eyes. He seemed so... emotionless. It was weird. "It's nice to meet you Travis." She looked at Principle Celestia. "Oh, right! I want you to show him around, and introduce him to your friends." She looked at him and back at Celestia. "B-but don't you think I'm not the girl for the job? Can't Fluttershy do it?" She shook her head. "Fluttershy is busy with the shelter, but she should be back by lunch." "What about Rainbow Dash? She's not busy right now!" Celestia eyed her. "You are currently doing detention right now. This will be it." "But-" "You were the only one available Sunset. Now please go before I give you more detention." She sighed as she walked out of the room, Travis following her. The school bell rang. "Oh! That means that it's lunch!" She looked at Travis who seemed to be as bored as Hell. "Are you doing okay Travis?" He nodded. "Well, why don't we go eat? I can introduce you to some of my friends!" She said with a smile. He nodded once more. "Not a big talker huh? You'll get comfortable here eventually Travis. Especially with my friends around." As they were walking to the cafeteria, Sunset heard something. "Travis? Do you hear that?" He looked around and suddenly remembered! Sunset watched as he rushed to get his backpack off and pull something out. It was a music box. "What is that?" She stared at it as he wound it up. "This is my music box. I have to keep it wound up, or bad things are gonna happen." He said, pointing to the mask on the side of his head. "What types of things?" She said with confusion in her eyes. He looked down, signaling that he didn't want to talk about it. "We can talk about it later Travis. Let's go meet my friends." And they walked into the cafeteria. As they sat down, Sunset's friends grew excited. "Guys, I would I like you to meet Travis. He's new, so we're going to hang out with him." She said smiling at Travis. He had other priorities. "I'm sorry to disappoint you... and your friends, but I have a few things to straighten before I can 'hang out'." She looked at him in confusion. "What do you need to do Travis?" Her friends looked at him too, wondering what he needed to do. Applejack was watching his every move. "I need to use the restroom." He simply stated. He walked off, eyeing everyone in the cafeteria while walking. He found a student completely dress in purple and tapped his shoulder. "I need to have a word with you." He motioned his hand, telling the student to follow him, and the student fell for the bait. "He was lyin'! I can tell when someone lies, and I promise you that he was lyin'!" Applejack was onto Travis, and she figured that he went to do something. "She does have a point Sunset. He could've gone somewhere else. That might be why he was acting so strange!" Rainbow Dash pointed out. Sunset looked around the table, everyone staring at her. "He can't be lying! He's such a nice boy!" Pinkie Pie jumped in. "How many times have you seen him smile today Sunset?" She looked at Pinkie in the eyes. "None..." Rarity spoke up. "It's okay darling. Let's just go check on him. It couldn't hurt, can it?" Fluttershy remained silent. "It couldn't hurt to check on him...." They left the cafeteria, seeing that Travis was strangling a student. "Travis??!? What are you doing?!?" Author's Note I just want to say that there will be NO shipping in this fic. All there is will be Sunset taking the 'sisterly' role. Please do leave a comment and LFF!!! Smiles!!! Do you know why I wear this scarf?Sunset stared at Travis in horror, seeing the he was actually strangling someone. "Travis, you don't need to do this." She said calmly, walking towards him slowly. "Lets talk about this before we do some real damage Travis." She continued walking to him. All of her friends stared in confusion. "I'm not talking about this. This might be the one I need to kill, and I'm not taking any chances." Kill?!? How could he do this?!? Thinking quick, Sunset got behind Travis and stole the music box from his half-open backpack, and ran back to the cafeteria's closed doors. "Sunset! This isn't a good choice!" She looked into his eyes seeing his first emotion against her: anger. "I'll start unwinding it if you don't let go of that kid Travis!" She yelled to him, hoping that she would prevail. He held onto his neck, and she started unwinding the music box. The tune played out. "NGNNN!!!" Travis let go of the students neck, allowing him to breathe. The student ran away. "STOP IT!!! PLEASE STOP IT!!!" He lied on the ground in a ball, covering his ears. She wound it up and walked over to him, still in a ball. Crying. Tears were rolling down his blood red cheeks. "Travis!! Are you okay?!?" She said kneeling down, hoping that he would just get up and say that he was sorry. But that's not what happened. He remained on the ground, in a small ball. Just crying. "Im not sure if he's okay Sunset. He's hardly moving. What was that anyways?" Rainbow Dash said, pointing to the box. She looked at the music box, as it was marked with smiles almost everywhere. "It's a music box that Travis keeps around. He said that if it isn't wound up...." She paused. "Bad things would happen." She looked at her friends. They stared back in horror of Travis and the box. "We need to talk to him. He has some questions that we need answered." Said Applejack, who was looking at Travis in disgust. "I know. Let's take him to your house AJ. It's biggest, so he can stay in the barn." She nodded. She picked up Travis, who was stuck in a living nightmare... They got to AJ's house where they put him in on the floor, sitting in a circle around him. He finally woke up. "Ugh...... What the..." He looked at his right hand, it being completely black. 'It can't be happening now! Why now of all times?' He thought. He looked around him, seeing six girls. "We want answers and we want them now Travis!" Applejack shouted, surprising him. The other girls just stared at him. "What answers?" "You know what I mean Travis! Now spit it out!" He looked at her, his eyes turning from surprised to emotionless. "Fine. I'm trying to kill someone while I'm here okay?" All of the girls gasped. Sunset began. "What do you mean Travis? Why do you want to kill someone?" He stared into her eyes. "Do you want to know why I'm wearing this scarf right now?" Rarity spoke up. "I certainly do! Why would you wear a scarf in the spring? I don't get it!" He looked at all of them one by one. "If you are terrified of.... Well, anything, you might want to leave the room." Nobody stood up but Fluttershy. "You might want to leave the room then." She whimpered and walked slowly out of the room. "The reason why I wear my scarf is this." He pulled it down, revealing a deep cut on his throat. Black blood spilled out of it. Sunset covered her mouth. Who could do something like this? Pinkie vomited in a nearby trash can, while Rainbow stared in awe. Rarity and Applejack just looked with pity on their faces. "Why... Who.... What happened?" Rainbow Dash asked with pitiful thoughts. "I'm not even living." He simply replied. He pulled his scarf back up, covering the slit in his throat. "The man I am trying to kill took my life. I have two objectives: kill this man, and give the children that he killed what they deserved." Sunset looked into Travis's eyes, and saw nothing. She didn't see remorse for wanting to kill a man, she didn't see pity or sorrow for the student he almost strangled. She saw nothingness. "What children did he kill?" He looked at Rainbow Dash. "I do not want to talk about it. I feel that I have talked enough today." And with that, he grabbed his bag and left the barn house. "Wow, that guys a real downer!" Pinkie Pie said with sadness in her voice. Sunset looked at the small pool of black blood on the floor. 'Is there any way I can help him?' Travis was sitting on a tree in an apple orchard, remembering the pain that he felt when his throat was cut. He remembered trying to get the air to reach inside of his lungs, yet not being able to reach it. He remembered falling on the ground, blood spilling out of his throat and onto the ground as he started losing consciousness. All he remembered was seeing a man dressed in purple after that. Then he died... While taking a trip down memory lane, Fluttershy snuck up on him. "Ummm... I'm sorry, but can I sit in the tree? T-that's sort of my favorite one." He looked back seeing her.he thought about how gentle her voice was... like a flower petal falling off of a flower and falling into a pond. "Sure..." She climbed up the tree and sat down on the opposite side. "I heard the whole thing you know. How you're dead and how you need to kill somebody." He looked into her eyes. All he could think of was the word... Kindness. "You don't need to kill him. You don't have to. There could be another way." He stared at Fluttershy, she was staring back. "I'm afraid I'm not open to that other way." He said. He jumped out of the tree, and walked away, thinking of the painful ways to kill the man who took his life. Author's Note That just got dark fast... Now I need to go cheer myself up with markiplier or by watching Trekkies. I hate myself for writing this. Be sure to comment and LFF!!! Smiles!!! The 'puppet' side of himTravis sat on another tree, waiting the morning out. He had gotten back his music box from Sunset and wound it up for the night, not falling asleep, but looking at the moon. He took the mask out of his hair, looking at it. Hating that he was a puppet. Hating that he had no freedom. Hating that people were able to pull on his strings, and that he couldn't do anything about it. He put the mask back where it was, hoping not to touch it again, and hoping that it wouldn't take control of him. But the only way to prevent that we to wind up the music box, and just wait it out. He put is knees to his chest, and started crying. "I wish I could just go home...." He sat there on the tree, waiting out the night. "Hey Travis." It was Sunset. He needed to clean up fast. "Yes? I'm kinda busy right now." He wiped his eyes, getting the tears on his sleeve so that he wouldn't be caught crying. "I just want to talk with you. It will be quick." She climbed up the tree, sitting right next to him. "Are you okay?" He nodded. "Listen, I think today was just confusing. Tomorrow will probably be better." She looked down at him. "Maybe we can all hang out tomorrow Travis. Me, you, and my friends." He shook his head st this. "They all think I'm a freak. I'm a dead person anyways. But as soon as the man's dead and I give the children cake, I will be out of your hair." She looked at him, extremely confused. Cake? Is this what killing him was about? "Well, revenge isn't always as sweet as it looks." They stared at each other. "What do you mean? My death will be avenged. His killing spree will be stopped." He looked down. "I have to save them...." He looked at Sunset with tears in his eyes. She felt bad for him. "Well.... forgiveness is always tough, you know?" She looked him in the eyes, seeing sadness. "I used to be a terrible person, but that's where my friends came in. They helped me realize what friendship is." Travis looked at his right hand, it being completely black. "What happened to your hand?" She grabbed it, feeling that it was warm, unlike when she first shook it. It felt... Alive. "This is what happens when the music box plays." He touched the back of his hand, feeling the smooth, black skin. "It goes out of control when the whole song plays on the music box. It's also extraordinarily painful." Sunset felt his hand, feeling terrible for unwinding his music box when he was strangling that student. She would've been better off if she just forced him to let go. "Yeah... Sorry about that." He put his hand in one of his pockets. "It's fine. You didn't have any other choice but to play the music box." She smiled at him, suddenly getting an idea. "I have an idea!" She hopped out of the tree, falling on her feet. "Tomorrow, me and my friends are going to take you somewhere. You should get some sleep." He looked at her and shook his head. "I don't sleep. I wait out the night." She stared at him with a grin plastered on her face. "Well, goodnight then." She ran to the nearby house where her friends were hosting a sleepover, when she realized that she forgot something. "By the way, my friends don't think you're a freak. They're just a bit confused. Goodnight!" And with that, Sunset left him on the tree, just staring into the sky... The next day... "Well guys, we're here!" The 7 friends were in front of the one and only 'Fredbears family Diner'. It was Saturday, so they were free to do whatever they wanted. Sunset told them about her idea, which they were a bit uneasy about, especially since she told them how Travis can get out of control. "What are you waiting for guys? Let's go in!" They walked in and sat at a table, when they saw a robot bear coming to their table. "May I take your order?" It said. They started ordering food, but Travis was deep in thought. 'Why does this feel so familiar? Why am I having Dejá vu?' A sudden memory flashed in his head. The slit in his throat.... He looked out to the door, seeing that a man dressed in purple... was killing a child. "No..." Sunset looked at him uneasily. "Are you okay Travis? You seem a bit uneasy..." He ran away from the table and went outside to see a dead child laying there. "Travis! What the- oh no!" She knelt down in the pool of blood. "What in tarnation is goin on out-" Applejack was taken by surprise by the dead body lying on the floor. As the rest of her friends came out, they were also taken by surprise. Fluttershy fainted from the sight of blood, Rarity covered her mouth. Pinkie Pie vomited in ANOTHER nearby trash can, while Rainbow just stared. "Travis, what happened? Do you know who he is?" Travis stared at the body. "It's me..." Sunset was shocked to hear this. The music box started playing. "Travis, you need to wind up your box. You're gonna get hurt if you don't!" Tears were falling down his face. "It's me..." Sunset stared at Travis, wondering why he kept on saying it. "IT'S ME!!!" He shouted, blackness covering him. It consumed his whole body, except his mask. White pupils appeared in the masks eyes. It finally took him over. He turned into the puppet. Author's Note If you have noticed, I've been spoiling this chapter on a LOT of comments, putting my poem in and 'It's me' in very small letters. Anyways, do leave a comment and LFF!!! I will see all of you dudes next time! Smiles!!! A new big sisterTravis had turned into the puppet due to the music box being completely unwound. He took off his backpack, with the music box in it. "I HAVE TO SAVE THEM!!!!!!!" He started running towards the purple car that was trying to flee the crime, catching up to it. "YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!! YOU WILL DIE TODAY!!!!" He rammed the car, with amazing strength. It flipped over, hitting a tree which stopped it. "Crap..." The man inside struggled to get out of the car, crawling out. His arm was broken, and his head was bleeding. The puppet grabbed him by the neck. "Now, you will feel how painful my death was...." All the man did was smile. "You think this is funny?!? Don't you have any common sense?!?" He continued to smile. "You better hope that God forgives you....." He said as he was about to snap his neck. But there was music. Sunset Shimmer was winding up the music box, taking Travis's powers away. The darkness started to leave him, and the mask was put back on the side of his head. He let go of the man cloaked in purple, who ran and fled the crime scene. Travis fell to the ground unconcious. Sunset lifted Travis up. "I'm sorry Travis, but I couldn't let you kill him." She said, hugging his head. "So that's what you meant? He would turn into a horrifying monster?!?" Rainbow shrieked. "Did you see what he just witnessed?!? He just saw the man that murdered him!!! He saw him murder another child!!!" Sunset shouted back. "What?!? Did that give him permission to destroy a car and almost kill a man?!?" She looked at Travis and back at Rainbow Dash. "You know why Rainbow! I'm not alright with it, but you shouldn't blame him for this!!!" Sunset looked at all of her friends who looked back at her in remorse. "We can't blame him.... right guys?" They didn't respond. "You guys are siding with her?!? Why?!?" Applejack began. "We're sorry Sugarcube, but he's just too dangerous to be around... we still want to be around you though." Sunset looked in disgust. "What.... Don't you guys know that he isn't even alive? He's trying to avenge his own death while he's dead!!! Can you imagine how hard that would be?!?" She shouted with tears in her eyes. It started raining. "Sugarcube, I-" "No! Just go! If you don't want to be around him, just go you insensitive jerks!!" Applejack backed up. "Come on, let's go." Rainbow Dash said. "We want you to keep that... Monster away from us. Ya hear?" Rainbow said. They started walking away, leaving a crying Sunset hugging an unconcious Travis in the rain. Travis woke up in a bed, seeing that his burn wounds, from turning into the puppet, were patched up, along with the slit in his throat. "Where.... am I?" The last thing he remembered was turning into the puppet. Then, nothingness. He was in a dark void, just... falling. "We saw what happened when your music box unwinds." Sunset Shimmer was in the room in her pajamas. "They want to stay away from you. Ever since they saw that, they thought... you were a monster." He looked her in the eyes, and saw sadness. "I know you aren't a monster. You can't be. You just want to..." She couldn't think of the word, so she moved on. "Did you know that child he killed?" He nodded. "Who was it?" He looked at her with tears in his eyes. "It was me...." She was confused. "It was you? How was it you? You're here right now!" He looked at her once more. "I'm not alive, remember? I came back in time to prevent this, but it still happened. I don't know why..." She looked at him with surprise on her face. "You just got killed?" He nodded. "I'm... Sorry. It must've been painful watching your own death." He nodded. "The music box went faster because of this." He took it out of his bag, which was on the floor. "Whenever I was hit so emotionally, it winded down faster. That's why I seem so... emotionless. I try to keep my emotions in check." She sat down next to him. "Did you have anyone in your life?" He shook his head. "My father died before I was born and my mother was an alcoholic. I ran away at a young age, trying to use whatever I had to survive. I came across the family diner, and realized that it was all that I needed." He looked at Sunset, trying not to cry. "I ate off of the scraps, and stole water from them. Then one day, I thought that I would go in to say that I was sorry. Sorry for stealing, but that day was when I was... Murdered...." Sunset cried a little bit while hearing this. "You don't need to have that pain any longer Travis..." She embraced him in her arms, crying into his hair. "You can't have it any longer.... You don't deserve it..." He hugged her back, and started to cry. "I don't know why he killed me... I didn't do anything to him....." She broke the hug and looked at him grinning, because she got a bright idea. "Do you have a place to stay while you're here?" He shook his head. "You can stay here. And you have an adopted big sister while you're at it...." Author's Note Yay!!! An emotionally scarring, yet happy ending to this chapter!!!! I am so depressed right now.... Time to watch some Mark. I also TOLD YOU that Sunset would take the sisterly role. BOO- YAH!!! She also blocked her other friends on her phone, even though they were desperately trying to call her. But I'm not focusing on that, cause that would be a waste of a chapter. We're focusing on Monday.... During lunch, Sunset normally sat with her friends at their favorite table. But Sunset was still upset with them. Upset that they didn't accept Travis for who he was. Upset that they thought he was a monster. Upset that they were being so insensitive to him. As Travis and Sunset sat at the table, they began talking..... "So, how was your second day Travis?" She said, biting into the sandwich she made for herself. Travis refused any food because he didn't necessarily need it. "It was good. The only bad part was that 'Trixie' girl. She said it isn't good to be around you, but I don't believe a word of that crap." She smiled at him, glad that Trixie didn't get to him, like she got to Sunset. "Did the principal call you up to the office? Since you strangled someone on Friday?" He shook his head. "The principal hasn't said a word to me since Friday. I don't understand either." Meanwhile at the other table.... "She chose him over us.... Why?" Rainbow looked at her other friends, them looking down, regretting that they abandoned Sunset and Travis. "Come on you guys! You can't ACTUALLY feel bad for them, can you?" The looked at one another. "We made a mistake. We shouldn't have left them." Applejack said remorsefully. "Y'know, you can't just judge someone by their looks Dashie." Rainbow was confused. "Ever since when did I judge him by his looks? I never did ONCE!" Fluttershy bumped in. "You sorta did when he turned into that.... thing." She stared at Fluttershy in anger, causing her to shrink down into her seat. "Shy's right Rainbow. He may have been dangerous, but if he was a monster, wouldn't he attack us too? He avoided us specifically." Everyone looked at Rainbow Dash, she was looking back. "That's because he was trying to kill that man. That was his main objective! If he killed him, we would all be dead right now!" "Darling, look. He didn't even attack us. We made a wrong choice. We should just go over there to apologize to him for misjudging him, and apologize to Sunset for being insensitive." Rainbow looked to everyone at the table, hoping to see that one of them wanted to stay with her. Nobody did (with the exception of Pinkie Pie, who was staring at Rainbow with a creepy smile the whole time). "So that's it, huh? You guys want to go? Well fine! I can Go on without you guys!" She looked at them in anger, while really, she felt sorrowful. "Are you sure Rainbow? You are acting kind of mean towards him." Fluttershy said in a quiet voice. "I'll stay here.... You guys go on." And with that, they left Rainbow sitting at the table, all alone with a creepy Pinkie Pie. "At least you're still here...." "So that's what happened.... I would recommend not taking the scarf off." Sunset said, as they continued talking. She noticed that 3 girls were walking towards her. As they approached, Travis looked down while Sunset looked away. "What do you three want? We're sort of busy eating." She said, even though Travis had no food. "We jus' came to say that we're sorry Sunset." Applejack said in a quieter voice than usual. "We're listening." Sunset said as she looked at them. Travis looked up at them. "We misjudged Travis because we saw him as that... Thing. We just were so surprised by that, and we thought he was a monster." Fluttershy stepped up. "We realize that now, he isn't some monster-" Travis innterrupted them. "Doesn't this seem sorta cheesy?" He eyed the three girls suspiciously. "What are you three trying to get at?" He asked, hoping that they would say that this was some sort of joke. "We want you two to accept us back, Sugarcube." It was oh-so cheesy, but worth it. Travis looked at Sunset, trying to say that he approved. Sunset wasn't sure though. "I guess we can accept you guys back... On one condition..." Applejack eyed Sunset suspiciously. "What do you need us to do Sugarcube?" Sunset had a grin on her face. "Let's have a sleepover..." Rainbow Dash entered a dark room. "You called for me? I'm sorta busy today, so you should make this quick." "Yes.... Rainbow Dash..... I need you to get rid of that boy for me...... He is a problem to me...." Rainbow looked him in the eye. "You mean Travis, right?" The man had a huge smile on his face. "Yes.... You can get past your friends defenses and kill him at night......" "Sorry dude, I can't kill him. One: he's already dead. And two: I'd NEVER kill anyone! You must think I'm out of my damn mind if you think I would!" He still had the grin on his face. The arm in his cast picked up a knife. "I'm going to have to kill more children then...." He looked at Rainbow Dash. "Next week, Freddy Fazbears Pizza opens, and there are sure to be children there." He looked at her in the eye. "I need to get my old spring lock suit..... Then I know what I'm gonna do......" He looked at the wall behind him, nothing being on it. "Bring Travis there, and be sure to keep his music box wound up tightly..... Then you'll get your pay....." Rainbow frowned at this. "You haven't told me a thing about yourself. What's your name?" Freddy Fazbears Pizza is open now Rainbow!" Sunset said, as she opened the newspaper. They made up and Rainbow Dash apologized to Travis.... not really meaning it. "I'm going there on tomorrow with the others. Do you wanna go?" Rainbow Dash had a smile plastered on her face. "Sure. I have something that I need to do there." She said, thinking about her friends abandoning her if she turned Travis over to the Purple man. Should she do it? 'It's for their safety.... I can't have him hurt them.' She thought in her mind, still smiling. "Are you okay Rainbow? You seem a bit sad." She looked over at Sunset. "Yeah, I'm okay. I'm just tired. I need to get some rest." She walked to her motorcycle, leaving Pinkie Pies sleepover. "Sorry guys, but my parents are expecting me to be home soon." Sunset nodded. "It's okay. I'm sure that they'll understand." Travis looked at Rainvow Dash from the door, in his usual attire. "Goodbye... Travis..." He waved to her, and she left on her motorcycle. "I wonder what's wrong with her. She seems so... worried." Travis looked off into the distance. 'Tomorrow will be the day.... that my soul will rest.' He thought in his mind, knowing that tomorrow was the exact date when the 5 children died. He would put an end to the purple man.... No matter what the cost. "Something wrong Travis?" He shook his head. "Everything's fine. Let's go now." They walked into the house, Sunset not knowing that tomorrow would be the last day Travis would be there. "Are you sure? You seem a bit sad." He shook his head. "Okay then. Let's go eat, I'm starving!" While everyone was asleep.... 'Why am I even here? Am I here to prevent the future from happening, or am I making sure the future is the future?' Travis couldn't think of why he possibly died there. He came to prevent it. How could it possibly still happen, unless he was there to make it happen...... He got out of his sleeping bag, and walked to the fridge. 'Who can possibly need THIS much whipped cream?' He thought. "Something wrong Travis?" He was caught by surprise, seeing Sunset just standing there. "No, I just got hungry..." He lied. "Travis, I'm no Applejack, but I can tell that you're lying." She sat down. "What's the matter?" Travis looked at Sunset. "I just have this thing on my mind, which keeps on bothering me..." "And that is?" They stared at each other. "If I came back here to prevent the future, how come I was killed?" Sunset stared at him, shocked at the question. "I- I'm not sure at all! That doesn't make any sense!" "Unless I came here to make sure the future will happen." Tears grew in his eyes. "Ther is no alternate timeline...... That is exactly that happens....." He started crying. "Tomorrow is the exact day....." Sunset looked at him. "That the 5 children get murdered....." Sunset covered her mouth in awe. "Where do they die?" She asked, tears in her eyes. "Freddy Fazbears Pizza...." They stared at each other, both of them crying. The music box didn't play though. Sunset decided to speak. "We can still prevent it... Right?" Travis looked at her. "I'm afraid the only thing we can do is wait..... But tomorrow, my soul will come to rest....." Sunset started crying, tears streaming from her eyes to her lap. "I'm afraid today will be my last day here....." They stared into each other's eyes. Each seeing sadness. "Let's make tomorrow worth it......" She nodded in response. "I'm going to bed.... Goodnight Travis...." She quickly walked away, tears still rolling down her eyes. "Don't worry......... I will return........." Travis took off his mask, looking at it, knowing how the purple man would die...... We're here guys! They drove in Pinkies van, which was usually used for delivering cake. "So it's your last day, huh Travis?" Fluttershy asked, hoping that he could stay a little bit longer. "I'm afraid it is." He eyed Rainbow Dash, knowing her motives of bringing him to the purple man. He knew how the children died. He knew where they would die. He knew when they would die. "Let's go in. The animatronics are able to walk around during the day! Did you know that?" Sunset said with excitement in her voice. "It' school! I didn't know that they had the intelligence to do that!" Rainbow said in a sarcastic voice, while looking on her phone for status updates. "Oh come on Rainbow! You should be a bit more excited!" She rolled her eyes. "Exactly WHY are we going to this children's place? It's for babies!" She said, throwing her hands in the air. "We're here because it's Travis' last day here! He said he wanted to come on opening day, so we're gonna be here until Travis leaves!" She said, folding her arms and eyeing Rainbow Dash. Golden bonnie came from the back room. "Hey kids! If you want free toys, follow me to get them!" The animatronic/costume said with a goofy voice. Travis knew that this was it. Five children gathered around him, and followed him to the back room. "Sunset!" He shouted. She looked over to him. "I'm going to follow the mascot." She nodded. "Be careful, okay?" He smiled at her. "I love you...." He went up to hug her. "Oh!" She looked down at him and hugged him back. "Go follow the mascot Travis." Before he followed the mascot, he went up to Rainbow Dash and took the mask off. "Can you hold this for me Rainbow?" She nodded and put it in her purse. "Thanks!" He ran after the mascot, who led him to the back room....... Author's Note One more chapter...... And the man will die...... Please do criticize, but don't say things like "I hate the fic!" The only light source was the tiny light bulb on the ceiling, showing a desk full of weapons.... Knives, shurikens, guns..... Travis looked on in horror as he saw Rainbow Dash and their friends rush to the room. But it was too late.... Gold Bonnie shut and blockaded the door. "Where are our toys? I want my mommy!" One child shouted. "Why is that desk full of dangerous tools? Those things are bad to use! My mommy said not to use them." Said another. Golden Bonnie spoke. "These are your toys kids... We're gonna play right now...." He grabbed three shurikens, throwing them at the eyes and throat of one child. They screamed in terror. Outside.... "They blockaded the door!!! Travis is in there!!!" Sunset looked at Rainbow Dash angrily. "Why did you agree to work with the man?!? You know that you were working with a serial killer?!?" Sunset yelled with rage in her eyes. "Listen, we have to get them out of there!!! Lecture me when these children are free!!!" She yelled back. "How are we gonna get them out of there?" Rarity said, hoping that they would come up with something. In Sunset's purse, the music box started playing. Sunset looked at Rainbow Dash's purse, seeing that the mask was in it. "Rainbow, you might want to take the mask out of your purse." Rainbow immediately threw the mask out. "Run!!!" They ran behind the wall, while the mask turned into the puppet..... The man in the costume snapped the little boys neck, only leaving one child left: a little girl. He grabbed a knife and cornered her. "Say goodbye...." He started stabbing her and cutting her. He gauged her eyes out and finished it by slitting her throat. "Now Travis...." He wiped the blood on his costume. "I'm sorry I ha-" The door blew open, revealing the puppet. "What?? What are you?!?" Sunset walked in with her friends. "I'm your worst nightmare......" It responded. Claws grew from its hands, and it stabbed the man in the spring lock suit. "No.... The suits gonna-" It snapped. The screws flew out, and shredded the man to pieces. Blood spilled out. The man sat against the wall, slowly bleeding to his death. "You got what you deserved." Travis said, among the bodies of dead children. "Travis!!!" Sunset ran up to him and hugged him. She kissed him on the forehead. "Are you okay?!? Please tell me that you're okay!!!" She cried into his shoulder. "I'm okay...." She looked around, seeing the dead children. The girls all started crying. "They were just innocent children...." Fluttershy said while sobbing. "We're not done yet guys." Travis said. The puppet left!!! "We have to get to that puppet before it can do some real damage!!!" He shouted. They ran out of the room, seeing that everyone in the restaurant was either injured or dead. The animatronics were all gone. "Oh no...." The door to the front was blown open. "Let's split up!!!" Travis shouted. It was nighttime outside. "He must've left to go somewhere! Me, Travis, and Rainbow will stay here. Pinkie and Fluttershy search together, while Applejack and Rarity search together. Okay?" They all nodded and went off in different directions. Sunset punched Rainbow in the face, tears in her eyes. "How could you?!?" She said, crying. "Why did you have to work with him?!? Was he paying you well?!?" She ran up to Rainbow Dash, who had a bloody nose, and grabbed her by the collar of her shirt, holding her up. "Do your friends not matter to you anymore?!?" She was about to punch Dash, but stopped, realizing what she was doing. "I'm sorry Sunset....." Rainbow said weakly. Sunset looked at Rainbow in the eyes, seeing that she truly was sorry. "Sunset, this is what needed to happen. There are no such things as alternate timelines." He smiled, yet tears rolled out of his eyes. "I always thought that by going back I could change the past.... But instead, I came to make sure that the children were murdered...." She looked at him, letting go of Rainbow Dash. "It's always been me.... If I didn't attack the purple man none of the 5 children would've died...." The tears rolled down his cheek. "It's been me after all of this time!" She looked at Travis. She was saddened by this news. "But I think I know what I did after the children were killed." He motioned them to follow him. They went to the other room where the man in purple died. There, they saw the puppet putting the last child in a Golden Freddy suit. "You stuffed them in suits?" Sunset asked. He nodded. He grabbed the music box, winding it up so that the puppet returned to the box. Then... The box crumbled, only leaving the mask.... "What... Just happened?" Rainbow Dash asked. "I'll be right back." He handed the mask to Sunset. "I want you to keep this for me, okay?" She nodded. He left and soon came back with a box. Everything started turning white, and the two girls started feeling dizzy. Soon, they were in a white room with only a table and 5 children with masks. Travis walked to the table and placed the box. He opened it, revealing it to be cake. The children sat up and started disappearing one by one, the last to be Travis. As he faded away, he mouthed something to Sunset. "I love you Sunset....." The girls blacked out. the two girls woke up, seeing their friends standing in front of them. "Are Ya'll okay?!?" Applejack asked. "We couldn't find the puppet. Where's Travis?!?" Rainbow Dash and Sunset looked at each other, smiling. "Don't worry... He's safe." Sunset said, pulling out the Puppet mask. Author's Note All for reading this fic. I loved writing it for you guys. The new guyAll he does is sit in a box, waiting. Waiting for the music box to unwind. He will be free. The soul of the 14 year old boy, Travis, was killed by a man of Purple. He didn't get to live a full life. But one day, he would go back in time. Back to where this man wouldn't be able to run from fate. The slit in his throat was painful, so Travis would make this man's death painful... but for now, he was stuck inside of this box. Just awaiting the time for his vengeance. "Sunset Shimmer, please come to the office! Thank you!" It was almost lunch period, Sunset being in detention for the 15th time in a row. She didn't do anything, but she felt that she deserved this. Trixie 'the great and powerful' came in. "Another detention Sunset?" She said with a smirk on her face. Sunset shrugged her shoulders as she walked out of the library. "You know that nobody would miss you if you just died Sunset. Why not just take that chance?" Sunset blocked out Trixie, continuing the walk to the principles office. Everybody eyed her as she passed by without saying a word. 'Suicide: a permanent solution to a temporary problem.' She said in her mind, remembering how she tried to kill herself the night of the Fall Formal, only to be stopped by her only friends. Two weeks have passed since then, but Sunset was still miserable. Why? She entered the principles office. "Yes Ms. Celestia?" A kid was at the desk. His skin was pale and he had markings that looked like tears under his eyes along with blood red cheeks. "Sunset, I would like you to meet our new student: Travis." He put his hand out to shake her hand. His hand was extremely cold... as if he was lifeless. "It is nice to meet you, Sunset Shimmer." His eyes creeped her out. He had white pupils along with pitch black eyes. He seemed so... emotionless. It was weird. "It's nice to meet you Travis." She looked at Principle Celestia. "Oh, right! I want you to show him around, and introduce him to your friends." She looked at him and back at Celestia. "B-but don't you think I'm not the girl for the job? Can't Fluttershy do it?" She shook her head. "Fluttershy is busy with the shelter, but she should be back by lunch." "What about Rainbow Dash? She's not busy right now!" Celestia eyed her. "You are currently doing detention right now. This will be it." "But-" "You were the only one available Sunset. Now please go before I give you more detention." She sighed as she walked out of the room, Travis following her. The school bell rang. "Oh! That means that it's lunch!" She looked at Travis who seemed to be as bored as Hell. "Are you doing okay Travis?" He nodded. "Well, why don't we go eat? I can introduce you to some of my friends!" She said with a smile. He nodded once more. "Not a big talker huh? You'll get comfortable here eventually Travis. Especially with my friends around." As they were walking to the cafeteria, Sunset heard something. "Travis? Do you hear that?" He looked around and suddenly remembered! Sunset watched as he rushed to get his backpack off and pull something out. It was a music box. "What is that?" She stared at it as he wound it up. "This is my music box. I have to keep it wound up, or bad things are gonna happen." He said, pointing to the mask on the side of his head. "What types of things?" She said with confusion in her eyes. He looked down, signaling that he didn't want to talk about it. "We can talk about it later Travis. Let's go meet my friends." And they walked into the cafeteria. As they sat down, Sunset's friends grew excited. "Guys, I would I like you to meet Travis. He's new, so we're going to hang out with him." She said smiling at Travis. He had other priorities. "I'm sorry to disappoint you... and your friends, but I have a few things to straighten before I can 'hang out'." She looked at him in confusion. "What do you need to do Travis?" Her friends looked at him too, wondering what he needed to do. Applejack was watching his every move. "I need to use the restroom." He simply stated. He walked off, eyeing everyone in the cafeteria while walking. He found a student completely dress in purple and tapped his shoulder. "I need to have a word with you." He motioned his hand, telling the student to follow him, and the student fell for the bait. "He was lyin'! I can tell when someone lies, and I promise you that he was lyin'!" Applejack was onto Travis, and she figured that he went to do something. "She does have a point Sunset. He could've gone somewhere else. That might be why he was acting so strange!" Rainbow Dash pointed out. Sunset looked around the table, everyone staring at her. "He can't be lying! He's such a nice boy!" Pinkie Pie jumped in. "How many times have you seen him smile today Sunset?" She looked at Pinkie in the eyes. "None..." Rarity spoke up. "It's okay darling. Let's just go check on him. It couldn't hurt, can it?" Fluttershy remained silent. "It couldn't hurt to check on him...." They left the cafeteria, seeing that Travis was strangling a student. "Travis??!? What are you doing?!?" Do you know why I wear this scarf?Sunset stared at Travis in horror, seeing the he was actually strangling someone. "Travis, you don't need to do this." She said calmly, walking towards him slowly. "Lets talk about this before we do some real damage Travis." She continued walking to him. All of her friends stared in confusion. "I'm not talking about this. This might be the one I need to kill, and I'm not taking any chances." Kill?!? How could he do this?!? Thinking quick, Sunset got behind Travis and stole the music box from his half-open backpack, and ran back to the cafeteria's closed doors. "Sunset! This isn't a good choice!" She looked into his eyes seeing his first emotion against her: anger. "I'll start unwinding it if you don't let go of that kid Travis!" She yelled to him, hoping that she would prevail. He held onto his neck, and she started unwinding the music box. The tune played out. "NGNNN!!!" Travis let go of the students neck, allowing him to breathe. The student ran away. "STOP IT!!! PLEASE STOP IT!!!" He lied on the ground in a ball, covering his ears. She wound it up and walked over to him, still in a ball. Crying. Tears were rolling down his blood red cheeks. "Travis!! Are you okay?!?" She said kneeling down, hoping that he would just get up and say that he was sorry. But that's not what happened. He remained on the ground, in a small ball. Just crying. "Im not sure if he's okay Sunset. He's hardly moving. What was that anyways?" Rainbow Dash said, pointing to the box. She looked at the music box, as it was marked with smiles almost everywhere. "It's a music box that Travis keeps around. He said that if it isn't wound up...." She paused. "Bad things would happen." She looked at her friends. They stared back in horror of Travis and the box. "We need to talk to him. He has some questions that we need answered." Said Applejack, who was looking at Travis in disgust. "I know. Let's take him to your house AJ. It's biggest, so he can stay in the barn." She nodded. She picked up Travis, who was stuck in a living nightmare... They got to AJ's house where they put him in on the floor, sitting in a circle around him. He finally woke up. "Ugh...... What the..." He looked at his right hand, it being completely black. 'It can't be happening now! Why now of all times?' He thought. He looked around him, seeing six girls. "We want answers and we want them now Travis!" Applejack shouted, surprising him. The other girls just stared at him. "What answers?" "You know what I mean Travis! Now spit it out!" He looked at her, his eyes turning from surprised to emotionless. "Fine. I'm trying to kill someone while I'm here okay?" All of the girls gasped. Sunset began. "What do you mean Travis? Why do you want to kill someone?" He stared into her eyes. "Do you want to know why I'm wearing this scarf right now?" Rarity spoke up. "I certainly do! Why would you wear a scarf in the spring? I don't get it!" He looked at all of them one by one. "If you are terrified of.... Well, anything, you might want to leave the room." Nobody stood up but Fluttershy. "You might want to leave the room then." She whimpered and walked slowly out of the room. "The reason why I wear my scarf is this." He pulled it down, revealing a deep cut on his throat. Black blood spilled out of it. Sunset covered her mouth. Who could do something like this? Pinkie vomited in a nearby trash can, while Rainbow stared in awe. Rarity and Applejack just looked with pity on their faces. "Why... Who.... What happened?" Rainbow Dash asked with pitiful thoughts. "I'm not even living." He simply replied. He pulled his scarf back up, covering the slit in his throat. "The man I am trying to kill took my life. I have two objectives: kill this man, and give the children that he killed what they deserved." Sunset looked into Travis's eyes, and saw nothing. She didn't see remorse for wanting to kill a man, she didn't see pity or sorrow for the student he almost strangled. She saw nothingness. "What children did he kill?" He looked at Rainbow Dash. "I do not want to talk about it. I feel that I have talked enough today." And with that, he grabbed his bag and left the barn house. "Wow, that guys a real downer!" Pinkie Pie said with sadness in her voice. Sunset looked at the small pool of black blood on the floor. 'Is there any way I can help him?' Travis was sitting on a tree in an apple orchard, remembering the pain that he felt when his throat was cut. He remembered trying to get the air to reach inside of his lungs, yet not being able to reach it. He remembered falling on the ground, blood spilling out of his throat and onto the ground as he started losing consciousness. All he remembered was seeing a man dressed in purple after that. Then he died... While taking a trip down memory lane, Fluttershy snuck up on him. "Ummm... I'm sorry, but can I sit in the tree? T-that's sort of my favorite one." He looked back seeing her.he thought about how gentle her voice was... like a flower petal falling off of a flower and falling into a pond. "Sure..." She climbed up the tree and sat down on the opposite side. "I heard the whole thing you know. How you're dead and how you need to kill somebody." He looked into her eyes. All he could think of was the word... Kindness. "You don't need to kill him. You don't have to. There could be another way." He stared at Fluttershy, she was staring back. "I'm afraid I'm not open to that other way." He said. He jumped out of the tree, and walked away, thinking of the painful ways to kill the man who took his life. The 'puppet' side of himTravis sat on another tree, waiting the morning out. He had gotten back his music box from Sunset and wound it up for the night, not falling asleep, but looking at the moon. He took the mask out of his hair, looking at it. Hating that he was a puppet. Hating that he had no freedom. Hating that people were able to pull on his strings, and that he couldn't do anything about it. He put the mask back where it was, hoping not to touch it again, and hoping that it wouldn't take control of him. But the only way to prevent that we to wind up the music box, and just wait it out. He put is knees to his chest, and started crying. "I wish I could just go home...." He sat there on the tree, waiting out the night. "Hey Travis." It was Sunset. He needed to clean up fast. "Yes? I'm kinda busy right now." He wiped his eyes, getting the tears on his sleeve so that he wouldn't be caught crying. "I just want to talk with you. It will be quick." She climbed up the tree, sitting right next to him. "Are you okay?" He nodded. "Listen, I think today was just confusing. Tomorrow will probably be better." She looked down at him. "Maybe we can all hang out tomorrow Travis. Me, you, and my friends." He shook his head st this. "They all think I'm a freak. I'm a dead person anyways. But as soon as the man's dead and I give the children cake, I will be out of your hair." She looked at him, extremely confused. Cake? Is this what killing him was about? "Well, revenge isn't always as sweet as it looks." They stared at each other. "What do you mean? My death will be avenged. His killing spree will be stopped." He looked down. "I have to save them...." He looked at Sunset with tears in his eyes. She felt bad for him. "Well.... forgiveness is always tough, you know?" She looked him in the eyes, seeing sadness. "I used to be a terrible person, but that's where my friends came in. They helped me realize what friendship is." Travis looked at his right hand, it being completely black. "What happened to your hand?" She grabbed it, feeling that it was warm, unlike when she first shook it. It felt... Alive. "This is what happens when the music box plays." He touched the back of his hand, feeling the smooth, black skin. "It goes out of control when the whole song plays on the music box. It's also extraordinarily painful." Sunset felt his hand, feeling terrible for unwinding his music box when he was strangling that student. She would've been better off if she just forced him to let go. "Yeah... Sorry about that." He put his hand in one of his pockets. "It's fine. You didn't have any other choice but to play the music box." She smiled at him, suddenly getting an idea. "I have an idea!" She hopped out of the tree, falling on her feet. "Tomorrow, me and my friends are going to take you somewhere. You should get some sleep." He looked at her and shook his head. "I don't sleep. I wait out the night." She stared at him with a grin plastered on her face. "Well, goodnight then." She ran to the nearby house where her friends were hosting a sleepover, when she realized that she forgot something. "By the way, my friends don't think you're a freak. They're just a bit confused. Goodnight!" And with that, Sunset left him on the tree, just staring into the sky... The next day... "Well guys, we're here!" The 7 friends were in front of the one and only 'Fredbears family Diner'. It was Saturday, so they were free to do whatever they wanted. Sunset told them about her idea, which they were a bit uneasy about, especially since she told them how Travis can get out of control. "What are you waiting for guys? Let's go in!" They walked in and sat at a table, when they saw a robot bear coming to their table. "May I take your order?" It said. They started ordering food, but Travis was deep in thought. 'Why does this feel so familiar? Why am I having Dejá vu?' A sudden memory flashed in his head. The slit in his throat.... He looked out to the door, seeing that a man dressed in purple... was killing a child. "No..." Sunset looked at him uneasily. "Are you okay Travis? You seem a bit uneasy..." He ran away from the table and went outside to see a dead child laying there. "Travis! What the- oh no!" She knelt down in the pool of blood. "What in tarnation is goin on out-" Applejack was taken by surprise by the dead body lying on the floor. As the rest of her friends came out, they were also taken by surprise. Fluttershy fainted from the sight of blood, Rarity covered her mouth. Pinkie Pie vomited in ANOTHER nearby trash can, while Rainbow just stared. "Travis, what happened? Do you know who he is?" Travis stared at the body. "It's me..." Sunset was shocked to hear this. The music box started playing. "Travis, you need to wind up your box. You're gonna get hurt if you don't!" Tears were falling down his face. "It's me..." Sunset stared at Travis, wondering why he kept on saying it. "IT'S ME!!!" He shouted, blackness covering him. It consumed his whole body, except his mask. White pupils appeared in the masks eyes. It finally took him over. He turned into the puppet. A new big sisterTravis had turned into the puppet due to the music box being completely unwound. He took off his backpack, with the music box in it. "I HAVE TO SAVE THEM!!!!!!!" He started running towards the purple car that was trying to flee the crime, catching up to it. "YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!! YOU WILL DIE TODAY!!!!" He rammed the car, with amazing strength. It flipped over, hitting a tree which stopped it. "Crap..." The man inside struggled to get out of the car, crawling out. His arm was broken, and his head was bleeding. The puppet grabbed him by the neck. "Now, you will feel how painful my death was...." All the man did was smile. "You think this is funny?!? Don't you have any common sense?!?" He continued to smile. "You better hope that God forgives you....." He said as he was about to snap his neck. But there was music. Sunset Shimmer was winding up the music box, taking Travis's powers away. The darkness started to leave him, and the mask was put back on the side of his head. He let go of the man cloaked in purple, who ran and fled the crime scene. Travis fell to the ground unconcious. Sunset lifted Travis up. "I'm sorry Travis, but I couldn't let you kill him." She said, hugging his head. "So that's what you meant? He would turn into a horrifying monster?!?" Rainbow shrieked. "Did you see what he just witnessed?!? He just saw the man that murdered him!!! He saw him murder another child!!!" Sunset shouted back. "What?!? Did that give him permission to destroy a car and almost kill a man?!?" She looked at Travis and back at Rainbow Dash. "You know why Rainbow! I'm not alright with it, but you shouldn't blame him for this!!!" Sunset looked at all of her friends who looked back at her in remorse. "We can't blame him.... right guys?" They didn't respond. "You guys are siding with her?!? Why?!?" Applejack began. "We're sorry Sugarcube, but he's just too dangerous to be around... we still want to be around you though." Sunset looked in disgust. "What.... Don't you guys know that he isn't even alive? He's trying to avenge his own death while he's dead!!! Can you imagine how hard that would be?!?" She shouted with tears in her eyes. It started raining. "Sugarcube, I-" "No! Just go! If you don't want to be around him, just go you insensitive jerks!!" Applejack backed up. "Come on, let's go." Rainbow Dash said. "We want you to keep that... Monster away from us. Ya hear?" Rainbow said. They started walking away, leaving a crying Sunset hugging an unconcious Travis in the rain. Travis woke up in a bed, seeing that his burn wounds, from turning into the puppet, were patched up, along with the slit in his throat. "Where.... am I?" The last thing he remembered was turning into the puppet. Then, nothingness. He was in a dark void, just... falling. "We saw what happened when your music box unwinds." Sunset Shimmer was in the room in her pajamas. "They want to stay away from you. Ever since they saw that, they thought... you were a monster." He looked her in the eyes, and saw sadness. "I know you aren't a monster. You can't be. You just want to..." She couldn't think of the word, so she moved on. "Did you know that child he killed?" He nodded. "Who was it?" He looked at her with tears in his eyes. "It was me...." She was confused. "It was you? How was it you? You're here right now!" He looked at her once more. "I'm not alive, remember? I came back in time to prevent this, but it still happened. I don't know why..." She looked at him with surprise on her face. "You just got killed?" He nodded. "I'm... Sorry. It must've been painful watching your own death." He nodded. "The music box went faster because of this." He took it out of his bag, which was on the floor. "Whenever I was hit so emotionally, it winded down faster. That's why I seem so... emotionless. I try to keep my emotions in check." She sat down next to him. "Did you have anyone in your life?" He shook his head. "My father died before I was born and my mother was an alcoholic. I ran away at a young age, trying to use whatever I had to survive. I came across the family diner, and realized that it was all that I needed." He looked at Sunset, trying not to cry. "I ate off of the scraps, and stole water from them. Then one day, I thought that I would go in to say that I was sorry. Sorry for stealing, but that day was when I was... Murdered...." Sunset cried a little bit while hearing this. "You don't need to have that pain any longer Travis..." She embraced him in her arms, crying into his hair. "You can't have it any longer.... You don't deserve it..." He hugged her back, and started to cry. "I don't know why he killed me... I didn't do anything to him....." She broke the hug and looked at him grinning, because she got a bright idea. "Do you have a place to stay while you're here?" He shook his head. "You can stay here. And you have an adopted big sister while you're at it...." Author's Note Yay!!! Accepting him as a friendSunset and Travis had fun on Sunday, walking around downtown and all of that stuff. She also blocked her other friends on her phone, even though they were desperately trying to call her. But I'm not focusing on that, cause that would be a waste of a chapter. We're focusing on Monday.... During lunch, Sunset normally sat with her friends at their favorite table. But Sunset was still upset with them. Upset that they didn't accept Travis for who he was. Upset that they thought he was a monster. Upset that they were being so insensitive to him. As Travis and Sunset sat at the table, they began talking..... "So, how was your second day Travis?" She said, biting into the sandwich she made for herself. Travis refused any food because he didn't necessarily need it. "It was good. The only bad part was that 'Trixie' girl. She said it isn't good to be around you, but I don't believe a word of that crap." She smiled at him, glad that Trixie didn't get to him, like she got to Sunset. "Did the principal call you up to the office? Since you strangled someone on Friday?" He shook his head. "The principal hasn't said a word to me since Friday. I don't understand either." Meanwhile at the other table.... "She chose him over us.... Why?" Rainbow looked at her other friends, them looking down, regretting that they abandoned Sunset and Travis. "Come on you guys! You can't ACTUALLY feel bad for them, can you?" The looked at one another. "We made a mistake. We shouldn't have left them." Applejack said remorsefully. "Y'know, you can't just judge someone by their looks Dashie." Rainbow was confused. "Ever since when did I judge him by his looks? I never did ONCE!" Fluttershy bumped in. "You sorta did when he turned into that.... thing." She stared at Fluttershy in anger, causing her to shrink down into her seat. "Shy's right Rainbow. He may have been dangerous, but if he was a monster, wouldn't he attack us too? He avoided us specifically." Everyone looked at Rainbow Dash, she was looking back. "That's because he was trying to kill that man. That was his main objective! If he killed him, we would all be dead right now!" "Darling, look. He didn't even attack us. We made a wrong choice. We should just go over there to apologize to him for misjudging him, and apologize to Sunset for being insensitive." Rainbow looked to everyone at the table, hoping to see that one of them wanted to stay with her. Nobody did (with the exception of Pinkie Pie, who was staring at Rainbow with a creepy smile the whole time). "So that's it, huh? You guys want to go? Well fine! I can Go on without you guys!" She looked at them in anger, while really, she felt sorrowful. "Are you sure Rainbow? You are acting kind of mean towards him." Fluttershy said in a quiet voice. "I'll stay here.... You guys go on." And with that, they left Rainbow sitting at the table, all alone with a creepy Pinkie Pie. "At least you're still here...." "So that's what happened.... I would recommend not taking the scarf off." Sunset said, as they continued talking. She noticed that 3 girls were walking towards her. As they approached, Travis looked down while Sunset looked away. "What do you three want? We're sort of busy eating." She said, even though Travis had no food. "We jus' came to say that we're sorry Sunset." Applejack said in a quieter voice than usual. "We're listening." Sunset said as she looked at them. Travis looked up at them. "We misjudged Travis because we saw him as that... Thing. We just were so surprised by that, and we thought he was a monster." Fluttershy stepped up. "We realize that now, he isn't some monster-" Travis innterrupted them. "Doesn't this seem sorta cheesy?" He eyed the three girls suspiciously. "What are you three trying to get at?" He asked, hoping that they would say that this was some sort of joke. "We want you two to accept us back, Sugarcube." It was oh-so cheesy, but worth it. Travis looked at Sunset, trying to say that he approved. Sunset wasn't sure though. "I guess we can accept you guys back... On one condition..." Applejack eyed Sunset suspiciously. "What do you need us to do Sugarcube?" Sunset had a grin on her face. "Let's have a sleepover..." Rainbow Dash entered a dark room. "You called for me? I'm sorta busy today, so you should make this quick." "Yes.... Rainbow Dash..... I need you to get rid of that boy for me...... He is a problem to me...." Rainbow looked him in the eye. "You mean Travis, right?" The man had a huge smile on his face. "Yes.... You can get past your friends defenses and kill him at night......" "Sorry dude, I can't kill him. One: he's already dead. And two: I'd NEVER kill anyone! You must think I'm out of my damn mind if you think I would!" He still had the grin on his face. The arm in his cast picked up a knife. "I'm going to have to kill more children then...." He looked at Rainbow Dash. "Next week, Freddy Fazbears Pizza opens, and there are sure to be children there." He looked at her in the eye. "I need to get my old spring lock suit..... Then I know what I'm gonna do......" He looked at the wall behind him, nothing being on it. "Bring Travis there, and be sure to keep his music box wound up tightly..... Then you'll get your pay....." Rainbow frowned at this. "You haven't told me a thing about yourself. What's your name?" She questioned. "My name is Purple, and I was almost killed on Saturday...." Author's Note Hey you guys. My name is margopolo, and Rainbow Dash is working with the purple guy.... Freddy Fazbears PizzaA week after they went to the Family Diner...... "Look! Freddy Fazbears Pizza is open now Rainbow!" Sunset said, as she opened the newspaper. They made up and Rainbow Dash apologized to Travis.... not really meaning it. "I'm going there on tomorrow with the others. Do you wanna go?" Rainbow Dash had a smile plastered on her face. "Sure. I have something that I need to do there." She said, thinking about her friends abandoning her if she turned Travis over to the Purple man. Should she do it? 'It's for their safety.... I can't have him hurt them.' She thought in her mind, still smiling. "Are you okay Rainbow? You seem a bit sad." She looked over at Sunset. "Yeah, I'm okay. I'm just tired. I need to get some rest." She walked to her motorcycle, leaving Pinkie Pies sleepover. "Sorry guys, but my parents are expecting me to be home soon." Sunset nodded. "It's okay. I'm sure that they'll understand." Travis looked at Rainvow Dash from the door, in his usual attire. "Goodbye... Travis..." He waved to her, and she left on her motorcycle. "I wonder what's wrong with her. She seems so... worried." Travis looked off into the distance. 'Tomorrow will be the day.... that my soul will rest.' He thought in his mind, knowing that tomorrow was the exact date when the 5 children died. He would put an end to the purple man.... No matter what the cost. "Something wrong Travis?" He shook his head. "Everything's fine. Let's go now." They walked into the house, Sunset not knowing that tomorrow would be the last day Travis would be there. "Are you sure? You seem a bit sad." He shook his head. "Okay then. Let's go eat, I'm starving!" While everyone was asleep.... 'Why am I even here? Am I here to prevent the future from happening, or am I making sure the future is the future?' Travis couldn't think of why he possibly died there. He came to prevent it. How could it possibly still happen, unless he was there to make it happen...... He got out of his sleeping bag, and walked to the fridge. 'Who can possibly need THIS much whipped cream?' He thought. "Something wrong Travis?" He was caught by surprise, seeing Sunset just standing there. "No, I just got hungry..." He lied. "Travis, I'm no Applejack, but I can tell that you're lying." She sat down. "What's the matter?" Travis looked at Sunset. "I just have this thing on my mind, which keeps on bothering me..." "And that is?" They stared at each other. "If I came back here to prevent the future, how come I was killed?" Sunset stared at him, shocked at the question. "I- I'm not sure at all! That doesn't make any sense!" "Unless I came here to make sure the future will happen." Tears grew in his eyes. "Ther is no alternate timeline...... That is exactly that happens....." He started crying. "Tomorrow is the exact day....." Sunset looked at him. "That the 5 children get murdered....." Sunset covered her mouth in awe. "Where do they die?" She asked, tears in her eyes. "Freddy Fazbears Pizza...." They stared at each other, both of them crying. The music box didn't play though. Sunset decided to speak. "We can still prevent it... Right?" Travis looked at her. "I'm afraid the only thing we can do is wait..... But tomorrow, my soul will come to rest....." Sunset started crying, tears streaming from her eyes to her lap. "I'm afraid today will be my last day here....." They stared into each other's eyes. Each seeing sadness. "Let's make tomorrow worth it......" She nodded in response. "I'm going to bed.... Goodnight Travis...." She quickly walked away, tears still rolling down her eyes. "Don't worry......... I will return........." Travis took off his mask, looking at it, knowing how the purple man would die...... We're here guys! They drove in Pinkies van, which was usually used for delivering cake. "So it's your last day, huh Travis?" Fluttershy asked, hoping that he could stay a little bit longer. "I'm afraid it is." He eyed Rainbow Dash, knowing her motives of bringing him to the purple man. He knew how the children died. He knew where they would die. He knew when they would die. "Let's go in. The animatronics are able to walk around during the day! Did you know that?" Sunset said with excitement in her voice. "It' school! I didn't know that they had the intelligence to do that!" Rainbow said in a sarcastic voice, while looking on her phone for status updates. "Oh come on Rainbow! You should be a bit more excited!" She rolled her eyes. "Exactly WHY are we going to this children's place? It's for babies!" She said, throwing her hands in the air. "We're here because it's Travis' last day here! He said he wanted to come on opening day, so we're gonna be here until Travis leaves!" She said, folding her arms and eyeing Rainbow Dash. Golden bonnie came from the back room. "Hey kids! If you want free toys, follow me to get them!" The animatronic/costume said with a goofy voice. Travis knew that this was it. Five children gathered around him, and followed him to the back room. "Sunset!" He shouted. She looked over to him. "I'm going to follow the mascot." She nodded. "Be careful, okay?" He smiled at her. "I love you...." He went up to hug her. "Oh!" She looked down at him and hugged him back. "Go follow the mascot Travis." Before he followed the mascot, he went up to Rainbow Dash and took the mask off. "Can you hold this for me Rainbow?" She nodded and put it in her purse. "Thanks!" He ran after the mascot, who led him to the back room....... Author's Note One more chapter...... And the man will die...... Please do criticize, but don't say things like "I hate the fic!" Rested spirits.... maybe.....They entered a room that was extremely dark. The only light source was the tiny light bulb on the ceiling, showing a desk full of weapons.... Knives, shurikens, guns..... Travis looked on in horror as he saw Rainbow Dash and their friends rush to the room. But it was too late.... Gold Bonnie shut and blockaded the door. "Where are our toys? I want my mommy!" One child shouted. "Why is that desk full of dangerous tools? Those things are bad to use! My mommy said not to use them." Said another. Golden Bonnie spoke. "These are your toys kids... We're gonna play right now...." He grabbed three shurikens, throwing them at the eyes and throat of one child. They screamed in terror. Outside.... "They blockaded the door!!! Travis is in there!!!" Sunset looked at Rainbow Dash angrily. "Why did you agree to work with the man?!? You know that you were working with a serial killer?!?" Sunset yelled with rage in her eyes. "Listen, we have to get them out of there!!! Lecture me when these children are free!!!" She yelled back. "How are we gonna get them out of there?" Rarity said, hoping that they would come up with something. In Sunset's purse, the music box started playing. Sunset looked at Rainbow Dash's purse, seeing that the mask was in it. "Rainbow, you might want to take the mask out of your purse." Rainbow immediately threw the mask out. "Run!!!" They ran behind the wall, while the mask turned into the puppet..... The man in the costume snapped the little boys neck, only leaving one child left: a little girl. He grabbed a knife and cornered her. "Say goodbye...." He started stabbing her and cutting her. He gauged her eyes out and finished it by slitting her throat. "Now Travis...." He wiped the blood on his costume. "I'm sorry I ha-" The door blew open, revealing the puppet. "What?? What are you?!?" Sunset walked in with her friends. "I'm your worst nightmare......" It responded. Claws grew from its hands, and it stabbed the man in the spring lock suit. "No.... The suits gonna-" It snapped. The screws flew out, and shredded the man to pieces. Blood spilled out. The man sat against the wall, slowly bleeding to his death. "You got what you deserved." Travis said, among the bodies of dead children. "Travis!!!" Sunset ran up to him and hugged him. She kissed him on the forehead. "Are you okay?!? Please tell me that you're okay!!!" She cried into his shoulder. "I'm okay...." She looked around, seeing the dead children. The girls all started crying. "They were just innocent children...." Fluttershy said while sobbing. "We're not done yet guys." Travis said. The puppet left!!! "We have to get to that puppet before it can do some real damage!!!" He shouted. They ran out of the room, seeing that everyone in the restaurant was either injured or dead. The animatronics were all gone. "Oh no...." The door to the front was blown open. "Let's split up!!!" Travis shouted. It was nighttime outside. "He must've left to go somewhere! Me, Travis, and Rainbow will stay here. Pinkie and Fluttershy search together, while Applejack and Rarity search together. Okay?" They all nodded and went off in different directions. Sunset punched Rainbow in the face, tears in her eyes. "How could you?!?" She said, crying. "Why did you have to work with him?!? Was he paying you well?!?" She ran up to Rainbow Dash, who had a bloody nose, and grabbed her by the collar of her shirt, holding her up. "Do your friends not matter to you anymore?!?" She was about to punch Dash, but stopped, realizing what she was doing. "I'm sorry Sunset....." Rainbow said weakly. Sunset looked at Rainbow in the eyes, seeing that she truly was sorry. "Sunset, this is what needed to happen. There are no such things as alternate timelines." He smiled, yet tears rolled out of his eyes. "I always thought that by going back I could change the past.... But instead, I came to make sure that the children were murdered...." She looked at him, letting go of Rainbow Dash. "It's always been me.... If I didn't attack the purple man none of the 5 children would've died...." The tears rolled down his cheek. "It's been me after all of this time!" She looked at Travis. She was saddened by this news. "But I think I know what I did after the children were killed." He motioned them to follow him. They went to the other room where the man in purple died. There, they saw the puppet putting the last child in a Golden Freddy suit. "You stuffed them in suits?" Sunset asked. He nodded. He grabbed the music box, winding it up so that the puppet returned to the box. Then... The box crumbled, only leaving the mask.... "What... Just happened?" Rainbow Dash asked. "I'll be right back." He handed the mask to Sunset. "I want you to keep this for me, okay?" She nodded. He left and soon came back with a box. Everything started turning white, and the two girls started feeling dizzy. Soon, they were in a white room with only a table and 5 children with masks. Travis walked to the table and placed the box. He opened it, revealing it to be cake. The children sat up and started disappearing one by one, the last to be Travis. As he faded away, he mouthed something to Sunset. "I love you Sunset....." The girls blacked out. the two girls woke up, seeing their friends standing in front of them. "Are Ya'll okay?!?" Applejack asked. "We couldn't find the puppet. Where's Travis?!?" Rainbow Dash and Sunset looked at each other, smiling. "Don't worry... He's safe." Sunset said, pulling out the Puppet mask. Author's Note All for reading this fic. I loved writing it for you guys. But the adventure's not over yet! There will be a sequel with no strings attatched. Twilight Sparkle WILL be in it too!!! It is going to take place during Rainbow Rocks, but anyways...
